May 8,
2001 | The Reverend Thomas A. Kuhn, Church of the Incarnation,
Dayton, Ohio, offered the following prayer:
Father, we can never thank You enough for the many blessings You
have given to us as a people. You gave all of Your children the same rights as people, and at the
same time have given us the means to safeguard those rights. Give us the strength to reach out to
those who are unable to safeguard their rights.
You have made us a powerful people. May we always be gentle enough
to lift up the fallen, and prepared enough to protect the weak and defenseless.
You have blessed us richly. May we always generously share those
blessings with Your children who are poor.
You have given us a beautiful land. May we nurture and preserve it so
that those who follow us can always see Your goodness.
Much of what has been given to us has been entrusted to the Members
of this great House. Give them a world vision so that they may work for the good of all of Your
children. Amen. | The Chaplain, Dr. Lloyd John Ogilvie, offered the following
prayer:
Almighty God, thank You for the exciting expectation that surges within
us when we realize that You want to bless us with Your love, strength, and wisdom. It is Your way
always to go beyond what You have done before. You do not measure Your generosity by our
goodness or the eloquence of our prayers, but You give more grace as the challenges grow greater.
All You require is that we desire a relationship with You, the Giver, as much as we desire the
blessings You give. You guide the humble and
teach them the way to go, how to decide on issues, and how to speak truth with love.
Lord, bless the Senators with Your maximizing power for the
challenges, decisions, and responsibilities of this day. We join them in praying with the psalmist,
``God be merciful to us and bless us, and cause Your face to shine upon us, that Your way may be
known on earth.''--Psalm 67:1-2. May Your shining face be reflected in our faces, radiant with joy
and confidence for the demands of today. You are our Lord and Saviour. Amen.

 As we lay in bed after waking up, and
as we repeat the victory thoughtform over and over in our mind, "God deserves my utmost
respect," I am getting the distinct impression that we are reaching for and touching

| All during that discussion we watched last
night on C-Span's Washington Journal about the war on
drugs, we were noting the various signs of a decaying society, and the apparent inability of the
powers that be to get a handle on the influx of drugs into this country, and we are comparing and
contrasting what the situation would be like if the heavenly host had not been benched to a very
large degree when school prayer was outlawed in 1962. 5/8/2001

| The fact that when children come home,
and there are no parents there, because both parents
have to work, that is a sign of the systemic disintegration of the society. And that fact, i.e.
children without supervision, leaves them open to be preyed upon by the drug culture. The fact,
that for 90% of America's school children, it is easier to buy illegal drugs than it is to buy a six
pack of beer, is another sign of systemic disintegration. 5/8/2001

freedom, and paradise appears within the fabric of our
awareness at the 3rd repetition of (5x) Tubes of Light, at a level of (4) to (5) on the (1-12) scale of

| The fact that the efforts of law
enforcement agencies only appear to force the drug cartels to
change their production locations, alter their import routes, or to switch to the manufacture and
sale of wholly new classes of drugs, is a sign that their good faith efforts are not being sufficiently
supported by the heavenly hierarchy due to a lack of prayer on behalf of the American

ritual at this juncture. We had to work around the fact

have the footprints feature of the Homeward Bound
Journal pinned down, that we might bring forward our manuscript entitled, "An Angelic
Revelation: The Case for School Prayer," and use our surplus time to finalize it, and then to post it
as a feature article, perhaps under the Editor's Desk heading, on the Homeward Bound Journal

| Behind the surface appearance of
prosperity, the economy of America has steadily degraded in
systemic terms, forcing both parents into full time employment. This leaves their children without
supervision after school, when they can become easy prey to the drug culture. The clamor then
goes up for more money to be spent to fund after school programs for these children. That forces
taxes up, which lowers the take home pay of the parents even more, forcing them to work even
longer hours just to keep their heads above water. But those longer hours result in the children
being left alone, and unsupervised, where they are again easy prey for the drug culture. And the
clamor then goes up for more spending to fund expanded after after school programs, pushing
taxes up again, lowering the take home pay of the parents, requiring them to work longer hours,
which leaves the children home alone, unsupervised, and easy prey for the drug culture, which
raises the clamor for more spending for after after after school programs, and this goes on and
on and on until the parents are working and earning money solely to pay the taxes which fund
government programs to take care of their children. What's wrong with this

| This is the 51st consecutive day of the
Linda Healing Project. Ritual
outline:We begin repeating our victory thoughtform the minute we wake up, "God deserves
my utmost respect", and we continue repeating this to the point we arrive in the sanctuary.
After dressing we proceed directly to the kitchen,
remove Eight dog biscuits from the jar, and chop them in half to yield a total of sixteen pieces.
Eight for Linda, and eight for Max. We proceed to the sanctuary, kneel at the altar, explain our
goals, and ask for assistance. This includes a request that a squad of nature spirits and elementals
to be assigned to tutor Linda in recognizing the difference between friend and foe, and sword
work to cut Linda free from her fear and all aggressive tendencies. For the final step of our prayer
work, we give our Linda Healing Prayer three times visualizing her cradled in our arms: "My
Beloved God Presence, I Am That I Am, please allow Linda to feel your precious friendship, your
precious love, your precious comfort, your precious peace, and your precious healing power.
Please bestow upon Linda the intelligence that will enable her to recognize the difference between
friend and foe."
We depart the sanctuary, taking the white hand bell
from the altar, proceed into the garage, ring the hand bell, open the main garage door, and walk
over to the front gate.
We ring the hand bell again, open the gate, say good
morning to Linda and Max.
We pull the two trash barrels
outside of the gate, walk back inside the gate, close the gate, and walk over to the chain link fence.
We feed two biscuits to each dog and give them a pat on the head, in this order, Max, Linda, Max,
Linda. We repeat "We love you Linda/Max" as we interact with each dog. We then open the gate,
pull the trash barrels back inside of the gate, close the gate, walk back over to the fence and give
each dog two more biscuits and a pat on the head, in this order, Max, Linda, Max,
Linda.
We then open the gate, pull the two trash barrels
outside of the gate again, walk back inside the gate, close the gate, and walk over to the chain link
fence. We feed two biscuits to each dog and give them a pat on the head, in this order, Max,
Linda, Max, Linda. We then open the gate, pull the trash barrels back inside of the gate, close the
gate, walk back over to the fence and give each dog two more biscuits and a pat on the head, in
this order, Max, Linda, Max, Linda.
That done, I say"Goodbye, have a nice day", close the
gate, ring the hand bell, walk into the garage and close the garage door. |
Our ritual today was interrupted by the
fact that Dienecia fed Linda and Max their breakfast early today, right at the point when we were
saying our Linda Healing Project prayers in the Sanctuary. We changed clothes and proceeded
with our normal a.m. decree work, and took a break from that to finish the Linda Healing Project
ritual about 45 minutes later.
Linda barked at the bell ringing inside of the garage, and
barked at the opening of the garage door, the second ringing of the hand bell at the gate, the
opening of the gate, and at the first movement of the trash barrels. But once the biscuit feeding
ritual began, there was no more barking. No barking at any of the three subsequent movements of
the trash barrels (bring in, bring out, bring in). About midway through the biscuit feeding, Linda
was losing interest, and it took quite a bit to coax her to stand up and get her remaining biscuits. I
had to reach way down over the fence and wave the biscuit in front of her nose for her to go for it,
at which point I would draw it back and make her stand to get it. I am wondering if she is in fact
short sighted. Max can see the biscuit in my hand the minute I take it out of my pocket. And he
stands up instantly to get it. Perhaps Linda was simply tired after having had her breakfast, and it
was hot, and a visual prompt was not enough to get her energized. As is usual, we got to pet
Linda on the head during each of the eight biscuit feedings (2/2/2/2). And Max was subdued
enough today that we were able to have a little extra time to pet her on the head before he decided
he needed to push her down. I would say that this session was sort of average overall. [c-notes recorded in

| This is day #135 of the strength of many
mountains, and #133 of the golden portal of the heart
and the many divine cities revealed therein, and #129 of the many many fires of celebration of the
glory of God, and #94 of the nourishment of God's glory spread abroad across the entire planetary
body, and #85 of the garden paradise of the heart, the place where divine friends meet, where the
word "cherish" describes every relationship, and #64 of the personal closeness of my very own
beloved God Presence, and #56 of my very own beloved God Presence as the presence of
paradise, and #43 of the heart as home, and #27 of the flaming garment of praise and adoration,
encrusted with thousands of jewels of divine perception, and #23 of the sacred presence of our
Father/Mother God throughout all space, and #17 of God as the center of Life, and #10 of God as
our very own beloved Oasis deserving of my utmost respect, and #4 of God deserving to be
honored at all times and under all circumstances, and #3 of the passion of the heart for the victory

| In regards to the question of what kind of
authoritarianism can be undermined by free trade, a
distinction needs to be made between shallow forms of authoritarianism, founded on the personal
quest of a single individual to control the people and hold onto power, and the deeper forms of
totalitarianism, that gather together the aspirations of a larger collective to control the people and
hold onto power. I think in all the cases where Bush believes that free trade had brought about a
movement towards democracy, they are all in the category of shallow forms of authoritarianism.
There is no example that free trade has any effect on the deeper forms of totalitarianism, other
than to make it stronger. [c-notes

| In regards to the statement we made in the
course of our China trade discussion on May 7, 2001:
"God has promised us that those who set moral principle aside in their quest for the baubles of
temporal wealth and power are always required to forfeit their ill gotten gains." I would observe
that this is an important principle to bring forth in any argument against the incursion of gambling

Michaels, the glow of the sacred fire of peace and freedom, veritably a presence of divine reality,
emerged within the fabric of our awareness at a level of (5) on the (1-12) scale of s.f. intensity,
expanding to a level (6) to (7) by the 45th repetition. This is a condition of complete freedom
from the various and sundry dimensions of inertia and opposition which have been dragging down
on my

| We are considering why the Russians
would think or believe that the United States would harbor any ill will towards them, especially
since their country represents one of the newest and most important democracies to appear on the
world scene in a 100 years. The answer is that old habits of thinking die slowly, and it will
probably require the passing of a couple of generations before they can finally decide to stop
pointing nuclear missiles at America. And I am thinking that the economic chaos that exists in
Russia today is beneficial in this respect, that it deprives the government of the financial resources
necessary to maintain the old cold war military posture. 5/8/2001

decree sets, as we affirm our victory thoughtform, "God deserves my utmost respect," we had an
experience that was like unto sitting in a closed box, and the air was running out, and we were
beginning to suffocate, but all of sudden an opening appeared, and in rushes a gust of fresh air,
and we gulped it down, and the sensation of life, of vital life, returned to our soul. In this case, the
closed in box is the human mind, in which the soul is actually suffocating slowly, and there
appeared a gust of divine reality that was more important, more refreshing, more life giving, to the

| During this initial prayer that we give prior
to the last set of (15x) Hail Marys, (3x) prayers to Beloved Sanat Kumara and Lady Master
Venus: "Beloved Mother Mary and Raphael, please help me to come into alignment with the most
fundamental and basic truth in the universe, that God deserves my utmost respect. Please help me
to develop the capacity to extend the utmost respect unto our Father/Mother God at all times and
under all circumstances. Please help me to come into alignment with the second most fundamental
truth in the universe, that God deserves to be honored at all times and under all circumstances.
Please help me to develop the capacity to extend that honor unto our Father/Mother God at all
times and under all circumstances," a very striking feedback of divine wonder emerged from the

2001 | Rabbi Ely Rosenzveig, Congregation Anshe Shalom, New
Rochelle, New York, offered the following prayer:
O God, I pray that there shall come a day when each of us will know
that it is not by virtue of might or power but by God's spirit that we truly lead; that we be as Moses'
brother Aaron, each of us a peacemaker wherever trouble lurks and blood flows; that we love
peace and pursue her in all that we do, all that we are.
I pray that we ever hear the still, small, silent voice of peace as she
beckons us to ponder in her plaintive whisper: Have we not all one Father? Has not one God
created us? Let us be then the noble builders of bridges and pathways to each other.
I pray that we shall know from all the beauty and grace that is America
that our call to peace is for everyone everywhere. In the words of the poet, ``Our country is the
world and our countrymen all of mankind.''
Almighty and merciful God, bless this hallowed House and all its
Members and keep them well; shed thy light upon us all and show thy grace; lift thy countenance
unto us and grant us that greatest and most cherished of gifts, the gift of peace, where none shall
injure, none shall kill, and the land shall be full of the knowledge of the Lord.
How good and pleasant it is when we dwell, you and I, as brother and
sister, in blissful, wondrous harmony.

respect," we could see that because God is constantly pouring his life into us, that gratitude is not

The glow of the sacred fire of peace
and freedom appears within the fabric of our awareness at the 8th repetition of (12x) Tubes of
Light, at a level of (1) to (2) on the (1-12) scale of s.f. intensity. Even at this low level, the sacred
fire stands out in the sharpest contrast to the heavy inertia, tiredness, and lethergy we brought with
us before the altar. It is a reality of power that is the complete opposite of every paradigm of

| As we entered the sanctuary we simply
could not conceive of how we were going to proceed
forward for the next 4 hours. But after the appearance of the sacred fire, we now embrace this 4
hour period with great delight. It's amazing. 5/9/2001

| A very tangible presence of the sacred fire
glow of peace, freedom, and paradise, appears during
this (3x) divine revelation recollection affirmation: "The cosmic glory at the very center of my
identity revealed to me by the Great Divine Director." We expanded the repetition of this
DRRA to (15x). A very supportive and reassuring presence. And again it comes to the forefront
of our awareness during this (3x) DRRA: "The endless fields of divine wisdom revealed to me by
the Great Divine Director." Again, we expanded this to (15x) repetitions. We are now thoroughly
filled with an energy matrix that is exactly and completely the opposite of that heavy blanket of
inertia and tiredness that pinned us into the couch in front of the t.v. earlier, causing us to skip our

| A very blessed glow of the sacred fire of
peace, freedom, and paradise, emerges within the fabric
of our awareness at a level of (6) to (7) on the (1-12) scale of s.f. intensity, during our sword
work, about half way through. 5/9/2001 Wed. |
| The glow of the sacred fire of peace,
freedom, and paradise emerged within the fabric of our
awareness on the 5th repetition of (12x) 30.08, Covenant of the Magi calls, at a level of (5)
on the (1-12) scale of s.f. intensity, expanding to a level of (6) to (7) by the 12th repetition, with a
very distinct glow in the 3rd eye chakra area. This glow of the sacred fire in the 3rd eye chakra
area has a visual dimension to it, revealing something tangible, but apparently at a great

freedom appears within the fabric of our awareness over
the course of this set of (15x) Hail Marys, at a level of (3) on the (1-12) scale of s.f. intensity, by

| A level of (6) to (7) glow of the sacred fire
of peace, freedom, paradise, assurance, and comfort,
appears within the fabric of our awareness during this set of (3x) prayers to Sanat Kumara and
Lady Master Venus prior to the Michael decree set: "Beloved Sanat Kumara and Lady Master
Venus, please help me to come into alignment with the most fundamental and basic truth in the
universe, that God deserves my utmost respect. Please help me to develop the capacity to extend
the utmost respect unto our Father/Mother God at all times and under all
circumstances." 5/9/2001 Wed. | |
| At the onset of our (45x) Michaels, the
glow of the sacred fire of peace and freedom expanded within the 3rd eye chakra area to a solid
level (7) on the scale of sacred fire intensity, and stayed with us through the first 15 repetitions.
The sacred fire glow stayed with us consistently thereafter, though at a lower level of (4) to (5), as
we faced that very unique form of opposition that manifests as a clumsiness of the mouth and
tongue. Something is definitely there opposing the word, making it difficult to form the words,
and keep the proper decree rhythm. But the presence of the sacred fire still allowed the experience
to be a delight, notwithstanding the extra effort we had to make to speak the

| The glow of sacred fire of peace, freedom,
and paradise, emerges within the fabric of our awareness at the 13th of (15x) Hail Marys, at a
level of (5) on the (1-12) scale of s.f. intensity, quickly expanding to a level (6) to (7) by the 15th
repetition. There is definitely a quality of brightness to this sacred fire glow. We feel the unusual
need to shade our eyes, though in a very subtle, though distinct, manner. 5/9/2001 Wed. | |
| As Linda barks at the sound of Karla
coming home, we have the opportunity to say our Linda Healing Prayer, "My Beloved God
Presence, I Am That I Am, please allow Linda to feel your precious friendship, your precious love,
your precious comfort, your precious peace, and your precious healing power. Please bestow upon
Linda the intelligence that will enable her to recognize the difference between friend and foe," and
we say it enough times to where we actually begin to sense an energy emanating from the heart
area. And Linda quiets down right about at that point. But it is very interesting. As we began to
give this prayer, we could feel our emotional body reel with each bark; each bark instigates a
shudder of frustration that she isn't shutting up, along with a shudder of irritation as well. But by
the time the heart center came to the forefront of awareness, out attention has shifted to this inner
manifestation of power, and this because the priority for our attention, rather than whether Linda
was barking or not barking. I should add that as we gave these prayers, in addition to visualizing
Linda cradled in our arms, our attention was on the heart in terms of recalling the great center of
power and treasure that was revealed to us yesterday. 5/9/2001

| About 8 minutes into our 15 minute period
of violet flame calls, we were able to lock into our victory thoughtform, "God deserves my utmost
respect," and the moment we locked into it, we were also attuned to the truth of it. That was
unusual. Usually there is a period of time between the point of the mental lock, and the point
where we are actually within the flame/vibration of respect with some degree of the reality of God
before us. This time it happened at the same time. About 12 minutes into the 15 minute period,
the glow of the sacred fire of peace and freedom emerged within the fabric of our awareness at a
level of (5) to (6) on the (1-12) scale of s.f. intensity, and stayed with us to the

| We just got back from our 2 lap walk,
and we need to catch up on some essential things that we did not have time to do earlier, in as
much as we skipped our main office work period earlier today. We did have one interesting idea
during our walk. We had this idea during the last leg of the walk in which we were doing our
victory thoughtform affirmations, "God my beloved Father, and God my beloved Mother,
deserves my utmost respect." Seeing the great power that is associated with the heart, we can see
why the soul is put in contact with that reality only during those periods of time in which the
Masters are confident that the soul will not be tricked into misqualifying that energy. And
conversely, we can see why the soul is not put into contact with that reality during those periods of
time when and where the soul has not yet developed the vigilance necessary to safeguard those
energies. If that energy is misqualified, it would be the equivalent of taking one hundred steps

After the decree service last night, we had
an experience that we wanted to record but we put it off until today. And having missed the
earlier work period we need to record it now. This occurred Tuesday evening, May 8, 2001.
After we were given a very profound awareness of the great power of the heart and the great
treasure that the heart represents, we left the sanctuary, and proceeded into our late night dinner
session.
The first thing we did though, was to turn on the
television set and tune to ABC's Nightline to see what they were talking about. Their subject was
the fight between the Israelis and the Palestinians over the piece of ground called the Temple
Mount. Apparently in the course of some building project there, the Palestinians destroyed
archeological evidence of the existence of a Jewish Temple on that site. The Palestinians were
unapologetic at best. The Israelis were outraged. The Palestinians are determined to ignore
anything that might point to the validity of the Israeli claim on the area. And the Israelis are
determined to make every effort to defend their claim on the area.
We tuned into the program right at a time when the
exchange between the people being interviewed sketched out the main outline of the problem.
And my immediate reaction, sitting on top, as it were, of this glowing heart center, this glorious
treasure, in the center of my chest, was to ask those people why they are fighting over some dusty
piece of ground, when if they would simply enter into the path of initiation, they would discover
the divine treasure of the heart that God maintains for them as well, a treasure that outshines any
physical world object or place by a trillion fold, which would immediately expose their petty little
fight as something completely and absolutely ridiculous.
What was striking to me about my reaction, was this: it
was as if I had always been aware of this treasure of the heart. My reaction did not take into
account the fact that this revelation of the power of the heart was provided to me only about an
hour, or perhaps an hour and half before, and we happened to still be within the afterglow of that
revelation as we listened to this minute or so of the Nightline program. This illustrates how easy
God makes it to reintegrate ourselves into the life of divine reality. When God reintegrates our
awareness with an awareness of divine reality, there is nothing about that divine reality that is in
any way uncomfortable or out of the ordinary. We experience it, within the context of our own
being, as something completely natural. We are completely comfortable within it, and what is

is the 52nd consecutive day of the Linda Healing
Project. Ritual outline:We begin repeating our
victory thoughtform the minute we wake up, "God deserves my utmost respect", and we continue
repeating this to the point we arrive in the sanctuary.
After dressing we proceed directly to the kitchen,
remove Eight dog biscuits from the jar, and chop them in half to yield a total of sixteen pieces.
Eight for Linda, and eight for Max. We proceed to the sanctuary, kneel at the altar, explain our
goals, and ask for assistance. This includes a request that a squad of nature spirits and elementals
to be assigned to tutor Linda in recognizing the difference between friend and foe, and sword
work to cut Linda free from her fear and all aggressive tendencies. For the final step of our prayer
work, we give our Linda Healing Prayer three times visualizing her cradled in our arms: "My
Beloved God Presence, I Am That I Am, please allow Linda to feel your precious friendship, your
precious love, your precious comfort, your precious peace, and your precious healing power.
Please bestow upon Linda the intelligence that will enable her to recognize the difference between
friend and foe."
We depart the sanctuary, taking the white hand bell
from the altar, proceed into the garage, ring the hand bell, open the main garage door, and walk
over to the front gate.
We ring the hand bell again, open the gate, say good
morning to Linda and Max.
We pull the two trash barrels
outside of the gate, walk back inside the gate, close the gate, and walk over to the chain link fence.
We feed two biscuits to each dog and give them a pat on the head, in this order, Max, Linda, Max,
Linda. We repeat "We love you Linda/Max" as we interact with each dog. We then open the gate,
pull the trash barrels back inside of the gate, close the gate, walk back over to the fence and give
each dog two more biscuits and a pat on the head, in this order, Max, Linda, Max,
Linda.
We then open the gate, pull the two trash barrels
outside of the gate again, walk back inside the gate, close the gate, and walk over to the chain link
fence. We feed two biscuits to each dog and give them a pat on the head, in this order, Max,
Linda, Max, Linda. We then open the gate, pull the trash barrels back inside of the gate, close the
gate, walk back over to the fence and give each dog two more biscuits and a pat on the head, in
this order, Max, Linda, Max, Linda.
That done, I say"Goodbye, have a nice day", close the

Linda barks at the ringing of the hand
bell while still in the garage, and keeps on barking as we open the garage door, ring the hand bell at
the gate, open the gate, and pull the trash barrels outside of the gate. When the biscuit feeding
starts, she stops barking. There was no more barking during the remainder of the ritual, including
during the subsequent three movements of the trash barrels.
Linda is much more eager to get her biscuits today.
When its her turn she is right there, and one time she started to stand up before I even had the
biscuit out of my pocket.
At one point, the feeding order got switched around
because Max got distracted and he would not stand up to get his biscuit, but Linda was there and
ready, so she actually got two in a row. Not sure how that happened. But this changed the
dynamic somehow, where Linda would snarl at Max after that if he got in the way of her getting
her biscuit, and he would back off giving off some very submissive body language which was
unusual. So, Max interfering with Linda's biscuit feeding was not much of a factor today. As
usual, we got to pet Linda on the head with each of the 8 biscuits pieces that we gave her over the
course of the ritual. Our interaction with Linda during the biscuit feedings has become fairly stable

give honor to Congressman NICK SMITH, the Honorable President George W. Bush,
the Speaker of the House, and all the distinguished Members of this body.
Again with bowed heads, Almighty and Eternal God, our provider and
continual sustenance, we Your public servants disrobe ourselves of our personal pride and bow
our heads in humility.
We ask for forgiveness for our individual and collective shortcomings as
a people. We petition Your divine assistance, requesting that You script our prayers to reflect a

When we rang the hand bell while still
inside of the garage, for the longest time Linda did not bark. Finally, just before we opened the
garage door she let out a muffled woof woof. Linda began barking in earnest when we opened the
gate and moved the trash barrels outside of the gate. When the biscuit feeding ritual began Linda
stopped barking. She did not bark at any of the subsequent three movements of the trash barrels.
As a matter of fact she appeared very unconcerned about it. Linda exhibited a much higher level
of eagerness to get her biscuits when it was her turn. Seven out of the eight biscuit feeds did not
require any encouragement by me for her to stand up and get her biscuit. There was one time, it
was the seventh biscuit I believe, where she got distracted and I had to wave the biscuit in front of
her nose to get her to stand up to get it. Again, we saw Linda exhibit that snarling side of her
personality in relationship to Max when he tried to interfere with her getting her biscuit. Max
backs off when this side of Linda is displayed. Probably two days of this behavior does not signal
a trend, but at least for the moment Max has been better behaved, giving Linda the space she
needs to get her biscuit and have her head patted, and Linda is much more eager to get her biscuits
than she has been in the past. At the end of the ritual when there were no more biscuits, Linda
stood up quite readily to have her head patted. This is preferable to a play period where Max gets
over exuberant.
I would also note that we did start to say the Linda
Healing Prayer during the course of this ritual. The thing that triggered our return to this prayer
was the memory of our experience during our decree service last night when we actually
experienced the appearance of the power center of the heart emerge during the giving of that
prayer when Linda was barking at the noise Karla was making when she came home from work.

| We are transcribing our journal notes for
Tuesday, May 8, 2001, and we came across this issue of both parents having to work to make
ends meet, and that this is not a neutral economic fact, but represents evidence of systemic
degradation of the United States economy, and the culture as whole. We made the observation
that when both parents work, the children are left unsupervised after school, and they become easy
prey to the drug culture.
The parent/child relationship is of course the most
fundamental of social relationships. If this relationship is degraded, the society begins to
disintegrate.
We are thinking that the people are becoming
indoctrinated, generally speaking, i.e. their minds are becoming programmed more and more to
accept the idea that the government is the solution to our problems. But as the government role
expands, the amount of money necessary to run government programs expands as well, and this
raises tax burdens. As tax burdens rise, putting the economic squeeze on families, either the father
must take a second job, or the mother must go to work. Whichever it is, the result is the same.
This additional economic pressure, produced by rising tax burdens, diminishes the time that
parents can be with their children, increasing the amount of time that their children are left
unsupervised, increasing the amount of time that their children can be preyed upon by the drug
culture.
The debate over President George Bush's tax reduction
program is evidence that the people are truly on this road to believing that the government is the
solution to all of our problems, in as much as there is a rather large segment of the American
public which believes that tax cuts are a very low priority. They would rather see the government
spend more money on various and sundry programs that supposedly benefit the nation more than
any tax cut could, and that of course is the message of the Democratic Party. But if this trend
towards more and more government involvement is actually producing economic pressures upon
families which separate parents from their children, leaving those children increasingly open to the
drug culture, and to other vices, then I think that it is easy to see that the American people are
being asked to buy into a very self-destructive falsehood when they are asked to rely on the
government to solve social problems.
At bottom, the American people are being asked to look
to the federal government as if it were an omniscient god who will solve all their problems. And in
as much as the Lord God admonished us to have no other God but the one God, this is one of the
Ten Commandments after all, it seems reasonably and logical that a pattern of behavior that trends
against obedience to this admonishment would result not in the realization of success, even in
terms of the people's short-sighted goals, but rather, only in the ever increasing expansion of the
problems that beset the people. And that is our experience.
The solution to all of our problems is for the people to
turn back to God, to do the work necessary to reestablish their relationship with God, and out of
that renewed personal relationship, take steps to restore divine balance to all relationships and
sectors of society. Under these conditions, parents will know what their responsibilities are. Local
governments will know what their responsibilities are. State governments will know what their
responsibilities are. And the federal government will know what its responsibility is. Every
relationship can be restored to perfect balance if the people establish a foundation of personal
contact and communion with the God that created them, and who desires very much to empower
them to restore the qualities of paradise to all facets of their society and culture. [c-notes recorded in

awareness at the 3rd eye chakra area at a level of (3) on the (1-12) scale of s.f. intensity. I would
characterize this opposition and inertia that we face as we come before the altar as spinning gears
of the mind in various patterns of chaos. This would be like being inside of the tumbler of a
clothes dryer. The soul is flung around, not inside of one tumbler, but inside of many tumblers
simultaneously, and there is nothing that the soul can do on its own power to bring this situation to
a condition of rest (except to make the call). When the Masters respond, and the sacred fire
appears, all of this tumbling action ceases, and the awareness of the soul is drawn into a region of
power where everything is absolutely still, absolutely under control. What a relief! [expanded during

truth in the universe, that God deserves to be honored at all times and under all circumstances.

times and under all circumstances," we had two quantities within the fabric of our awareness
simultaneously. On the one hand, we were perceiving a region of sacred fire power, where the
truth of God's deserving nature, i.e. of deserving of utmost respect, was clear, self-evident. On the
