journal in the course of my daily decree services before this local outpost of the Altar of the
Holy Grail, located in my sanctuary, a converted photographic darkroom in the back of our

in the U.S. House
March 28, 2001 | Daily Prayers in the U.S. Senate
March 28,
2001 | The Chaplain, the Reverend Daniel P. Coughlin, offered the
following prayer:
Heavenly Father, quiet our souls before Your throne of grace as we take
up the responsibilities of this day. We acknowledge our dependence upon You. Give us this day
the strength and wisdom to make decisions that would be pleasing to You.
Grant to the officers and Members of this body Your guidance and
wisdom. May they find in You the spiritual resources for the pressures of their duties in this place.
Make them conscious of Your will and purpose.
We pray today for our President, Vice President, and all Members of
Congress as they work together to lead our country forward into a bright and blessed future.
Lord, thank You for every blessing upon our great country. We pray we
might conduct ourselves in a manner worthy of all Your benefits.
This we pray in Your holy name. Amen. | The

Almighty God, Sovereign of our beloved Nation, and the source of the
absolutes that knit together the fabric of character, we ask You to stir up the banked embers on the
hearth of the hearts of people across our land. Rekindle the American spirit.
We allow our hearts to be broken by what breaks Your heart in the
American family, schools, and society. The roots of our greatness as a nation are in the character
of our people. Our Founders' passion for justice, righteousness, freedom, and integrity gave birth
to a unique nation. Now, at this crucial time in our history, we ask You to bless the Senators as
they set an example to encourage parents, teachers, coaches, spiritual leaders, and all who impact
our youth with the ethical values which
transcend the divisions of race, creed, politics, gender, the rich, and the poor. You are our Adonai,
our Elohim, Yahweh, our Lord and Saviour. Amen. |

 This is day
#10 of our Linda Healing Project. Began our Linda Healing Prayers, "My Beloved God Presence,
I Am That I Am, please allow Linda to feel your precious friendship, your precious love, your
precious comfort, your precious peace, and your precious healing power. Please bestow upon
Linda the intelligence that will enable her to recognize the difference between friend and foe,"
from the moment we got out of bed, and continued it through the whole process. We chopped
our 3 dog biscuits in half for a total of six pieces, went to the sanctuary and asked for the support
of the entire Spirit of the Great White Brotherhood ("White" stands for white light which contains
all the colors of the rainbow), opened the garage door, rang the hand bell, (Linda is now barking),
opened the gate, pulled the trash barrels outside of the gate, and went over to say hello to George.
Now, George was all ready to have his dog biscuit, and Linda was up on her hind legs
with her paws against the fence too, and at this point she is NOT barking. I guess she smells the
dog biscuits. After patting George on the head, I gave him a piece of dog biscuit, and he got down
on the ground to chew up and swallow it down, but Linda was still standing there, paws against the
fence, so I put piece of dog biscuit right into her mouth. And of course this is a first. Never
before has she ever gotten this close to me, let alone letting me touch her. I didn't actually pet her,
but my fingers touched her mouth as I gave her the dog biscuit. She got down on all fours to
chew up and swallow down her dog biscuit, and then George came back, and after getting him to
settle down somewhat, and patting him on the head, I gave him another piece of dog biscuit, and
again Linda was right there, and I stuck another piece of dog biscuit in her mouth, and she got
back down to chew it up and swallow it down, and then George was back wanting more, and after
petting him on the head, I gave him his third piece, and again Linda was back up on her hind legs,
paws against the fence looking for another dog biscuit, and again I put her third piece of dog
biscuit in her mouth. Of course, needless to say, Linda was not barking at all through all of this.
And we can say that this has been the longest quiet period we have experienced so far, i.e. with me
standing right there. Having no more dog biscuits, the session was over, I said good day to the
dogs, pulled the trash barrels back inside of the gate, and Linda starts to bark at that, closed the
gate, rang the hand bell, and closed the garage door, and everything was quiet. This represents a
huge step forward when compared to my previous efforts (described earlier) in trying to make
friends with Linda using dog biscuits. Over several months of giving her dog biscuits, she never let
me get within about four feet of her. But now after ten days total, and on just the second dog
biscuit day, she is taking a dog biscuit from my hand. We have divine assistance to thank for that,
and of course we have George, who is playing an indispensable role in providing a role model for

| In
regards to the 3-27-2001
observation concerning the fact that Linda's barking is in fact a divine
blessing, we simply want to observe that this is another example of why life in the physical octave
is so crucial to the process of overcoming the synthetic identity. In between embodiments, if you
happen to be fortunate enough to be assigned to the etheric octave, one's capacity to become
irritated is sealed, i.e. cordoned off. The Masters will not allow the etheric octave to become
polluted with human vibrations. (This must mean that you get to operate within some portion of
the fabric of your Christ consciousness). This means that no matter how much you may learn in
the various retreats and study regimes, that you will not have the opportunity to actually overcome
your synthetic identity. And I think if one is unfortunate enough to be assigned to some of the
rather lower regions in between embodiments, I think it is safe to say that while there you get to
experience a large amount of human garbage, that there is no opportunity to invoke the light that
would allow a soul to overcome that human garbage. Living in a physical vehicle is where the
rubber hits the road in terms of overcoming the synthetic identity. [c-notes recorded in

regards to the statement
we just made, "The Masters will not allow the etheric octave to become
polluted with human vibrations," by logical extension, this must mean that a soul who lives in the
etheric octave in between embodiments gets to operate within some portion of the fabric of its

Decree services in
sanctuary |
The glow of the sacred fire of peace
and freedom appeared within the fabric of our
awareness during our footprint transcription session, at a point where we were feeling really tired,
where we were having a very difficult time conceiving of how we could ever find the desire or
motivation to complete our p.m. decree service, which is the next item on the agenda. We
continued our transcriptions for a long time in this mode, and when we came upon that section of
the journal that referred to the cloud of paradise, that's when the glow of the sacred fire began to
appear within the fabric of our awareness. At that point, all sense of difficulty and tiredness was
erased, and our attention was totally absorbed in soaking in the blessedness of the presence of that
sacred fire glow. [expanded during

| During our opening
statements, the reality of the sacred fire appeared in two places. First, the glow of the sacred fire
of peace and freedom appeared during our statement of gratitude directed at the dedication of
Mark and Elizabeth Prophet to the will of God over so many years which gave me, and many
others, the opportunity to find the teachings, the ascended masters, and the science of the spoken
word. Secondly, the glow of the sacred fire of peace and freedom appeared within the fabric of
our awareness, but in that head to foot modality, during our statement of gratitude for having had
the opportunity to be in attendance during so many live dictations in the Chapel of the Holy Grail
at Camelot. We are reflecting upon the fact that at one moment we are embraced by an
uncomfortable darkness. And then, when the sacred fire appears, we are like unto a giant Sequoia
Redwood tree standing stately and majestically in a sunshine illuminated landscape of

glow of the sacred fire
of peace and freedom appears within the fabric of our awareness solidly on the 5th of (12x) Tubes
of Light, and expanding into a complete suffusion by the 12th repetition. The heavy burden upon
the spine just below the level of the heart appears on about the 11th to 12th

new dimension of the
sacred fire of peace and freedom appears within the fabric of our awareness on the 10th of (15)

| This is
day #94 of the
strength of many mountains, and #92 of the golden portal of the heart and the many divine cities
revealed therein, and #88 of the many many fires of the celebration of the glory of God, and #53
of the nourishment of God's glory spread abroad across the entire planetary body, and #44 of the
garden paradise of the heart, the place where divine friends meet, where the word "cherish"
describes every relationship, and #23 of the personal closeness of my very own beloved God
Presence, and #15 of the my very own beloved God Presence as the presence of

I was just
looking at the snow covered mountain on the Chart of the Divine Self that is depicted to the left of
the Tube of Light. I just noticed that if you change the orientation of that snow covered mountain
 from its present horizontal position, and rotate it 90 degrees to the
left, that you have the profile of a ape face! I
think that should be changed. That could not have been intentional. Certainly one can draw a
mountain that doesn't look like an ape face. Click here to see blowup of
boxed area. We noticed this during this (3x) divine revelation recollection affirmation:
"The endless fields of divine wisdom revealed to me by the Great Divine Director."

| A most blessed presence of the sacred fire
of peace and freedom appeared within the fabric of our awareness during our divine revelation
recollection affirmations at, "The magic presence revealed to me juxtaposed to my
repudiation of the T.O.P. enterprise." 3/28/2001

| During our divine
revelation recollection affirmations, in this case, "revelation of the sacred fire of the heart, which
was given to me in such a tangible manner (during an I Seek Thee decree matrix) that I felt like I
had to do something at the time, and what seemed most appropriate at the time was to take a
golden cup off the shelf, and to dip that cup into the sacred fire, and extend that cup of God's
preciousness to another individual - and it was so tangible still that we took another golden cup off
the shelf, and we dipped that cup into the sacred fire of the heart, and extended that cup of God's
preciousness to another individual, " (15x), during which we go through the motions of dipping a
cup into the sacred fire of the heart and extending it to another individual, and today, in this
regard, we got to use our new cup that has Christmas decorations on it, which has the inscription,
"Angels we have heard on high," which Esther brought home from a garage sale a couple of days
ago. Here we have entered into a very blessed forcefield of freedom and peace, we are
completely immersed in it, where we can more clearly study the quality of freedom, and marvel
the more at how it completely eradicates the former conditions of human inertia. [expanded during

| We
want to find the source

| And
of course God must be
made of sufficient proximity and tangibility in order to fulfill the desire of the soul to embrace that
God out of the most profound gratitude. Among other things, this is what the God Presence is
fore, i.e. to provide a local target for the soul's increasingly boundless

| During
the first 30
repetitions of our (45x) Michaels, we were trapped under a horrendously heavy layer of
opposition, all sense of divine reality gone, making it a very uncomfortable struggle to keep going
forward. Several times our consciousness was pressed into a sleep mode where we had trouble
keeping our eyes open. What we normally experience as a very short and delightful journey, i.e.
through our (45x) Michaels, looked like a thousand miles, looking to the end of our 45 repetitions
as if it were a mountain way off in the distance. All we could really think about during this time
was that this is the very opposite of freedom. After the 30th repetition, the burden began to
gradually lift, which was a relief in itself, and by the 45th repetition we were feeling ok. But the
glow of the sacred fire did not appear during that final segment, indeed not once during the whole

| What
more can be said
about it than this is just part of the work. Sometimes, to make progress, you are required to carry
a more than ordinary burden of maya. This is called maya to the max. Except for noting that
there were a couple of occasions when our mind did rest upon the idea that regardless of the
oppression currently manifesting within the fabric of our being, there is still nothing more precious

| By the
end of our 15 minute
violet flame calls, we are almost back to normal. A light to moderate glow of the sacred fire of
peace and freedom appears within the fabric of our awareness about 12 minutes into the 15 minute
session. We were able to focus on this fact: "There is nothing more precious than the victory of
God's will" consistently throughout the entire 15 minute session, and there was moment that we
found out that we have in our heart many huge hugs for our God Presence. 3/28/2001 Wed. |

very precious presence of
crystalline peace appears within the fabric of our awareness during our (1x) Hercules, part of the

our (5x) 20.09
Dweller calls, part of the 20.12, I Ratify the Judgment of Helios, call matrix, (includes 20.07
Judgment calls (5x), 20.09 Dweller calls (5x), .30 Solar Ring calls), we came into contact with the
part of ourself which longs to stay close to the God Presence, to cuddle up close, in the spirit of
the most profound respect and appreciation, and to intently listen for each precious

| A late session
in the office. We are working on the computer on a macro that will reorder the sequence of the
left and right text cells in a footprint web page. This is because we forgot to include, in the current
footprint file, a paragraph in the flow of the text. The problem is that all text entered has already
been formatted. When we try to insert this missing paragraph where it belongs, the left, right, left,
right sequence of the cells is not right. I.e. where we insert the missed paragraph, we have right,
left, left, right. So, to straighten this out by hand, well, that would be a very long process. All of
the html table and cell tags that surround these paragraphs have to be changed. It would probably
take about 30 to 40 minutes to accomplish that by hand. And since this has happened before, and
our answer to the problem was to leave it as is, it now seems to be the time to create a macro that
will simply accomplish it automatically. So that is why we are up late and in the office after our
walk. Anyway, as we begin this macro writing process, we start with our existing footprint
formatting macro which has many of the functions that we will need already written. Not all, but
many. In the course of making a copy of this macro, actually after we made the copy, and tried to
rename it, the computer crashed. Always a stress producing situation. We could not recover from
the "fatal exception error" so we turned the computer off, and then back on so it can re-boot. As
we waited for the reboot process to run its course, we are saying our 5.01 "More Violet Fire"
decree by Hilarion, "Lovely God Presence I Am in me, hear me now I do decree, bring to pass
each blessing for which I call upon the Holy Christ Self of each and all ...." etc., and I wanted to
note that a very strong glow of the sacred fire of peace and freedom appears within the fabric of
my awareness as we speak the first couple of words of this decree. As always a very blessed and

March 29,
2001 | The Reverend Willie T. Lockett, St. Martha Missionary Baptist
Church, Oak Hill, Florida, offered the following prayer:
Eternal all wise God, Thou who art from everlasting until everlasting. It
is again that we come into Thy presence. We come with grateful hearts and we come thanking
You first for the privilege of coming to You and You hearing our prayer. We thank You for this
day. We thank You for this session and for this place in our Nation's capital where we are
assembled.
We thank You for these legislators and pray that You will touch their
hearts and minds so that they will be mindful of the needs of our Nation; and that, while You
control their thoughts, You will give them the courage that they might play the game of life with
boldness, fairness, and integrity.
Help them to stand firmly on their belief if it is within Thy sight and in
Thy will. Help them to keep this Nation one that others will continue to look to for guidance and
direction. Help them to propose the kind of legislation that will increase the quality of education
for our children. Help them to pass the laws that will set a new standard in housing, employment,
and health care.
Then, God, teach us to love one another as You have commanded us to
do.

Sovereign. May this name for You, used so frequently by our Founding Fathers and Mothers,

cause, if we remember His loving kindness.'' O Divine Master, help us to be engaged in causes that
You have assigned and never forget Your faithfulness.
Belief in Your sovereignty gives us a sense of dependence that leads to
true independence. All that we have and are is Your gift. When we are totally dependent on You
for guidance and strength, we become completely free of fear and anxiety. What You guide, You
provide. Trust in Your sovereignty provides supernatural power to accomplish what You give us to
do for Your glory. And acceptance of Your sovereignty gives us courage. This is Your Chamber.
It is holy ground; keep this Senate sound. May

is the bottom line: The
presence of the sacred fire within the fabric of man's awareness erases

| Our
service before the altar
not only establishes the condition for the appearance of the sacred fire
within the fabric of our own awareness, but our service also contributes to the establishment of the
proper conditions for the appearance of the sacred fire in the fabric of the awareness of the
population at large, not only in this nation, but in all nations. In this manner the planet as a whole
is moved incrementally closer to the dawning of the Great Golden Age. 3/29/2001 Thu. |

the end of our 15
minute I Am Light calls, the glow of the sacred fire of peace and freedom
within the fabric of our awareness has increased to a level (5) on our (1 to 12) intensity scale.

glow of the sacred fire of peace, freedom, and paradise, appears within
the fabric of our awareness at the 3rd eye chakra area at an intensity level (6) to (7) on our (1 to

| When
manufacturers move
their factories to China and produce goods there at a fraction of what
it costs to produce the same goods in the United States, and they then import those products into
the United States, that has the effect of either putting U.S. domestic competitors out of business,
or compelling those competitors to move their own factories out of the United States to take
advantage of those same low labor rates. The net result is that people in the United States lose
their jobs. In no way can this be considered healthy for the American economy. From the
standpoint of what is best for the American people allowing this to happen in the name of "free
trade" is simple stupidity. From the standpoint of those U.S. corporations which own factories in

thinking of how the
huge Hertz Corporation imports floods of cheap plastic dog toys,
flooding them into the supermarkets and pet stores across the nation, and wondering how any U.S.

believe it is fair to say that
it is unlawful for a nation to harvest the fruits of freedom if the people
of that nation have not paid the price for that freedom. It is unlawful for the Chinese people to
reap the benefits of America's free enterprise system until such time as they pay the price for the

regards to the process of
preparing mankind to receive the presence of the sacred fire within the
fabric of awareness, we perceive a global process of immense complexity. We perceive millions
upon millions of the heavenly host studying the challenge constantly, and laying out their plans and
strategies constantly, and leaping into action, on a myriad of what may appear to us as arcane
details, the very instant they begin to receive our calls for intercession. 3/29/2001 Thu. | |
| We are giving
the short version of the Tube of Light call with Mark Prophet during
the computer start up process, and we register within the fabric of our awareness the emergence of
the glow of the sacred fire of peace and freedom and delight. We have RealPlayer 7 set up to
automatically play the RealAudio clip that we downloaded from the Summit Lighthouse web site,
i.e. we simply invoke RealPlayer 7, and the Mark Prophet RealAudio track plays. [notes recorded

| This
was day #11 of our
Linda Healing Project. A few minutes before getting out of bed we
began our Linda Healing Prayers, "My Beloved God Presence, I Am That I Am, please allow
Linda to feel your precious friendship, your precious love, your precious comfort, your precious
peace, and your precious healing power. Please bestow upon Linda the intelligence that will enable
her to recognize the difference between friend and foe,", and made the effort to continue it
through the whole process. This prayer is now starting to become better ingrained in our thinking
processes. We are beginning to make a connection between our memory of the actual
preciousness of the sacred fire that we experience before the altar, and the mention of those
qualities in the prayer. In this regard, there is beginning to appear an objective target for those
concepts. In other words, the prayer is showing a sign of divine life over and above the mental
experience associated with making the intellectual effort to say the prayer. We chopped our 3 dog
biscuits in half for a total of six pieces, went to the sanctuary and asked for the support of the
entire Spirit of the Great White Brotherhood, asked for St. Germain and Jesus to bless the dog
biscuits with a tremendous gift of healing power, departed the sanctuary, opened the garage door,
(Linda is now barking), walked over to the gate, rang the hand bell,, opened the gate, pulled the
trash barrels outside of the gate, (bark, bark, bark), and went over to say hello to George. As soon
as Linda sees that it's me, her barking stops and she is in the dog biscuit desire mode. George is
getting the idea really clearly. He must stand up with his paws on the fence to get his dog biscuit.
There was no more of that searching around on the ground for additional dog biscuits. He learns
fast. Linda's is following George's lead in this regard. She got up on her hand legs, paws against
the fence, and took the biscuits from my hand each of the three times. And I got to pat her on the
head once, though she drew her head away. She didn't overtly bark during the whole process, but
she did emit a couple of muffled woofs. But I think it's accurate to say that when she is in this
mode of expecting to get a dog biscuit, she is not in the fear mode, and she is not in the defensive

can feel that pain and
discomfort in the right side quite distinctly at this time. 3/29/2001

| After
having caught up with
our footprint transcriptions today, all surplus time was devoted to building a macro that will allow
us to reorder the sequence of left and right text cells in a footprint web page, as described above.
This accounted for about 3 hours of effort. We encountered a more than ordinary number of
bugs (functional obstacles) that had to be worked through, one by one. In terms of our previous
look forward, this particular task was not anticipated. 3/29/2001

| I have
to note that we are
almost an hour and a half into this decree service, and we have been under a blanket of oppression
from the beginning. Not heavy enough to put me to sleep, but heavy enough for our mind to start
producing ideas about quitting. This is the very opposite of freedom. Needless to say, there has
been no appearance of the sacred fire up to this point. [expanded during

| In the
course of our sword
work, which lasts about ten minutes, we are gradually returned into an awareness of the sacred fire
glow within the fabric of our awareness at an intensity level of 4. The majority of the opposition
has vanished, about 80% of it. When the sacred fire is here it always allows us to move forward,
i.e. without feeling the need to quit, even if residual opposition remains. The desire body is
aligned like a stream that flows into the greater river of the sacred fire glow. There is no room for
any other desire, and that is a fact. Once the sacred fire appears, however faintly, all of our

| On the
5th repetition of our
(12x) 30.08, Covenant of the Magi calls, we experienced an increase in the intensity of the
glow of the sacred fire of peace and freedom to about a (5) on our intensity scale. On the 10th
repetition, the intensity of the sacred fire glow increased to a (6), a very solid presence of

| It's
amazing that we now
sitting here in a forcefield of divine delight that has us looking forward to the work ahead, when
not so long ago, we were really under a cloud of despair, looking for a way to escape this

| Our
(45x) Michaels were
spent in a constant glow of the sacred fire of peace and freedom at an intensity level between (5)
and (6). We experienced no substantial opposition. We achieved a few moments of gratitude for
the opportunity to work side by side with Archangel Michael in the great work of preparing
humanity, on a global scale, to receive the sacred fire within the fabric of their awareness.

(5x) prayers to Beloved Sanat Kumara and Lady Master Venus: "Beloved Sanat Kumara and
Lady Master Venus, please help me to become more devoted to the victory of God's will, the
victory of God's infinite goodness, and the victory of the nourishment of God's glory spread

flame session we had good success focusing on the desire for the victory of God's

| We are
getting short on time,
so we are thinking that we ought to skip our next set of (15) Hail Marys. In answer to this
powerful urge, we are given to see that these calls have real impact for the victory of God's will, so
it is very much worthwhile to go ahead and give them. We set aside our concern about the time,
and go ahead and give our next set of (15) Hail Marys, during which we enter into the awareness
that each call to Mother Mary releases a veritable treasure of emerald and jade.

desire to become one with the desire for the victory of God's will! The intensity of that desire
speaks of home. And again amidst this intensity the heart center comes to the forefront of our

(1x), Helios and Vestas (1x), Hail Mary (1x)), we were immersed in the most blessedly solid glow
of the sacred fire of peace and freedom, and brightness, and this was a backdrop to our
contemplation of the heart as our home. We held this contemplative configuration over the
course of these calls. The heart center is yet hidden behind a veil, but we can feel the power that
extends from that region, and that serves as an easy focus for our attention, i.e. you simply can't
miss it. The power of the heart will bring all into alignment with the victory of God's will. And
thus, it is clear that the heart is the center of God-Control, i.e. the intensity of desire to bring forth
the victory of God's will is so intense there, that nothing can resist it. And it is quite interesting to
note that that power is released into the outer world only to the extent that the soul can identify
with it, in terms of recognizing that desire as the soul's most precious desire, claiming it, becoming
it, immersing oneself in it, and by free will choice, determining that no other desire will ever get a
foothold in the desire body. And this is not a hard thing, in terms of making the choice in
principle, in as much as the soul recognizes that in this state of total immersion, it has arrived
home. The carnal mind might have problem with this idea of total immersion in the desire for the
victory of God's will, but I can tell you that the soul knows when it is getting close to home, and it
will not allow the carnal mind to stand in the way any more. [expanded during

| We are of course gratified immensely that
this service, which began on such a burdensome note of opposition, has become in the end a
glorious paradise of revelation. For whenever the soul learns more about the heart, the soul comes
very close to the glory of God, and this fact resonates throughout our awareness in the most
