Unless indicated otherwise, the following notes are recorded in my
journal in the course of my daily decree services before this local outpost of the Altar of the
Holy Grail, located in my sanctuary, a converted photographic darkroom in the back of our
garage. The Chart of the
Presence hangs over the altar area on the west wall, with the portrait of the Ascended Master
Jesus Christ to the left, and the
portrait of the Ascended Master St. Germain to

 After 15 minutes of Helios
and Vesta calls, and 4 minutes into our 15 minutes of I Am Light calls, the glow of the sacred fire
of peace and freedom appears within the fabric of our awareness at the 3rd eye chakra area.
That's a total of 19 minutes of feeling apprehension about the fact that the sacred fire was not
anywhere apparent, which gave me an opportunity to practice trust. 3/24/2001 Sat. |  |
| You
cannot go to the
grocery store on a Saturday afternoon and select the lowest cost box of electrical power among the
many that you find on the shelf. In other words, there is no such thing as a free-market
mechanism in the electrical power industry. We simply don't have a choice that allows us to
refuse one box of electrical power priced at an outrageous $100 for a package of ten kilowatt
hours, over another manufacturer whose box of ten kilowatt hours which is priced at a more
reasonable $10.00. Deregulation of the electrical power industry appears to have been a major
folly. The reason for this is clear. There is a major conflict of interest between the private profit
interests of the power plant owners who benefit from scare supplies, as this bumps up prices, and
the energy security interests of the people which requires the building and operation of
unprofitable excess generating capacity. 3/24/2001

of peace and freedom appears within the fabric of our awareness 12 minutes into our 30 minute
violet flame session. 3/24/2001 Sat. | |
| By and
by, we got to the
point where we remembered that we were supposed to be focusing on the victory of God's will.
At that point we directed our attention in that direction, but I immediately came into contact with a
barrier that repelled my efforts in this respect. The barrier said to me, in so many words, "you are
not worthy to place your attention upon God. Go back you unworthy low life!" In other words, I
think that it is accurate to say that my mind absorbed a portion of the barrier, or became one with
it, and this was the conclusion that was then resident in my mind, as we felt ourself repelled in the
opposite direction. This barrier was specifically around the heart, which I think has a relationship
to the Aries sun cycle which has just come into play. I say this because I remember the heart
chakra is plotted on the Aries/Libra axis of the Cosmic Clock. I am assuming that the Aries sun
cycle has brought pre-existing electronic belt substance to the forefront of our awareness. We also
observed that the Aries 3 o'clock line is the first line of the mental quadrant, a fact which
communicates the idea that the mind is the gateway into the heart, which I believe is accurate,
because if your mind is not orientated properly, you cannot access the heart. So the perversion of
Aries would logically be a barrier that would drive the soul away from the heart. To get past this
barrier, we simply repeated over and over in our mind, as the violet flame calls continued to go
forth, "There is nothing more glorious and more precious than God's will." And of course the
truth of this rebounded upon my awareness, signaling to me that there is nothing, no, not a single
thing, that is more wise, than to fix your attention upon God's will. This defeated the barrier, and
exposed the lie inherent in that barrier, and in the process, allowed me attention to rest upon the
heart center. [expanded during

| I
believe this with the most
tremendous conviction, that every pattern of divine treasure stored in the causal body has at the
very center of it the soul's personal and intimate relationship with the personal God Presence.
That none of those treasures can be accessed without first establishing the central principle, i.e.
communion with your God Presence. I think that I have noted this before, but it is worth
repeating, that each talent and skill stored in the causal body is like unto a flower with many petals,
and the petals extend out from the center, and that center is a mode of awareness that allows the
soul to have personal contact with the God Presence. If there is no center, there would be nothing
to hold the petals up in the proper configuration, and that amounts to a condition of chaos.

| A soft
blessed glow of the
sacred fire of peace, freedom, and paradise appears within the fabric of our awareness in the
crown chakra area about two-thirds of the way through our 33.00 Ruby Ray Judgment

This was day #6 of the Linda Healing Project. We started the ritual with a visit to the sanctuary, in
which we again invoked the sponsorship of the entire spirit of the Great White Brotherhood, and
especially the presence of Archangel Michael, the Ascended Master Kuthumi, and the Lady
Master Nada, asking them to hold the balance for God-Harmony for this project. We proceeded
out of the sanctuary, opened the garage door, rang the white hand bell, opened the gate, pulled the
trash barrels out, which triggers Linda's most intense barking, and went over to say good morning
to George, and pat him on the head, while trying to focus our mind on our prayer to our God
Presence, "My Beloved God Presence, I Am That I Am, please allow Linda to feel your precious
friendship, your precious love, your precious comfort, your precious peace, and your precious
healing power. Grant unto her the gift of intelligence so she can recognize the difference between
friend and foe." Today we note an interesting behavior change in three respects. First, Linda was
up on her hind legs with her paws against the fence barking in my face, but the bark was less
intense than yesterday. Though she did not stand up for long because George would playfully bite
one of her back legs and that would distract her, and she would head back into her dog house.
Second, in between the times when George was up on his hind legs with his paws against the fence
when I was patting his head, he was in a very playful mode with Linda, and Linda was
reciprocating
in that play, which is a playful wrestling with one another, and during that play time, Linda was not
barking. Third, after getting the attention of George, and he would leave off his play with Linda,
and stand up to have his head patted, or really it is more of desire to have a wrestling match with
my hand, Linda would not be barking. It is clear that George is playing a very important role here
in not only distracting Linda, but putting her into a play mode, during which time she does not feel
the need to bark at me. After several minutes, I said goodbye, and pulled the trash barrels back
inside of the gate, which started Linda barking intensely again, closed the gate and rang the hand
bell. Linda settled down quickly after that. 3/24/2001

| The
glow of the sacred fire
of peace and freedom appears in the fabric of our awareness at the 3rd eye area during the main
preamble divine revelation recollection affirmations, specifically the one that says, "The revelation
of the office of God Gratitude and Adoration into which I desire to rise and completely fulfill."

| I just
wanted to note that on
Thursday we completed the footprint web page layout/design changes, with the addition of the
Light House Prayer framed by the two light house gifs, and since then we have been working on
the macro that will automate the process of merging existing transcriptions in all footprint files for
the years 2000 and 2001 into the new web page template, making all the necessary adjustments to
the date specifications throughout each page. That macro is now complete and tested. It came
together much faster than I had at first anticipated. With this macro, the process of making the
layout/design changes throughout all footprint files a smooth and painless process, especially in
regards to making sure that all changes are made uniformly throughout all files.

before we actually run
that macro on all of those files, we will turn our attention to the issue of the congressional prayers.
This short diversion into another to-do list item, will give us some time to ponder any additional
design/layout changes that might be required before we do all of that file processing. We do have
a tendency to want to say "finished" too soon. The footprint design/layout changes are at the
99.9% completion point. Perhaps the remaining .1% will come to you over the next couple of
days. I am thinking that there needs to be some kind of a statement at the bottom of the page.

| Coming into this decree
service this evening, we were feeling a substantial amount of physical nausea, and this was
associated with a discomfort we are feeling in our right side, at the bottom edge of the rib cage,
though inside somewhat, i.e. not on the surface. Normally any kind of physical ailment will cause
me to leap at the change to take a break from our decree work. But today, even though we are
sorely tempted, we could see too clearly that if healing is what you need, what is the better choice,
sitting in front of the T.V. allowing the light to dribble away into the astral plane, or sitting before
the flame of the altar, allowing that light to flow into you, and the cause, effect, record and
memory of your discomfort to flow into the flame. The choice was too clear. And so here we
are. We chose to do our altar work. And even though we have cycles into the depths of nausea a
couple of times since we started, at this point, after finishing our sword work, and entering into our
(12x) 30.08, Covenant of the Magi calls, we are immersed in a forcefield of sacred fire,
with no symptoms of dis-ease evident, and we are in a state of gladness, i.e. sacred fire delight.
There is no place that is better to be, than to be immersed in the delight of the sacred

| Almost
immediately upon
entering into our 15 minute violet flame calls, the glow of the sacred fire of peace and freedom
and paradise appears in our 3rd eye chakra area and we find it quite easy t focus intensely upon
the victory of God's will! The sacred fire glow stays with us through the whole session, increasing
in intensity and clarity during the last five minutes. 3/24/2001

the Judgment of Helios, call matrix, (includes 20.07 Judgment calls (5x), 20.09 Dweller calls (5x),
.30 Solar Ring calls), on the 3rd repetition of (5x) 20.07 Judgment calls, the glow of the sacred
fire of peace and freedom and of boundless glory, appears within the fabric of our awareness at
the crown chakra area. During our .30 Solar Ring calls a new level of sacred fire presence
appeared within the fabric of our awareness, of the variety of crystal peace that speaks of

| This
crystal peace, which
heretofore was manifest primarily in the crown area, expanded to a circular glow within the 3rd
eye chakra area during the next set of (15) Hail Marys. 3/24/2001

looking over the
universe of atoms and electrons that comprise your own body temple, we can find reason enough
in this, to give ourself without reserve to the desire for the victory of God's

| That is
the reason why it is
so important to give our Cyclopea calls. That insight was not a product of the human mind, but of
a divine vision where in an instant, the universe of atoms and electrons was before my vision, and
the wonder of it struck at my heart, and it was clear that a God that could design the glorious
fabric of my very life is worthy to lead us. Vision is the key to divine sanity. 3/24/2001 Sat. |

session was spent immersed in a solid and bright glow of the sacred fire of peace and freedom

| A most
blessed forcefield of
sacred fire peace descended into our temple occupying the fabric of our awareness so luxuriously,
about half way through the 56.02 Right Hand of the Cosmic Virgin judgment call.

| Last
night we retrieved the
first set of prayers for the U.S. House for January 3, 2001, and for the
U.S. Senate for January 3, 2001, and we worked on the placement and formatting of those prayers
within the context of the footprint transcriptions. I am very happy with the result. I especially like
the choice of the light green background color. The html tags that comprise that formatting
structure just need to be placed inside of a macro that will lay them in the web page at the
appropriate place for the prayer text to appear. We now have the rather daunting task before us of
retrieving al the prayers for the months of January, February, and March, 2001, and integrating
those into our footprint web pages for those months. 3/25/2001

| A very
huge hug for God
well's up within me about 11 minutes into our 15 minute I Am Light call
session. This is the single most precious state of being that there is. Though there is a question

| Linda
starts to bark at
something about 6 minutes into our 15 minute violet flame session.
Immediately the doubts surface as to whether our efforts will ever have an impact on her behavior
beyond the morning healing session. But our attention rises almost immediately into the assurance
that "with God all things are possible," and this idea is a tangible forcefield that we are contained
within, and inside of it no doubts can touch you. 3/25/2001

| The
glow of the sacred fire
appeared within the fabric of our awareness at the 3rd eye chakra area
about 27 minutes into our 30 minute violet flame session. Our inner project of focusing on the
victory of God's will has taken on a different form during this violet flame session. We are now
able to coalesce a visualization of a rose, albeit dim and blurry, in our mind's eye, while we repeat
over and over in our mind, "there is nothing more precious than the victory of God's will"
(Reminds me of Dorothy's affirmation, "there's no place like home" in the Wizard of Oz). The
image of the rose, and the quality of preciousness returns to us a tangible sense of God's beauty,
and around that coalesces the actual desire for the victory of God's will, which we express in this
form, "And I am dedicated totally to that victory." All of this is happening as the violet flame calls
continue to go forth. The most important aspect of this change is the awareness that it is possible
to stay within the awareness of the preciousness of God's will constantly, but it's your choice. If
you make the effort you can do it. If you don't make the effort you will not be able to do it. But
of course there is every reason to make that choice in the affirmative, and to make that effort, and
to achieve that permanence. 3/25/2001 Sun. |
| Esther just came home,
beeped her horn to get me to come out, where I find she has brought
home (4) really nice chairs from a friend's garage sale for $5.00 each. Good solid early
American style legs with blue upholstery on the seat and chair back. I unloaded the chairs, brought
then into the garage, and stood there talking with Esther for a bit about a big King James Version
Bible she got for 25 cents, and finally closed the garage door. We did all this, and Linda did not
make a single peep. This is practically surreal, i.e. unheard of. 3/25/2001 Sun. | |
| What
is the 33.00 Ruby Ray
Judgment all about? It is about setting people free to out picture the
most precious part of their divine natures, by removing the influences of darkness that presently
burden them and enslave them. 3/25/2001 Sun. |
| This is day #7
of our Linda Healing Project which was implemented per our plan.
We went to the sanctuary, and said our prayers related to this project, asking for the sponsorship
of the entire spirit of the Great White Brotherhood, explaining the purpose of this project, both in
terms of bringing a
tremendous gift of healing to Linda, but also in terms of re-establishing a working relationship
between me and my beloved God Presence. I asked specifically for the presence of Archangel
Michael to hold the balance for God-Harmony between all creatures, I asked for the Master
Kuthumi (as St. Francis) to guide me in my interaction with the animals, and I asked for the
Ascended Lady Master Nada to place her electronic presence over me, chakra for chakra, and her
hand over my hand as we ring our white hand bell in commemoration of the bells of love that she
mentions several times in my favorite Pearl of Wisdom. We left the sanctuary, opened the garage
door, walked over to the gate, rang the hand bell, opened the gate, Linda starts to bark, and pulled
the trash barrels outside the gate, and walked over to greet George. Today, Linda stayed about
7/8's inside of her dog house the whole time, barking from there. She just didn't come out at all.
There was only one instance of interaction between George and Linda the whole time. George
was as friendly as ever, and happy to have his head petted and his paws held and shaken, i.e. like a
hand shake. And there were a few moments that Linda was actually silent during this session.
George brought the session to a close when he walked over into the shade against the wall of the
neighbor's garage, and laid down, and just sat there and looked up, indicating that he did not want
to play anymore. We said goodbye, pulled the trash barrels back inside the gate, which increased
Linda's barking, closed the gate, rang the hand bell, and close the garage door, and Linda stopped
barking. We are thinking about getting a blue rubber ball to see if George will play fetch with it,
and perhaps this might inspire Linda to join in. We'll see. [c-notes recorded in

| In
regards to the reference
made on 3-24-2001 to the discomfort I was feeling on my right side, I
have to admit that I have felt this before, and the first time it emerged, probably about a year ago
it really scared me. So much so that I looked into every nook and cranny of my life to see if there
was something that we were doing that was wrong, and we did not have to look very far. We had
developed a habit of guzzling down diet pepsi's during our computer work, and we were trapped
in the midst of that habit pattern even though we are clearly aware of the fact that the Masters
counsel their students not to indulge themselves in that particular vice. I immediately stopped, and
after a week or so the pain went away, and has not surfaced since. Well, until now. Feeling the
pain again, I look around to see what I am doing that is not good for my body, and again I find that
I have started up that same habit pattern, though not at such an intense level, feeling like it is a
good thing to do, that after I get home from my walk, that I sit down on the couch and drink down
this diet pepsi, something that has no nutritional value at all. Ok. No more diet pepsi, not even if
it
is only one a day. And it may not be so much a matter of the sinister chemical content of the
drink, but the fact that we develop a thirst for it, a desire for it, I mean we actually feel like we are
getting something of value out of it, and of course this is simply not compatible with your goal of
developing a desire body that desires only the victory of God's will. Desiring to drink a diet pepsi,
and especially indulging this illusion that you are doing something good for yourself by drinking it,
has nothing to do with desiring the victory of God's will. So, ok. No more diet pepsi. [c-notes

We did our Sunday evening grocery
shopping, i.e. climbed into
the car, pulled out of the driveway, returned by and by, got out of the car, and made all kinds of
noise bringing in the groceries, and Linda did not bark. Unheard of. What I mean to say here is
that what has been really aggravating about Linda's barking over the past couple of years, is that
she will always bark at us while we are coming and going on the most normal errands, and doing
the most normal chores. But there was no barking at us this evening. [expanded during

| The
grocery shopping
session went much better for us today that it did last Sunday. We went into
the store determined to keep our prayers going the whole time, and we largely succeeded,
"Beloved Jesus and St. Germain, please grant a tremendous gift of healing to everyone in this
store." We repeated that constantly, and we were give to feel the glowing updraft of the sacred
fire or peace and freedom during the entire session. The only challenge to our focus came when
we went to look for a blue rubber ball for Linda and George in the pet supply section, thinking that
this might be a way to make the dogs happy, and I found that all the plastic dog toys are made in
China, which meant that I could not buy one. I felt disappointed, because I had my mind set on
doing this, yet we have already previously determined to never by anything made in Communist

| I had a
very interesting
insight into former U.S. Secretary of State James Baker while listening to
part of a speech that he gave, which was broadcast on C-Span earlier this evening. Here is a man
who will never bend the knee before God's desire to bring in the Golden Age. He doesn't have
to. He's on top. He's ok. He doesn't need anything else. He's got it all. Status. Respect.
Power. Wealth. He's self assured only because the system has him eternally elevated above the
rest of the people. In other words, he is hermetically sealed in his sense of material well being. He
is as a god before the people. The whole matrix of the Path of Initiation which is designed to
empower everyone will spell the end to his position of status and wealth in terms of his own self
concept. In other words, if people in mass started to pull down the treasures of their causal bodies,
they would have more status and wealth (in the eyes of God) than he has, and that's a big
problem, because he has no intention of bending the knee before the altar of God. [expanded

| Isn't it
interesting how
Christian Theology has been framed to support this lifestyle? According to
that theology, God is generally unreachable and therefor irrelevant during this life. God only
becomes relevant in the after life, i.e. after death. That theology bars people, ideologically, from
stepping onto the Path of Initiation and becoming part of the movement that will bring in the great
golden age, which will spell the end to this culture of idolatry, where the elite can hermetically seal
themselves in a sense of well being according to their positions of status and wealth. It is clear
that Christian Theology sets forth a blueprint of a religion approved by the power elite, denying the
people the power in the here and now to change this world for the better. [expanded during

March 26,
2001 | The Chaplain, the Reverend Daniel P. Coughlin, offered the
following prayer:
Lord God, breathe forth upon us the same Spirit that moved Your
servant Isaias.
Overwhelmed by Your holiness in our midst we pray for the Members
of the 107th Congress and the diverse people of this Nation.
Give us humility and contrition that we may both repent for our sins as
individuals and as a Nation. At the same time may we do our very best to set things right.
Make us aware of our misdeeds that we may remove them from Your
sight. May our manipulation cease doing evil and causing sadness. Restore hope, for our
soul-searching impels us to do good. Make justice our aim both now and forever. Amen. | The Chaplain, Dr. Lloyd John Ogilvie, offered the following
prayer:
Loving Father, You have taught us that the opposite of love is not hatred
but indifference. Forgive us for indifference to the needs of the people around us. Here in the
Senate, where debate over issues is the order of the day, it is a temptation to think of those with
whom we disagree as adversaries, sometimes as political enemies. The very people who may need
our prayers sometimes are neglected in our intercessory prayers because of their position on our
cherished proposals. Often we become
so intent on defeating political enemies that we forget they are fellow Americans, sisters and
brothers in Your family, people You have placed on our agenda to affirm and encourage.
So may debate be to expose truth, creative compromise to maximize
solutions, and caring relationships to enable an ambience of mutual support. Help each Senator,
officer of the Senate, and Senate staff adopt the motto: ``I may not agree with you, but I really
care about you.'' Amen. |

| This is day #8
of our Linda Healing project. We implemented the same basic ritual
as yesterday. Prayers in the sanctuary, open garage door, walk to gate, ring hand bell, open gate,
pull out trash barrels, greet George, say Linda prayers, pat George on head. Today Linda was
immediately up on her hind legs with her paws against the face barking at me, and George
immediately playfully bit her on the leg to get her down, and herded her back into the dog house
where she stayed, barking at me from there. George was not very interested in playing today.
Perhaps maybe two to three minutes of play, and then he laid down against the side of the house,
and just looked up at me. Since George decided he didn't want to play, we brought the session to
an end. It really did not last long enough to give Linda an opportunity to get comfortable with my
presence. So far, every day has some new and different twist to it. [c-notes recorded in

The glow of the sacred fire
of peace and freedom appeared solidly within our awareness on the 6th repetition of our (12x)
Tubes of Light. This stands in the sharpest contrast to the barrier of darkness that we faced as we
entered the sanctuary. Barrier intensity of about a 7 on a scale of 1 to 10. In the midst of the
barrier there was absolutely no hint of divine reality. The force of it pushing upon the sensibilities
of my soul communicated in so many words the following, "What are you doing here? What do
you expect to find here? As you can clearly see there is nothing here for you. Go away." But of
course, when the sacred fire appears, the barrier is simply gone, along with those audaciously

| This is
day #92 of the
strength of many mountains, and #90 of the golden portal of the heart and the many divine cities
revealed therein, and #86 of the many many fires of celebration of the glory of God, and #51 of
the nourishment of God's glory spread abroad across the entire planetary body, and #42 of the
garden paradise of the heart, the place where divine friends meet, where the word "cherish"

| On
about the 14th repetition
of this divine revelation recollection affirmation, "It is eminently lawful for you to have complete
faith and trust that God will place solid ground before you as you march forward on this path,"
(repeated 15x), a most blessed and wonderful presence of the sacred fire of peace, freedom, and
of a quality that is beyond paradise, blossoms within the fabric of our awareness at the crown
chakra area. I use the word "blossom" to denote that fact that I could sense the unfolding of the
presence, experiencing the process of it coming forth from where there was nothing before, and
increase in a smooth and orderly manner, like unto the blossoming of a rose or any other flower. I
believe the word "glory" is appropriate to describe the quality of this presence, a quality that is
beyond paradise. There is a dimensional element to this, a structure, a depth, a

| In
addition to keeping
caught up with our footprint transcriptions today, we completed our macro for the insertion and
formatting of the U.S. House and U.S. Senate prayers. We tested it out on the Footprint file,
1/1/2001 - 1/12/2001, retrieved, formatted and inserted the prayers for the dates in that range, i.e.
for those dates that those houses were in session. Works good. I believe the next major task
before us is to start the process of going through all past editors_notepad files for 2000 and
converting these to the footprint format using our template processing macro, and to retrieve,
format, and insert the U.S. House and U.S. Senate prayers at that time, i.e. to accomplish both
tasks on a file by file basis. That way, when we work our way through all the files, we will be able

2001 | The Chaplain, the Reverend Daniel P. Coughlin, offered the
following prayer:
Lord God, how different history would be if long ago people had taken
Your holy word seriously: ``Make justice your aim.'' Each day would be filled with promise and
hope if all of us upon rising would make justice our aim. Without blaming anyone or without
seeking applause, each day would lead to changing the world, if justice alone were our aim.
Justice itself would give balance to our daily routine, breathe
contentment into our souls and set us free. Justice toward others would create a mutuality with
every other person that would be fair, take us beyond expectation and codependency until we
found trust and security.
Lord, if we as a people and as a Nation were to make justice our aim,
how would this change our priorities? Could we change that much? In every age You alone, Lord
God, take people beyond their wishful thinking and beyond themselves. You alone bring about
lasting and true justice.
So, Lord God, in us and through us make justice Your aim now and

| This is day #9
of our Linda Healing Project. Today we added dog biscuits to the
ritual. Also, we changed the Linda Healing Prayer slightly, "My Beloved God Presence, I Am
That I Am, please allow Linda to feel your precious friendship, your precious love, your precious
comfort, your precious peace, and your precious healing power. Please bestow upon Linda the
intelligence that will enable her to recognize the difference between friend and foe." Also, as we
made the effort to say this prayer over and over from the time we got out of bed, and finally
arrived at the west gate, I wanted to note that the experience we had yesterday at the altar, i.e. the
appearance of the presence of glory during our divine revelation recollection affirmations, was
clearly in my memory and was a great help in giving the reality of the God Presence an objective
tangibility. As usual we started the ritual in the sanctuary with prayers. Now, the dog biscuit
addition wrought a considerable new dimension to the whole situation. I chopped three dog
biscuits in half, for a total of six pieces. When George got up on his hind legs with his paws
against the fence, and after I patted his head, I stuck one of the dog biscuit pieces in his mouth. It
took him a while to figure out that he liked it. But immediately Linda sensed that there was
something afoot, so I just tossed her a piece of dog biscuit. Linda took to it immediately as she has
the memory of having these dog biscuits. After that, both dogs spent a lot of time just looking
around on the ground (concrete) for more dog biscuits. It took some effort to get George's
attention, to get him to stand back up, but once he did, and I patted his head, I gave him another
dog biscuit piece. And again I tossed another piece to Linda. At this point Linda is not barking.
She is totally interested in these dog biscuits. After George ate down his second piece he patrolled
around the pen looking for another piece, and again it took some time to get his attention, and to
get him to stand back up against the fence so I could pat his head. When he did so, I gave him a
third piece, and at the same time tossed another piece to Linda. At this point, there was no
barking. I was all out of dog biscuit pieces, so the session had to end. And I suppose three pieces
for each dog is enough for any one session. When I pulled the trash barrels back inside the gate,
Linda started to bark again. After closing the gate and ringing the hand bell, Linda settled down

wanted to note that during
our 30 minute walk last night we modified the affirmation of love that
we give along four of the eight legs of our walking route. We added the reference to God as
Mother as follows, "O God my beloved Father, my beloved Mother, I Am That I Am, I accept
your infinite love for me personally." We repeat this for a total of about 15 minutes all together.
The other 15 minutes is devoted to our Michael calls. The addition of God as Mother to this
affirmation adds a definite and tangible new dimension of reality to our experience as we give this
affirmation, specifically bringing to the forefront of our awareness the experiences associated with

I don't feel a lot of opposition going
into this decree service. Perhaps it isn't zero, but it
is less than a (1) on our opposition scale of 1 to 10. Two factors contribute to this. First, the
experience we recorded in our journal last night during our p.m. decree service, occurring during
our divine revelation recollection affirmations, has been at the forefront of our memory on and off
throughout the whole day. Sort of like a star of hope upon which we can rest our attention and
immediately feel the vibration of trust, and of course hope, concerning the possibility that the
perception could be increased during this service. Secondly, we had a really good and productive
office work session today in which we not only remained caught up on our footprint transcriptions,
but we also completed the congressional prayer indexing macro (it scans through a footprint file,
finds each occurrence of a congressional prayer, and creates an entry for that prayer in the subject
index, and all that happens with a click of a button.) and we implemented what I believe is the last
change to the footprint web page design/layout, which was to add a block of links to the bottom of
the page. If someone scans through the page and finds nothing of interest, those links will at least
provide a person with additional options. Really, I think I can say "finished" in regards to the
layout/design changes, which allows us to now move forward and to implement those changes

| After
attending her aerobics
workout in the swimming pool at the Spectrum gym, Esther went into the shower room to take her
shower. While she was seated on a fold down shower chair in the shower room, the chair
collapsed, sending her onto the floor with a thump. It turns out that the person who installed that
chair did not drive the screws into a supporting stud. Can you believe that? Anyway she came
away with a bruised lower back and rear end. After arriving home she was looking for the wrap-
around ice pack that we usually keep in the freezer. But it wasn't there. She asked me where it
was, and I told her to look in the freezer. She said she looked there, and it wasn't there. I went
and looked myself and she was right, it wasn't there. And I had no idea where it could be. That's
where we usually keep it. Well, I told her, ask the angels to help you find it. I don't know
whether she asked the angels, but she did not find it, and used a package of frozen green beans
instead. The next day, as I was making breakfast, Esther told me how well the package of green
beans had worked as an alternate ice-pack, though we probably wouldn't want to eat them now,
since they have been thawed and frozen and thawed again, and as an afterthought, that the angels
haven't found the ice pack yet. I told her to keep asking, that the ice pack has to be around here
somewhere. And immediately Esther said, "You don't suppose that it could have been left in one
of those carry around coolers that we keep out there in the garage?" I went out to the garage, and
looked into the first cooler, and that is exactly where the ice pack was. [expanded during

| The
reality of the personal
God Presence makes quite a bit of functional and practical sense in terms of interfacing with a God
whose measurements are infinite in all dimensions. Doesn't it make sense that God would design
an interface with each element of his creation that can funnel that infinity down into a speck of
contact that the soul can interface with and feel comfortable with? Just because God reduces
himself to a lovely and friendly speck for each soul, does not mean, as we have pointed out before,
that that speck is not attached to the infinitude of all that God is, and of course it is true, that all of
the dimensions and qualities of glory are refracted down, perhaps optically condensed, without
losing any of its compelling power, for the benefit of the evolving lifestream. The experience we
had yesterday evening illustrates that point perfectly. There was a forcefield of unspeakable glory
anchored in the very fabric of our awareness, a speck of infinite glory that spoke volumes about
the reality of the infinity of that glory, appearing within the mind of a neophyte, a consciousness
that is still quite small and limited, i.e. from a cosmic perspective, even microscopic. Yet God can
interface with, and reveal himself to the microscopic. That's what the God Presence is for, i.e.
giving the microscopic access to the infinite, and thereby providing the means for the

| I have
said this before, in
another venue perhaps, but it is worth repeating here, that no soul will ever rise out of its
microscopic relationship with God, not even in the ascended state. Of course, through the
personal God Presence, the soul has access to the infinite, but the question is, how much of that
infinity can the soul internalize, or ensoul, in terms of purpose, mission and mastery, at any
particular point in time? No matter how much an angel, an Ascended Master, or an Archangel, or
even an Elohim, can ensoul and master of the infinity of God, there will always exist beyond what
the soul has mastered, an infinity of God Reality yet to be mastered. This is true, because at any
given point in time, purpose, mission, and mastery, have got to be finite and measurable, and
ultimately testable. And therefore, when infinity is compared and contrasted to the finite, no
matter how grand and glorious a piece of God glory a soul's portion might represent, that portion
will always be, and this will be eternally so, microscopic when contrasted with the infinity that will
forever lay beyond. [expanded during

example, his attainment is microscopic when compared to the infinity of God Reality that he has

an enormously magical
place the cosmos is. What an enormously mind boggling and wondrous proposition is before us
concerning the fact that the all ness of all that is is ensouled by a God who is infinitely good.
Every once in a while we come up against that realization, that there is nothing but the goodness of
God, forever and forever, and we are as usual struck by the most profound amazement. And that
amazement is focused primarily on the fact that the soul, now and forever, will always have an
infinity of discovery and achievement lying before it. [expanded during

are mission neutralizers, and the net effect is that the children of God remain under the thumb of
the systems established by the fallen angels to enslave them. They have the masses of the world
indoctrinated to believe that their rightful place is under the thumb of the power

is so difficult to
believe, or what is so unreasonable about the idea that every soul can accomplish what Jesus
accomplished, and that they can do it in this lifetime? What is so unreasonable about the idea that
a golden age can be established during this century and that the age old miseries of mankind can be
finally erased from the face of the earth? What is so unreasonable about the idea that all of this
can be called forth from the heart of God by God's own children who have rediscovered the
science of the spoken word? What is so unreasonable about the idea that millions of angels can
leap into action for the saving and the elevation of humanity unto the fulfillment of these goals
when people gather together and practice the science of the spoken word as the ascended masters
have taught us? What is so unreasonable about all of this? What makes all of this unreasonable is
simply the fact that the fallen angels don't want it to happen. That is the beginning and the ending
of the whole story. They have put an enormous amount of effort into recruiting many out of the
very ranks of God's own children to help them suppress any and all ideas that concern the real
freedom of mankind, i.e. the freedom to be what God intends us to be, not in some future time,

But finally, on the 35th repetition, the glow of the sacred fire of peace and freedom
appeared within the fabric of our awareness. The power of peace is such an amazing thing. All
mechanisms of the mind are brought to rest within the embrace of a power that has the quality of
blessedness throughout, i.e. the power not only brings the mind to rest, but caresses the fabric of

flame calls in what feels like a cloud of paradise. Very tangible, variegated, garden like vistas
pressing upon our sensibilities on all fronts. The entire 15 minute violet flame session was spent in
this forcefield, during which we were able to focus on this fact: "There is nothing more precious
than the victory of God's will," and there arose a constant hope within us that our God Presence
would stay within reach so that if anything more blessed is revealed, that my God Presence will be
within easy reach when a huge hug will be called for. 3/27/2001

calls). The glow of the sacred fire appears so matter-of-factly, from nothing, expanding into a
strong presence, that it speaks of a vista of light opening up before us. After another computer
related interruption, we are back at the 20.12 matrix, and on the 4th repetition of (5x) 20.09
Dweller calls, the glow of sacred fire returns to the 3rd eye chakra area as strongly as before. This

| On the second
love affirmation leg of our first lap, we had a very interesting insight. We saw that it is a
fact that it is a divine blessing to have Linda barking as a trigger to bring forth that carnal
irritation so that we can take active steps to call forth the reality of our God Presence to counter it.
It is in fact more important to master the calling forth of the reality of your God Presence under
conditions that sorely tempt you to misqualify energy, in this case stamped with the vibration of
irritation, than at any other time. In other words, it is those times during which outer circumstance
can take control of the quality of your consciousness that it is most crucial to relearn how to regain
the God-Control via your God Presence that will allow you to maintain the highest quality of
