2001 | Dr. Lloyd J. Ogilvie, Chaplain, U.S. Senate, offered the
following prayer:
Almighty God, on this National Day of Prayer, we join with millions
across our land in intercession and supplication to You, the Sovereign Lord of the United States of
America. As we sound that sacred word Sovereign, we echo Washington, Jefferson, Madison and
Lincoln along with other leaders through the years, in declaring that You are our ultimate ruler.
We make a new commitment to be one Nation under You, Dear God, and we place our trust in
You.
You have promised that if Your people will humble themselves, seek
Your face and pray, You will answer and heal our land. Lord, as believers in You, we are Your
people. You have called us to be salt in any bland neglect of our spiritual heritage and light in the
darkness of what contradicts Your vision for our Nation.
Give us courage to be accountable to You and to Your Commandments.
We repent for the pride, selfishness, and prejudice that often contradict Your justice and
righteousness in our society.
Lord of new beginnings, our Nation needs a great spiritual awakening.
May this day of prayer be the beginning of that awakening with each of us here in the Congress.
We urgently ask that our honesty about the needs of our Nation and our humble confession of our
spiritual hunger may sweep across this Nation.
Hear our prayers, the prayers of Your people, and continue to bless
America.

Today is the National Day of Prayer. The prayer I am going to pray has
been written by Rev. Billy Graham to be read across the Nation throughout the day.
Let us pray.
``On this National Day of Prayer, our Father and our God, we praise
You for Your goodness to our Nation, giving us blessings far beyond what we deserve.
``Yet, we know all is not right with America. We deeply need a moral
and spiritual renewal to help us meet the many problems we face.
``Convict us of sin. Help us to turn to You in repentance and faith. Set
our feet on the path of Your righteousness and peace.
``We pray today for our Nation's leaders. Give them the wisdom to
know what is right, and the courage to do it.
``You have said, `Blessed is the Nation whose God is the Lord.' May

| As we entered into our 15 minute period
of I Am Light calls, and as we requested help from the
master Kuthumi in bringing my being into alignment with the most fundamental truth in the
universe, i.e. that God deserves my utmost respect, we could see just beyond the veil, that
it is a normal and reasonable configuration of thought and feeling, to be constantly and without
interruption respectful of the sacredness of the presence of God all around us, and appreciative of
that blessed reality. Just because the human identity blocks this out, does not mean that it should
be blocked out, does not mean that it is natural for this to be blocked out. In fact, it is the most
unnatural mode of awareness that could possibly exist. We can and we will enter into what is
natural in terms of extending constant respect unto the blessedness of God all around

| This is the 46th consecutive day of the
Linda Healing Project. Ritual
outline: We begin repeating our Linda Healing Prayer when we get out of bed, "My
Beloved God Presence, I Am That I Am,
please allow Linda to feel your precious friendship, your precious love, your precious comfort,
your precious peace, and your precious healing power. Please bestow upon Linda the intelligence
that will enable her to recognize the difference between friend and foe." After dressing we
proceed directly to the kitchen, remove Eight dog biscuits from the jar, and chop them in half to
yield a total of sixteen pieces. Eight for Linda, and eight for Max. We proceed to the sanctuary,
kneel at the altar, explain our goals, and ask for assistance. This includes a request that a squad of
nature spirits and elementals to be assigned to tutor Linda in recognizing the difference between
friend and foe, and sword work to cut Linda free from her fear and all aggressive tendencies. We
depart the sanctuary, taking the white hand bell from the altar, proceed into the garage, ring the
hand bell, open the main garage door, and walk over to the front gate.
We ring the hand bell again, open the gate, say good
morning to Linda and Max.
We pull the two trash barrels
outside of the gate, walk back inside the gate, close the gate, and walk over to the chain link fence.
We feed two biscuits to each dog and give them a pat on the head, in this order, Max, Linda, Max,
Linda. We then open the gate, pull the trash barrels back inside of the gate, close the gate, walk
back over to the fence and give each dog two more biscuits and a pat on the head, in this order,
Max, Linda, Max, Linda.
We then open the gate, pull the
two trash barrels outside of the gate again, walk back inside the gate, close the gate, and walk over
to the chain link fence. We feed two biscuits to each dog and give them a pat on the head, in this
order, Max, Linda, Max, Linda. We then open the gate, pull the trash barrels back inside of the
gate, close the gate, walk back over to the fence and give each dog two more biscuits and a pat on
the head, in this order, Max, Linda, Max, Linda.
That done, I say goodbye, close the gate, ring the hand
bell, walk into the garage and close the garage door. |
Linda did not bark immediately when
we rang the bell inside of the garage, but just at the last jingle as we started to opened the garage
door. Linda barked at three of the four trash barrel movements. She barked consistently on the
first movement. Barked once or twice at the second and third movements. She did not bark at all
during the fourth movement. I had the opportunity to pet Linda on the head with each of the 8
eight biscuit feedings in a more leisurely manner because Max was not as hyper as he has been
lately. Linda was more forthcoming today. She was not as reluctant as she was yesterday. She
stood up for her dog biscuits without the need for me to have to wave it in front of her nose in a
prolonged manner. One factor that was distracting both dogs during this ritual was the gusting
wind, and the leaves from our elm tree that the wind was carrying into the dog pen area. Max
wasn't sure what to make of them, but Linda was retreating into her dog house more than usual
because of it. But still she was fairly solid in her willingness to come and get her dog

| This is day #130 of the strength of many
mountains, and #128 of the golden portal of the heart
and the many divine cities revealed therein, and #124 of the many many fires of celebration of the
glory of God, and #89 of the nourishment of God's glory spread abroad across the entire planetary
body, and #80 of the garden paradise of the heart, the place where divine friends meet, where the
word "cherish" describes every relationship, and #59 of the personal closeness of my very own
beloved God Presence, and #51 of my very own beloved God Presence as the presence of
paradise, and #38 of the heart as home, and #22 of the flaming garment of praise and adoration,
encrusted with thousands of jewels of divine perception, and #18 of the sacred presence of our
Father/Mother God throughout all space, and #12 of God as the center of Life. [c-notes recorded in

| In the spirit of full disclosure, when we
went out to set the sprinklers out in the front yard mid way
through our a.m. decree service, unbeknownst to us, we brought back into the sanctuary a little
green caterpillar. We were about 10 minutes into our 30 minute period of violet flame decrees
when we noticed this little creature walking on the surface of our white sweat pants on our right
thigh. He would attach himself with his rear end, lift up the front of his body and stretch it out to
find the place where he wanted to set down, and he would attach his front end, and allow his rear
end to become detached, and curl it up real close to the front end, so that his body was in the
shape of a tight little loop, and then he repeated it. He was about a half inch long, and perhaps a
bit more than a sixteenth of an inch in diameter. I was loath to squash him. So I put a match stick
in front of him, and he climbed on, and put the match stick on the altar, and watched him walk
along the match stick in the manner described, and we placed other match sticks in front of him to
that he was crawling around on a maze of match sticks on the altar, and that's what we did for the
remaining 20 minutes of our violet flame calls. We kept the calls up with no problem, and just
watched the little critter, repositioning the match sticks as necessary so that he would have a place
to go at all times. When we had to move the match stick he was on, he would become as stiff as a
little twig, with the front part of his body up in the air, and he would stay that way for about ten
seconds or so, before he started to walk again. After the violet flame calls, we carried him out to

As we began to make our breakfast, we
were continuing our verbal affirmation of our victory
thoughtform, "God deserves my utmost respect", and we were in the midst of an energy forcefield
that reported to our awareness the presence of paradise, and we again faced the challenge, which
has been nagging at us for quite a number of days now, to cut the butter out of our breakfast
routine. A major inspirational factor in this regard was the fact that even with all the exercises we
have been doing, that we don't seem to be making much progress removing the additional weight
that has appeared around our middle area. But inspiration factor or no, there was something inside
of us that felt that we really needed to have that butter. But today, we found the strength to just do
it, i.e. to drop it, with the assurance that we were not giving up anything of importance. No more
butter on our toast. No more butter on our yams. And it turned out that we could sense the flavor
of our yams just as good if not somewhat better, and that we could sense the flavor of the toast,
which was something that is new, in as much as the butter usually masks the flavor of the toast. I
mean buttered toast tastes different than non buttered toast. Without the butter you can actually
detect the flavor of the toast itself. So, we did it, and we enjoyed our breakfast as much, or
perhaps more than before.
I should note though, that butter had not been a major
part of my diet until our schedule changed dramatically, about 6 months ago, when we started to
eat a full breakfast every day. It is fair to day, that for the preceding ten to fifteen years, we were
not eating much in the way of a breakfast each morning. When we resurrected the breakfast
eating practice, we resurrected the old identifications, i.e. that a full breakfast always meant that
we had butter on our toast, and butter on our potatoes. That part of it we can now leave behind.

| As we looked over the
Cosmic Clock Calculator
information that comes up automatically when we begin our footprint transcription session (we
have the CCC macro chained into the transcription session macro), we are using the information
to say our prayers to Lord Maitreya: "Beloved Lord Maitreya, please help me to
recognize, to identity, to understand, and to pass each test given to me under the Sagittarius
Hierarchy of God-Victory. Please help me to overcome all temptations to misqualify the Light of
the Sagittarius hierarchy in any form of resentment, revenge, or retaliation." As we say this prayer,
we see as clear as day that one of the main tests under this hierarchy is embodied in the Linda
Healing Project. We see, again, as clear as day, that there are two distinct sides of that equation.
One side of the equation is the side of failure. The other side of the equation is the side of victory.
One side says "it isn't fair that this dog barks for no
reason at the most basic and normal activities on this side of the fence. We are going to retaliate
by calling the county animal control to force our neighbors to address this problem. The fact that
this will result in the death of Linda is not a factor, because what is important is that this problem
get solved." And just as we are writing this, if you can believe it, Esther has one of her friends
over, and they are out on the patio, and Esther is showing Ann her flowers, and guess what?
That's right, Linda is barking at them. They are talking softly about flowers and Linda is barking
at them. So, this side of the equation is not without its rather powerful array of physical world
justifications.
On the other side of the equation is the opportunity to
affirm the fact that God has the power and the resources to solve this problem in his way, that this
is an opportunity for me to rebuild the relationship with my God Presence, to regain my place as a
lawful co-creator, and in the process open a channel of love from the very heart of God, through
me, and unto Linda, for the complete healing of Linda.
This side of the equation carries with it, as we are finding
out, sort of a nested opportunity, and that is to develop the persistence and determination
necessary to see this through to the proper end. Without a doubt, we are achieving incremental
advances, but we are not being given the total victory in one big gush of heavenly Light. [c-notes recorded in

In regard to the previous entry, I think that
this is one example of the value of using the teachings
of the Cosmic Clock. But, I have to admit something here. Even though I wrote the Cosmic
Clock Calculator, and it took me about four months to complete it, ( it was completed last summer,
i.e. the summer of 2000), we have only within the last couple of days started to use it on a daily
basis. That gives you the idea of how much resistance to the flame of victory that we all carry
around within our electronic belts.
As noted, during every work period we run a macro that
automatically sets up the files necessary for the footprints transcription session. It actually opens
five files. The journal table of contents so that it is available to be updated when we generate a
new footprints file. The subject index so that it is available if a particular entry needs to be
indexed. The homeward bound journal to do list, so that it will be available for items to be added
as they come to mind. The transcription notes file for the current month. And the footprints file
for the current month and day.
As it is now a part of my routine to invoke this macro, an
idea came to me that it would be easy enough to simply add a statement to it that would invoke the
Cosmic Clock Calculator automatically when the other operations were completed. And that's
what we did, last week I believe.
And on some days, like today, when we have two
footprint transcription work periods, it results in the situation where the Cosmic Clock Calculator is
invoked twice during that day.
Today when we sat down at the computer for the next
footprint session, and invoked the macro, and when we saw the Cosmic Clock Calculator come up
again, we thought to ourself, "We've already done that, hit the quit button." But another part of
me said, "No, there's more to this than just a familiarity with the current status of your cycles. Say
the prayers again." So I did that, and during the prayers, as noted above, we got a very clear and
penetrating insight into a major test under the Sagittarius hierarchy of God-Victory. While we had
already chosen the victory side of the equation, at times this choice was not easy. I am thinking
that we could have saved ourself some grief if we had started this practice sooner, and allowed
Lord Maitreya the opportunity to answer that prayer sooner. At any rate, we now have a divine
revelation, delivered within the context of the prayer to Lord Maitreya, that puts the whole
situation in perspective, which can only have the effect of making our determination stronger to
prove that God has the resources to solve this problem in his way. If we only persist. [c-notes recorded in

During this (12x) Tube of Light session,
the aching burden upon our spine, at or just below the level of the heart, appeared at a moderate
level at repetition 1, and steadily increasing until quite intense by repetition 12. Very gradually, the
glow of the sacred fire of peace and freedom increased from a level of (0) on the (1-12) scale of
s.f. intensity at the first repetition, to a level (1) by the 12th repetition. 5/3/2001 Thu. |
| The glow of the sacred fire of peace and
freedom emerged within the fabric of our awareness at a
level of (5) on the (1-12) scale of s.f. intensity, during this divine revelation recollection
affirmation: "the revelation of the sacred fire of the heart, which was given to me in such a tangible
manner (during an I Seek Thee decree matrix) that I felt like I had to do something at the time, and
what seemed most appropriate at the time was to take a golden cup off the shelf, and to dip that
cup into the sacred fire, and extend that cup of God's preciousness to another individual - and it
was so tangible still that we took another golden cup off the shelf, and we dipped that cup into the
sacred fire of the heart, and extended that cup of God's preciousness to another individual, "
(15x), during which we go through the motions of dipping a (visualized) cup into the sacred fire of
the heart and extending it to another individual. We have eliminated the use of an actual ceramic

| Throughout the entire DRRA session we
were immersed in the glow of the sacred fire of peace and
freedom at a level of about (3) to (4) on the (1-12) scale of s.f. intensity, very constant, consistent,
even, with no sense of opposition of any kind. Our level of contemplation upon each DRRA was
somewhat clearer and deeper than is normally the case. 5/3/2001

the 1st repetition of (12x) 30.08, Covenant of the Magi calls, very distinctly within the 3rd
eye chakra area at a level of (5) and expanding to a level of (6) on the (1-12) scale of s.f. intensity,
midway through. On the 7th repetition we were able to grasp a hold of our victory thoughtform,
"God deserves my utmost respect", but we were not able to hold onto it consistently after

| After about 30 repetitions of (45x)
Michaels, the glow of the sacred fire of peace and freedom
emerged within the fabric of our awareness at a level of (5) to (6) on the (1-12) scale of s.f.
intensity, and stayed within us through the final fifteen repetitions. We were not able to
lock into our victory thoughtform, "God deserves my utmost respect", to any significant degree
over the course of this decree matrix. The first 30 repetitions were rough going, and when the
glow of the sacred fire appeared after those 30 repetitions, we just basked in the glow as the call
went forth, making no additional effort in that direction. 5/3/2001

| I am thinking that the Taurus Sun cycle is
working against us in our effort to extend the utmost respect unto God. I am thinking that during
this Sun cycle, the misqualified energy of the Taurus hierarchy of God-Obedience, is amplified
and highlighted, i.e. brought to the surface for transmutation. These energies would manifest as a
stubborn disobedience which opposes the Scorpio hierarchy of God-Vision, which is on the same
axis, but opposite, on the 10 o'clock line. This stubborn disobedience makes it impossible to hold
onto the victory thoughtform. Makes it impossible to even entertain the most obvious visual
support aids, like a rose for example. This substantial opposition will remain active until it is
cleared. It does represent an attempt at proper qualification of the Taurus energy, to continue to
strive towards this goal in terms of making the effort to hold the victory thoughtform, "God
deserves my utmost respect." This is especially true because the 4 o'clock Taurus line is located in
the mental quadrant. All mental efforts to bring the mind into alignment with the truth is a proper
use of the Taurus energies. [expanded

| Our project of focusing on the victory
thoughtform, "God deserves my utmost respect," came to us somewhat easier during the first ten
minutes of our 15 minute period of violet flame calls, but it was still not easy. We only began to
get a real good hold on the victory thoughtform at the ten minute mark, and we were only
beginning to penetrate into the reality of the flame of respect at the very end of the 15 minute
decree set. I don't think there can be any doubt about it. The flame of respect is in the heart.
And it is not easily accessed. [expanded

| The Sun is about 13 degree Taurus. At
the beginning of this decree service, the Moon was still under the sign of Virgo, about 29 degrees,
and over the course of this service, it is has transited into the sign of Libra. The Moon is currently

| A very blessed presence of paradise
emerges within our crown chakra area at the onset of our (1x) I Seek Thee calls, which we
expanded to 3 repetitions. This glow of the sacred fire of peace and freedom and paradise
emerged at a level of (6) to (7) on the (1-12) scale of s.f. intensity. We would like to reach out to
the source of this blessed presence with a hand that has formed itself into the shape of a

In the book of Tobit we hear:
``Thank God! Give Him the praise and the glory. Before all living,
acknowledge the many good things He has done for you, by blessing and extolling His name in
song. Before all men, honor and proclaim God's deeds, and do not be slack in praising Him. A
king's secret it is prudent to keep, but the works of God are to be declared and made known. Praise
them with due honor. Do good, and evil will not find its way to you. Prayer and fasting are good,
but better than either is almsgiving accompanied
by righteousness. A little with righteousness is better than abundance with wickedness.''
Let us pray:
Almighty God, we give You thanks for the many and varied ways You
have blessed the men and women who serve in the Senate. We ask now Lord, that they may do
Your will in all things and so remain close to You. Lord, Your presence is found where unity and
love prevail; grant that they may strive to work together in harmony and peace.
We acknowledge that God is the strength and protector of His people;
grant Lord to the Members of the Senate the strength and courage they need to serve the people of
the United States.

yield a total of sixteen pieces. Eight for Linda, and eight for Max. We proceed to the sanctuary,
kneel at the altar, explain our goals, and ask for assistance. This includes a request that a squad of
nature spirits and elementals to be assigned to tutor Linda in recognizing the difference between
friend and foe, and sword work to cut Linda free from her fear and all aggressive tendencies. We
depart the sanctuary, taking the white hand bell from the altar, proceed into the garage, ring the
hand bell, open the main garage door, and walk over to the front gate.
We ring the hand bell again, open the gate, say good
morning to Linda and Max.
We pull the two trash barrels
outside of the gate, walk back inside the gate, close the gate, and walk over to the chain link fence.
We feed two biscuits to each dog and give them a pat on the head, in this order, Max, Linda, Max,
Linda. We then open the gate, pull the trash barrels back inside of the gate, close the gate, walk
back over to the fence and give each dog two more biscuits and a pat on the head, in this order,
Max, Linda, Max, Linda.
We then open the gate, pull the
two trash barrels outside of the gate again, walk back inside the gate, close the gate, and walk over
to the chain link fence. We feed two biscuits to each dog and give them a pat on the head, in this
order, Max, Linda, Max, Linda. We then open the gate, pull the trash barrels back inside of the
gate, close the gate, walk back over to the fence and give each dog two more biscuits and a pat on
the head, in this order, Max, Linda, Max, Linda.
That done, I say goodbye, close the gate, ring the hand
bell, walk into the garage and close the garage door. |
Linda began to bark, but only a couple
of woofs, as we rang the hand bell while still inside of the garage. Linda continued to bark as we
opened the gate and pulled the trash barrels outside of the gate. Linda stopped barking when the
biscuit feeding session began. Both dogs were quite a bit more subdued today. We are thinking
that is might be the heat. Linda requires a lot of coaxing to come to get her biscuits. But she takes
them all with a good dose of head pats. She spends a lot of time in her dog house during this
ritual. She does not bark at any of the three remaining trash barrel movements. There is no play
period at the end of this session. Max just sits down. And Linda is in her dog house.
I didn't have the opportunity to record this yesterday, so
we will make note of now. When we took the vegetable scrap container out to the compost pile in
the early evening yesterday, we rang the hand bell while on the patio, and then walked over to the
compost pile and dumped the vegetable scraps in. Linda was barking at this activity as she
normally does. We went over to the fence, having come prepared with a couple of dog biscuits
each, and gave Max and Linda 2 biscuits each. I tarried a while to see if we could get them into a
play mode, and after a while we could. We got to pet Linda on the head and back somewhat
during this play period, i.e. as much as Max's exuberance will allow. When Linda is standing up
against the fence, Max will be pawing at her as soon as he recognizes that she's in the position to
get a dog biscuit, and not him. But a good play session overall. Again, that was Thursday

and the many divine cities revealed therein, and #125 of the many many fires of celebration of the
glory of God, and #90 of the nourishment of God's glory spread abroad across the entire planetary
body, and #81 of the garden paradise of the heart, the place where divine friends meet, where the
word "cherish" describes every relationship, and #60 of the personal closeness of my very own
beloved God Presence, and #52 of my very own beloved God Presence as the presence of
paradise, and #39 of the heart as home, and #23 of the flaming garment of praise and adoration,
encrusted with thousands of jewels of divine perception, and #19 of the sacred presence of our
Father/Mother God throughout all space, and #13 of God as the center of Life, and #6 of God as

| I was wondering if there was any
significance to the fact that both the Moon and our monthly
cosmic clock cycle are in Libra. We noted that one of the key themes of today was a notable
reduction in our physical energy levels during our physical exercise session, and a very prominent
sense of tiredness coming out of our breakfast session and our office work session. We note that
Libra is plotted on the 9 o'clock line which is the first line of the physical quadrant. So perhaps
one of the characteristics of misqualified Libra energy is physical tiredness, which could be, and
most definitely is a misqualification of the quality of God-Reality, in as much as God never suffers
a lack of physical energy, or of any other kind of energy. In other words, a lack of energy is
simply not a "real" condition. In fact, you could say that it is a fraudulent deception. In this
regard, the appearance of this tiredness could also represent dishonesty, intrigue, and treachery, in
a certain respect at least, in as much as this condition leads the soul into believing it does not have
the energy to accomplish the work that it has set before it, and that is the most blatant of
deceptions is it not? In as much as God stand always ready and willing to give the soul what it

| Obviously, we are not feeling like we have
the energy to do our decree work, but we have been
there before, and we have managed to move through that deception, and into the light, on

physical exercise session we were able to fill the transition
spaces between exercise sets with the affirmation of our victory thoughtform, "God my very
own beloved oasis deserves my utmost respect." We had a very clear memory of the presence pf
paradise that came upon us during the "I Seek Thee" calls during last night's decree

| We added another Linda Healing Project
session this evening before our decree service. We rang
the hand bell on the patio so Linda would know we were coming. Linda was not barking at all.
We fed both dogs three (half) biscuits each. We had a good play period. Max got a hold of the
sleeve of my sweatshirt again. Max and Linda wrestled around a lot. Max is quite dominant, and
Linda is quite submissive. Max has Linda on her back with his jaws around her neck. Max will
not let Linda stand up to be petted for any length of time during this play period.

| The glow of the sacred fire of peace and
freedom emerges within the fabric of our awareness on
the 3rd repetition of (12x) Tubes of Light, at a level of (1) to (2) on the (1-12) scale of s.f.
intensity, expanding gradually to a level (3) by the 12th repetition. Even at a level (1) the presence
of the sacred fire presents to our awareness a paradigm of reality that is the complete opposite of
all those feelings of physical tiredness we referenced earlier. No hint of an aching burden upon the
spine during this set of Tubes of Light. As always, with the appearance of the sacred fire, all
internal obstacles to the completion of the decree program that is before us, have vanished. We
are free to make the call, free to do the work, and to do it within the context of the delight that is

12) scale of s.f. intensity. We are experiencing a tangible region of sacred fire reality, spherical,

| Over the course of this set of (45x)
Michael decrees, we faced stiff opposition. The call was going
forth into a matrix of opposition that was actively trying to reverse and turn back each word
spoken. This is something like what a piece of meat must feel like when it is fed into a meat
grinder. But in our case, the piece of meat, i.e. the decree, i.e. the word, must remain whole, and
the grinder must give way. It was all we could do just to keep the decree going. Most of our
attention was placed on the interface of resistance, totally absorbed in making the effort necessary
to simply speak the word of the decree, and to maintain the proper rhythmic pattern. On the 43rd
repetition the opposition suddenly vanished, and the last 2 repetitions went forth into clear space.
It was not possible to put any effort into holding fast to the victory thoughtform during this decree

| The preceding thoughts on justice derive
from an excerpt from St. Germain's dictation that we
read at the beginning of this service, from Pearls of Wisdom, Vol. 28, No. 12, p. 147. This is
from a dictation given through Elizabeth Clare Prophet in the Chapel of the Holy Grail at Camelot
on Sunday, February 10, 1985:
My beloved, I have but one wish this day. That is to sing
with you to my beloved Portia, by whose hand and heart the dispensation of Justice unto the
nations through the heart of the Messenger is come. Without Justice, beloved hearts, Freedom
cannot prosper. For Freedom grows only in the garden of Justice.
Therefore, legions of Justice, come forth now. Bind all
movements and every consciousness of injustice, and let the full flowering of my beloved Portia be
in the earth as a cosmic, universal sense of Justice, as The LORD Our Righteousness does descend
into each one's temple.
Thus, I, St. Germain, step
through the veil through the heart of Justice. When Justice does prevail, when Justice is adored,
when Justice becomes the allegiance of all, you will see me as never before in all the earth.
Therefore, let us sing to the flame of Justice.

For my part, I must admit
that the 8 o'clock Virgo line of God-Justice on the Cosmic Clock has been an enigma to me up to
this point. All of the God qualities plotted on the other lines of the clock have revealed to me
some degree of relevance, some degree of understanding and comprehension. But the 8 o'clock
line has always stood out above all the others in terms of its impenetrability in terms of my own
understanding.
To illustrate this, one needs only consider that the first
time I read this pearl this excerpt did not strike me as anything important. It was on the second
reading that the importance of what the Master was saying finally struck a chord.
Seeing then, how important this quality is to St.
Germain, I searched my internal definitions for what I thought the word meant. The best sense of
the word that I had, without referring to any outer source, is the concept of fairness. To be just is
to be fair. I pulled out the dictionary and looked up the word. The word used to describe "justice"
is first and foremost "righteousness". So we were sort of close, but I think that we can be more
specific now, and say that to do justice is to do the right thing, or perhaps the concept of "right
action" would serve well to define what justice is.
And then is dawned on me that in our attempt to extend
to God the respect he deserves, we were, at the core of it, attempting to do the right thing in
relationship to God. And perhaps the difficulty we are facing in terms of holding this frame of
reference, is indicative of our lack of comprehension of the term "God-Justice" in the first intense.
We obviously have a lot of work to do on this particular point.
To do justice, then, is to do the right thing. And the first
priority is to do the right thing in relationship to God, and the first priority in that respect is to
extend to God the honor, respect, and appreciation he deserves for all the things that he is doing
for us on a continuous basis. [expanded

| It was very much easier to focus on our
victory thoughtform "God deserves my utmost respect"
from the very beginning of this 15 minute period of violet flame decrees. We penetrated into the
reality of the flame of respect after about 9 minutes, but soon thereafter, we were confronting a
thick and stubborn layer of opposition that basically said to us, "God who? ..." After coming into
contact with this opposition, we just buckled down to finish the call, marveling as we proceeded, at
the seamless wall of falsehood that had just popped up in front of us. The wall of opposition
radiates this power that casts profound doubt upon the idea that God deserves our respect, and that
we are wasting our time trying to extend that respect. It was as if it radiated a commandment,
"Don't try to hold onto that idea! There just isn't anything there!" Even though we know this is
false, that knowledge, by itself, does not help us to penetrate through it, and into the actual light of

| But, I would have to say, now that this
decree set has ended, and the fullness of our mind is now
placed on this subject area, that if you simply consider the miracle of the beating heart, and all
beating hearts, the case is made for this proposition, i.e. that God deserves our utmost respect. In
fact, with what you can see with your physical eyes, the case can be made for this proposition.
Therefore, that wall of opposition represented absolute insanity. But of course, when we are
actually under the pressure of that opposition in the course of the call, those ideas were not
