Any decision process regarding what is to be done about Saddam Hussein, needs to be based on the bedrock of reality, which is composed, in part, of the information that the Ascended Masters have given to us concerning the presence of the fallen angels in the earth. This information must be factored into the evaluation process regarding the threat posed to America by Saddam Hussein, and it needs to be factored into the decision process regarding any action related to the ousting of Saddam Hussein from power.

     Now, in regards to this teaching concerning the presence of the fallen angels in the earth, the Ascended Master have told us that the fallen angels are the movers and the shakers behind all mass movements of darkness and evil on the planet, and moreover, that they are all wedded together by a vast seething grid of hatred and contempt for God, representing an ocean of passionate desire to stamp out and destroy any and all progress towards the realization of God's plan for the mass enlightenment of the evolutions of the earth. In as much as this plan for mass enlightenment can only be built upon the foundation of personal freedom, the institutions of freedom are always at the very top of their target list for destruction.

      America is the citadel of freedom for the planet, and therefore America, from the perspective of the fallen angels, is the prime example of God's purpose made manifest in the earth. And that makes America the prime target for their destructive passions.

Now, it is important to understand, that the fact that many Americans misuse the freedom that God provides, does not argue against the ongoing divine sponsorship of the principle of freedom itself. God desires to redeem every soul embodied on earth, but every soul must enter into the redemption process by free will. Therefore, before redemption itself can be set before the soul as a real option, the soul must be wrapped in the swaddling garment of freedom, a garment that deflects the influence of all terror, all fear, all coercion, allowing the soul to make its decisions based solely upon the counsel of its own conscience.

     All fallen angels, and every single person whom they've lured into their camp, are connected into that vast planet-spanning grid of hatred and contempt towards God, and therefore, no matter where they are on the planet, they will direct that hatred — as surely and consistently as the needle of a compass will point north — to the United States, and it has nothing at all to do with this or that policy of the United States government. The revelation, by the Ascended Masters, of the existence of this planet-spanning grid of hatred and contempt towards God is one of the most important keys to making sense of the jig-saw puzzle of earthly events.

     For those who are unfamiliar with the term "fallen angel", I would refer you to the Book of Revelation, Chapter 12:

"And there was war in heaven: Michael and his angels fought against the dragon; and the dragon fought and his angels, And prevailed not; neither was their place found any more in heaven. And the great dragon was cast out, that old serpent, called the Devil, and Satan, which deceiveth the whole world: he was cast out into the earth, and his angels were cast out with him. " (From the Book of Revelation, Chapter 12, verses 7, 8, 9)

     These leaders of the Great Rebellion were thrown out of heaven and into the earth, and through the earthly system of multiple life opportunity (reincarnation), they are with us today, wearing the same kind of physical bodies that the Children of God wear. You can't tell a fallen angel from a Child of God just by what they might look like, because we all wear physical bodies. In this respect, we all appear to be "human".

The fallen angels were originally made in the image of God, as we all were, and they were once very effective, pure, and holy servants of God as well. But, they stopped being servants of God when they joined the Great Rebellion (an event that predates the creation of our physical universe). Notwithstanding their association with the Rebellion, they nevertheless maintained their previously well-earned auras of authority and status. And this appearance of authority and status, was used to lure the Children of God into the rebellion. In other words, the Children of God were enticed into abandoning their allegiance to divine principle due in large measure to the appearance of authority that these once mighty angels continued to exhibit. After being thrown out of heaven, the identity of the fallen angels was purposefully hidden by God behind the mask of humanness, so that appearances, which can always be manipulated, would not serve as a factor for further confusion. As Jesus said, "you will know them by their fruits." When a Son of God uses the word "fruit" he is using the word in its highest and most divine sense. In other words, his use of the word "fruit" contains the entire context for the divine plan for the earth. The Master is telling us that those who work on behalf of God's plan, will produce good fruit. And those who work against God's plan (the fallen angels) will produce bad fruit. So the next question has to be, what constitutes good fruit, and what constitutes bad fruit? Good fruit would be that which advances the divine plan for the earth. And bad fruit would be that which throws a monkey wrench into the divine plan for the earth. More specifically, good fruit would be something that represents progress in setting a soul (or a group of souls) free from their state of bondage to human error and illusion, and the concomitant delivery of the soul into an expanded awareness of spiritual truth. Bad fruit would be something that represents an increase in the state of bondage to human error and illusion, and a further occlusion of the soul's capacity to perceive spiritual truth. While the core definition of good fruit and bad fruit is focused on the central theme of freeing the mind from error and illusion, which relates to an internal condition of consciousness, there is of course an important physical component that we alluded to above. In as much as the pathway towards spiritual enlightenment must be built upon the foundation of physical freedom (freedom of assembly, freedom of movement, freedom of speech, freedom of the press, freedom of religion, freedom to participate in government), the attack of last resort which the fallen angels launch against God's plan, is upon the physical institutions of freedom. If they can destroy these institutions, and the nations that build and maintain them, they can destroy the Path of Initiation, and thereby defeat God's plan for mass enlightenment.

     Now, you can be certain, that those who plot destructive acts against the United States of America, in as much as the U.S.A. is the nation assigned the mission to bring in a Golden Age of God-Realization on earth, are the same fallen angels who were cast out of heaven so long ago.

     In this regard, then, we must observe, that the only certain and time tested method the fallen angels have of bringing the Children of God under their direct control is through intimidation (the threat of war) or war itself. Of course, the fallen angels make an enormous amount of effort towards the pollution of the minds of God's children. But this is never an end in itself. Their final goal is always the physical control that is necessary to stamp out freedom of speech, freedom of the press, freedom of assembly, freedom of movement, freedom of religion, and the freedom to participate in the operation of government. No matter how successful the fallen angels are in their efforts to pollute the minds of God's children with error, lies, illusion, and delusion, in most cases, the Children of God will never willingly submit themselves to a regime of oppression. Something is always required to bend their will into a posture of cooperation before the fallen angels. When it comes to controlling an individual, the modus operandi of fallen angels generally, is to threaten the individual, or members of the individual's family with personal injury. If the threat of personal injury is not enough to bend the will, then the very fact of personal injury (warfare on a personal level) is brought to bear upon the individual or his family. When it comes to controlling a nation, the fallen angels, from a position of undeniable power, will threaten national injury, and if the threat of national injury is not enough to bend the will of the nation, then the very fact of national injury (war) is brought to bear upon the nation in question.

     Therefore, within the higher council chambers of the false hierarchy, there is only one general topic under discussion, and that is how to best enslave, control, and where necessary, make war upon the Children of God.

It's important to keep in mind that not every individual who uses the methodologies of the fallen angels are actually fallen angels themselves, i.e. in terms of belonging to the class of rebel angels who were part and parcel of the Great Rebellion, and who were thrown out of heaven and into the earth. We need to remember that many Children of God were lured into that rebellion, and they were made familiar with the methodologies of the fallen angels, and they were sent forth to practice those methodologies (terror and murder) upon those who resisted the call to join the rebellion. Therefore, in most cases, labeling individuals as fallen angels, is problematic, unless the life record of the individual can be read in its entirety, which I believe is beyond the capability of most people. But then again, there are cases wherein you can make a reasonable conclusion in this regard. And Saddam Hussein would be a good example, of one who stands over the people with his iron boot upon their necks, using terror and murder to maintain power and control over millions of people. This lust for power over millions of people is clearly a hallmark of the psychology of a genuine fallen angel. The root of their lust in this regard is the fundamental desire to destroy God's plan for the enlightenment of the people. This fundamental desire will manifest itself in a manner that will deny to entire national populations any opportunity to build the institutions of liberty in their midst that would allow the Path of Initiation to be anchored and safeguarded.

     It is also important to keep in mind that the activities of the fallen angels embodied within America, and other free nations, have to be, of necessity, considerably camouflaged. A democracy such as America, has within the very structure of government, and within its laws, prohibitions against the kinds of behaviors that are generally associated with fallen angels. The structure of government, because of its separate branches, does not allow for the degree of power consolidation required to exert totalitarian control over the population. (Though there is one exception to this rule, through a flaw in the Constitution, the U.S. Supreme Court has evolved into an institution that wields a level of power over American life that is in many ways absolute, a power that is effectively unchecked.) And the laws prohibit the outward use of violence as a means of coercion and control. The individuals who founded America were sponsored by God, and divinely inspired to adopt a form of government that would be, perhaps not impervious, but highly resistant to the control of the fallen angels, thereby establishing an environment wherein the Path of Initiation could be anchored. Under these conditions, the more sophisticated (higher class) fallen angels are forced to follow the rules as they gravitate towards key positions of power in government, industry, and the professions, where they work behind the scenes to undermine the institutions of liberty, and at the same time, lobby for the adoption of policies that result in the building up of the strength of America's enemies. Their efforts to transfer wealth and technology to the Soviet Union (a bullet we dodged by the grace of God only) and Red China is a good example of this. The middle class fallen angels take up positions at the center of those movements which are designed to distort the divine image of the soul. For example, while millions of God's precious children are trapped within the vortex of pornography, at the center of that industry you have fallen angels. It is the fallen angels who provide the central hub that gives the industry its organization, and its forward driving momentum. The same is true in the gambling industry, the liquor industry, the tobacco industry, the abortion industry, the right to die movement, the homosexual rights movement, the trade in illegal and illicit drugs, and they are at the center of all efforts to legalize drug use. No Child of God, no matter how rebellious, would ever devote their life to the pollution of culture on a mass scale. The Children of God still have divine souls, and the fatal danger posed to their souls by involvement at the central hub of these activities would be self-evident, and they would not have anything to do with it. The lower class fallen angels take up positions of power within the various strata of organized crime, who express more clearly the true and unmasked character of the fallen angel generally in as much as they are all terrorists and murderers at heart. Notwithstanding their integration into the American body politic at various levels, the ultimate goal of the fallen angels is to bring about the collapse of the institutions of liberty, paving the way for the totalitarian control of the population, and the elimination of the Path of Initiation, the stamping out of God's plan for the earth.

     In regards to these observations, we should note the great challenge the fallen angels face in achieving their goal of totalitarian control of the United States of America. They will never be able to bring this about simply from the inside. In concert with their internal efforts, they need their co-conspirators to strike blows from the outside that will bring about a substantial weakening of the society, and its economy. This is where it is important to understand how the entire false hierarchy works together, from inside, and outside, to bring down God's citadel of liberty. And in this regard, the war making potential of America's enemies is intended to play a crucial role.

     As we keep in mind the corrupting influence that our domestic cadre of fallen angels has on the very fabric of our society, as the fabric is tearing, ripping, and falling into tatters and shreds, we must remain, at the same time, keenly aware of the fact the higher councils of fallen angels are continuously creating their plans for war against the U.S. for the purpose of taking advantage of the internal weaknesses created and magnified by their domestic brethren. In this respect, the Children of God must have a spiritual and a physical defense against the efforts of the fallen angels to weaken our society from the inside, and a spiritual and physical defense against the efforts of the fallen angels to deliver crippling blows from the outside.

     Because of the present karmic condition of the children of God on earth, who, because of their lack of faith in God, are denied the complete protection of God, i.e. the complete spiritual protection of God, it is necessary, that in order to defend themselves from the war plans of the fallen angels, that they forthrightly acquire the physical means by which the physical threats of the fallen angels can be turned aside. The Children of God must be able to say to those fallen angels who threaten destructive acts from foreign lands, "you have no power to impose your will upon us. Our power is greater than your power." And of course, this must be true in regards to the physical fact of power that the Children of God have at their disposal. And the Children of God must be ready, willing, and capable of employing those physical means to deter the war plans of the fallen angels.

     Now, it becomes morally confusing to some people, when they are confronted with the need for the children of God to get down into the mud with the fallen angels, and engage in the same basic behavior, using weapons of great destructive power to wreak havoc on them, before they can use their weapons to wreak havoc on us.

     This paradox is resolved when one understands that the Children of God, when they abandoned their personal relationship to God long long ago, at the same time abandoned his protective shield, and placed themselves within the context of the laws of the physical plane. Here, if they are going to survive against the onslaughts of the fallen angels, and the never-ending threat of being enslaved by them, they must have the means, and the will, to fight for their freedom and for their survival.

     Of course, if the Children of God turn back to God, and re-align themselves to his plans and purposes, they will have the benefit of that divine protection they once knew, which was the protection intrinsic in the power of Light itself, that was able to turn back whatever threats the fallen angels might impose, without having to resort to physical weapons.

Looking back billions of years to that time before the physical universe was even created, we should remember that the goal of the leadership of the Great Rebellion was to take control over all heavenly regions, and to bend the occupants thereof to the dark side, i.e. in opposition to God. They succeeded in turning many against the Divine Will, but the great majority held true to their allegiance to God and His purposes. As a consequence of this ongoing allegiance to God, the protection of God from the onslaught of the fallen angels was afforded them, and that protection was made manifest in the intercession of Archangel Michael and his legions, who directly confronted the rebellion on behalf of the citizenship of heaven, defeated that rebellion, and threw the rebels completely out of heaven (i.e. into the earth, or more precisely, the newly created physical universe). The protection of Archangel Michael against the destructive designs of the fallen angels is still available to the people of any nation today, who return to their former state of allegiance to God and His purposes.

     But the process required to change the orientation of rebellious hearts requires time to implement. This is the process embodied in the Path of Initiation, that leads the soul step by step up a vibratory stairway from those regions wherein the soul identifies with darkness and error, into those regions wherein the soul identifies with Light and Truth. This is a gradual process. Even though it is definitely possible for the soul to achieve, in the course of single embodiment, the complete spiritual victory that this path holds out as the ultimate reward, it nevertheless requires many years of diligent and persistent application. During all of that time the soul remains subject to the laws of the physical realm, where the responsibility and obligation for the survival of the individual, his family, and his nation, still has a very prominent physical component. If the Children of God want their freedom in the here and now, they must fight for it with their bare hands if that is what it must take, though it is far better to have powerful weapons in your hands.

But, I don't want to give the impression that physical war fighting capability will be required up to the very moment wherein the soul achieves its ascension in the light. That would not be accurate. In fact, once the soul is committed to walking the Path of Initiation, and has proven its dedication to that path, even though it may take several decades for that soul to achieve its spiritual victory, it must be understood, that once the soul has made the commitment to keep its feet on that Path, even though it is just beginning, that the protection of God is then available to that soul, and the need for physical means of protection are far less important, though not irrelevant. The relevancy of physical war fighting capability to turn back the designs of the fallen angels is primarily dependent upon the percentage of the population who have come to accept the Path of Initiation. If the great percentage of the people have yet to make the decision to accept the Path of Initiation, which is the case at present, then the shield of God (purely spiritual yet 100% effective) will not be available to the nation as a whole, and they must continue to be prepared to defend themselves by physical means. The small percentage of those who walk the Path of Initiation at the current time, even though they personally walk under the shield of God's protection in most cases, still have a responsibility to remain vigilant on behalf of the Nation's security as a whole, and that includes the physical aspect of security. For them, their goal is to shepherd the nation as whole onto the Path of Initiation. This requires that the fact of physical liberty for the nation as whole remain inviolate. And therefore, these are the greatest and most passionate advocates for a proper physical defense.

     And therefore, the physical act of guarding the liberty of oneself, one's family, and one's nation, is always, from the standpoint of heaven, a noble endeavor, notwithstanding the messiness associated with human conflict.

     And there is one important fact that represents a very interesting and ironic twist in this equation (which I have already referred to twice, but it is worth looking at again), and that is, that the process required to bring about the re-orientation of hearts back into an alignment with divine purpose, i.e. the Path of Initiation just mentioned, requires the fact of physical freedom. The Path of Initiation, the only path back to the regions of divine reality, cannot be anchored in any culture where freedom is not a physical fact. This is true for the simple reason that if the fallen angels are in control, they will use their power to suppress the Path of Initiation. Therefore, as a precursor for their return home to the Kingdom of God, the Children of God must use the tools they have at their disposal in the here and now, to secure the borders of their nation, and within those borders, they must erect and safeguard the institutions of liberty that will guarantee freedom of speech, freedom of the press, freedom of assembly, freedom of religion, and the freedom of the people to participate in directing the affairs of their local, state, and national governments.

     So, what this means, is that if the Children of God are ever to find their way back into their divine estate, they must secure the condition of freedom in the here and now, using those tools that are mandated by the various configurations of current circumstance. What this means in a practical sense, is that if the fallen angels have acquired physical weapons, then the Children of God need access to not just the same weapons, and in the same quantities, but access to more weapons, and more powerful weapons.

Now, God our Father has been more than generous in this regard, in making sure that the strength of America was always greater than the strength amalgamated by the fallen angels. Every bit of the technology inspired in the minds of those Children of God within the free nations of the earth was inspired and revealed for one purpose, and that was for the defense of the institutions of liberty. But as noted above, as the fallen angels worked themselves into positions of leadership in industry and government, rationales were consistently put forth by them, that enabled the transfer of that very technology into the hands of their sinister brethren on the international stage, thereby directly compromising the strength of the free world. This can happen only in an atmosphere of ignorance when it comes to the presence of absolute evil in the earth, i.e. the fallen angels. This ignorance is exemplified by any mind so bold as to say, "Fallen angels? What fallen angels? I don't see nor do I sense the presence of any fallen angels." (Here's a clue for you: Osama bin laden is a fallen angel, purely evil, with only murder in his heart, purely intent on destroying America). In the shadowy regions of mind where this truth has not yet illuminated the one and only sure path towards the achievement of true national security, it is easy for our domestic cadre of fallen angels to craft their situational ethics, to formulate their grand paradigms of short-term profit, which persuade the gullible Children of God of the "wisdom" of transferring their God-given wealth, and their God-Given power, into the hands of the very individuals who will use it to ultimately enslave them. Hopefully, the current atmosphere in which America finds itself, i.e. under attack from individuals who clearly meet the definition of absolute evil, will help the American people come to terms with the truth that will allow them to understand why they must stop this practice of transferring the gift of God-Given technology into the hands of those whose only desire is to destroy the institutions of liberty.

     Now, as noted above, the Ascended Masters teach us that the fallen angels are behind all mass movements of darkness and evil on the planet. One of the greatest mass movements of darkness and evil on the planet in recent history has been World Communism. And the greatest bastions of World Communism have been the Soviet Union, and Red China.

     During the reign of the Soviet Empire, the war plans of the fallen angels consisted of amassing a quantity of conventional and nuclear arms that could simply overwhelm the free nations of the world. But, the free nations of the world, under the leadership of the United States, built up a counterforce that ultimately deterred the fallen angels from ever using their military power. And with the collapse of the Soviet Empire in 1991, the fallen angels no longer have access to a military machine large enough to directly challenge the strength of the free world, again under the leadership of the United States. Though they are again moving in that direction through their totalitarian control of Communist China. And I would be remiss to bypass this opportunity to make note of the fact that the massive amounts of cash and technology that Western Democracies are pouring into Red China are accelerating yet again the arrival of the fallen angels at that point where they will be able to directly challenge the United States and her allies once again.

The Ascended Masters have told us that those who are at the core of any Communist movement, are always fallen angels. These individuals always exhibit the classic characteristic of desiring to control great masses of people (for the reasons stated above). And because their war is always against the plans and purposes of God, that they will never be inclined to allow the Children of God to live outside of their control. In other words, they can never be persuaded to take the track towards democracy and freedom. Because they are very smart, and because they know that the Children of God, in their fallen state, are often times really dumb, they will feign allegiance to this or that kind of reform, in order to attract to themselves the gifts of technology that God has given to his children for their defense. This happened in the case of technology transfer to the Soviet Union, and it is happening again in the case of technology transfer to Red China.

     But, the question for the present hour is this. What do they do in the mean time to continue their campaign to destroy the United States? What are their war plans now?

     Terrorism, in a word, encompasses the warp and woof of all their war plans for the foreseeable future. And the mixture of terrorism, with weapons of mass destruction is at the very top of their agenda. They are keenly searching the planetary landscape for any opportunity that might be used to bring about this marriage of terrorism and weapons of mass destruction. And of course, they will work to create such opportunities where none exist today.

     Therefore, when the war councils of the fallen angels study the range of opportunities that are before them across the planet, they will be seriously considering the utility of Saddam Hussein's Iraq. Here is a nation, run by a cabal of fallen angels, with an active program of building weapons of mass destruction including chemical, biological, and nuclear. You can be certain, that if they believe they can carry it off without making Iraq in a large smoking crater, then they will do everything in their power to transfer the weapons of mass destruction that are under development there, into various terrorist networks for ultimate delivery to the United States.

     Now some people might believe that they would be sincerely concerned about a devastating counterstrike from the United States. In as much as they would have an interest in retaining an important manufacturing base for weapons of mass destruction, this would be true. Therefore, we could anticipate that they would put a lot of effort into masking the origin of any weapons of mass destruction that they pass from Iraq into the terrorist networks. But, in the final analysis, if the strike they deliver upon the United States could be made significantly large enough, they would not be concerned about any counterstrike. They would gladly sacrifice every living organism in Iraq if they could bring the United States to her knees.

     Seeing the handwriting on the wall, the United States must take pre-emptive measures to make absolutely sure that the nation of Iraq cannot be used by the fallen angels to deliver weapons of mass destruction into terrorist networks.

     This is the absolute number one priority. The United States is the bastion of liberty designed by God to be a beacon of spiritual freedom for the entire earth. The U.S.A. must survive. The U.S.A. must be protected. It is our number one responsibility to make sure that the fallen angels cannot bring about the use of any weapon of mass destruction on American soil.

     And therefore, that is the prime number one reason for the United States to use military force to go into Iraq to remove Saddam Hussein from power. And the sooner the better.

     But in doing this, we shoulder an ongoing responsibility and obligation to make sure that the fallen angels will never be able to get control of the people of Iraq again. But this is not simply for the ongoing protection of America, but additionally, this is for the ongoing protection of the people of Iraq. In other words, this is for the ongoing protection of God's plan for the people of Iraq. And that plan is of course to establish the Path of Initiation in the midst of the people there, and for that to happen, we must work with the people of Iraq to build up the institutions of liberty there, institutions that will allow the people to exercise their right to participate in government, to have freedom of speech, freedom of the press, freedom of assembly, freedom of religion, and of course, the right to enjoy the fruits of a free market economy.

     And therefore, it is never enough simply to counter the war plans of the fallen angels, to simply roll back their most current threats, but to use each precious opportunity that the congregation of circumstance presents to us, to roll back their influence, their oppression, their control, wherever possible, and claim that ground for freedom. On the great chess board of the world, this is the only way that the forces of light will ultimately claim a complete victory.
