To the Body of Lightbearers Throughout Russia,
and throughout all the former Soviet Republics:
I Am Pleading for Your Help
in Regards to Verifying the
Fact that Olga I. Perminova
was Indeed a Member of the
Communist Party of the
Soviet Union.
January 20, 2004
Dear Friends of God, and Friends of the Ascended
Masters in Russia, and all former Soviet Republics,
I Am Pleading for Your Help in Regards to Verifying the
Fact that Olga I. Perminova was Indeed a Member of the Communist Party of the Soviet
Union. Please allow me to explain to you why this is so
important.
I am working on a series
of articles for the
Homeward Bound Journal which deal with the Russian situation. I am hoping
that these articles can be completed before the end of
this month (January 2004). These articles will look at the issue
from many different angles. But they will all have one central
point. And that is, the Montana Leadership made a mistake in
dismissing the former members of the Moscow Study Group Board of
Directors. Again, I feel that it is very important that the entire
membership of this organization understand that the Montana Leadership
made a MISTAKE. This understanding is crucial. The
membership needs to understand this, so that they will be able
to reach a conclusion, in their own minds, that THEY, the MEMBERS, MUST MAKE THE
CALLS at the altar that will allow the Masters to intercede to undo that
mistake. The Call Compels the Answer. This is the foundation of our movement
of Light. If there are no calls to this end, there will be no answer.
If they don't understand,
they won't make the
calls, and this situation will be swept under the rug, and forgotten. But,
this situation cannot be swept under the rug and forgotten! We must
make a stand on this point NOW. And we must be victorious in turning THIS
SITUATION around NOW. This is absolutely crucial for the future success of
the Master's mission for the Summit Lighthouse, and Church Universal and
Triumphant. That's right. Whether or not this organization will be
able to fulfill the role designed for it, for the healing of the nations, and
for the bringing in of a Golden Age that will sweep across the entire
planet, pivots on this one point. I am not kidding you. This is a
fact. If this situation is not set right, if this error is not
reversed, and if the forces of error within the leadership are not cast out, the
mission of this organization cannot be completed. This truth is as a great
sun that ought to illuminate our every thought and action. Let there be no
shadows.
And that leads me to the
next point. And this
has to do with the calls that I make at the altar in support of the Journal's
work. This relates to the subject matter that we are talking about here,
regarding Olga I. Perminova's membership in the Communist Party.
Near the end
of my morning decree service I
give my Cyclopeas ( 50.05 - 5X ), my Illumination calls ( 20.00 - 5X ), and my
Purity decrees ( 40.00 - 5X ). After the preamble, but just before I
actually start my Cyclopea decrees, I say, "Please Beloved Cyclopea, help me to
see and understand the TRUTH in every situation I will confront this day!"
And I give my Cyclopea decrees. In regards to my Illumination
decrees, again, after the preamble, but before I start my Illumination
decrees, I say, "Beloved Masters of the Illumination Ray, shining hearts of
radiant brilliance!, PLEASE help me to see and understand the TRUTH in every
situation that I will confront this day!" And then I give my Illumination
decrees. (Now, my entire desire body goes into those pre-decree requests,
because it is so crucial to my work. So crucial. What I write in the
Journal MUST reflect the truth. I desire this with all my heart.) And then
I give my Purity decrees, but the pre-decree prayer I give here is a little
different. Again, after the decree preamble, but before I begin my
Purity decrees, I say, "Beloved Beings of Purity's Ray, PLEASE fuse my
soul with the purest flames of respect, esteem, honor, appreciation,
gratitude, affection and admiration, reverence, adoration, cherishment, and love
for God our Father, and our Mother, our Blessed Divine Parents, I Am That I
Am." And then I start my purity decrees.
(The reason behind that
particular request will be
familiar to anyone who has followed my writing in
the Journal).
Now, here is the
point. In the midst of
these Purity decrees, on Saturday morning, January 17, 2004, a statement made
by Olga I. Perminova, in a letter dated January 13,
2004, about her being the head of department in a large Russian
institution, was brought clearly to my mind, along with the conclusion, that in
this statement, will be found the evidence that she was a member of the
Communist Party of the Soviet Union. This was the section of her
letter that was highlighted in my mind at that point:
"I am the head of one of the biggest
departments of one well-known Russian institution and in the same time a
member of numerous international organizations and institutions and also in
the same time work as deputy director of one commercial
company."
The truth of the matter
is, that I had NEVER
considered this before. The issue of whether someone, or anyone,
involved in the situation in Russia, was a member of the Communist Party, had
never crossed my mind before. And moreover, the immediate project that I
was involved with at that point, from the day before, and anticipating that
I would continue with it that day, was the issue of the false messengership of
Kim and Lorraine Michaels. I was right in the middle of drafting a
paper on that issue. My mind was not geared towards the manufacturing of
ideas on the Russian situation. The above point of illumination appeared,
in that regard, completely out of the blue. And most importantly,
the point where this concept was given birth in my mind, was there, at the
altar, as I have described it, in the middle of my Purity decrees, FRAMED BY THE
THREE REQUESTS THAT I HAD MADE as described.
Ok. What does
that mean? It means
that the Masters wanted me to be aware of this, that I should follow this
up, and that this will be an important part of the case exposing the error made
by the Montana Leadership when they dismissed the former Moscow Board.
In regards to the issue
of DOUBT, I would like for
you to consider these points. After a person makes direct
requests for assistance, and gives the supporting decrees, when that inner
light bulb is turned on, illuminating a particular path, I would propose to you,
that it is wise to follow that path. I would further propose
to you, that it is very very foolish, to plead with the Masters to give you what
you need to succeed in a particular area, and then to ignore what they give
you. In other words, it is very foolish in this regard, to allow the rats
of doubt to eat the cheese of direct divine assistance. Of course it is
true, when the cheese of divine assistance appears, the rats of doubt will
always come and try to gobble up the cheese. The student must become ADEPT
at guarding the cheese, and driving those rats away. The Masters
understand this dilemma, this inner battle the student fights with these rats of
doubt, and so they will give the student additional signs, additional inner
experiences, that will allow the student to occupy the ground of certainty, and
that is the case here. I was given a series of additional inner
experiences that allow me to stand on the ground of certainty in regards to this
path of inquiry. And I will include an exposition of that framework of
experience as an addendum to the upcoming Journal article in which the issue of
Olga's Communist Party membership will be discussed.
Now, why am I telling
you this?
First, this information,
regarding the FACT that
Olga Perminova was a member of the Communist Party, will be included in one of
the Journal articles I am writing. And therein I will describe in detail,
why this is important. I will describe in detail what this says about the
decision that the Montana Leadership made in dismissing the members of the
Moscow SG Board. And it will be an important part of the whole
picture. It will provide one more part of the whole puzzle,
which, when the reader puts it all together, will allow them to conclude
that the leadership made a big mistake in dismissing the former Moscow Board,
and that this mistake must be reversed.
Understanding that, as I
noted above, will inspire
the reader to give the pin-point calls at the altar that will allow that mistake
to be undone, and moreover, calls that will allow the Masters to release
the illumination that will reveal what outer physical actions
are appropriate in terms of each member's relationship to the current
leadership. In additional to calls at the altar, certain things must be
accomplished on the physical. What those things are, is not a
subject that I will go into here.
And I will describe my
source for this information,
as I have just done, receiving it at the altar as I have described above, and I
will include a description of the larger context of inner experience that was
given to me by the Masters that enabled me to stand on the ground of
certainty in this regard.
(Such descriptions,
concerning how the Masters act
to help shore up the resolve of their students, will serve a larger purpose in
helping students to identify clearly where and when the Masters are actually
trying to show the soul the right path, but where the student keeps allowing the
rats of doubt to eat the cheese of inner divine assistance. This is an
important lesson the students must learn, that is, how to defeat the rats of
doubt that always appear to consume the cheese of inner divine
assistance.)
And so, I will include a
reference to this, knowing
that I have been given an important jewel of truth, and I will use that jewel of
truth, whether or not I can get additional outer verification. When you
read about the whole framework of inner divine experience that was given to me
to support this decision, you will understand why I can proceed forward, with
certainty, without additional outer verification.
BUT. While I
personally, do not need to have
additional outer verification of this jewel of truth, many readers will need to
have more outer verification. Some people will be able to stand on
the ground of certainty that I stand on, as a result of reading my description
of the inner experiences that were given to me in support of this jewel of
truth. Others will not be able to stand on that ground of certainty, on
that basis alone. They will need more tangible signs of the truth of this
assertion. And I want to make every effort, for their sakes, to obtain as
many points of outer verification as I can find.
And therefore, I am
PLEADING with my brothers and
sisters in Russia, and elsewhere throughout the former Soviet Block, who alone,
are in the position of looking for, and finding points of outer verification,
that will allow the whole membership to say, YES, We can See Clearly that Indeed
Olga I. Perminova was a member of the Communist Party of the Soviet Union.
Based upon that central point of realization, out of the light
thereof, they will then be able to comprehend the implications of this
fact, implications that I will set before the reader in the Journal
article. And therefore, I am PLEADING with you, to help look for, and find
outer points of verification for this truth.
The Masters
revealed this truth to me, because
they believe it is an important part of the equation, and I can understand
why, and it will be my job to explain why this is important.
But, we need those outer points of verification to make the case in as powerful
a manner as possible. So, again, I would PLEAD with you, to help look for,
and find, those outer points of verification.
I am not in the position
to look for those outer
points of verification. I am many thousands of miles away from where those
points of verification will be found. I live in California, USA. Only
Keepers of the Flame, who live in Russia, can find those outer points of
verification.
And so, I
PLEAD with you to go out and
start looking for them. And, then, I would ask you to
please report back to me, what you find. Don't try to use what
you find on your own. Those points of outer verification will only be
relevant, they will only have power, when presented within the overall
picture. We do not want to make this a witch-hunt, when it comes to other
Keepers who may have been members of the Communist Party. At this point,
that is not relevant. The Masters have shown the spotlight on Olga I.
Perminova, within the context of the current organizational controversy
that has engulfed the Russian Congregation.
Of course it is
true, that former members of
the Communist Party of the Soviet Union, or any Communist Party of any
region, or location, are not allowed to hold leadership positions in any
Ascended Master organization. Not in America, not in Russia, not
anywhere. This is for the safety of the
organization. The Communists took a whole nation and steered it
into an abyss, which nearly brought the world to the brink of total
destruction. The Masters will not give them an opportunity to do the same
thing in the organizations that the Masters sponsor. The Montana
Leadership should have enforced this limitation in regards to Olga I.
Perminova. The fact that they did not, the fact that they actually chose
her to lead an Ascended Master organization, even on an interim basis, exposes
yet another flaw in their decision processes. And the dimensions of this
flaw, when looked at closely, will be seen to be absolutely HUGE. That is
what this is all about. It is not about Olga personally. It is about
the flawed decision processes of the Montana Leadership.
Former Communist
Party members can be
members of this organization, but they can never aspire to a leadership role,
because of the weight of their past choices. They must spend their time in
this organization in the role of pure service as part of the
rank and file membership. This will be explained more fully in the Journal
article.
Now, it goes without
saying, that individuals with
current ties to Communist Party organizations, are not welcome in
this organization at all. Such individuals are barred from
membership. Any and all ties to Communist
Party organizations must be completely cut, severed, eliminated, before the
Masters will accept such individuals as their students. Again,
the Communists took a whole nation and steered it into an abyss, which
nearly brought the world to the brink of total destruction.
Given a chance, they would do it all over again.
Ketino asked me why
this is an important issue now,
when it was not an important issue when Olga I. Perminova served on the Board of
the Moscow Study group in earlier years. Of all people, Ketino will be
able to grasp the irony of her question. Did not the entry of Olga I.
Perminova into the leadership of the Moscow group in former years, provide her
with the platform that she used in later years to help bring about the
destruction of the unity of the Russian congregation? Would all of her
doubts been able to enter into the ears of the Montana Leadership, in such a
powerful manner, if she was correctly identified as a former member of the
Communist Party back then, and barred from any leadership role back then?
And if this had been the case, would not her testimony today, regarding the
supposed defects in the former Board, have been taken in a completely different
light? I think you can see the reasonableness of these observations.
I believe, because I trust
in the integrity of the
Ascended Masters, that they had one of their faithful servants bring up
this point back then, and whoever that was, that person was IGNORED.
(Perhaps that person will come forth and bear witness to the truth in this
regard.) And history was allowed to play itself out, from that point of
ignorance forward. And we come full circle, and we get to take the test
over again, a little wiser, a little better informed by our experiences.
We have eaten the fruit of ignorance, and it is bitter indeed.
And would it not be a
spectacle supreme, to watch
the Montana Leadership make every effort to build upon that foundation of
ignorance, on the foundation built from the stones of reverence and honor which
they extended to the false testimony of Olga I. Perminova, and on the
foundation of their appointment of her as the PRESIDENT of the new board of
the new Moscow Study Group? In this spectacle, we will have the
undeniable testimony that will expose the source of all those foolish ideas
which fill their untethered minds.
This theme of sympathy
with the psychology of
Communism, is not limited to their appointment of Olga I. Perminova, as the
President of the Interim Board. Let me tell you a little
story.
Four years ago this
month, I wrote a short
article exposing the Vietnam Memorial, which was built in Washington
D.C., as an altar to spinelessness sponsored by the false
hierarchy. I pointed out, that this was, in all reality, a
shrine that honored failure, a shrine that
honored the betrayal of liberty, a shrine that honored
the defeat of American resolve to stand for freedom in Vietnam. And
for that reason, the memorial should be dismantled. A minister of the
church wrote me, and said "Your article on the Vietnam Memorial is
silly." And he had more to say. Well, I was shocked to
hear a minister of our church, with its firm roots in the spirit of freedom and
liberty --- sponsored as it is by the Aquarian Age Master St. Germain,
whose is known in heavenly circles as the God of Freedom --- express views that
represented a betrayal of freedom, and sympathy with the forces of Communism
that were allowed to overrun the nation of Vietnam (1975) after the American
pullout. (For those who are interested, I published a response
to our misguided minister). Now, here is the point. This is the same
minister that the leadership sent to lead the church sponsored 2004 New Year's
Conference in Moscow, under the auspices of the new Moscow Study Group.
That minister was Rev. Patrick Danahy. There were many ministers from which
the leadership could have chosen to make that trip and fulfill those
duties, but they chose him, a person with so little love for liberty, that he
cannot feel the shame associated with the betrayal of tens of
millions of our Vietnamese brothers and sisters into the arms of that Beast
of Communism. And his behavior there, at the 2004 New Years
Conference, was not reported as an example of a Lightbearer, but rather, as
an instrument of darkness, and continued division.
And there will be more
to say on this
subject. There are more pieces to this puzzle.
Now, the key to taking
advantage of this situation,
the key to taking advantage of the opportunity that presents itself to us
now, is doing everything we can to bring forth the evidence that
will show conclusively, in the physical, that Olga I. Perminova was a
longstanding member of the Communist Party of the Soviet Union.
These are the facts as
we know them today.
1.
Currently, Olga I. Perminova, holds a position of leadership at the Lenin Library in Moscow, renamed the Russian State Library
after the demise of the Soviet Union. According to staff
information on the RSL library website, we see that she works within
the TECHNICAL DEVELOPMENT OFFICE, as the head of the "Research Centre of
Document Conservation and Restoration". Clicking on her name, brings up
a short resume.
This gives us some information that we can use
to begin our inquiry. Additional information (point 3 below) was
provided by Olga in a letter she forwarded to me in response to an initial
inquiry.
Prior to the
breakup of the Soviet Union, I am assuming that every person in a
management position in the Lenin Library was a member of the Communist
Party, without exception. This is a reasonable assumption.
I mean, this is the LENIN LIBRARY
for heaven sakes, the repository of all Communist "wisdom", the
archive of all revolutionary "ideals". This place was practically as
sacred to the Party faithful as was Lenin's tomb. Just to work there at
any level had to be a feather in the cap of
any Party member. Olga's short resume says she has
been working there since 1985. Therefore, she was given
her position there before the breakup of the Soviet
Union. Would a non-party member be given the responsibility of
preserving the precious documents of Communism? This seems
unlikely. I mean, are they going to give a non-party member the
opportunity to "inadvertently" spill a bottle of acid on a precious original
manuscript authored by Marx himself? Opps, sorry, I think there
was an earthquake, and the bottle just tipped over. This does not seem
plausible. When did she rise into a management role there?
If she held a management position there prior to 1991, that would be
prime facie evidence that she was a member of the Communist
Party. Can this be verified? Is this true, or not
true?
But the same
considerations would very nearly apply to the post 1991 period. Did the
leadership of this library change after the breakup of the Soviet
Union? I am assuming that everyone there remained in place.
Bureaucrats don't voluntarily vacate their positions. And there
was no post-1991 purge. If Olga was promoted to her current management
level role after the breakup of the Soviet Union, she still would have been
promoted by a Communist Party member, and they are, no doubt, creatures of
habit. They would promote only those whom they feel comfortable with,
which would be a fellow member of the Party. This would be a
reasonable assumption.
Now, the figure noted
for her "years of service" is 29. But she started at the Lenin Library
only in 1985. That does not add up to 29 years. What is this
"years of service" refer to? Does it refer to service to the Communist
Party? This is a fair assumption.
I am wondering now,
as I record these observations, if the evidence of her Party
affiliation was right in front of everyone's eyes from the very
beginning.
The only other
employer that this short resume refers to is Chemical and
Pharmaceutical Institute. Apparently, she worked there for
almost ten years (1976-1985). What was her role there? Can her
activity there be tied to membership in the Communist
Party?
2. Olga I.
Perminova graduated with a PHD in Chemistry from an unspecified Polytechnical
Institute in 1976.
In regards to this
point, the starting assumption is, that in the atmosphere that existed in
the Soviet Union in 1976, long before the word "reform" ever
entered the Communist Lexicon, that membership in the Communist Party of the
Soviet Union was a requirement for entry into at least a PHD program in a
State University. This needs to be verified. Is this true, or is
this not true? Was Communist Party membership required for entry into
the institution itself back in the late 1960's? Was Communist
Party membership required for entry into Master's program at that
institution in the early 1970's? Was Communist Party membership
required for entry into a PHD program at that institution
in 1973? And was Communist Party membership required for a person
to receive a PHD diploma in 1976? What Polytechnical
Institute did Olga attend? There are many. Which one
specifically did she attend? Many of the older members of the current
staff of that particular Polytechnical Institute would be able to answer
these questions. Though, many people need to be asked, to make sure that we
are not sidetracked by the always present factor within past or present
Communist Party members, to deny the truth. This is, after
all, their key contribution to the life of the Russian
people.
3. Olga I.
Perminova was married to a Mr. Perminova, who was a trade representative for the old Soviet
Regime, allowing him and Olga to travel outside the country. She mentioned travel to Denmark
specifically.
In regards to this
point, the assumption here is, that foreign travel was a perk (a special
benefit) of Communist Party membership, given only to those who were the
most loyal and faithful party members. Those who were given the
opportunity to travel, were those thought least likely to defect,
and the least likely to give the Communist Party a black eye in the eyes of
the outside world. These were their most trusted cadres. No one
got onto an airplane without showing their Communist Party membership
card. This was their passport. More important than any
other. From that, we are assuming that the wife of such a person,
would also need to be a faithful Communist Party member. Remember that
the Communist Party is a very material minded organization. Outer
appearances carry great weight with them. If Mr. Perminova had a wife
who refused to join the Party, thumbed her nose at the Party, thought the
Party was irrelevant, this would cast a shadow of doubt upon the loyalty of
Mr. Perminova himself. With that shadow of doubt cast on him, would he
still be allowed to travel outside the country? This does
not seem plausible. And therefore, we can assume that Mr.
Perminova would NOT have allowed his wife to show any signs of
rebellion against the Party. Olga I. Perminova, for the
sake of her own husband's standing in the Party, would have to be a Party
Member herself. These are reasonable assumptions. Can we find
outer points of verification for them? Can we verify that these points
are actually true?
These are the points that
frame the entry way into
this inquiry, though I am sure that those who actually live in Russia will be
able to think of additional points of inquiry that might prove fruitful in
verifying Olga I. Perminova's membership in the Communist Party.
I will end with another
PLEA for the assistance of
Russian Keepers of the Flame in this important work of looking for, and finding,
points of outer verification, that we can use to make the case that indeed Olga
I. Perminova was a member of the Communist Party of the Soviet
Union.
If this letter can be
translated into Russian, and distributed widely among the Russian Community of
Keepers of the Flame, we will no doubt be more successful, and be successful
more quickly, in this important work.
The Masters have
revealed this jewel of truth to
me. This jewel of truth is important to them. They believe it is a
valuable part of the equation of truth that will help to expose the mistakes of
the Montana Leadership, allowing those mistakes to be undone. The Ascended
Masters, more than any other, desire for those mistakes to be undone.
But WE must help untie the knot. Let us work
together, PLEASE, let us work together to set that jewel of truth in a golden
band of factual verification.
Let me close with a
little story about a
knot.
In years now past, when
my niece came to visit,
whose name is Sierra Joy, we would make a swing for her out in the back yard
under the big Sycamore tree. Now, tied to a big branch of the tree, about
fifteen feet overhead, was this one inch thick yellow nylon rope that I tied up
there, which I would use for climbing purposes as part of my physical
exercise program. It drooped down to the ground where I could get a hold
of it. The rope is always there, and one day, someone suggested that we
could use it make a swing for Sierra Joy. We made a swing seat
out of a one inch thick piece of particle board, which we bought from the
local Home Depot, already cut into the shape of circle, about 16 inches in
diameter, and already finished with a coat of indestructible white paint.
I am not sure what other
people would buy such
pre-cut and finished circles for, but we were going to use it for a swing
seat.
Into the center of this
circular piece of particle
board, I drilled a one inch hole for the rope to pass
through.
Before Sierra Joy
arrived on one of her
visits, I would take the swing seat out to the back yard, to that
place under the tree where the yellow rope hung down from the branch
above. I would take the rope, and pass the end of it through the hole
in the circular seat. And here is where the knot comes in. We needed
a knot to support the seat. I would tie a knot in the rope, that
would allow the swing seat to be suspended about 2 feet off the ground, where
Sierra Joy could comfortably get onto it, but high enough too, where her
feet would not actually touch the ground when the swing was in motion. She
would climb on, and grab onto the rope that rose through the center of the seat,
as we gave her the necessary pushes to make the whole thing swing. Now,
she really seemed to enjoy that swing out there in the back yard under the big
Sycamore tree. She would visit in the summer most often, and the grass
would be emerald green, with the nectarine tree just over there giving the air a
certain fruity fragrance, and so, it was a nice idyllic space for the play of a
little child and the grown ups too, who made the swing work.
But when her visit was
over, and she went home with
her Mom, and they lived out of state, so they would not be back soon, I had to
deal with the knot. And besides, I had to take the swing seat off the
rope, so I could use the rope for climbing. And to do that, I had to
untie that knot. I had to untie the knot that had supported the swing
seat. Now, the longer Sierra had used the swing, the tighter that knot
was, and the harder it was to untie. She was a little girl it was true,
but that was still at least 60 pounds of dead weight pushing down on that knot
every moment she was on the swing seat. And so, sometimes, well, most
every time, it was very difficult to untie that knot, taking quite some
time to work loose. Sometimes it took me as much as ten minutes
of tugging and prying to get that knot loosened up enough so that it could
be untied, allowing me to pass the rope through and out of the swing seat,
setting the rope free to be used for its intended purpose.
This is the moral of the
story. The longer
the little child swings on the seat, having fun, and not thinking of the
underlying problems, the harder that knot will be to untie. Therefore, let
us all gather together around that knot, and work together to untie it, and
untie it now.
