May 17,
2001 | The Reverend F. Kenneth Hoffer, Mount Culmen Evangelical
Congregational Church, East Earl, Pennsylvania, offered the following prayer:
Almighty God, Ruler of all nations, we give our thanks for Your
guidance which has preserved our Nation and for the peaceful continuity of government in
America.
We look gratefully to the past, thanking You that from the foundations
of America You granted our forefathers courage and wisdom, as they trusted in You. By their
example to lead, guide and direct, inspire this Congress whom You have entrusted leadership to
serve and wage the struggle to find peace and justice in our world.
For our leaders, diplomats and military, let our resources be a strength to
all, regardless of race, creed, faith, age, sex or national origin. May we work together towards
justice, righteousness and goodness for all peoples of all nations.
We pray to You, O God. Amen. | The
PRESIDING OFFICER. Today's prayer will be offered by our guest Chaplain, the Reverend
Daniel H. Miller, Moss Bluff Assembly of God, Moss Bluff, LA.
The guest Chaplain offered the following prayer:
Eternal God, blessed are You Lord, King of the Universe. We humbly
ask for forgiveness for our sins as individuals and as a nation. We thank You for Your blessings,
love, and mercy for each of us. We are reminded of our great heritage as one nation under God
and thank You for Your blessings on America. We thank You for all of our governmental officials
at every level, and we depend on You, O mighty God, for guidance and direction.
Father, I ask Your Holy Spirit, Great Counselor, to direct each Member
of this Senate today, each man and each woman, as they see Your divine will, wisdom, and
perspective on the issues we have before us as a nation. As Daniel of old prayed, ``Blessed be the
name of God forever and ever; for wisdom and might are His.'' We rejoice in the Senators who
seek to be right with You so they will know what is right for our Nation.
Lord, the days we live in are challenging to every individual's faith. Help
us to look beyond merely the secular realm. I pray that the secularity would not replace spirituality.
Give us humble mindedness in place of humanistic materialism.
Now on this day, O Lord, we come to You on behalf of our Nation
asking for divine wisdom for every person in this Senate Chamber. Grant them wisdom and
courage to face the challenges of this hour. Even though You have given us incredible intelligence,
we cannot hope to find the way without Your help, O Lord. Grant us now a brilliant clarity of
mind, a rich sweetness of spirit, and a compassionate peace in our souls for the challenges we must
face together for the good of these United States of
America. In the precious name of Jesus we pray. Amen. |

 The glow of the sacred fire of peace,
freedom, and comfort, appears within the fabric of our awareness on the 2nd of (5) Tubes of
Light, at a level of (4) on the (1-12) scale of s.f. intensity, expanding to a level (6) by the 5th
repetition. This manifestation of the sacred fire glow stands in the sharpest contrast to the sludge
of morning grogginess that had heretofore filled all the pores of our mind. 5/17/2001 Thu. |  |
| We were a little bit discombooberated
because of the need to delay our Linda Healing Ritual (dogs being fed their breakfast early again)
finding ourself in a position where we had to begin our a.m. decree service before completing the
LHR. On top of the morning grogginess, then, we entered into the work in a very unbalanced and
uncertain frame of mind. Against this backdrop, the appearance of the glow of the sacred fire was
uncharacteristically strong, decisive, and unambiguous, adding another dimension of tangibility to
the reality of our God Presence. This appearance was very helpful and comforting, and

| By the end of the first 15 minutes of our
30 minute period of violet flame decrees, we have achieved a fairly solid lock on our victory
thoughtform, and we have expanded it somewhat as follows, "God deserves my utmost respect
and highest esteem." We remembered the word "esteem" used in relationship to God in St.
Germain's dictation, Vol. 28, No. 12. The glow of the sacred fire within the fabric of our
awareness is at a level of (4) on the (1-12) scale of s.f. intensity. 5/17/2001 Thu. | |
| We were able to lock into our victory
thoughtform, "God deserves my utmost respect and highest esteem," in a very solid manner over
the course of the last 15 minutes of this 30 minute period of violet flame decrees. Indeed, at one
point when we caught ourself drifting into the modality of human boredom, where we started to
wonder when this decree set would be over, we grabbed a hold of our mind, and re-directed it to
the victory thoughtform, and we achieved a very solid lock on it, which resulted in a great boost of
enthusiasm for our decree work generally, which lasted to the very end of this decree

This is the 60th consecutive day of the
Linda Healing Project. Ritual
outline: We begin repeating our victory thoughtform the minute we wake up, "God deserves
my utmost respect", and we continue repeating this to the point we arrive in the sanctuary.
After dressing we proceed directly to the kitchen,
remove ten dog biscuits from the jar, and chop them in half to yield a total of twenty pieces. Ten
for Linda, and ten for Max. We proceed to the sanctuary, kneel at the altar, explain our goals, and
ask for assistance. This includes a request that a squad of nature spirits and elementals be assigned
to tutor Linda in recognizing the difference between friend and foe, and sword work to cut Linda
free from her fear and all aggressive tendencies. For the final step of our prayer work, we give our
Linda Healing Prayer three times visualizing her cradled in our arms: "My Beloved God
Presence, I Am That I Am, please allow Linda to feel your precious friendship, your precious love,
your precious comfort, your precious peace, and your precious healing power. Please bestow
upon Linda the intelligence that will enable her to recognize the difference between friend and
foe."
We depart the sanctuary, taking the white hand bell
from the altar, proceed into the garage, ring the hand bell, open the main garage door, and walk
over to the front gate.
We ring the hand bell again, open the gate, say good
morning to Linda and Max, and walk over to the chain link fence. We feed two biscuits to each
dog and give them a pat on the head, in this order, Max, Linda, Max, Linda. We repeat "We love
you Linda/Max" as we interact with each dog.
We then open the gate and pull the two trash barrels
outside of the gate, walk back inside the gate, close the gate, and walk over to the chain link fence.
We feed two biscuits to each dog and give them a pat on the head, in this order, Max, Linda, Max,
Linda. We repeat "We love you Linda/Max" as we interact with each dog. We then open the gate,
pull the trash barrels back inside of the gate, close the gate, walk back over to the fence and give
each dog two more biscuits and a pat on the head, in this order, Max, Linda, Max,
Linda.
We then open the gate, pull the two trash barrels
outside of the gate again, walk back inside the gate, close the gate, and walk over to the chain link
fence. We feed two biscuits to each dog and give them a pat on the head, in this order, Max,
Linda, Max, Linda. We then open the gate, pull the trash barrels back inside of the gate, close the
gate, walk back over to the fence and give each dog two more biscuits and a pat on the head, in
this order, Max, Linda, Max, Linda.
That done, I say"Goodbye, have a nice day", close the
gate, ring the hand bell, walk into the garage and close the garage door. |
There were a couple of unexpected
factors that required a change in the schedule today. First, when we were in the sanctuary giving
our preliminary prayers, we could hear that the dogs were being fed their breakfast, so we decided
to put off the biscuit feeding session until after we had finished our a.m. decree service, which ran
about 2 hours this morning. After the decree session we proceeded out into the garage, rang the
hand bell, and we heard no barking. We opened the garage door, looked over the fence, and there
were no dogs in the dog pen. The back gate was open, which meant that our neighbors had let
them out to play in the back yard. So we decided, having no other choice, to complete the dog
biscuit feeding at the end of our first office work period.
At the end of the first office work period, we went out
back to see whether the back gate to the dog pen was still open. It was closed which meant that
the dogs were back inside of the pen area. I proceeded into the garage, rang the hand bell inside
of the garage, and this time Linda started to bark, and she continued to bark until we arrived at the
chain link fence. After that there was no barking at all. No barking at all during the first, second,
third, and fourth movement of the trash barrels. This is the second day where there was no
barking at the movement of the trash barrels.
Both dogs were in a more subdued mode of behavior
today. Not one time did Max ever try to crowd Linda out, so we had the time we needed to try
our new approach with Linda. When it was Linda's turn for her first biscuit, we tried to put the
biscuit back in our pocket and initiate an additional amount of petting time before she would get
the biscuit. But she lost interest very quickly, and got down and went looking around for the
biscuit before I had time to pet her any more. I had to wave it in front of her face to get her to
stand up and take it. What we ended up doing during subsequent biscuit feedings was to cover the
biscuit inside of my right hand, while using both hands to grab Linda paws, and to shake them up
and down a bit, and then pat her on the head one more time before she would get her biscuit.
That seemed to work ok. Though on the first couple of tries she would still lose interest and try to
get down, but I had her by the paws so she couldn't get down, and I would quickly show her the
biscuit to get her attention focused again. On 7 out of ten biscuit feedings we had to reach down
and wave the biscuit in front of her face to get her to stand up to get it. So this was not one of
those "eager" days that we have seen over the last week or so. But, it is much later in the
afternoon, much warmer, and she has had several hours of play time in the neighbors back yard.
These are all factors that are new and unusual.
After the biscuit feedings we tried to initiate a play time
without much success until we took an old leather collar that was hanging on the fence, and waved
that at Max and Linda, jingling the latch hardware, and that got both Max and Linda interested in
playing. Linda would stand up against the fence to see what I had, and we would get to pet her
some more. Yes, there is a happy dog inside of Linda. Linda and Max were in a wrestling mode

| This is day #144 of the strength of many
mountains, and #142 of the golden portal of the heart
and the many divine cities revealed therein, and #138 of the many many fires of celebration of the
glory of God, and #103 of the nourishment of God's glory spread abroad across the entire
planetary body, and #94 of the garden paradise of the heart, the place where divine friends meet,
where the word "cherish" describes every relationship, and #73 of the personal closeness of my
very own beloved God Presence, and #65 of my very own beloved God Presence as the presence
of paradise, and #52 of the heart as home, and #36 of the flaming garment of praise and adoration,
encrusted with thousands of jewels of divine perception, and #32 of the sacred presence of our
Father/Mother God throughout all space, and #26 of God as the center of Life, and #19 of God as
our very own beloved Oasis deserving of my utmost respect, and #13 of God deserving to be
honored at all times and under all circumstances, and #12 of the passion of the heart for the
victory of God's will through the science of the spoken word, and #10 of the great power and
treasure of the heart center, and day #3 of the great compassion of our own beloved God

| During our Cosmic Clock prayers
(remember: the Cosmic Clock Calculator runs automatically at the end of the footprint
transcription session setup macro, displaying our Cosmic Clock cycle information), we are asking
Mighty Cyclopea to help us to recognize our tests under the Scorpio hierarchy of God-Vision, to
help us to overcome all temptations towards selfishness, self-love, and idolatry - and we are
presented with a very clear perception that the opposition that we face before every decree service
is a test of idolatry under this hierarchy. It is a test under this hierarchy because we are being
presented with the choice of who we will serve. Will we serve the false god of human inertia, and
bow down before it, and allow it to rule our life? Or will we deny the power of that false god, and
walk right over it and into the sanctuary, where we can do the work that God requires for the
balancing of our karma and the clearing of our chakras, that will eventually bring us to the point
where we will see God face to face, and live forevermore within the conflagration of divine

| As we are recording the Tuesday, May 15,
2001, entries regarding the revelation of compassion, we again make note of this quality, that
divine revelations have a lot in common with unwrapping Christmas presents. In the initial flash,
you get a rough preview of what is inside of the package. When you focus your attention on it in

The glow of the sacred fire of peace
and freedom, appeared at the 5th repetition of (12x) Tubes of Light at a level of (3) on the (1-12)
scale of s.f. intensity. The heavy aching burden on the spine at a position at or just below the level
of the heart emerged on the 6th repetition and stayed with us through the 11th repetition, and then
faded away. The sacred fire glow remained constant at a level (3). 5/17/2001 Thu. | |
| A very abrupt appearance of a very blessed
forcefield of crystal peace appeared within the fabric of our awareness, at the very core of our
awareness, on the 10th repetition of (15x) Hail Mary's, at a level of (6) on the (1-12) scale of s.f.
intensity. This was as tangible and solid within the realm of spiritual experience, as someone
placing their hand firmly on your shoulder in the physical. We observe that this forcefield of
peace is a forcefield of freedom as well, but at the same time it is beyond freedom, or shall we say,
beyond the threshold of freedom, and within the sphere of experience that taken as a whole, is the
sphere of God-Freedom. In other words, freedom is one thing. What freedom can produce is

| I just wanted to mention that we have had
to confront a very substantial burden of opposition over the course of our series of divine
revelation recollection affirmations. This is a force that opposes any connection to the divine
reality embodied in each of those DRRA's, and a force of heaviness that is pressuring me to fall
asleep. No hint of divine reality during this segment of the work. 5/17/2001 Thu. | |
| About half way through our sword work,
we arrive in a condition of being where there is no more opposition, and we are experiencing the
glow of the sacred fire of peace and freedom within the fabric of our awareness at a level of (3) on
the (1-12) scale of s.f. intensity. 5/17/2001 Thu. |
| The glow of the sacred fire of peace and
freedom appears within the fabric of our awareness at a level of (4) to (5) on the (1-12) scale of
s.f. intensity, on the 3rd repetition of (12x) 30.08, Covenant of the Magi calls. The glow
of the sacred fire increased to a level (6) at the 6th repetition, with a distinct glow at the 3rd eye

| During the preamble to the 15 minute
period of violet flame decrees, where we are praying for help in regards to the issue of extending
respect, esteem, and honor unto God, we are given to see that indeed God does deserve to be
honored at all times and under all circumstances. I love to come into contact with this

| Nevertheless, it was not until we were 13
minutes into this 15 minute period of violet flame decrees that we were able to lock into our
victory thoughtform, "God deserves my utmost respect and highest esteem," within a region of
sacred fire peace that registered at a level of (4) on the (1-12) scale of s.f.

| The glow of the sacred fire of peace and
freedom slowly emerges within the fabric of our awareness over the course of this set of (15x)
Hail Mary's, increasing to a level (6) by the 15th repetition. Complete peace. Only sacred fire
reality is resident within our awareness now. I would say, "what a relief!" We had some tough
going through our Michaels and violet flame decree sets, facing quite a bit of opposition, even with
the presence of some amount of sacred fire glow. But here, there is no opposition. Only the glow

| A very solid glow the sacred fire of peace,
freedom, and paradise emerges within the fabric of our awareness at a level of (6) on the (1-12)
scale of s.f. intensity, during this (3x) set of prayers to Sanat Kumara and the Lady Master Venus:
"Beloved Sanat Kumara and Lady Master Venus, please help me to come into alignment with the
most fundamental and basic truth in the universe, that God deserves my utmost respect and highest

We have moved through quite a barrier
of grinding opposition, and the glow of the sacred fire of peace and freedom and paradise has
appeared within the fabric of our awareness on 12th repetition of (15x) Tubes of Light, at a level

| During this (15x) divine revelation
recollection affirmation: "Revelation of the fact that God deserves to be honored at all times and
under all circumstances," we can see into a region where the truth of this statement is self-evident.
And a glow of the sacred fire of peace and freedom has emerged within the fabric of our
awareness at the 3rd eye chakra area at a level of (5) on the (1-12) scale of s.f. intensity, on the 8th
repetition. We have expanded this to a total of (30x) repetitions. 5/18/2001 Fri. | |
| And during this (15x) divine revelation
recollection affirmation: "Revelation of the passion of the heart for the victory of God's will
through the science of the spoken word," we observe the emergence of the heart onto the radar
screen of our awareness, as a center of passion, and at the same moment, through the 3rd eye
chakra area, we are looking into a region of closeness, of communion, with the ascended hosts, a
region of great divine promise, especially in regards to the Master El Morya through whom came
this revelation in the first instance. We have expanded this to (30x)

| We must observe that we have now
entered into a region of divine freedom, of great compelling power, and of divine promise, and
again we must observe that we have left behind the former condition in which the fabric of our
awareness was like unto a huge fishing net in which many gross, crude, and distasteful creatures
were caught, and wriggling around, maybe even frolicking in their own manner, where all we
could feel was their gross and repugnant weight, and all of the repugnant and distasteful sensations
associated therewith. That was the totality of our reality. But now we are in a completely different
region of awareness. The net of our awareness registers now only the sensation of freedom,
paradise, and great divine promise, and the closeness of the ascended host. 5/18/2001 Fri. | |
| During our (15x) Desire Body Prayers: "O
God my Beloved Father, my Beloved Mother, I Am That I Am, please grant unto me a desire
body that desires only the victory of your will, the victory of your infinite goodness, and the
victory of the nourishment of your glory spread abroad across the entire planetary body, and that
passionately," I am studying the substrate of our awareness, and what we see are roses.
At this point the glow of the sacred fire within the fabric of our awareness is at a level of (7) to (8)
on the (1-12) scale of s.f. intensity. It is pure paradise. 5/18/2001

subterranean labyrinth of human pain, and veritably launched into the regions of etheric loveliness.

| We have had a very wonderful sword
wielding session, immersed throughout in a very strong presence of paradise, about 15-20

| During the entirety of our (12x) 30.08,
Covenant of the Magi calls, we were immersed, head to foot, in a constantly bright glow of
the sacred fire of paradise at a level of (8) to (9) on the (1-12) scale of s.f.

| During this set of (15x) Hail Mary's, we
are experiencing a very bright glow of the sacred fire of peace and freedom within the fabric of
our awareness at the crown chakra area, at a level of (8) on the (1-12) scale of s.f.

| We are continuing with the first reading of
St. Germain's dictation, Vol. 28, No. 14, during this service. 5/18/2001 Fri. | |
| The very instant we entered into the body
of our Michael decrees, we experienced a very tangible veil of opposition descend upon us, which
immediately blocked out the former sacred fire glow. The effect was exactly like placing a piece of
smoked glass in front of the sun. But we are not talking about visual light here, but the presence
of the sacred fire glow. The sacred fire glow was not completely blocked out, it was still there, but
it was diminished greatly in intensity, and we were experiencing it through this layer of opposition.
These (45x) Michael calls were given primarily in the midst of this opposition, with the sacred fire
glow remaining at a level of (3) to (4), but at a distance as noted. By the 45th repetition the
opposition was gone, and the sacred fire reality was again the only reality we were in contact

| Loud Music event. When we stopped our
Michaels, we heard the thump thump thump of somebodies base beat coming through the walls of
our sanctuary. We decided to take a break at that point and go explore the origin. This was
coming from a location two houses to the west where they were having a big party. Lots of cars
parked on the street and the music could be clearly heard. Normally, for any loud music event that
comes from houses beyond our immediate neighbors, and especially when it after 9pm, we call the
sheriff for them to enforce the county night time noise ordinance. That ordinance forbids the
production of any electronic sounds, after 9pm, that extend 40 feet beyond the property line of the
noise generator. This was a clear violation. But we decided against calling the sheriff because if
we turned on the ceiling fan in the sanctuary, it would mask the noise and we could finish our
decree work in peace. And we were already noting that this region of experience, while it did not
produce any stress or anxiety, that after putting about 15 minutes into it, it was nevertheless putting
our previous experience of that great and powerful presence of the sacred fire off into the distance.
The more time we would engage ourself in this melodrama the farther away from that experience
we would fall. And I have to admit that we felt like here was an opportunity for our immediate
next door neighbors to get a taste of what they had been putting us through for years. Though we
have to note that the use of the ceiling fan to cover up these noises may not be a viable solution in
the months ahead because of the soaring cost of electricity. We shall see. 5/18/2001 Fri. | |

This is the 61st consecutive day of the
Linda Healing Project. Ritual
outline:We begin repeating our victory thoughtform the minute we wake up, "God deserves
my utmost respect", and we continue repeating this to the point we arrive in the sanctuary.
After dressing we proceed directly to the kitchen,
remove ten dog biscuits from the jar, and chop them in half to yield a total of twenty pieces. Ten
for Linda, and ten for Max. We proceed to the sanctuary, kneel at the altar, explain our goals, and
ask for assistance. This includes a request that a squad of nature spirits and elementals be assigned
to tutor Linda in recognizing the difference between friend and foe, and sword work to cut Linda
free from her fear and all aggressive tendencies. For the final step of our prayer work, we give our
Linda Healing Prayer three times visualizing her cradled in our arms: "My Beloved God
Presence, I Am That I Am, please allow Linda to feel your precious friendship, your precious love,
your precious comfort, your precious peace, and your precious healing power. Please bestow
upon Linda the intelligence that will enable her to recognize the difference between friend and
foe."
We depart the sanctuary, taking the white hand bell
from the altar, proceed into the garage, ring the hand bell, open the main garage door, and walk
over to the front gate.
We ring the hand bell again, open the gate, say good
morning to Linda and Max, and walk over to the chain link fence. We feed two biscuits to each
dog and give them a pat on the head, in this order, Max, Linda, Max, Linda. We repeat "We love
you Linda/Max" as we interact with each dog.
We then open the gate and pull the two trash barrels
outside of the gate, walk back inside the gate, close the gate, and walk over to the chain link fence.
We feed two biscuits to each dog and give them a pat on the head, in this order, Max, Linda, Max,
Linda. We repeat "We love you Linda/Max" as we interact with each dog. We then open the gate,
pull the trash barrels back inside of the gate, close the gate, walk back over to the fence and give
each dog two more biscuits and a pat on the head, in this order, Max, Linda, Max,
Linda.
We then open the gate, pull the two trash barrels
outside of the gate again, walk back inside the gate, close the gate, and walk over to the chain link
fence. We feed two biscuits to each dog and give them a pat on the head, in this order, Max,
Linda, Max, Linda. We then open the gate, pull the trash barrels back inside of the gate, close the
gate, walk back over to the fence and give each dog two more biscuits and a pat on the head, in

As we gave our preliminary prayers in
the sanctuary, we could hear Linda and Max wrestling. This was a harbinger of a somewhat
unusual condition for the morning ritual.
Linda began to bark at the ringing of the hand bell inside
of the garage, and continued to bark through the opening of the garage door, the second ringing of
the bell, and the opening of the gate. Linda even let out a couple of barks while I was giving Max
his first biscuit. On the first movement of the trash barrels Linda was barking. Linda also barked
at the second movement of the trash barrels. Linda did not bark at the third and fourth movement
of the trash barrels.
Max was really hyper. On the first two biscuits for
Linda he gave us no time to implement our extended petting routine with Linda. He was all over
Linda, pawing at her, and knocking her down. He grabbed the sleeve of my sweatshirt and pulled
so hard that the cuff was ripped about half way off. If I remember correctly it was the feeding in
between the first and second movement of the trash barrels where Max went into a play mode with
Linda and she was not really in a playful mood, rather, she was in a fighting mood. So much for
the idea that Linda is the submissive dog. She was quite ferocious, knocked Max, even though he
is the bigger of the two, flat on his back with a thump. Max was a bit dazed after that, but he was
better behaved which allowed me the time to implement our extended interaction routine with
Linda.
Another factor that made this session a little bit high
strung, was the fact that Mrs. Torres was out in the back yard talking quite loudly, and the dogs
know her voice, and their attention kept turning in the direction of her voice.
In terms of the eagerness/reluctance ratio, Linda was
eager during the first half of the biscuit feedings, and somewhat distracted and hesitant during the
last half, requiring me to reach down and wave the biscuit in front of her nose to get her to stand
up. But through it all, Linda got all of her ten biscuits, and she got petted on the head with each
biscuit.
At the end of the ritual, we used the old leather collar
that hangs on the fence to get Linda to stand up against the fence in a play mode. This seems to
work really well. Perhaps she thinks she will get to go on a walk or something. She certainly
responds in a positive manner to the noise the collar hardware makes when we shake it at her.
When she hears it, she goes into her happy dog modality, and likes to be petted even when there
are no more biscuits forthcoming.
I am seriously considering changing the timing of our
routine to the mid afternoon, rather than the morning. Or at least early afternoon after our first
decree session. Max is always hyper in the morning. He is more subdued in the mid afternoon.
The more subdued Max is the more time I have to work with Linda. Also things might go better
over the long run if we set a good forcefield of Light through our decree work prior to the ritual.
Also, we can go right into our office work after the biscuit feeding ritual, and we will be able to
record our experiences right away, without the long delay that is the norm now. So, there are at
least these three considerations that argue for this change. We will think more about this in the

| When considering the difficulty of
focusing on our victory thoughtform, I must observe that it's
not like we are incapable of thinking about something in a clear manner in the course of our decree
work. In other words, it's not like we are asking too much of ourself, or that we are asking ourself
for something that is beyond the natural capability of the soul. We just caught ourself fully
immersed in a thought process dealing with the Linda Healing Project as we were giving our I Am
Light calls. We were fully immersed in this thought process within a compartment of awareness
that existed concurrent with, but apart from, the process of giving forth these calls. And we did
this with no effort at all. I pray for the day that we can, with equal ease, focus our attention upon
how much respect God deserves. But as it stands now, when it comes to our victory thoughtform,
it takes real effort to hold onto that, and our hold upon it is tenuous, erratic, weak, and

| If we ponder deeply the amazing systems
of life that comprise simply our physical existence, an
open mind can find reason enough there for postulating the existence of God. And within the
context of that postulation, which has God extending his energy, his intelligence, his power, on a
constant basis, towards the design, creation, and support of these life systems, and the life
opportunity for the soul that goes along with it, we can then proceed to postulate, on an equal solid
ground of reasonableness, the existence of enough reason, enough justification for the self-aware
identity, who is the beneficiary of God's abundance in this respect, to have natural and constant
feelings of appreciation and gratitude unto the provider of these gifts. In other words, if God
exists, and God is providing us with all of these energy systems that allow us to have existence, and
to be a functioning and animated point of identity, it would be natural and reasonable for us to
feel a constant amount of gratitude unto God for his valuable efforts in this regard. Given that we
can postulate the foregoing with all reasonableness, then it is incumbent upon us to seek to
understand what it is that clouds our mind from perceiving the truth of this in a direct manner. I
mean in a direct manner. And once we understand the origin and nature of this clouding
factor, we must then take the action necessary to clear our minds from the influence of that factor,
for the purpose of residing constantly in an awareness of what is, which is to say, within a constant

Today we implemented the change we
talked about yesterday. We have changed the time for this ritual. We are now going to do it after
our morning decree work, which for today meant that we started the ritual at about 2:30pm.
Linda did not bark at the first ringing of the hand bell
inside of the garage. Linda began to bark when I walked through the gate. She stopped barking
when the biscuit feeding ritual began. Linda barked at the first movement of the trash barrels.
Linda did not bark at the second, third, and fourth movement of the trash barrels.
Max was fairly well behaved today. On the first few
biscuit feedings for Linda, Max was up and pawing her, but I pushed him away firmly saying "No
Max," a few times and I think that he got the idea. We are finding that Max likes to be rubbed on
his tummy quite a bit. We can't actually rub his tummy per se, because when we reach way down
over the top of the fence we can only reach the upper part of his chest. But he likes that.
We were able to implement our extended interaction
time with Linda, shaking her paws, and petting her before she gets the biscuit, but we can certainly
feel the resistance to this. She wants the biscuit, and that's all that she wants.
There were no major conflict between Max and Linda
today.
At the very end of the ritual I tried to initiate a play
period on the power of my own personality so to speak, but to no effect. I then took the old
leather collar, and shook it at Linda, and Linda went automatically into her play mode and she was
very friendly, standing up against the fence and ready to be petted. That old leather collar appears
to have magical qualities in this respect. I wonder if we should try to work that into the biscuit
feeding ritual.
In regard to the power of this old leather collar, we had a
reason to go out to the dog pen area last night. It was dark and Linda was barking away from
inside of her dog house, and there was nothing I could say to get her to recognize me and to come
out of there. Max was ok as usual. Dark or no dark he was standing up against the fence and
ready for any contact. But not Linda. This is her scaredy-cat mode of behavior that used to be
the norm for her at all times whenever anyone came over to the dog pen area. After trying to win
her over with the sound of my voice, and no effect, I took the old leather collar off the fence and
waved it at her, shaking the hardware, and like magic, all of sudden she was standing up against
the fence ready to be petted and very friendly.
I suppose we should just give it a try. When its Linda's
turn for a biscuit we can shake the collar at her, and see if she will come into that friendly mode of

| During the course of transcribing our
Wednesday, May 16, 2001, journal entries, Esther comes
into the office and asks me to help her make the television/cable box work. I went in and set the
television to the right channel so that it would work properly. I then returned to the office to
continue our work here. Now, before we went inside, we were becoming absorbed into the
memory of the various sacred fire experiences that we had recorded and which we were
transcribing. And when we were returning to the office, we were grabbed by this forcefield that
had me desiring to sit down in front of the television set! Wait a minute! How in the world could
you be desiring to sit down in front of the television set when we were just beginning to tune into
the reality of the sacred fire glow? And that was the interesting thing about this experience. We
could see, perceive, or experience two regions of awareness simultaneously. On the one hand we
were still within our experience of the sacred fire, and on the other hand we were being pulled into
this desire to sit down in front of the television set. And what struck me was the audacious
insensitivity of this delusional power that wanted us to sit down in front of the t.v. set. This
desire, even though it was resident within the same framework of being, i.e. me, it totally and
completely and utterly ignored the value of the state of consciousness that is immersed in the
sacred fire glow. It grabbed at me as if the other was not there at all. It was a force and a pressure

sacred fire of peace, freedom, and paradise had expanded
to a level (6) before we even began our (12x) Tubes of Light. Over the course of these
(12x) Tubes of Light, the sacred fire glow expanded to a solid level (7) on the (1-12) scale of s.f.

| The glow of the sacred fire stayed with us
through our (12x) 30.08, Covenant of the Magi
calls, and through the (45x) Michael decree set, at a level of (5) to (6) on the (1-12) scale of s.f.
intensity. At the very end of our Michaels the glow of the sacred fire took on a quality of
spaciousness, where the glow of paradise was experienced beyond the confines of our own
immediate awareness. In other words, we were aware of the glow of paradise within the fabric of

before each set of (5x) Hail Mary's: "Beloved Mother
Mary and Raphael, please help me to come into alignment with the most fundamental and basic
truth in the universe, that God deserves my utmost respect. Please help me to develop the
capacity
to extend the utmost respect unto our Father/Mother God at all times and under all circumstances.
Please help me to come into alignment with the second most fundamental truth in the universe,
that God deserves to be honored at all times and under all circumstances. Please help me to
develop the capacity to extend that honor unto our Father/Mother God at all times and under all
circumstances," especially in the context of the flame of honor, i.e. honoring God at all times and
under all circumstances, we can see that what we are really talking about here, when it comes to
the issue of extending to God the respect, esteem, and honor he deserves, is communion. At the
root of these qualities is contact with God, and from that they derive their compelling power. And
moreover, what we are bringing forth before our mind's eye when we focus on these
thoughtforms is essentially the warp and woof of our divine destiny, our life eternal, where
constant communion with God is the norm, not the exception. The vision of this destiny has a
certain amount of tangibility to it, stability, solidity. 5/19/2001

| The principle of "random chance" that lies
at the heart of Darwin's theory of evolution is a false god. In other words, it is an idol before
which material scientists bow, scrape, and worship. To this "god" they are utterly devoted, to
which they exhibit a level of faith that exceeds anything found in the hearts of the most devoted
Saints. By teaching Darwin's theory of evolution to our children, we are teaching them to worship
a false god. In other words, some power has to be at the center of the creation of this amazingly
complex and interconnected universe of living creatures. The materialists deny that God is at the
center of this creation, and that leaves a huge hole in their logical conception of creation, a vacuum
which the force of logic itself must inexorably fill. The material mind fills that vacuum with the
principle of "random chance", attributing to these qualities of "randomness" and "chance", all the
power that actually resides in an omnipotent, omniscient God. An abstraction of the material mind
to be sure, but all false gods, being the creation of the human imagination, are all abstractions by
definition, i.e. unreal, without substance. But the power of life cannot proceed from an
abstraction. Life can only proceed from a life-giving God. But evolutionary theory denies the
divine origin of life, and programs the minds of our children with this false sun center of "random
chance", and make no mistake about it. This has dangerous repercussions for the integrity of our
society especially when it understood that the only thing that really holds society together are the
sentiments of the heart that have some basis in divine truth. And that is why God said, "Thou shalt
have no other Gods before me." This was simply a reference to what is required for the survival
of civilization itself, and it was the first of the ten commandments handed down by God through
Moses. And we can see why the same people who promote Darwin's theory of evolution, are the
same ones who are the first to object to the posting of the ten commandments in the school rooms

with us unto the end of the 20.12 call matric. There is dimension of brightness to this, and also of

| This entire service was spent in the glow of
the sacred fire of peace and freedom, from the opening statement to the Sealing. I don't believe
there was a moment of interruption. That is very unusual. Our normal pattern of experience is
