Although I might not agree or support Rev. W in other matters, I disagree with your presentation of this incident. I'm sure she wouldn't lie about Mother listening to the Beatles. I'm surprised you haven't noticed before these kinds of inconsistencies in Mother's teaching versus her life, in addition to time changing her views. Some of these things I believe may be attributed to her Alzheimer's/epilepsy/brain damage that has been going on for many years obviously. I don't agree, either, with the blanket condemnation of the Beatles or any other genre, people, etc. Anyway, I can't get into this further now. Nuff said. :)

I HAVE BEEN IN THE TEACHINGS 25 YEARS - HAVE SERVED ON STAFF AND TC'S, AND GIVEN HEAVILY.

EVEN THOUGH RELATIVES ARE NOT ACCEPTABLE IN CHURCH CULTURE - THE BEATLES' LYRICS AND MUSIC ARE MILD AND MAY HAVE CONTRIBUTED MORE TO PEACE AND SPIRITUAL AWAKENING IN THE WORLD THAN WE GIVE THEM CREDIT FOR. -( MAYBE EVEN MORE HARMONIOUS THAN OUR DYSFUNCTIONAL COMMUNITY HAS BEEN )

I AM NOT PARTICULARLY A FAN OF LINDA WORBEC OR THE VERTICAL MODEL AT HEADQUARTERS. I HAVE STOPPED TITHING DUE TO MISMANAGEMENT AND FANATICISM IN THE ORGANIZATION.

I WONDER IF THERE IS LIGHT LEFT ON THE ALTAR TO BE VIOLATED ANYWAY.

I believe that issues that are important to the running of the church must be addressed on a continual basis,but i don't want to see this precious gift of the Ascended Master's run into the ground by discord... If what the Rev. did was indeed against the Brotherhood, then she will be held accountable for it to the exact letter of Karma..issued by the Karmic Board.. We must continue to be strong against the forces of darkness that would like nothing better than to destroy this light on earth...remember united we stand but divided we will fall
