 For those members of the planet's most
auspicious organization of Light, i.e. the Summit Lighthouse, and Church Universal and
Triumphant, who are serious about making progress on the Path of Initiation, especially in
identifying, and cutting off those tentacles of darkness that have sureptiously wrapped
themselves around your ankles while you were not looking, and this is important for any
mountain climber, and I am sure you would agree, now is the time to engage in a close analysis
of whatever level of affinity or affection you still have for those who are marching in the
streets in opposition to the upcoming effort to remove Saddam Hussien from power. World
events are always a part of the initiation process for students on the Path. Don't fool
yourselves into thinking that this is not so. This article provides a good structure for self-
analysis in this regard.

 Regarding your article "Choirs of Darkness",
Thankyou, Steven. I was beginning to think no one could see what was
going on with the so called 'peace demonstrations". In reality they are pacifist demonstrations.
They do not carry the vibration of peace at all.
I live in Australia, I had to go to the city of Adelaide
last week, wandering around the city the day after my mother died. Unfortunately the city was
decended upon by thousands and thousands of school children waving anti american
propaganda funded and organised by the socialist alliance movement. The children "decreed'
anti american chants and literally overtook the streets. What I found particularly disturbing
apart from the endless Che Gevura flags, was a new fashion statement for the more entrenched
socialist youth: a small olive green cap with a red band and a hammer and sickle in the centre.
My heart just sank, schools, universities in particular have become socialist training camps.
Some who were as young as 10 or 11 years old were screaming out anti american propaganda.
I thought it was interesting that instead of returning to
school, many spent the rest of the afternoon hanging out at the malls and eating at Mcdonalds.

Liberation!
Joy in the Streets
 Why wouldn't the Iraqi people, upon certain
liberation from Saddam Hussein, flood the streets
by the tens of thousands, or hundreds of thousands, or even millions, cheering their liberators,
in the same manner, and in the same spirit that hundreds of thousands flooded the streets of
Rome, and Paris, for example, when the Allied Forces pushed the Nazi's out of power during
World War II? You don't think that the Iraqi people know what it is to cherish freedom? Of
all people, they know how valueable freedom is, and they know this because they don't have it,
unlike those citizens of the fat and satiated industrial democracies whose minds are clouded
with the smoke and mirrors of ingratitude, and satietaed with all kinds of sentimental but
irrelevent debris, primarily having to do with a deep anxiety about their own well being. These
can't get off the dime, because they are afraid of stepping off what appears to be a 10,000 foot
cliff, when in reality it is a drop of less than a sixteenth of an inch. The Iraqi people know how
valueable freedom is, and this will be clear enough when they are liberated. And when that
happens, with one collective voice, they will say to every person who lusts after the "peace"
associated with inaction, and who demonstrate against their liberation today, to these they will
simply say, "Thou Fool. Thou Blind Fool."

Iraqi State Radio ...
This is what I would say to the members of the Iraqi
military forces and the people of Iraq generally: "In All Reality, U.S. Soldiers are Heavenly
Angels come to liberate you from the tyranny of Saddam Hussein. Honor them, appreciate
them. Don't oppose them. They are the vanguard of the new birth of freedom that God our
Father has ordained for the Iraqi people."

It's time for God's Children to learn about the real
Divine Identity that God our Father has kept in storage for them for aeons. In fact, it's time for
them to actually claim that identity. It's time for every Child of God to become the real divine
person, endowed with real Divine Power, that you once were, and that God intends for each of
you to be again.
The best this world has to offer, to each little cog in
the industrial wheel of life, is this little bitty row boat of human limitation that has you rowing
and bailing and rowing and bailing and rowing and bailing, while the storms and currents of
circumstance continuously frustrate your endless effort to reach dry land.
This isn't God's intent for you. God our Father
designed your soul as a shining clipper ship, gleaming white, lofty sails and sturdy masts, to be
the master of the oceans of life, easily making straight tracks to safe harbors, no matter what
the currents, no matter what the storms through which you're required to pass.
Find out now about the Real You which you have
forgotten about for far too long. Let your memory be refreshed. Enter now onto the path that'll
take you home to the Heart of God, into the arms of your best Friend, wherein the many colored
robes of your Divine Identity await your broad and humble shoulders.

Church Universal
and Triumphant Lays
the Golden Track
 Show me one worker who poured his life
blood into the building of the great railways across America who foresaw the extent of
greatness their nation would achieve on the world stage, and who understood the role their
humble efforts would play in that grand design. They are few, which makes their sacrifice the
more noble.
And so it is with the members of Church Universal
and Triumphant who are, in this regard, just like the railroad workers of the mid to late 1800's,
having no direct and tangible foreknowledge of the heavy freight that will be hauled over the
tracks they lay, having no direct and tangible foreknowledge of the multitudes that will be
transported over those tracks into the promised land, yet they do the work, shoulder the
hardships, and move the cause forward.
Far reaching systems of golden track laid abroad
across the land by the sweat and toil of those few who do the work today, will carry millions
into the center of the city of the New Jerusalem tomorrow. Yes, chariots of living fire, newly
born of our sacrifice, will ride smoothly upon the golden tracks of ascended master
illumination and into the very heart of the Golden Age, converging there, in that conflagration
of wisdom, which was, and make note of this, fabricated out of our Love for God, as it was
foreseen from the very foundation of the world.
The irony of it all is, that many who throw the
grenades of calumny into the diligent work crews now, blind as they are, absorbed fully in the
cocoon of self-concern, their passions ignited by irrational fears, not unlike the Great Plain
Indians who slung their arrows of hatred into the hearts of the railway workers at every
opportunity, will one day ride those golden tracks to their own spiritual freedom. Well, such is
God's mercy, who after all, sees all blindness as a temporary aberration. And so it has been in
the broad stretch of cosmic history, and so it will be throughout the vast reaches of eternity.
Therefore, let the Vision of the Heart be restored, but
let it be restored sooner, rather than later.

Here's something a little bit different from
the Editor's Desk of the Homeward Bound Journal. In this piece, the writer has one foot in the
world of physical fantasy, and the other foot in the world of divine reality. The two mix
together to form a little story. It is my hope that those who have an affection for the lighthouse,
and those who keep the beacon, will find this at least interesting, if not audaciously inspiring.

Iraq - Birthplace of
Abraham (El Morya)
 The Master El Morya was embodied as the
Patriarch Abraham, which of course makes his sponsorhship of the Summit Lighthouse, and
Church Universal and Triumphant all the more special. This is especially true when we
consider the prophecy of God our Father associated with Abraham, that his seed would become
as the stars of the sky.
The soul of our El Morya began his Abraham
incarnation, in the city of UR, located 17 km southeast of Nasiriya in what is now within the
borders of Iraq.
I believe this adds a very interesting dimension to the
current military campaign against the dictator Saddam Hussein, especially when we consider
that the United States of America, and Great Brittain are fighting for the freedom of El Morya's
birthplace. And Especially when we consider that the Teachings of the Ascended Masters will
never be able to take root in Iraq until the fallen angels are thrown out of power, and the United
States guides the nation towards the establishment of a representative democracy that respects
the principle of religious liberty.

Do Not Weep Over
Our Fallen Soliders
 (March 25, 2003 - Newbury Park, CA) Do
not weep over our fallen soldiers. Do not grieve. Honor them only. Honor the sacrifice
they made for the victory of a most noble principle — which is freedom. Do not consider
their death a loss, but truly a gain for the cause of liberty. Do not weep. Rejoice in the
honorable role they were able to play in this great cause. Lift up your eyes and see how the
Hosts of Heaven honor them. Join in their celebration. And take heart that these will come
again, and we will know them again, and we will again be honored by their presence among us.

In Regards to the Death
of Innocent
Civilians
During War Time
 In this
article we'll continue with the important theme
we've been exploring over the entire course of the debate over the removal of Saddam Hussein
from power in Iraq, particularly in regards to the opportunity to pass an important initiation
when it comes to standing up for freedom, or standing against freedom.
For some, this is no test at all. But for others, this is a
very onerous test, because it challenges some very deeply ingrained false priorities they have
carried forward from previous lifetimes.
Here, we will look at the cost associated with the
acquisition of freedom, and how the Ascended Masters have gone on the record admonishing
the Children of Light not to shirk from their responsibility to pay that price.
And so, for the students of the Ascended Masters who
find themselves opposed to the imminent effort to remove Saddam Hussein from power, this
discussion will provide another tangible indicator that it all boils down to their allegiance and
obedience to the Teachings set forth by the Ascended Masters, and this of course is a question
of great significance when it comes to the prospect of making real measurable progress on the
Path of Initiation, or spinning wheels in place. It is of course important, for those who are in
this predicament, to break through this illusion that has the student thinking that they are
moving forward at great speed, but in fact, all the dust they are throwing up around themselves
is just hiding the fact that they are remaining stationary as far as true progress on the Path is
concerned.
Allegiance to the Teaching, and to the
Ascended Masters themselves, does translate, and is supposed to translate to the stands we take
in the world of physical reality. In this respect, freedom needs to be a physical reality. If it is
not, nothing else matters.

Some Very Important
Sentiments Expressed by
President George W. Bush
 During a national press conference on March
6, 2003, President Bush gave us a revealing insight into his character. This is what he said:
"My faith sustains me because I pray daily. I pray
for guidance and wisdom and strength. If we were to commit our troops -- if we were to
commit our troops -- I would pray for their safety, and I would pray for the safety of innocent
Iraqi lives, as well.
One thing that's really great about our country, April,
is there are thousands of people who pray for me that I'll never see and be able to thank. But it's
a humbling experience to think that people I will never have met have lifted me and my family
up in prayer. And for that I'm grateful. That's -- it's been -- it's been a comforting feeling to
know that is true. I pray for peace, April. I pray for peace. "
What does this mean? What are we to take from this?
This means that this President is very smart. There is nothing smarter than a person asking
God for guidance, wisdom, and strength. The people of America should take great comfort
from this fact.
Additionally, this statement by George W. Bush tells
us that his feeling world registers the ministration of the Holy Angels. This is very important.
If your feeling world is clear enough to register the uplifting light that the Angels deliver to
you as a result of the prayers of other people, this means that he is in harmony with these
ministrations. We know that he is in harmony with these ministrations, because he says he is
comforted by them. If you are not in harmony with these ministrations, well, I think that it's
safe to say that you will not feel them at all. This state of harmony is important, because if
you can be in harmony with the basic energy pattern of divine reality in your feeling world, this
means that there is a good possibility that you can be in harmony with divine principle in your
mental body as well. Therefore, in the weighing of options in regards to what needs to be done,
there is good chance that he will be in attunement with divine guidance. This is an essential
factor in the overall process of deciding what is the right thing to do in a given situation. And
this next statement gives us evidence of this. President Bush went on to say:
"One of the things we love in America is freedom.
If I may, I'd like to remind you what I said at the State of the Union: liberty is not America's
gift to the world, it is God's gift to each and every person. And that's what I believe. I believe
that when we see totalitarianism, that we must deal with it. We don't have to do it always
militarily. But this is a unique circumstance, because of 12 years of denial and defiance,
because of terrorist connections, because of past history.
I'm convinced that a liberated Iraq will be -- will be
important for that troubled part of the world. The Iraqi people are plenty capable of governing
themselves. Iraq is a sophisticated society. Iraq's got money. Iraq will provide a place where
people can see that the Shia and the Sunni and the Kurds can get along in a federation. Iraq will
serve as a catalyst for change, positive change.
So there's a lot more at stake than just American
security, and the security of people close by Saddam Hussein. Freedom is at stake, as well, and
I take that very seriously.
In my mind, there is nothing more important than the
link between God and freedom. The mind of President Bush registers this link, and therefor he
is at least capable of giving it the priority it deserves, i.e. if he can stand against the cross
currents of opposition that the forces of darkness are throwing in his path. So far, he gives us
the impression that his inner sense of this is stronger than the opposition that has so far been
thrown at him, and this is good. We can be very proud of this President in this regard.

 Let there be great hurrahs for President
George W. Bush from all hearts who love liberty! Let there be great hurrahs for President
George W. Bush from all hearts who meet the morning sun rise of freedom in Iraq with great
love, and not hate. There is still some stumbling yet to do in the darkness ere the sun has risen
above the horizon, but the daylight of liberty for the Iraqi people will be at hand in all
likelihood before the end of the month. And it is fitting for such an auspicious new beginning
to come about in the Aries cycle of Spring. Yes let springtime bring forth this new flower of
liberation. In the mean time, let us reflect on the value of this stand for freedom taken by
President George W. Bush. The historical implications of this are profound.

Shouldn't We Join Them?
 In regards to those who feel a deep animosity
towards President George W. Bush, who deeply believe that he is an evil person, I really
believe that what these people are experiencing is an electronic belt polarization with the very
person of the Ascended Master St. Germain. Clearly, as I have pointed out in the article above,
In Regards to the Death of Innocent Civilians During War Time, President George W.
Bush, is a willing and passionate instrument for the outpicturing and fruition of St. Germain's
vision of freedom for the Iraqi people. The agenda that President George W. Bush
is pushing, is the agenda of the Ascended Master St. Germain, and the hatred that they carry in
their electronic belts for this Master, is directed at his most obvious instrument on the world
scene, which is President George W. Bush.
Now, in as much as these people are members of this
organization, which is sponsored by the Ascended Master St. Germain, they would be well
advised to resolve this propensity to polarize themselves against those who actually embody
the Master's vision for the tangible freedom for millions of oppressed people. And I would like
to be as helpful as possible in this regard.
What I mean here, is that the members of this
organization need to come into alignment with all of the hearts of heaven, who are cheering
George W. Bush with great harrahs. Why are they cheering him? Because he is carrying the
banner of St. Germain. Are they cheering because George W. Bush is a perfect person? Of
course not. All of us have stumbled in the past, and fallen down on our faces. But when we get
up, and pick up the banner of freedom, and rush forward, for that little piece of time, the
heavenly host cheers that Son of God on. Sure he may fall down again, but while he is on his
feet, and carrying the banner of freedom forward, the heavenly host are cheering. Why stand
on the sidelines wishing and hoping and praying that he'll stumble? That is an insane posture.
This is the crux of the matter. If you are not cheering
President George W. Bush, if you are finding fault with him, looking down your nose at him,
then the hatred and the condemnation of the false heirarchy is filtering through your emotional
body. And this is not a good thing. Why isn't this a good thing? Because when it comes time
for you to pick up the banner of freedom and run with it, even the banner of
your own eternal freedom, you will have already established in your own aura, a pathway for
the hatred and condemnation of the false hierarchy to filter into your own consciousness,
convincing you, as surely as you are convinced that there is something wrong with President
George W. Bush, that you yourself are doing the wrong thing when it comes to carrying that
banner, and you will be pursuaded to drop it into the dust, thinking you are doing the right
thing. In other words, you will be open to manipulation by the false hiearchy every time you
have before you an important decision having to do with real freedom, for yourself, and for
others. This is the essence of the psychology of self-defeat. And this situation is a good
opportunity for you to come to terms with it. What I mean here, is that if your heart is right
with God, and the Master St. Germain, you will feel like cheering George W. Bush as he carries
the banner of freedom forward against the forces of darkness. If you don't feel like cheering,
you are operating out of the consciousness of spiritual defeat. It is that simple, And you cannot
start to make real progress on the Path of Initiation until you throw off those chains. But it is
not my purpose to condemn here, but offer a way out for those who find themselves in this
predicament — something that they can use to help them come into alignment with the
truth in this regard.
In this regard then, one of the reasons they use to
justify extending their animosity to President George W. Bush, is the fact that his father,
George H. W. Bush, who was President during the original Gulf War, has been labeled a
betrayer by the Ascended Master's for his betrayal of the Iraqi and Kurdish people. And these
people are therefore tempted to think, that the son is the product of the father, and is therefore
stained by a similar streak of betrayal. And therefore, they believe their animosity is justified.
Now, in this respect, I have come across an
interesting statement by the Ascended Masters which clearly indicates that a Lightbearer can be
born to a father who is a fallen angel, and that that Lightbearer, through the support of heaven,
can still retain his integrity in the Light, in terms of his reason for being, and his mission. This
new piece of information could be used, by those who hearts are inclined to mercy, to give
President George W. Bush the benifit of the doubt, and therefore provide a rationale for turning
off the spot light of animosity they have shining on him day and night.
This statement was made by the Beloved Archangel
Uriel, in a dictation delivered October 7, 1983. The Archangel is talking about the armies of
Gog and Magog on planet earth, which I take to mean the personifcation of equally evil
representatives of the false hierarchy who are in constant rivalry, i.e. whenever they have not
joined forces to destroy the Lightbearers.
All of this human creation, therefore,
was for that purpose and to that end. And you can see that war and the pitting of these armies
one against another has never ceased. And if you would actually come face-to-face in the
Middle East with these legions representing these nations, you would find a relentless hatred
and you would have a certain despair and hopelessness that peace could ever come to the
Middle East, for the vendetta is "never let go."
Thus, in bringing children of the light through these
lineages, the dispensations of the Four and Twenty Elders have been to set aside and neutralize
so that the Manchild could spring forth, almost as a phoenix bird out of the ashes of the dying
race. <11>
Most amazing, amazing configurations of the descent
of lightbearers have occurred upon this earth. And truly in this hour no longer may it be
determined that the seed of darkness may only produce darkness; but through it may pass,
unscathed, lightbearers of God-determination so determined that they would be born through
anyone and upon their rejection at one age or the next, or at full maturity, they would turn and
judge the very ones who bore them.

It is very interesting to note the fact that President
George W. Bush has actually reached a "judgment". That's right. That "judgment" holds that
his father made a big mistake in the aftermath of the first Gulf War when he left Saddam
Hussein in power, and that "judgment" will be writ large in the history books for all time. His
"judgment" in this respect is certainly in alignment with the judgment of St. Germain. Here,
he clearly has more allegiance to St. Germain's vision of freedom for the Iraqi people, than he
has allegiance to his father's desire to appear faultless in the history books in regards to his
original betrayal of Kurdish and the Iraqi people at the end of the first Gulf War.

Jesus Is Not the
Only Son of God
 In response to the principle that I set forth in
the Good
News exposition, that Jesus Christ is not the ONLY Son of God, which of course is
absolutely integral to what the Ascended Masters Teach, I received the following comment
from a reader, and I would like to share with you my response to these comments: "your
statements about Jesus as being just one of God's sons
and not above us is false as far as the christian faith is concerned.
Jesus is our savior, he died for us to pay the price for all of our sins.
yes, we are his brothers in so far as the fact, that God is our father,
but Jesus sits at the right hand of God the father as the bible proclaims.
As a christian I believe in the blessed trinity, the father, the son and the
holy spirit as one. ( the son being Jesus) you are making his death in vain.
He is my savior, sorry he is not yours." In response to these comments, I would say the
following.
The fallen angels infiltrated the Christian Church
from the very beginning, and that goes back
to about 325AD, and corrupted the original teaching of Jesus Christ. In place of the original
teachings of Jesus Christ they established many false doctrines. And because the Christian
Church was the state church of the Roman Empire, they were able to force the Children of God,
at the point of a sword, to kneel down before those false doctrines and worship them. Because
of the power they had to coerce allegiance to whatever they proclaimed the truth to be, they
were able to weave and spin a mythology of truth around those false doctrines over many
centuries.
The idea that Jesus Christ is the ONLY Son of God is
one such false doctrine, and the idea that
his death on the cross wiped away the sins of the world, is another. These false doctrines keep
the attention of the Children of God distracted from what are their true spiritual responsibilities
when it comes to working out their own salvation. In this respect, when they come to the end of
this life, and pass beyond the veil, they will be given some very disappointing news. They will
be expecting that Jesus Christ will simply lift them up into eternal life forever. They will find
out however that they have been fooled again into ignoring the real work that they should have
been engaged in, which was resolving all aspects of their psychology that stand in opposition to
their own divinity, and that they will be sent back to keep working on this all important work,
until they get it right.
It's really very simple. Have you figured out why you
are not passionately in love with the
Reality of God every moment of the day? Have you figured out why you choose in so many
ways not to love God? Have you figured out why you choose in so many ways not to think
about the beauty of God? Until you figure that out, and I mean really figure it out, and remedy
the situation, you are simply unfit for eternal life. If you die in this state of non-resolution, you
will be sent back again to work towards this all-important resolution. Jesus Christ, and the all
of the Ascended Masters are here to help you figure that out, and remedy the situation. To help
you achieve that resolution. There will be no eternal life for anyone, until they do, i.e. figure it
out, and achieve that resolution.
Jesus Christ is real. He is a Son of God. But he is not
this false god created by the fallen angels
who has supposedly taken upon his own shoulders the responsibilities that only each individual
soul can fulfill when it comes to making the freewill choices necessary to come back into
alignment with the divine law. The real divine identity of every soul can only be comprised of
millions of right choices in this respect. Jesus Christ can't make these choices for the soul. But
when the soul decides that it will take responsibility for its own destiny, that it alone has the
responsibility to make right choices, and when it starts to study what it means to make right
choices, and actually starts to make right choices, then Jesus Christ is there to return to the soul
that portion of its original divine identity that corresponds to each right choice. In this manner,
he champions the return of every soul to their own native Sonship.
You don't lose your connection to Jesus Christ by
throwing away the false doctrines that
masquerade as truth within the Christian Church today. When you throw away those false
doctrines, and your allegiance to them, you will find that you have only thrown away a barrier
of illusion that keeps you from knowing Jesus Christ as he truly is, a barrier that keeps you
from receiving the best gifts that he has to offer to you in the here and now.
Don't waste any more of your precious time and
opportunity bowing down like some mindless
robot before the false doctrines foisted upon you by the fallen angels. Get with the program. Let
the Real Jesus Christ help you return to your own divine sonship.
And in this regard, I hope you can see why, when you
say, "He is my savior, sorry he is not
yours," that your expression of chagrine is misplaced. Jesus Christ plays the role of savior,
and if you accept that role in way that God designed it (and not the way the fallen angles sell
it), Jesus will help the soul return to its native sonship. That is the path that the students of the
Real Ascended Masters are on. If they follow the path diligently, balance their karma, pass
their tests, and become reintegrated with the divine plan, they will ascend back to God in the
ritual of the ascension, just like Jesus Christ did. So, you don't have to feel any chagrine for
those who are aligned to the truth in this respect. When they arrive at the end of this life, Jesus
will say to them, "Well done, good and faithful servant." But for those who simply twiddle
their thumbs for decades and decades, expecting that Jesus Christ will do all of the heavy
lifting for them, when they arrive at the end of this life, he will shake his head in saddness, and
you can be certain of it, and this is because of the precious opportunity that they have
squandered yet again, and by and by, these foolish souls will be sent back to try to again; To try
again to shake off their allegiance to falsehood, to the lies of the fallen angels; To try again to
find the courage to take the hand of the Real Jesus Christ, and allow him to lead them to real
spiritual achievement in the current life, because that is the only place the soul can manifest
achievement, i.e. in the current life.
So, when you say, "He is my savior, sorry he is not
yours," you imply that you have something
valuable. But ironically, you have been sold a false bill of goods. Jesus Christ will not fulfill
the responsibilities that only you can fulfill. The false pastors within the Christian Church have
told you that they have placed a bar of pure gold into your hands. And you leap for joy at the
prospect of cashing it in. But what they have placed in your hands is non-negotiable in heaven.
You can't spend it. You will receive absolutely nothing from it. Mark my words, and save
yourself some excruciating disappointment. Start meditating now on the principle of personal
responsibility, and let the Real Jesus Christ illuminate your mind concerning how essential it is
for your soul to come into alignment with that principle as the very basis of the process of
salvation, which is the process of returning you to the state of pure and perfect love for God.
You must balance your karma, and pay your debts.
You must undo every wrong. Every hurt
you have inflicted, you must heal. And you must forfeit every element of desire and motive
and thought that is not in alignment with heavenly principles. And you must do this through
your own free will choice. All patterns of mind and emotion within you that have you ignoring
God your Father 24 hours a day, must be turned into pure love for God. You have a lot of work
ahead of you. You need to get started now. Don't wait, don't delay any longer. All of this can
be accomplished on the Path of Initiation that the Real Jesus Christ sponsors along with the
entire retinue of Real Ascended Masters, and it can be accomplished in this life. But don't
delay. You will need every precious moment that God has given you.
