     So many of you have been asking me to relay to the wider community what Saint Germain and other masters had to tell those of us who attended the Tetons event in August about where we stand as a body of lightbearers. So I have decided to share what I know with you so that you can meditate with Saint Germain to determine what you can do to help.

     The message the masters asked me to share bottom line is that the Great White Brotherhood is in disarray, the mission is behind schedule, and in fact, we are currently losing the battle. The reasons are easy to understand, and the solution is immediately before us. We can easily and quickly turn things around but we must get serious about it, take up our personal assignments and begin to walk forward individually and collectively to get this mission back on track.

A Quick Review of the Seminar:

     Saint Germain's Planet at the Tetons I have never been so excited about an event. Those of us who put on this seminar were deeply moved by the number and caliber of the people who attended this event. A few devotees from the Montana area built us a magnificent altar and filled our meeting place at the Jackson Lake Lodge with all kinds of powerful ascended master focuses. Because Saint Germain had called his chelas to be present and promised to be there himself, we got to work right away talking about what the masters have indicated are the greatest needs and challenges we face, and looking toward the instructions Saint Germain has given over the past decade-plus about how we can work one-on-one with our master as his chelas as we help him achieve his goals.

     August 15 was Mother Mary's Ascension Day, so she asked me to focus a morning service on her. She gave us a new ritual we can use to contact and merge with that One. She also asked me to tell some interesting stories of some of the initiations I have been through with Mother and the masters as I trained to be able to do the work that I am now doing. We talked further about Saint Germain's immediate need for us to be willing to share his precious violet flame with people around the globe, and I shared some new ideas that Saint Germain has recently given for communicating this message. For the last few hours we all shared our enthusiasm and very specific proposals for what we would like do to help get our precious Great White Brotherhood back on track.

Four Prophesies:

     I could tell some months back that Saint Germain was taking this seminar very seriously. Right from the start he told me that he was personally going to contact his own chelas and bring them there. In fact, we had such a powerful response that I have no doubt that many, many people were personally contacted by Saint Germain. Additionally, I knew that if he were placing so much of his attention on this seminar, he would have a very important message to convey to those who would make the trek. So a couple of weeks before the seminar I began asking him what he wanted to tell us. In all, from that time right up until the day before the seminar began, the masters gave me four prophecies/messages, which I would like to share with you.

The Dream - The Great White Brotherhood Disheveled and in Danger
The first prophecy came through a dream.

     In my dream I was on a property that represented the Great White Brotherhood on the earth. It was a Sunday and I was looking for Mother's temple/sanctuary. I had seen it before. It was a gleaming white structure with a beautiful dome over the center. It was very large and spread out, with many rooms and a very large sanctuary with seating for many hundreds of people.

     But as I walked along the pathway, walking seemingly toward Mother's sanctuary, I couldn't see it because all over the property was debris of every shape and size. Big pieces of junk and small trash had been strewn everywhere and a smoke-like cloud made it hard to see through the atmosphere.

     There were a lot of people around but they were not going into the sanctuary. They were sitting outside talking. There were lots of chairs and patio furniture around and the people, though they were dressed in their Sunday clothes, were just sitting around chatting and gossiping.

     Along the way I wandered into one of the homes on the property. There I found some young ladies who were very cute and trendy. They were primping their hair and getting on their stylish clothes so they could go out. I was impressed by their youthfulness and exuberance, but I missed seeing the more serious initiates I was used to seeing on that property.

     I kept walking, looking for Mother's sanctuary. Finally as I was walking along I saw an old brick building, about three stories tall with a flat roof. It was clearly about forty years old. As I walked next to it I recognized it as "Mark's Building." But then I smelled smoke. I saw a young man and asked him what I was smelling. He informed me that there was a fire on the property near Mark's building. Another fire was also burning, he said, on the next property over. Both fires where headed toward each other, and they were destined to meet near Mark's building. Unless someone would quickly work to put out these fires, the whole property, including Mother's sanctuary, would likely be consumed with flames.

     I was astonished at the situation I was encountering. No one seemed to know about the two fires except a few men. There were no "firemen" available to call to the scene. And clearly the people who where there were in no condition to organize themselves in the time it would take to act quickly. There were plenty of people and the fire was small enough to put out, but all the debris and the disheveled condition of the property would make it extremely difficult to move people and machines in place to do the job. Plus everyone was in such a relaxed, laissez-faire state that they were in no state mentally or physically to be able to respond and get organized and go into battle mode. Who was going to put out this fire and save Mark and Mother's property from utterly being lost? This was the question that screamed inside my head when I was drawn back into my waking consciousness.

My interpretation:

I feel that the property is not any physical property of any organization, but rather represents the physical presence of the Great White Brotherhood on the earth.
Mark's building represented the foundational teachings Mark laid for us during the early years of his service through the Summit Lighthouse.
Mother's large and beautiful sanctuary represented the immense contribution she has made to the spiritual growth of the community that has become the Great White Brotherhood.
The debris everywhere represented the negative energy that has been heaped upon the community by all the criticism, condemnation, gossip, argumentation and just talk, talk, talk that has become the main activity of those who are responsible for maintaining the physical forcefield of the Great White Brotherhood; this was represented by the people sitting around on patio furniture gossiping and chatting.
The young girls represented the new generation of lightbearers who are coming to the community. Their presence is exciting, yet they need elders to show them the deeper things of the path. But their elders are engaged in their own world of talk instead of taking up the torch of teaching the next generation.
The fire represents an immediate threat to the work of Mark and Mother, and the entire Great White Brotherhood, from within. Such a fire could have been fanned by hatred and argumentation and destructive intent of some of the judgmental gossip going on among the members of the community against one another.
The fire on the property next door represents opposition to the Great White Brotherhood from without.
Taken separately, each of these blazes were small and could easily be put out, but once they combine, they will be a mighty force that has the potential to destroy all that the Brotherhood has worked so hard to build over the last forty years.
The state of the people on the property represents a lazy, sloppy, unfocused situation the Brotherhood now faces when they survey the state of their chelas.

     My question is the question we should all be asking ourselves: If we who are the actual members of the Great White Brotherhood are no longer prepared to protect it from any immediate threat, who will be able to fight this battle for us?

The Meeting:

     We Must Have Communication Programs In Place Now When I arrived at the Tetons I got to my room very late at night. As I was unpacking Maitreya spoke to me and said, "Marsha, we need to talk." I quickly completed my unpacking and then sat quietly on the couch. I didn't know what to expect. Four masters were there: El Morya, Kuthumi, Saint Germain and Maitreya.

     It was a short meeting, and I did not take word-for-word notes. These masters began by taking me back in consciousness to 1993 when they had asked us all to become spokesmen and women for the ascended masters. During the summer of that year, El Morya and his Guru Hermes Trismagistis gave landmark dictations asking us to be quickly trained and then to take up the work of representing the message of the ascended masters to both the spiritual communities where we lived and also in our own fields where we work. They told us that they were initiating a communication training program at Summit University and asked for qualified teachers to come forth to assist in this training. Further, Hermes promised to overshadow anyone who would be willing to draw down their latent talent from their Causal Body and be trained. Both masters promised that our talents would come tumbling down in just a few short months if we would just vow to take up this calling and put our hands to the plow. They asked us to form an organization, which they named, "The Guild of God Mercury;" the Guild would be a central focus both for training in communication and then for us to "go forth with the wings of the mind of Mercury to speak to a world!"

     At the time of the delivery of these addresses, I was the person who had been charged with designing and delivering the communication training program at Summit University. I started building it up in 1991 and by the time it was closed in 1996, over thirteen courses had been added to this program. So I knew immediately, when the masters took me back to this time period, what they were inferring: As an organization and as chelas we should have carried through with this mandate but it didn't get off the ground as it was intended to. Then, when Mother resigned from her post as President of Summit University, the entire program was dropped and there has not to date been a concentration on getting the master's students delivering the message to the world.

     I have attached these two important dictations to this newsletter so that those of you who were around at that time can remember how impactful this message was, and those of you who were not there can feel the passion with which these masters delivered their plea and plan.

     As these masters stood around me on that night before our Teton seminar, they spoke with me about the fact that, because we did not move strongly to implement this plan at the time it was delivered to us, we are very far behind schedule. And therefore the entire Great White Brotherhood is in trouble. The message has not penetrated in the way that it was expected to, the students are still not well trained to represent the masters to different segments of society (in fact, there are very few people even trying to publish or speak for the masters), so that now we are, as the body of God in the earth, in crisis. One of the masters actually said to me, "Marsha, we are losing!"

     The masters told me that all of us need to return to this mission, to agree to be trained and to take up the mantle to become spokespersons for the cause of the original mission we came to accomplish with Sanat Kumara. They told me that I must make it my priority to get this program back up and running, adding to it any new teachings from Saint Germain on communication. They said that we are vitally needed to act as instruments for the message we came here so many eons ago to deliver: the message of the I AM THAT I AM, always present with us.

     Regarding my own part in this plan, I had said on my website that I would begin teaching Saint Germain's communication program (Part III of the Saint Germain series) in October. Many of you are asking me to confirm this intent so you can make plans to attend. So, since the masters have made this my priority assignment, I am going ahead with plans to begin teaching this curriculum in October. I will have the location and exact dates worked out within the next few days and will email you the details. It is possible that we will use telephone conferencing so that we can accommodate people in all areas of the country and even overseas. It is also possible that we will deliver this material in a few different ways so that those who can take a full weekend off can do that, and those who would rather learn in once-a-week sessions can do that. I am trying to determine where to hold these learning programs, so if you have a definite interest, please let me know by Sunday, September 12 at if there a certain location you would prefer and how you would like to see this delivered. So look for my upcoming message and plan to let us know of your interest in this program.

Maitreya Proposes a New Type of Group Activity:

     On August 12, Maitreya met with me at the Tetons and gave me the following commentary. Most important to note is his proposal that chelas of the masters should form groups for the purpose of working on their personal disciplines and sharing their successes and failures on the path.

Maitreya: Take my hand and I will lead you though the labyrinth the maze of your human consciousness, beloved.

See me as I am, beloved, sitting in lotus posture in my Tushita Heaven the Shamballa that still exits today as our stronghold of the Great White Brotherhood in the East. Here I sit gazing at what you cannot see the terrible state of our Brotherhood, for so many have lost heart, even those who know the way, because they forgot what we always taught place not your trust in any human messenger or representative, beloved. You now see what this can do to a people the sheep are scattered when the person no longer performs this duty. Place your trust in we who are Living Masters and we will not leave you will never let you down. We are your teachers, if you will have us, and our messengers carry the message far and wide of our coming and of our dispensation to work with the mankind of earth.

We need you now to focus on US [I can feel a deep desire welling up in me; this is a strong message] and we will focus you on those projects that will make a difference to the salvation of our earth ours because we must claim her for the Light.

Be thou made whole, each one of you wholly enraptured with your own divinity not someone else's. Become Divine now. It is not so far away from you if you will just try a little each day. TRY means putting on a little more of the Theos the God that you have been given as the source of your light, your world. Measure your progress each day by keeping a list of the qualities you are good at and getting better at and the aspects of the human consciousness you have yet to surrender. Watch yourself. Observe yourself and keep a tally of your successes and failures on a daily basis. Keep this list and look at it monthly to see that you do progress. And if you are not growing stronger in the Light, get hold of yourself and determine to do better in the next month. Get help if you need it, beloved.

Form groups of those who are striving to become God so you can talk about your successes and failures with one another. These are the "coffee-klatches" I want to see and will sponsor, beloved! Now get this matrix into the physical for me, that I might initiate you more often and bring you closer to me every day.

Every day I sit here in Shamballa and observe the world of my chelas and those who should be, but for want of self-discipline and the fettering away of time so precious in gossiping and talking and wondering and musing when they should be becoming all that I AM NOW! There is nothing idolatrous in this, for you have every right to become me and I will not mind because this will allow me to move on in my own divine plan with Cosmic Hierarchy, beloved.

Choose this day whom thou wilt serve. Serve me by becoming more of me every day. Do not worry if you backslide; just pick yourself up and begin walking toward the Sun of your I AM Presence. There you will find me waiting for thee.

My Commentary on Maitreya's message:

     This idea of keeping track of how we are doing each day on mastering ourselves, and of spending time with others reviewing this and getting help from one another on overcoming our negative qualities is an excellent one. Benjamin Franklin did this in his life, and we can read about it in his Autobiography. He made a chart and literally marked at the end of each day how well he had done at mastering the qualities he had determined to work on for that week. It seems that we could do the same thing by listing for ourselves the qualities we want to emulate on one side of a piece of paper, and the days of the week across the top of the paper. Then, at the end of each day, we could give ourselves a score on how well we mastered each quality that day. Maitreya is suggesting that at the end of each month, we take a serious look at where we are doing well and which qualities we are having a hard time mastering, and make a determination to give those our special attention the next month.

     I think that we can think of many of the characteristics that are important to us. For a list of qualities considered to be important to being a Bodhisattva or Buddha, review Mother's book Quietly Comes the Buddha.

     When it comes to forming groups to share with others about our path, I think that most of us have friends or people that we regularly gather with. These groups would be a great place to start. In addition, the Scribes & Sages organization is willing to help organize small groups for those who need help finding people with whom to get together in their area.      I am volunteering to hold teleconferences on a regular basis with any groups that will take up this calling and work on their personal mastery as Maitreya suggests. These calls might occur once a month or so. I could provide the latest from the ascended masters on how we are doing, and may also lead a discussion about the initiations we are all facing with tips on how to overcome our ancient momentums. So even if you don't need our help in setting up a group, please let Carol Wells know that you will be organizing one of these so that we can include you in these conference calls.

     I think this is a wonderfully joyous way for us to keep one another accelerated on the path.

Saint Germain Comes to Bring Hope And Chastisement

     On August 13, as I drove up to the Teton mountain range, I saw a vision of etheric beings descending right at the point of the Grand Teton.

     Even as I was driving and before I could park the car and grab my notebook and pen, Saint Germain spoke to me very loudly: "Tell them that I love them."

     I drove into a spot, parked and immediately he began delivering his message:

Saint Germain: I need you now, Marsha, to tell them how much I love them.

We came here once, you and I, all bright and shiny. Ours was a mission of mercy to a planet in terrible need just as it is today, though today we have light alongside the darkness. [When we came here there was only darkness.]

I come to bring hope, beloved, to those who came so long ago that they can't even remember coming here. Please give them my love, Marsha, for surely I remember them often as I contemplate the vastness of the plan to win back for earth her bright future as Freedom's Star. Surely she deserves another try, beloved. Surely her time is not yet up, though she is sorely depleted at the moment.

We need all the help we can get from her friends of light. Friends such as yourselves for isn't this the reason for your coming to save this planet? So what are you doing about it? Nothing at the moment.

Herein lies the problem: Earth has never needed us more than now in her darkest hour. But those who came to rescue her are asleep, having been lulled away by the bobbles and trinkets of society, made lazy by the material things of this world which I provided for the relief of man's estate whereby they could pour more light of wisdom and attainment into solving the problems, so vast, on this earth.

It is my fault that Americans are the laziest people in the world, for I have shared my abundance so freely that they have begun to think this is the natural state of life on earth! As if all things naturally grow on trees and money comes out of walls. And no one needs to plant and toil and sweat to accomplish anything. So abundant are my laborsaving devices that no one wants to DO anything anymore! Just have things and decide which things to have and spend enormous time shopping for things and accumulating things and never repairing anything! Ah, no, just replace it using the credit card. Even our chelas are in this mode of thinking and behaving. I tell you it will come tumbling down around you and you will wonder where has Saint Germain's sponsorship of this nation gone, beloved!

I am so concerned for the fate of my chelas that I can hardly stand it, beloved. Even those who know better do not do better!

And yet I come with a message of hope, for hope is my byword and motto these days. There must be hope hope in the Mighty I AM Presence, hope in the fervor in the breasts of those who came here to offer their life blood to complete the job and come home with gold stars on their lapels.

This hope that I bear is part of my job description as Chohan and Hierarch of the New Age, beloved one. My position has to have hope above all other qualities.

My hope is for you. My hope is with you.

You can do this. You can rally the people to overcome and to agree to spend some time on projects for me. You can organize them. I am counting on you! I am counting on you.

Haven't I done well [bringing people to this seminar]?

MC: Yes, exceedingly well.

SG: Make it happen for me! "Make it happen for Saint Germain" make this your rallying cry for this new movement you are establishing. The initiates must make this happen, beloved, [for this is not the role of the ascended masters].

The "scribes and sages" you are calling are essential for my effort. You are not the only ones by any means. I work with groups on all continents and levels of consciousness. But you are like the leaven in the bread for me because I use your thoughts and efforts in my other work, don't you see?

You can lead the way and get others moving on projects for me, as has already begun to happen. You can get this activity engaged again for me.

[I am feeling pain in my heart as I realize the great burden Saint Germain is carrying about this.]

SG: Let us be joyful knowing that we can still do something for our planet. We can still save her but there is very little time, for soon the systems will begin to collapse for lack of light. The people will begin to wake up and realize what a strength I have been to them. Though they don't know my name they will remember the Spirit of Freedom as the magic ingredient for peace and happiness.

I will not tell you more about what will happen or when. Just keep looking for ways to help me help save the earth.

"Make it happen for Saint Germain." Let his be your motto, for nothing could be more real or more needed at this time.

My Conclusion:

      The masters have been clear. I know many of you are feeling the pull to get your missions into the physical. Scribes & Sages is attempting to get the masters' chelas coordinated and trained to get the Word out.

      Never before have we needed one another as we do today. One thing is very important: we each need to make an honest assessment of ourselves and understand what we are supposed to be doing for the mission. Never let anyone tell you that you need permission from someone else to begin your mission. When you stand before the Karmic Board at the end of this embodiment and you are asked what you did related to your mission, you will not be able to use the excuse that "so and so wouldn't let me." Remember: you are the only person who will be held accountable for the fulfillment of your mission. On the other hand, you also need to be good at what you do for the brotherhood. If you need more training, you must obtain it. And you may want to start by getting some practice among friends and associates before setting out to conquer the world.
