Dear KOF List Members,

The key to the problem with the Roxendal administered KOF List as it stands, is that there is a person in charge who does not appreciate the damage he is doing to the spiritual path of the participants by allowing the free expression of doubts concerning the most important and fundamental aspects of the Ascended Master's Teaching.

As you know, I recently went nose to nose with a long time KOF List member ([POR]) who freely expressed not just his doubts, but his rejection of the Master's clear and unambiguous teaching on the subject of abortion. As you know, my analysis of the situation revealed that the problem could not be dealt with through further discussion, that a prayer effort was required to rescue this soul from the quicksand of intellectual delusion in which he was mired. I stepped forward to lead that prayer effort, and this caused Mr. Roxendal, the List Administrator, to blow his top, and to lead an effort to cast me off the stern of the ship.

Mr. Roxendal was more offended at the fact that I challenged the presence of a condition of rebellion in the midst of the community, than he was by the expression of that rebellion itself. In this respect, Mr. Roxendal has his priorities exactly backwards.

Mr. Roxendal was more offended at my suggestion of a Ruby Ray Vigil (33.00 Judgement Call) on behalf of this individual, than he was by the individual's expression of rebellion. In this respect, Mr. Roxendal has his priorities exactly backwards.

Mr. Roxendal feels more comfortable in the presence of those who themselves feel comfortable with the presence of rebellion in their own bones ([POR]), than he does with those who recognize the danger of developing a tolerance for that rebellion (ME). By his example, and his administration of this list, Mr. Roxendal is teaching complacency in the presence of overt defiance of the Master's Word. This is a dangerous atmosphere for any soul who sincerely desires to make progress on the path of initiation.

That is why I cannot return to any form of participation in the KOF List, until measures are established to eliminate open expression of defiance of the Word of the Ascended Masters, as that word has been delivered through their Messengers Mark and Elizabeth Prophet.

Because there is virtually no hope of such measures being adopted under the current List Administrator, Mr. Roxendal, I have taken appropriate steps to establish an alternative KOF List, the NEW KOFLIST, where sincere students of the Ascended Masters can gather, discuss the teachings, without being drawn into arguments over the fundamental tenets of the teachings themselves. I have read the complaints of some who have lamented how the current KOF List repeatedly falls short of its potential. This is the direct result of Mr. Roxendal's lack of understanding and leadership. He is under the mistaken impression that the expression of defiance of the Master's teaching has some benefits, both for the individual expressing the defiance, and for the group of devotees who must listen to and respond to that defiance.

The fact of the matter is, the teaching itself councils otherwise. The Masters have told us that the expression of defiance only serves to add strength to the patterns of defiance that are already coiled layer upon layer in the electronic belt. The Masters have told us that remaining complacent in the presence of defiance will compromise our own path. Because the current List Administrator has ignored this teaching, thereby engaging in a little of that defiant spirit himself, he has contributed to the compromise of the path of initiation for all members of this list.

Because of the List Administrator's lack of understanding in this area, he has allowed a condition of overt rebellion in one or more individuals to repeatedly bait the more sincere students into complacency on the one hand, and into arguments on the other, over aspects of the teaching that are absolutely clear in the minds of 99% of all devotees of the Teachings.

This situation repeatedly short circuits the efforts of the more sincere students to stand upon the basic truths of the teaching, and through discussion, reach into ever higher realms of understanding. But this goal, this bright and shining mission of any group of Ascended Master Students, will continue to be thwarted by the lack of understanding exhibited by this List Administrator, Mr. Roxendal.

If sincere students of the teaching are to have the opportunity to build upon the premise of the Teachings that the Masters have given us, if they are to have the opportunity to build more lofty mansions of understanding and insight upon that foundation, a certain guardian action is required by the List Administrator. The current list administrator does not understand this. But I understand this, and I understand this clearly.

As the new List Manager of this NEW KOFLIST, I have no doubts about my ability to identify what is, and what is not a fundamental teaching of the Ascended Masters, beginning with the issue of abortion. I have no problem with coming to grips with the severe consequences associated with the unbridled indulgence of a condition of open defiance of those teachings, both in terms of the student trapped in that pattern of defiance, and for the group of students who desire to maintain an atmosphere of reverence for those teachings. I have no qualms whatsoever about establishing and implementing guidelines that will eliminate the expression of open defiance within a group of devoted students.

The administrator of the OLD Kof list, Mr. Roxendal, has labeled the level of certainty exhibited in these words as "fanaticism". But again, he has it exactly backwards.

I am well aware that patterns of defiance are measured on a scale of magnitude, and that it is folly to see a dragon in a gnat's worth of stubbornness. But, as the Teaching itself makes clear, there is no higher level of defiance than that which refuses, in the very presence of the Master's light and love, to bend the knee before the Master's word on the subject of abortion. The survival of souls, nations, and planets hinge on that decision. Inflexibility here removes such souls, nations, and planets from the protective reach of the Ascended Hierarchy.

Mr. Roxendal is not even capable of understanding that this is exactly the approach that would be taken in a discussion group at a local Teaching Center or Study Group before or after a service. Who, in their wildest imagination would think that the Study Group Leader would allow the time of the Study Group Members to be taken up by a discussion of why the Masters are wrong on the issue of Abortion? The Study Group Leader, by definition, must have a more than ordinary level of appreciation for the purposes of God that the Masters represent, and for the purpose such gatherings serve within that context. This appreciation would clearly expose the improper nature of the expression of doubts in that setting. Yet, the current list administrator believes that it is appropriate for the tender and devoted hearts of those who gather in this online meeting space to be rattled by such grotesque departures from what the Masters have told us. Mr. Roxendal is wrong, mistaken, and misguided, and tragically so.

If the discussion on the virtues of pornography would be ruled out of order in an instant, why does Mr. Roxendal drag his feet when it comes to ruling a much more intense and damaging manifestation of rebellion out of order? It is more than just a lack of understanding. It is the ties of sympathy (the idolatry of human relationships) that I have mentioned before, that have, in Mr. Roxendal's case, bound both his hands and feet with the cords of doubt and indecision.

The basis of our beliefs are attacked from all sides as we walk the streets of the cities of this world. Freedom of speech is alive there, to be sure, and this is appropriate and rightfully so. But there is no reason to adore this standard of undifferentiated freedom of expression in the midst of a community taught to respect, adore, and adhere to the Teachings of the Ascended Masters as the life preservers that they, in reality, are. Any gathering of Ascended Master students ought to be an oasis of peace, where our meditations upon the Teaching are allowed to blossom into a deeper and more profound intensity of understanding.

But this central well of devotion is being continually poisoned by the dark currents of doubt which the List Administrator, Mr. Roxendal finds so pleasing in his sight. He mistakenly believes that this has something to do with "community building". But Mr. Roxendal's grasp of community building is, in this respect, fatally flawed. What good is it for the community to labor day upon day setting one log of the Teaching upon another, and at the same time have Mr. Roxendal stand in zealous defense of a colony of termites which has taken up residence in one of the walls?

These termites do not remain silent, nor do they ever stop feasting upon the very fabric of the community.

Substantial levels of dweller substance indulged by certain individuals will always take offense at any particularly profound statement of Ascended Master Law. The dweller substance will react and report the obvious, that what was stated was not in agreement with its perception of the truth. An objection will be made by the dweller substance, and the soul will report the negative reaction it feels within its own bones, and that objection will be met, for it is a duty to meet all expressions of falsehood with an equally bold expression of truth. But because these expressions of falsehood are at such a fundamental level, defiance of the Word itself, their continued expression keeps the discussion at the most superficial levels. Any individual who expresses doubts about the most fundamental aspects of the Teaching has much clearance work to do before he or she can really contribute in a constructive manner to a discussion concerning Ascended Master Law (the thought processes are bound by the negative reaction patterns produced by the dweller substance.).

The place to express doubts about the teaching is never within the circle of devotion.

The fingers of the mind cannot retrace these truths too many times. There are severe consequences for any sincere student of the teachings to openly express doubts about the teachings. These doubts are far more likely to be expressions of untransmuted dweller substance (fool's gold), than expressions of the higher mind (pure gold). To parade these doubts around as if they represented something of value, as some of the members of this list are allowed to do, further entraps the soul in the web of illusion that is the hallmark of all untransmuted dweller substance. That is why the Masters have taught us to put those doubts on the shelf, and use the Science of the Spoken Word to draw down into the mind, from the heart of your own God Presence (via the heart of the Master), that additional increment of light which allows to coalesce within the mind, that higher understanding which alone has the power to drive those doubts away, yes, like the rising sun drives away the morning mist.

Intellectual discussion does not drive those doubts away. It makes them stronger as the pride of the individual pours his energy into their defense. No, if a student of the Ascended Masters has a need to express doubts concerning the most fundamental tenets of the Master's Teaching, in the area of abortion no less, then that student has problems more pronounced in its severity than what is found in the general body of Ascended Master devotion. Such a person needs immediate attention.

It is a service, and a valuable one at that, to tell the person who is in the grips of such an illusion, i.e. laboring under the false belief that their doubts have value, that he or she is in dangerous position in terms of the integrity of his homeward path back to the heart of God. And it is a further service to that one, to deny him the opportunity to express those doubts in our presence.

It is the mandate of the 20.09 dweller call itself, that that one may not go out and tempt the innocent, and the babes in Christ.

That is the policy that we will implement in the NEW KOFLIST, and this will be one of the primary differences between the old kof list, and the NEW KOFLIST. The expression of that spirit of defiance illustrated so clearly by [POR] will not be indulged. If an individual feels that the expression of these doubts are an important part of his or her path, then he or she will be invited to pursue that path someplace else, perhaps under the protective wing of Mr. Roxendal himself. He or she will not be allowed to pursue the path of defiance in the midst of those who truly desire to maintain an atmosphere of reverence for the Teaching.

Remember this well. We are not just building a community of warm bodies. We are building a community that must serve as a vessel of light for the transformation of the entire culture. Any community built on the compromise of the Teaching will not hold the light which is required to transform this world. In terms of building this community of light, in terms of building that orb of radiance which will set the standard for the Golden Age for the entire earth, you are building in vain, if you build it on the fractured girders of compromise. If clarion warnings concerning the presence of these fractured girders is silenced simply to soothe the pride of these blind and stumbling engineers, what of lasting value have you gained? In the end you lose both the community and your precious "peace" in the roar and thunder of the final and ignominious collapse.

Another difference between the old kof list, and the NEW KOFLIST, will be in the manner in which we welcome the presence of the Ruby Ray Angels in our midst.

All sincere students of the Teachings are aware that they are on this Earth because they have, over many past lives, adopted the rebellious ways of the fallen angels, from one degree to another, and that the path of initiation must include the process of being stripped of that substance of rebellion, day by day. The current List Administrator, Mr. Roxendal, is offended at the statement of the obvious in this respect. But, we are not offended by the obvious needs of the path. We will face these needs head on.

As the List Manager of the NEW KOFLIST, I will lead a daily vigil of calls to the Ruby Ray (using the 33.00 Judgement Call), and I will post a notice of that vigil on a daily basis. It is far more wise to learn to feel comfortable in the presence of Ruby Ray Angels, than it is to learn to feel comfortable in the presence of overt rebellion. One path leads to the Ascension. The other leads to the failure of one's divine plan and mission.

The Ruby Ray Vigil, using the 33.00 judgment call, will be directed at stripping away the misqualified substance that has been caked and accumulated around the 4/10, 1/7 axis of the electronic belts of each member of the NEW KOFLIST, members of the Keepers of the Flame Fraternity, members of Church Universal and Triumphant, devotees of the Ascended Masters generally, and all of God's Children on a planetary scale.

As this substance is stripped away, the heart becomes more and more attuned to the Love of God, and his infinite care for all life. It also brings you closer and closer to realizing, permanently, the Love-Gratitude nexus of your own divine identity. Because this is the core issue when it comes to appreciating the sanctity of life, this vigil will be, by its very nature, in support of the effort to bring legal abortion on this planet to an end. Please join us for this reason, if no other.

We will be giving this vigil daily, until the day of our ascension in the light. Not for a single day, not for week, or a month, or a year, but for everyday henceforth, as far as the eye can see.

On the path back home to the heart of Our God Presence, we are faced every day with decisions that represent steps that lead forward, or backwards, or which amount to side steps on this path. It is sometimes difficult to tell which direction a particular decision will take us, and how far in that direction the decision will take us. Have we taken a baby step, a giant step, or giant leap forwards, backwards, or sideways? In this respect, you can put your mind at ease. Participation in this Ruby Ray Vigil represents one giant step forward on this path back to the heart of your own God Presence, and as you participate day by day, you are taking one giant step forward each and every day. What an opportunity and a daily bouquet of victory Mr. Roxendal and his cohorts have so foolishly brushed aside.

Please come and join this new list where your path back to the heart of your own God Presence will be more securely protected than it has been under Mr. Roxendal's administration.

Please tell all of your Ascended Master Devotee friends about this new list.

On the NEW KOFLIST, there will be no argumentation about fundamental aspects of the Masters Teaching. The Master's Teaching on abortion, and other hot button social issues, will be respected. We will build upon the Truth as the Ascended Masters have stated it.
