As the
Eagle Soars ...
As the eagle soars over Iraq today, what does it see?
It sees an awesome battle for the victory of freedom in
one of the most important and pivotal locations in the world, within the very cradle of
civilization.

Nicholas
Roerich's Sister Beatrice
Here's another painting by Nicholas Roerich, Sister
Beatrice (In the Monastery), 1914,
Tempera on cardboard. 75.5 x 86 cm. State Russian Museum, St. Petersburg.
Notice how the blue, synonyous with the will of God,
surrounds the inner chamber,
which is given a theme tending towards the pink, while the soul itself, is dressed in blue, bright
blue, intense blue, even
within the inner chamber.
May you pass every test. And don't forget to visit the
pearl while you are here.

Another
Radiant Jewel falls from Heaven
and into Our Hands: This Old Guitar by John
Denver
I first heard this particular song by John Denver on the
DVD
discussed below, "A Song's Best Friend - John Denver Remembered", where he is filmed
and recorded
singing a portion of it at the Sydney Opera House which I believe was in 1994. The recording
that I am
including here is from a live performance in Los Angeles in 1974 (which I purchased for 99
cents from
MSN music
and converted to an MP3 format). In this recording, he tells us the story about how the song
came
to be. At this time, John Denver is reaching the apex of his carreer, where his trademark
exclamation
"far out" has been fully embedded in the public psychology as you can see from the banter.
At the core, this is a timeless love song. On one level,
it
speaks to the love relationship between himself and his guitar, enfolding it with the greatest
appreciation. This has universal dimensions, speaking to the relationship between our soul
and the talents God has given us to express in the world of form. This level of appreciation
strikes deep, if you are fortunate enough to be outpicturing your highest reason for being in
your work life. Though even if you are not, it brings to life that deep longing associated with
our desire to be free to be who we really are, to be that person God created us to be. On another
level, and he works this into the song itself, this is about the love relationship between himself
and
his wife Annie, and here again he stirs our souls very deeply, because he is touching that domain
of love that exists between twin flames.
I would ask you to read the lyrics here, before you
listen to the song. Read the lyrics over a few times, and see if you can get a sense of what is
in these words. The lyrics, by themselves, at least in my opinion, are not very poetic, or put
together in way that could stand up as prose. But, follow along as John Denver sings, and
see how he gives to these words LIFE. Really, I am not kidding. On the paper by themselves,
the words are next to dead. When he sings them, he brings to life several deep dimensions of
precious beauty within us. This is remarkable. See if you don't agree.
This Old Guitar
Words and Music by John Denver
This old guitar taught me to sing a love song
It showed me how to laugh and how to cry
It introduced me to some friends of mine
And brightened up some days
It helped me make it through some lonely nights
Oh, what a friend to have on a cold and lonely night
This old guitar gave me my lovely lady
It opened up her eyes and ears to me
It brought us close together
I guess it broke her heart
It opened up the space for us to be
What a lovely place and a lovely space to be
This old guitar gave me my life my living
All the things you know I love to do
To serenade the stars that shine
From a sunny mountainside
Most of all to sing my songs for you
I love to sing my songs for you
Yes, I do, you know
I love to sing my songs for you
This voice has the power to move souls, to invoke
within them a deep beauty that is already there. Where does that power come from? It comes
from God. It comes from his higher Christ Identity. When he sings, your soul comes
alive,
and the spiral of the music raises the soul upwards in the direction of the heart. It is so
awesome.
Consider this one phrase, "It opened up the space for us to be, What a lovely place and a
lovely
space to be". Look at the dimension of feeling he brings to that one section. This is the
space of
love, the radiant penumbra of the divine heart. Here, man and woman, the twin flames, are
meant to
reside in that interval of total devotion one to the other.
And there is a great truth embodied in the song overall
in that respect. What brings twin flames together? What allows them to reside in that interval
of total devotion one to the other? They are being true to their divine identity. Their
relationship
exists within that framework of activity and contribution to the community which expresses their
genuine reason for being. All of that is in this song.
Post Script: In the course of writing
this blogger entry, I probably
listened to this song about 30 times. And I can report to you, after moving off into another work
area, the phrase that echoes in the mind, is that phrase above, "What a lovely place and a
lovely
space to be." Now, I am thinking, in this respect, that as the energies of the mind and feeling
world are so focused, that this would help guard the integrity of any husband and wife
relationship,
and so have the effect of strengthening family units, and our society and culture overall. At
minimum,
for all practical purposes, this inoculates the partners from the influences and pressures of
infidelity.
What do you think?
May you pass every test. And don't forget to visit the
pearl while you are here.

Peaches
and Cream
God can consolidate your consciousness into a circle,
and you can see the chaos there, and in an instant, He can clear it, establishing in its place, the
most beautiful clarity, stillness, and tranquility, though always shining with that
characteristically
ineffable embrace of paradise.
Many metaphors can be used as a marker in time and
space to point to this manifestation of victory.
For example, one can imagine a round video screen
about two feet in diameter. God can cause the totality of your human consciousness to be
consolidated and displayed on that screen, so you can see it clearly, appropriately depicted as a
writhing mass of worms and snakes. And of course all of the sensibilities of the soul are
enmeshed
in that writhing mass, representing the state of non-peace. In an instant, within that consolidated
arena, the
totality of that writhing mass of worms and snakes are made to disappear, and taking their place
instantly, with
not even a flicker between scenes, the circular display takes on the character of a crystal blue
aquarium scene, radiating
beauty into the eyes of the beholder. And of course, the sensibilities of the soul remain
enmeshed within
the scene itself, and what those sensibilities are registering, that too will change instantly with
the scene, from
that writhing and wriggling sense of unease, to a sense of crystal clarity, beauty, paradise.
Or perhaps, this consolidated arena of consciousness
can
be depicted as a dinner plate before you, even though what is on the plate is already inside of
you, or was.
We can look at the content of the plate, and gauge the content of our soul, by the feeling
invoked by the
prospect of ingesting what is on the plate. Imagine the dinner plate set before you piled high
with alligator
feces, which is a reasonable corollary to what gets pumped out of your electronic belt, and then
watch
the content of that plate change completely, in an instant in time, again, there is no flicker
between
scenes, there is no space between the first and the next, which is now a plate piled high with
peaches
and vanilla ice cream. The first, you would push off the table if you could with an appropriate
expression
of disgust, and the second, you would consume in an instant, without hesitation.
These metaphors really do depict, in a very accurate
manner,
the dissimilar nature of human chaos, and divine paradise.
I am not presenting these metaphors as something that
can
be focused on, to produce the change described. I am presenting them to illustrate the nature of
the
change that every student can experience at the Altar of the Holy Grail. No, no exercise of the
imagination,
no force of the human will can produce the change described. Only the Power of God can
produce the change
described, and the Power of God is not so far off, in as much as our decree work invokes the
Power of God!
Now, perhaps most of you will say in your heart that
you have
no idea what I am talking about. That's ok. Because it invokes an important question for you.
The question
is, when does the Power of God become so tangible as this, as to present such awesome
experiences of
God's Alchemy right before the soul's inner vision? Indeed, isn't that a good question?
How many of you have ever wondered what this means
at the
end of our decrees, "I consciously accept this manifest, manifest, manifest, ..." And so forth. On
the one
hand, this can refer to what you imagine the decree work has accomplished, either in the world,
or in you.
But the most important meaning of this, is what the Power of God has actually accomplished in
you, of
which you are clearly and unmistakably aware. Before your own eyes, your own darkness, or
even
that of the world, has been set before you, center stage, and brought to the fullness of your
attention, even
piled high on the laboratory work bench. You speak the Word, and the Power of God transforms
that pile of
refuse, into a pile of pure gold. And it is this pile of pure gold to which these all too familiar
words refer most
especially, "I consciously accept this manifest, manifest, manifest ..." and so forth. Even ever
expanding, and world enfolding. Clearly
there is every reason to expand the pure gold of divine paradise, and to enfold the world in it.
You are in the
midst of it, and you are absolutely sure of that.
When will YOU be able to seal your decrees, while the
actual
knowledge of divine paradise is alive in you?
I want to underscore the fact that we are talking about
great power here. And so, I think that should give you a clue to what the answer might be.
This power is only tangible to the student, in so far as
that student has proven that he, or she, will pass every test. You may well slip. No problem, get
up,
go back, and pass the test. Then move on.
And so, I can tell you the truth here, that this (Beatles
music)
episode in which Church Manager Linda Worobec has taught the student body that they don't
need to pass
every test, this has robbed the student body of this experience, this has robbed the student body
of the opportunity to have the Power of God resident within their temples, producing this
alchemy
that I have described, before their very eyes. It is so sad. Now, I am not saying that the decree
work
the student body is doing, is not producing good around the planet, I would have to admit, that it
has
to produce good fruit for the stability of life, because the call compels the answer. But, that is
not the point.
The point is, when will YOU reach that point where the Power of God manifests in your
temple,
and you can experience this alchemy every day, before your very (inner) eyesight? It is only
when
you prove to the Masters that you will pass every test.
When a test is presented, you cannot skip over it. You
must pass it.
And why is that? It is because the Masters must be
convinced
that you will not misuse that power. It is not that they don't desire to give you every good and
perfect
thing. They do. But before they do, they must be convinced, that you will not misqualify that
power, that the power will not be used by you to forge chains, instead of wings. This is what
passing your
tests is all about. It is about testing your allegiance to principle, and to the law. Do you
understand the
law, and will you hold to it? You are tested on this. And if you pass your tests, the Power of
God which
resides in your temple becomes ever greater in intensity and tangibility. And one day, it will be
as great as I have described, where
you will experience this alchemy every day, the Power of God consuming your darkness, and
leaving you
standing in the most awesome forcefield of paradise.
Now, there is another important dimension to this issue.
I think
that when most people think about the issue of misqualification, they think about not getting
angry,
or frustrated, or doubtful, or envious, or manifesting any of the other qualities that are identified
as
perversions of the God Flame on each of the lines of the Cosmic Clock. This is of course very
important. These tests must be passed. But, there is another dimension to this, and it is the
dimension of the divine mission.
From the point the soul first enters the path, they will
be steered in the direction of the divine mission. And for some people, they may be many
many miles away from their right place in this regard, and they must cross many rivers, and
many valleys, and even many continents to get into the right position. Though, this is different
for every soul. There certainly is no formula for knowing how far any particular soul is
from that perfect place, where they are intended to fulfill their destiny. Some souls, are
born right on the very doorstep of their mission. Perhaps you can think of some who might
fit that description. Though, these would the exception. Most people have a hard slog ahead of
them. And this is a very important aspect of testing. When the soul is given a particular
divine direction, a step that will bring the soul into greater alignment with its mission, or
at least into closer proximity, this will be a test, because the dweller on threshold will be
right there, saying, don't take that step. Instead, step over here. Of course, these
are steps which are intended to bring the soul into alignment with the divine identity which
the dweller on the threshold will oppose.
The divine identity can only operate at its greatest
power when it has become fully aligned to its divine purpose, and positioned appropriately to
fufill that purpose.
And so, the Power of God of which I am speaking,
that tangible manifestation of it, as described, within the very temple of the soul, peaches and
cream as it were, will not
be wasted by either God, or the Masters, upon the soul who is in the wrong place, who is
not taking the steps necessary to bring itself into greater alignment, and greater proximity
to that divine mission.
This is one of the most important and fundamental
aspects of the Path of Initiation. The Reality of God becomes most tangible to the
soul who has passed every test, which includes the tests in this category of divine
mission.
Now, I am thinking that there are probably many
students who consider themselves to be quite advanced when it comes to keeping their personal
expressions within the context of the law, and who have become very proficient in their decree
work, yet they will honestly tell you that they know nothing of the experience that I have
described above. And so, why is that? It is because they are not passing all of their tests. They
are skipping over some of their tests, and that is what keeps them in this condition of
non-experience,
this inability to witness to the greatest fruits of the path. This observation is validated, and
illustrated, by this interesting situation in which the greatest majority of the membership of
this organization has decided that their Church Manager Linda Worobec need not pass every
test, that they will let her slide, they will not press the issue of accountability, which indicates
an a priori conclusion in regards to their own path, that they themselves need not pass the
tests associated with the Linda Worobec situation, tests associated with the sanctity of the
office of church manager, one of the highest offices in the most important Ascended
Master
Organization on the planet..
I believe that the word "sloth" was originally invented
by the holy angels to describe this condition of the mental body in which the clutter of human
nonsense has allowed the Inner Christ to become completely immobilized and powerless. I
suppose
a treatise on the important of organization within the compartment of thought itself, would not
be
without value.
Let me make this clear, if I have not already. Part of
the
DIVINE MISSION of every member of this organization is to guard the sanctity of the Altar of
the
Holy Grail. Ok? Not so complicated. Part of the DIVINE MISSION of every member of this
organization is to hold leaders accountable who desecrate the Altar. Ok? Not so complicated.
Part of the DIVINE MISSION of every member of this organization is to safeguard the integrity
of the Teaching. Ok? Not so complicated. Part of the DIVINE MISSION of every member of
this organization is to hold leaders accountable when they rebel against fundamental aspects of
the Teaching. Ok? Not so complicated. Part of the DIVINE MISSION of every member of
this organization is to hold leaders accountable who destroy viable, functioning, and valuable
Ascended Master student groups. Ok? Not so complicated. I mean, if you people don't do it,
who will?
If you want to arrive in the Arms of God, which is a
state
of divine empowerment, after all, a Child of God is not a cat in God's lap, but a dynamic
operator in the cosmic scheme of things, then you must pass every test. And you must begin
now.
Though, while you are here, you might take a moment
to visit the pearl before looking for the door that will lead you
into
the future.

Eagles
and Worms
The human consciousness is like a can of worms!
Before
the Altar of the Holy Grail, as a general rule, unless your name is Linda Worobec, the worms are
made to lie still. And the essence of the soul's awareness is drawn out and up, into the forcefield
of light, into the presence of the sacred fire of eternal paradise, which some people refer to as
the I Am
Presence. A rose by any other name smells as sweet. Isn't that interesting? I mean
when
you look back at the record that Jesus left, you can say that he rose. And the same word
is
used to describe the queen of all flowers whose fragrance is like unto paradise.
Above the can of dormant
worms, an eagle is taking shape in the higher atmosphere, and the soul's awareness gets to
occupy that space,
and of course the soul needs to pay attention to this process during the devotional periods. This
is important,
because, walking out of the sanctuary, the divine hand that has held the worms in a dormant
state is withdrawn,
and they will carry on their wiggling and slithering (from where they left off) in the mode and
manner to which
they are accustomed. And this wiggling and slithering draws the awareness of the soul back into
the bodies of
these subterranean creatures. And when you find yourself back there, you will need to
remember the eagle, so
you can find your way back, by your own free will. That is, if you want to.
And so, this is the question, and you've heard it before.
To be or not
to be. The soul must learn how to withdraw its attention from the worm modality, and rise into
the heart of
the embryonic eagle. Remember this, that the mother eagle will eat the worms. That's right.
Once you get out
of a particular worm suit, the mother eagle will eat the worm! And you will never have to return
into the body
of that particular worm again. And that part of you which has been set free from the worm,
which has anchored
itself in the heart of the eagle, will be prepared for flight. "And there came a voice
to him,
Rise, Peter; kill, and eat." This is from the Book of Acts 10:13, the same number as the
Surya Decree. Don't
pay any attention to Peter's interpretation of that vision, as far as I can tell, he was right far less
often than a flip
of the coin. "Now while Peter doubted in himself what this vision which he had seen should
mean ... "
(Acts 10:17).
Your whole sense of self is eventually drawn into the
Eagle,
which then takes flight, and soars upon the highest currents of the Holy Spirit.
And so, let us Thank God for Allegory.
May you pass every test. And don't forget to visit the
pearl while you are here.

Who's
Steering that Ship? Answer: No One.
In way of further introduction to the Front Page
for September 2005, which has now become the Front Page for October 2005, or will be,
when I post it, I would like to share with you another important part of Robert Louis Stevenson's
Treasure Island, a part of the story that has never been included in any of the
film versions
as far as I know (I've seen three).
Now it came to pass, after the battle at the stockade
which the loyal shipmates successfully held against the pirate onslaught, that the cabin boy,
Jim Hawkins, paddled out, in a dense fog, and in the dead of night, to the Hispanolia, for the
purpose of cutting the anchor line, to set the ship adrift with the hope that it would run aground,
and thereby deny the pirates an avenue of escape. Having accomplished this without incident,
the tidal
current pulled the ship out to sea, along with the little craft in which Jim Hawkins was situated.
As
the night wore on, the Hispaniola and the coracle separated, Jim Hawkins fell asleep in the
bottom
of his little boat, and when the morning sun greeted him, he found himself off the coast of
Treasure Island, looking at the shore line from afar off, with the Hispaniola nowhere to be seen.
After making some effort to paddle ashore, an effort that was more or less frustrated by the
currents that orbited the island, he beheld, to his surprise, the sight of the Hispaniola on the open
sea under full sail. This is where we pick up the story.
From Treasure Island
by Robert Louis Stevenson |
 |
Right in front of me, not half a mile away, I beheld the
Hispaniola under sail. I made sure, of course, that I should
be taken; but I was so distressed for want of water, that I
scarce knew whether to be glad or sorry at the thought ;
and, long before I had come to a conclusion, surprise had
taken possession of my mind, and I could do nothing but
stare and wonder.
The Hispaniola was under her main-sail and two
jibs,
and the beautiful white canvas shone in the sun like snow
or silver. When I first sighted her, all her sails were draw-
ing; she was laying a course about north-west; and I pre-
sumed the men on board were going round the island on their
way back to the anchorage. Presently she began to fetch
more and more to the westward, so that I thought they had
sighted me and were going about in chase. At last, how-
ever, she fell right into the wind's eye, was taken dead
aback, and stood there awhile helpless, with her sails shiv-
ering.
"Clumsy fellows," said I; "they must still be drunk as
owls." And I thought how Captain Smollett would have set
them skipping.
Meanwhile, the schooner gradually fell off, and filled
again upon another tack, sailed swiftly for a minute or so,
and brought up once more dead in the wind's eye. Again
and again was this repeated. To and fro, up and down,
north, south, east, and west, the Hispaniola sailed by swoops
and dashes, and at each repetition ended as she had begun,
with idly flapping canvas. It became plain to me that
nobody was steering. And, if so, where were the men?
Either they were dead drunk, or had deserted her, I thought,
and perhaps if I could get on board, I might return the vessel
to her captain.
Well, herein begins a very interesting part
of the story, as Jim Hawkins takes possession of the ship, strikes the skull and cross
bones, makes a pact (of convenience) with a wounded pirate to get the ship ashore, saving his
own life
by a whisker, and turning the whole affair to the advantage of the true captain who was
seriously wounded, by the way, in the aforementioned battle and his loyal shipmates.
May you pass every test. And don't forget to visit the
pearl while you are here.
