preparedness of the light-bearers. And I say it is found wanting, especially in the area of
conventional forces that are needed to take command of certain skirmishes and acts of terrorism,
as well as the penetration of this nation of drugs from beyond her shores which ought to be dealt
with by military forces inasmuch as this is a declaration of war against the United States of
America and her divine destiny and the physical bodies of this generation of her youth!"
"Therefore, I say, let Keepers of the Flame give the
divine decree for the Navy, the Coast Guard, the National Guard, and all other branches of service
to be employed in the capturing and the binding of all shipments of drugs coming in from South

of its playing. It is a call to the angels, it is a dedication of life, and it is a rededication of your
heart: I AM the Guard." [from page 286]
"I AM sending the ray of my heart to all who are a part of
the legions of Archangel Michael and would be and would remain so! I AM sending forth a ray
for the precipitation now of an armor around you that is a light silver in color, but is not made of
silver but a metal of light coalesced that is not in use on this planet. It is as the color of white gold,
and it is an action that I place upon you who have continued to give your calls daily to me, year
upon year, and you will begin to give those calls --- forty calls to Archangel Michael daily, at dawn
or at the midnight hour, when our legions go forth in the changing of the guard for the seizing of
those forces of the night in the astral plane or for the seizing of those who would tear from the
children of the light the energy of the dawn."
"Blessed hearts, the hour of the dawn wherever you are
(which is changing daily) or the hour of midnight is most beneficial to our hosts of light who serve.
Therefore, we call unto you and we ask that you give forth your devotion at any hour of the day
and at these, if it is possible, and that you recognize that in all of the minutes of the twenty-four
hours there are legions of blue-flame angels spiraling the earth who will act by the authority of
your command."
"By the sapphire stone of my heart, I direct this mighty
current of light to you, blessed hearts. Will you not rededicate yourself to these calls, for by them,
all the seven archangels serve. By the call to me, each and every one is given the authority to act;
and if you wish, you may name all seven in the preamble. But I tell you, miracles have been
wrought by Jophiel, Chamuel, Gabriel, Raphael, Uriel, Zadkiel, and Uzziel and the hosts of the
five secret rays because you have continued unabated and determined, with God-love and fiery
light streaming from you."
"Now you are dressed in the armor bright of my legions!
I seal you in it, and it is a perfect armor. Purity of heart will keep it perfect. And as you work
daily to remove your own weaknessess, your armor will be strengthened from within. And your
mighty sword, which glistens as the sword Excalibur, you will use then with us. And our legions
will train you, and you will find yourselves becoming more and more adept at using the blue
lightning to stop all manner of darkness on earth!"
"Blessed hearts, have faith in Almighty God within you,
that God in you is capable of defeating many situations and conditions, even in planetary scope,
that you have considered hopeless --- God forbid. Blessed hearts, some look upon conditions
thinking they are of such magnitude as to despair --- when if you would look in the same moment
and make a call to me and Mighty Victory, you would see the very crumbling of that nucleas!"

the breaking through of the astral plane of the drug culture, multiplied many times over by the rock
beat. I would remind you that for the protection of the very souls of the people, there is needed in
your home an instrument to play perpetually the music of Beethoven. It is in the nine symponies
that you will find the power of the three-times-three to neutralize the rock beat that is continually
playing on this planet, gaining momentum on the airways from satellite, through television and
radio, on stereo systems, in headsets, vibrating through the very marrow of the bones of the people
as newer and more perfected forms of technology allow these sounds to resonate to the very core
of the cell."
"Blessed hearts, I tell you, it is so. Even the nucleus of
the cell, that has been sealed by a certain sealing of the flame there, is now penetrated by the sound
itself. And thus, you see, where you are, wherever you are upon earth, even if you are not
within ear of the sound of the rock beat, most likely it is playing through your body through the
very waves and currents of the earth."
"Thus, I tell you, the music of Beethoven itself, when
played continuously from the first to the ninth symphony, has a rolling momentum. And if it can
play in your homes and if you can remember to have it in your automobiles, you will understand
how it does its work of transmutation in its own way and aids and secures your health and your
life."
"It is like have a decree tape playing. It forms a matrix of
light, a rhythym and a sound that counteracts that which is discordant at the same levels of
vibratory rate and frequency in the earth; for the music that travels is actually stealing that area
assigned for the holding of the harmony through sound by the Elohim of God." [from

Footnote (6) on Serapis Bey: Refers to the fourteen-month cycles of ascension's flame released
from the Great Causal Body of Life, first initiated by Serapis Bey at winter soltice 1978; second
cycle (intensification of yellow ray of wisdom), commenced February 19, 1980; third cycle
(intensification of pink ray of love), commenced April 20, 1981; fourth cycle (intensification of
violet ray of freeom), commenced June 20, 1982. As Serapis explained, "The goal of this
fourteenmonth is the passing through of your lifestream on the fourteen stations of the cross of the
Woman and her seed." In reference to the final seven months of the first cycle, he warned of "a
period of great challenge where you will meet unheard-of and untold initiations," and at the
