To Friends of Saint Germain,

With war on the horizon, I think it is important to remember that the Masters stand neither to the left nor to the right in political matters. They are neither Republicans nor Democrats, neither hawks nor pacifists. They always stand on the point of Truth wherever they find it. Knowing this, we can never assume that, because of their past actions, they will always alight on the same position the next time they face a similar situation. But we can be sure to find them occupying the point that reflects the highest level of divinity in integrity, considering all possible options. In the case of this projected war, just because they supported America's last war against Iraq doesn't mean that the Ascended Masters support this one.

Were you around in the 1980s to hear Mother talk, year after year, about the possibility of World War III? Do you remember her saying that the war that would end in nuclear war was prophesied to begin in the Middle East? If you were there, you remember expos‚ after expos‚, inspired by Saint Germain, warning us of the time to come when a great terror would come from the east, and when he pleaded with us to pray for the installation of "Star Wars" antiballistic missile defense system.

If you weren't there, please ask someone who was there, for the information that was given to us then is foundational to an understanding of the times in which we are now living.

Were you around in the late 1980s when many stalwart chelas left our homes and moved to Montana to build shelters so that we could carry on the traditions of the Great White Brotherhood after the time projected when cataclysm and nuclear war would wipe out much of the civilization we have become accustomed to? Mother was severely criticized during and after that cycle for heeding these warnings and placing her trust in Saint Germain. THOSE SHELTERS WERE BUILT FOR THIS TIME! And Saint Germain knew that "if you build it, they may not come," and we may not have to use our hiding places at all.

This is what Saint Germain said in 1986: "Economic debacle is foreseen. Prepare. Setbacks will be sudden. Be not lulled by the heyday. Many Band-Aids upon the economy, the money system, the banking houses. These will not prevent the collapse of nations and banking houses built on sands of human greed, ambition and manipulation of the lifeblood of the people of God. . . . We have, then, a tripod of war, economic debacle and cataclysm. Any one of these could be sprung at any time."

The signs of the times are clear for those of us who've heard these prophecies. I have said to my friends many times recently, "Oh, the things happening around us are just the things Mother warned us could be coming in our lifetimes." We see the signs in the economic collapse that was predicted to occur before the war, in the plagues that have come upon the earth, diseases like Aids and Ebola virus, in terrorism (which Saint Germain warned would hit our soil and change our way of life), and preparation for war- even nuclear war-in the Middle East (recently the US has admitted that they would consider using nuclear force against Iraq).

Ascended Master chelas are being alerted by their Gurus that we have entered a dangerous era. One counselor reported to me that in the last few weeks, nearly every chela who has come to see them has said that suddenly the only important thing in their lives is getting right with God. In particular, many who work with Saint Germain report that he has been speaking to them or inspiring them, begging their intercession because SAINT GERMAIN DOES NOT WANT THIS WAR IN THE MIDDLE EAST AT THIS TIME. His inspirations to me have contained these points:

* President Bush has, until recently, been sponsored by Saint Germain, who has worked right by his side since his election. However, he has recently been hit with some personal karma that has caused him to turn away from the Master and from his own conscience and determine to go after Sadam Hussein because of an old karmic record between the two men. It was written in August of last year, but is uncanny in its projection of the future.

In this article Christine says, "President Bush is about to experience a first in spiritual testing wherein his actions will affect the entire world. It is my prayer that any heavy-handed action-particularly in the form of a nuclear strike on Iraq through December 2003-be avoided. The outcome could be devastating to the United States."

Christine tells quite a story of interlocking karma between Bush and Sadam Hussein. The astrology suggests that the President could be pulled into acting out of a personal vendetta, possibly from Atlantian times, against an ancient adversary from a previous life. Bush has karma with a laggard generation that got in his way when he was a ruler then. He has come back to finish the business he didn't complete with them, this time as the President of the United States.

Beginning in December 2002, Bush's chart shows him receiving bad advise from his trusted counselors who tell him that the only solution to issues with Iraq is to take severe action. In her August article, Christine said that Bush could fall prey to Neptunian illusion and his own desire to remove a personal, ancient enemy might completely overtake him, "So by January 2003 we could very possibly have United States troops actively engaged in the Middle East."

Christine further projected that, beginning in February, 2003, Bush would be faced with a spiritual test as Pluto conjoins his South Node. "The President could be in a moral and spiritual crisis" that could threaten to uproot all he has believed in. Worst of all is her contention that threats of terrorist attacks through May 11, 2003 could cause Bush to use nuclear weapons against Iraq in retaliation.

I find it interesting that so much of what Christine has seen in Bush's chart has come true.

* Saint Germain has indicated to me that Bush has turned away from him in much the same way that Napoleon turned away from him-to follow his own ambitious ends. Saint Germain has said to me recently, "The President has betrayed us," and has indicated that Bush is headed for his own Waterloo if he moves forward with this war.

I found it interesting to note that for the first time, in his press conference a few nights ago, Bush was not overshadowed by Saint Germain. I'm not the only one to notice; the next day people in the media and all walks of life noted that there was something missing, that the President did not have the same presence. Many said that for the first time, Bush was not inspiring, and he didn't even seem to be inspired himself. Clearly Saint Germain has pulled out of the relationship now and Bush has been left to his own devises.

* Saint Germain is working diligently with his twin flame to establish the foundations of his new Golden Age. He must have certain elements in place right now, in the next few years. These must reflect a new way of dealing with challenges and conflict more in keeping with his Seventh Ray diplomacy and befitting a world where Justice reigns.

* The Brotherhood does not want this war. Saint Germain has made it clear to me and to others I know that the war that Bush desires would be an incursion on his divine plan for the earth, which requires stability and the peaceful solution to the problems of the Middle East and Iraq. He has said to me, "All the prophecies from me and others about the major war in the Middle East are at hand. This will not be a simple war where we go in and everyone gives up and goes home. This will be the start of incursions all over the region. This is the beginning of World War III, the dreaded war to end all wars, because it will end in someone blowing up the earth using nuclear force, which will bring an end to life as the opportunity to transcend, and become life lived as in primitive times. So much of the earth will be destroyed that my golden age may not manifest for several hundred years."

* All we have to do is to look up the prophecies of war by Nostradamas, Mother Mary and Saint Germain given to his Messengers. These are beautifully outlined in Saint Germain on Prophecy for the New Millennium (available from SU Press), which provides a good reminder about the potential outcomes depending on the choices we make as Keepers of the Flame. Spiritually we can make a difference if we will do something about this.

* Bush's war is not a just war. It is not "just" in the sense that it is justified, considering all the impacts that will occur as a result of this slip up.

* Saint Germain, Jesus and many masters are still trying to get through to President Bush. We need to keep up our calls specifically for the binding of the dweller of the President, the cutting off of any ties he may have to the false hierarchy that may be projecting into him delusions of grandeur and feelings of revenge. We also need to continue to give our authority over the earth to Saint Germain, Portia, El Morya, the Fourteen Ascended Masters who Govern the Destiny of America and all others working to protect our nation.

In case it concerns you to learn that Saint Germain has been speaking with his students, this is actually not unusual for him. I personally know several people who have been working with this master for decades. Since his ascension, Saint Germain has always had a unique dispensation that allows him to work with people on all levels- not just people associated with this activity. He sometimes wears a physical body and walks amongst the people, assisting government leaders and working closely with his personal chelas. In 1996 the Karmic Board expanded his dispensation by allowing him to take on new chelas whom he is training in much the same manner in which he trained his Messengers (see his series of dictations published in the Peals of Wisdom from the South American stump). In my case, Mother has known of my communication with Saint Germain since 1977 and we discussed it several times. In fact, my staff assignments were always based on Mother's understanding of Saint Germain's sponsorship of me in this life and my ability to work directly with him on projects for her and for her Summit University students. So don't be surprised that he is communicating- BE ALARMED, AS HE IS, THAT OUR WORLD IS ON THE BRINK OF A WAR THAT COULD CHANGE LIFE AS WE KNOW IT.

Here's what Saint Germain said through Mother in April of 1991:

"The developments that I have sponsored . . . have truly been used to build a war machine without equal since the ancient days. Therefore, beloved, let that science be withdrawn from the movement of war and be applied to peace. . . . Peace is the purpose for technology-and the growth of the human spirit. And where people make science their god, they have no recourse when those forces of darkness, more powerful than themselves, amalgamate and rise up."

And in one of his most recent dictations (1998) he stated:

"This is our goal for you, beloved, that there should be no war in the earth-no more war in your members or on the planetary body. You are moving toward that, beloved. May you attain it in this life so that those who come after you need not take a backward step."

What can we do to assist the Masters at this time to avoid this war? Here are some ideas:

1. Do as many decrees as you can, especially violet flame. Get your local group going with decree sessions as many times a week as you can.

2. Call Church headquarters and ask them to get decree sessions going every night, as Mother always did in times of crisis, until Bush pulls back from the threat of this war.

3. Give to Saint Germain and the Goddess of Justice the authority of your own I AM Presence to adjudicate and find the perfect solution for the burdens in the Middle East, including Sadam Hussein and Iraq.

4. Use Saint Germain's Ritual of the Cloud to cover the Whitehouse, the President, his cabinet, his advisors, his family as well as all world leaders; to remove from that forcefield any negative energies such as chaos and confusion, illusion and delusion, dishonesty, ties to the fallen ones, the UFOs, etc.

5. Use the Cloud to assist the hosts of light to bind the dweller of President Bush and all advisors who work with him and to cut him free so he can have an epiphany and bend the knee to Saint Germain, Jesus and other spiritual advisors who are attempting to help him overcome his personal reactions and move with the vision of the coming Golden Age Saint Germain has shown him on the inner.

6. Use Astreas to cut the whole world free from this notion that because we have moved so many troops into the region, we have to go to war.

7. Do the Rosary every day, for Mother Mary promises intercession to stop war if we will give her Rosary (See Prophecy for details).

8. Take advantage of several of the decrees in the front of our decree book such as 6.02A "Liberation from Psychic Domination, 7.09 "God-Control of Nuclear Energy," 7.12 "Protection of the Office of the President of the United States," 7.15 "Omni Decree on Nuclear Energy," 8.04 "Prevention of Nuclear War." There are numbers of powerful decrees also in the Ruby Ray section.

9. Call your own Mighty I AM Presence to act on your behalf 24 hours a day, that only the Divine Will of God will prevail in the Middle East and in Iraq.
