Former Board Member of the NYTC,
Eva Baumann Reports on Irregularites
during the April 25, 2004 Board Member
Election at the New York City TC

1. Letter of May 8, 2004 (distributed to the field)

April 25, 2004, was a very sad day indeed for
Saint Germains Freedom Fighters in New York City.

Saint Germain states in Vol. 11 No. 52 December 29, 1968
.....Naturally, there are "guardians" at the threshold of the year -- beasts of form created out of the substance of men's wrong doings and past failures which seek to decry progress and to belittle the attempts of men to find their own freedom.  The old saying "Hark, hark, the dogs do bark" should be taken into account and then totally disregarded.  For whereas errors have been made by those in search of reality, both God and ascended beings would rather have men and women perform acts that are either hot or cold than to have them lukewarm.  <2> Therefore, even errors made in good faith can be forgiven with great ease while the domain of action is regarded as one where men of courage are willing to take their stand for freedom by exercising their rights to do right as they see it and then pray to God for a greater revelation of truth each day.
There are timorous men in the world -- men of fear who, fearing to act for God, do nothing at all.  And this is a burying of divine ideas in a napkin, <3> a holding of the talents and graces of God in abeyance, for which men are not held guiltless.  In the holy name of freedom, then, I advocate that men and women of courage and dedication assess the right as they see it and proceed to move forward in the light....

My story about the takeover of our New York Board by RHQ.

We, the NYC community were in the process of electing a new board.  RHQ carefully orchestrated, plotted and controlled the process behind the scenes.  Rev. Frazer, Linda Worobec and the two presidents, Kate Gordon and Lois Drake were the major players in this latest sneak attack on April 25, 2004.  They, worked tirelessly and positioned their pawns into place for this big event. The same fate that befell every other teaching center in America and around the world happened to us now too.  RHQ successfully took over our board and left in place their own people.

Before April 25th we were the last stronghold to claim our autonomy. This was very difficult to maintain because Rev. Frazier threatened and tried to frighten us into submission, but without any success, during the entire year while I was serving on our board.   Some of us on the board felt we had an obligation and a duty to serve and defend our community and hold onto our autonomy.  Our community voted right from the beginning not to have any interference from a regional Minister into our administrative business.  Even though RHQ was aware of this fact they kept trying to push us into accepting Rev. Frazier.  Our community did however vote to accept a minister in a spiritual capacity.

After hearing the heart breaking news how our worldwide community was taken over one teaching center after another by our Church leadership and replaced with their chosen people -- I was appalled.  I thought surely this cannot go on for too long.  I prayed that this would stop but it has not to this day.

Rev. Frazier had his eye on our teaching center as soon as he became regional minister.  He had a job to do.  He needed to control and dictate to every community in his region that which management at RHQ dictates to him.  After all he was, and is, getting a big salary for his work and RHQ expects results.  We were told that he gets as much as $80,000 a year.  Even though he got this big salary I was surprised he asked us for $30.00 to have his car parked each time he came to New York.

The hand writing was on the wall!

We knew that we had but a short time left on the board before we too were going to be fired and replaced. The ax was hanging over our heads.  Reports from a few complainers on our board and from some individuals in our community went to RHQ on a regular basis.  After that Rev. Frazier and his wife announced that they were coming to have a board meeting with us.

On the afternoon the Fraziers arrived for the big board meeting at our teaching center -- a miracle happened --
God put out the lights!

The big blackout in New York City happened at that exact same time.

Most of the board members never made it to that meeting. The Fraziers and two board members did make it to our center.  They were held up for three days sleeping on chairs.  We never had that important meeting which we never were told what it was all about before or afterwards. The Fraziers were extremely tired and quickly drove back to Washington as soon as the electricity came back.  They were extremely happy to get their car hoisted back down to the ground and drive home.  After that incident the Fraziers only came back one more time together with the church manager Linda Worobec and Jon Springer.  They had a two day meeting with us and also stayed for a community meeting the next day Sunday.  After the community meeting we had another meeting till about 8:00P.M. that night.  All of us were completely exhausted.

Again our Mother/Father God interceded and we were not fired even then.

We accomplished having the English and Spanish books united into one bookstore.  Also The Pro-life class/service, the booklet I made for it and the news letter which I had been doing for 10 years were reinstated in those three days of board meetings.

Rev. Frazier and Annice Booth had tried to stop me from doing this class/service and using the booklet when I attended the summer conference last year July 4th, 2003.  I was told then by Annice Booth that Rev. Frazier had asked her to speak with me regarding the Pro-life work I was doing.  Amongst other things she said to me that I should get down on my knees and kiss the feet of Rev. Frazier. She told me that there was no such established service in our Church and that I could not continue doing it.  Also the booklet I had made for the service I was told by her that I could not use because some of the calls in it were "inner temple work."  She also had mentioned copyrights to me regarding the booklet.

July 4th 2003 was a sad experience for me at RHQ.

It was spoiled for me with the unexpected, horrible and harsh treatment I got from Rev. Annice Booth to stop my Pro-life work, especially her expression of this idea that I should kiss the feet of a minister, and also hearing Rock Music played in the Heart of the Inner Retreat during our 4th of July picnic.
What is going on with this church management that they allowed people to play Rock Music in the heart?  And then, to hear the strange music (Beatles Tunes) played in King Arthur's Court that evening.

What happened on that day July 4th 2003 was a complete hatred and disrespect against the divine Mother Image.

Stopping the Pro-life class/service, the rock music in the Heart and the Beatles tune sang by Linda Worobec at the altar in King Arthur's Court -- all this was a complete hatred of the Mother Image.

Vol. 37 No. 29 - The Beloved Great Divine Director - July 17, 1994
....People are bound because they somehow believe, without having given thought to it, that they must be subservient to the system, having been taught that only through this or that body or church or organization or individual can they have salvation.
You are the independent thinkers.  You are here because you do not buy into something said simply because it was said by "a very important person," to whom others think they must surrender their very minds.  You have not left the world to come onto this path without having the strength of your convictions and without having transcended the desire to be thought well of by your fellowmen just for the sake of being thought well of.  Thus, beloved, you in your own right are leaders midst the families and friends, communities and nations that you hail from.  Remember this, beloved.
Many people will not step forward and state an opinion that is contrary to what is being discussed.  To do so takes courage.  It takes having the sacred fire in your chakras.  It takes independence in God.  It takes communion with God that is so great that nothing that anyone could ever say to you could make you waver from the truth, from the honor, from the inner knowing your soul had even in your mother's womb and lifetimes ago.
Do not be silenced! For if you allow anyone to silence the voice of your conscience, you will come to the end of your present opportunity on earth and wonder why you did not speak out in defense of this one or that one and bring a bit of joy and hope to a hopeless, hapless, helpless life.
Yes, beloved, use that voice while you have it and do not withhold your disagreement with error or erroneous statements.  Do not keep your peace when someone is uttering an untruth.  Challenge it, beloved!  Do not fear to be unpopular with the world.  For I tell you, when you do not fear the world or its rejection, you will find that though the world may reject you, the angels will not.  And, likewise, you will be very popular with the saints in heaven.  And we will help you, we will serve you.
Cowardice has no place in the heart of a chela of El Morya or the Maha Chohan.  Therefore, do not be cowards!  And let your bodies be purified and strengthened so that you have the peace of communion with your own soul and your own God-free being.
We certainly do need those who are leaders.  We also need those who are followers.  But we also need a dividing of the way whereby those souls who have become gray ones floating in a nebulous cloud on the sea of life can be saved -- if there be any life or quickening left in them -- and whereby those who are simply idling, for they have lost their leaders and the vision of their leaders, might also be saved........

My story continued ...

Having been part of this board myself I know first hand how difficult it was to get anything done.  Some of us worked extremely hard and were successful in uniting our English and Spanish bookstore. For many years this had caused us great disharmony among our community members. Also our rent was a huge problem.  We surely could not have survived another month in our old place.  We searched for a less expensive space and by the grace of God found one.  It was negotiated and finalized by us.  The move was not easy because certain community members and individuals on our board did not want to let go of the old place.  They were and still are angry with us because of this. We moved March 13th, from 1133 Broadway, to our new location at 227 west 29 Street in NYC.

We had boxes still stacked up to the ceiling to be unpacked in our new place when the offer came to go to Washington to attend the regional conference with Rev. Frazier which he organized annually.  It was announced that the two presidents would be there this time.  An offer was made to our community that RHQ would pay for accommodations and food for the weekend. Because of this unusual generosity many of our members went.

Our 2004 election was supposed to take place on the following Sunday, April 18th.  The Friday before we were informed by Rev. Frazier that we could only have a 5 member board from now on according to the five 5 secret rays and not the seven rays as before.  Also we were told by him that only 2 of the 4 nominees were approved by RHQ.  We usually dealt with RHQ directly in the past and also voted ourselves on how many board members we wanted.  We tried to get in contact with church manager Linda Worobec at RHQ to discuss the situation but she never returned our calls that weekend.

Because of discrepancies with our election procedure and the interference by the regional minister our community voted to postpone the election for one week.  Reverend Frazier who was not happy about the postponement said to one of our members "it wasn't supposed to go that way."

During the following week the 4 rejected candidates called Linda Worobec to find out the reason for their rejection.  Only two of us were accepted back. We were also told that our community would receive a letter from the presidents.  Because of the new software program RHQ has installed on their computers -- many of our members could not open the attachment to read the letter.  This again was a problem because we received the letter on a Friday just before the election was supposed to take place on Sunday.  Again Linda Worobec was away for the weekend and not available to answer phone calls.

Two candidates were reinstated and we now had 4 candidates the community could vote for.  The letter stated that there could only be 5 board members according to the five secret rays

The three board members who continued for another year showed their allegiance to Rev. Frazier and RHQ in the past.  The two new candidates they approved immediately also would not cause a problem for Rev. Frazier or RHQ.  The only problem as far as they were concerned would have been the two who were reinstated.  One of them was myself.

Still the election was arranged in a way so management could not lose even if one of the 2 unpopular ones were elected.

Our Sunday service on April 25, 2004 was patched from King Arthur's Court at RHQ.  Charlotte Mizzi was conducting it. A dictation was given regarding the 5 Dyani Buddha's -- the five secret rays.  I am sure this dictation was carefully chosen for our benefit and was no coincidence.

After our Sunday service was over we the board members decided to have a board meeting.  I was told the night before by a community member that a message was given to Angela Senyut by RHQ to convey to everyone in our New York Community.  The message should have been given to the president or vice president in my opinion but was not.

We had a board meeting in our children's room. I confronted the person with the message, Angela Senyut, and told her that I heard that she had received a message from RHQ to give us.  She never exactly told us what it was but by her actions it was obvious that she was pushing to get the election through and not let it be postponed for yet another week under any circumstances.  She did not want a community meeting like some asked for but pushed to immediately proceed with the election process.  She told us that we as a board had the right to tell the community that the election should go on and not have any discussion first.  She said that if we read the letter from RHQ to them the community would ask questions and we could not be sure of the outcome.  Angela Senyut just kept arguing and wasting time. We finally went outside into the other room to ask the community if we should vote -- to read the letter and have a discussion before the election or have the election first. There was a lot of confusion going on and more time was wasted.  Our president, Pauline Tonn, was completely ineffective and never said anything that made any sense to anyone. She was repeating the same thing over and over and letting herself be swept along and overrun by the agitators (Thomasina Rodriguez, Yolanda Betancourt, Fabiola Zabaleta and Angela Senyut). It is my opinion that Pauline Tom also was being told what should happen that day. Angela Senyut remained standing throughout, arguing loudly and dictating to us to push and have the election right away.  She said that we should read and discuss the letter another time.

After a while everyone was getting tired and fed up with the shouting that was going on. People were interrupting and wasting time. Angela Senyut was standing there and dictating to the rest of us to just go on with the election. The Spanish group was the most vociferous and acting like a street gang.  It was a real circus and a sad situation all around.

There was no attempt by the President of our Board, to maintain the order that is necessary in election situations.  The spirit of intimidation was hanging in the air everywhere and she did nothing to stop it.
After all that disharmony going on the letter was finally read.  Louis Difo read us the Bylaws and many of our members had questions.  Angela Senyut dictated who could speak and who could not.  Much time again was wasted arguing. Angela Senyut and the rest of the Spanish group kept pushing to have the election immediately.  Everyone was so tired with what was going on and we finally agreed to go on with the election.

We all went into our Sanctuary to hold the election.

The two favored candidates spoke first and told us how they would serve the community.  Fabiola Zabaleta told us that she would not promise us anything.  Margaret Ellis who lives in Long Island and works every day including most weekends said that she would try to be there as much as she could.

Following those two I was next. I introduced myself and told everyone that I was born in Hungary and that I stood for freedom and was a friend of our beloved Saint Germain the God of Freedom.  I continued to speak and proposed that we postpone the election for another week to give time to everyone to read the letter and examine the legality of this election and the rules set forth to us by RHQ.  I also proposed that our community should vote on the issue of how many board members we want to have on our board and not let RHQ dictate it to us.

During my speaking the shouting from the Spanish group who were sitting in the back row started again and it was difficult to be heard.  Yolanda Betancourt, Thomasina Rodriguez and Angela Senyut shouted and gestured and demanded that the election officer Wallace Tulloch have me removed from the podium.  I asked him to just let me finish speaking.  He walked toward the podium in a threatening manner and wanted to grab my arm and pull me away.  This is another example of the atmosphere of intimidation, actually getting physical, that civilized people find so repugnant.
I finished with the sentence that under these circumstances I could not in all good conscience serve on this board.  I would not stand for election under these circumstances.

Archangel Gabriel very appropriately says in Vol. 12 No. 49 December 7, 1969
....You must understand that the prince of darkness is clever and that, to the innocent of heart, his machinations are almost beyond belief.  For example, the children of Belial, masquerading as angels of the light, will allow themselves to be caught momentarily behaving very badly but they will do so in a limited way where only a few are able to observe.  When those who witness their behavior, out of honor make it known to others, the masquerader will point the accusing finger at the one who speaks the truth and dares to expose the lie.  The wolf in sheep's clothing <6> will then retreat behind a mask of innocence, concealing the blackness of his heart from the multitudes, his purpose being accomplished through the spread of the poison of hatred against the souls who have the courage to stand for truth and justice
.

What happened to freedom of speech in America?  If this kind of thing can go on in our teaching centers of Church Universal and Triumphant then what hope do we have for our country and the world?

After I left the podium the other approved person Linda Surles was asked to speak to our community from the podium.  She was received with disdain, head shaking and whispers.  She also decided to not stand for election under these circumstances.

This was a very sad day indeed for our beloved Saint Germain, the God of freedom and all of the other sponsoring Masters for our great City of New York.
It's the sadder for me, because in my desire to make this letter as complete as possible, I contacted the election officers, and asked them for the vote totals for the election.  They refused to give me the vote totals.  I always thought that vote totals were always made public in an election.  But what is right side up in every other place in the world, at least in democracies, is now considered to be upside down in Linda Worobec's and Rev. Frazier's newly secured fiefdom.  Here, vote totals are secret, I guess, like the secret rays.

Vol. 15 No. 31 - Beloved Mother Mary - July 30, 1972
....It is almost as though men themselves had created the religious tenets to which they adhere, and by and by their loyalty to their own beliefs transcends their loyalty to God.  But God is above mankind's religion;  He is even above those doctrines which they have come to accept, wherever these differ with the true aspects of Love.
I wonder if mankind have ever mused upon what would happen in the world if all men professing to work for God were really doing so.  Their loyalties, then, would be to Him rather than to their egos, to the bringing in of the kingdom rather than to the building of a Tower of Babel, to the establishment of the joys of God in the lives of others rather than to the indulgence of their appetites and passions. ...
Don't you understand, beloved ones, that the harmony of the whole is of far greater importance than the temporary satisfaction of a part, even allowing that the part might be momentarily correct in its application of a tenet of the Law?  Oh, the Law --  how beautiful it is!  And how wonderful it is when mankind can reach out to the Law and see it as the counterpart of love and mercy that will establish the unifying power of the Holy Spirit upon earth!  Then much of the chastening of the children of God will become unnecessary, for they will be one with the Law even as we are one with Him.  <5>
Never at any time were the admonishments of the apostles or of my Son intended to be wrongly divided.  Yet how frequently the Word --  which is both a sword to divide good from evil and a shield to protect eternal Truth from the onslaught of error's divisive ways -- is misunderstood in the realm of applications...

Please find the truth in the following statement by
The Beloved Great Divine Director:
