in the U.S. House

March 19,
2001 | The Chaplain, the Reverend Daniel P. Coughlin, offered the
following prayer:
You alone, Lord God, call us to worship. Through Your prophet Isaias,
You alone call even our prayer to judgment. You bring our vaulted ceilings to be a cracked roof
upon our heads. You say, ``What care I for the number of your sacrifices? Who asks these things
of you? I will not listen.''
Learn from the orphan's plea. Have you ever listened to the lament of
the child in search of a father? When rid of your heart's indifference, I will be different. Only then
will I again be attentive to your prayer.
You speak of the Nation. Yet ego blinds you to rejoice only in the
gathering of your own. Steeled in your righteous Sunday best, I do not see your heart moved
toward Me or toward those just outside the temple door or across the street.
O Lord, by Your Spirit, pierce us to the heart so the sacrifice born of
spirit and truth be revealed in us now and forever. Amen. | The

Gracious Lord, on Saturday we joyfully celebrated Saint Patrick's Day.
We remember the words with which St. Patrick began his days. We pray them today as our prayer,
``I arise today, through God's might to uphold me, God's wisdom to guide me, God's eye to look
before me, God's ear to hear me, God's hand to guard me, God's way to lie before me and God's
shield to protect me.'' In Your Holy Name. Amen. |

| In regards to the discussion on
3-18-2001, concerning these strong desires to take a break, when
we say, "We may feel those temptations, and feel them quite strongly, even powerfully, but from
the perspective of the sacred fire itself, we can say, without any doubt whatsoever, that there isn't
a single microgram of reality, or validity, to those temptations," what we are really saying is that
however powerfully you feel those temptations, that their presence and power are no indications
that they would lead you into an activity that is in your best interests. In fact, what we have proven
time and time again, being repeatedly assailed by these temptations, and repeatedly moving against
them, and proceeding forth with your service before the altar, and therein receiving the most
blessed treasures of the sacred fire, is that these temptations are representative of the forces of
darkness, whose only intent is to oppose your efforts to call forth the glory of God. Certainly they
are couched in what appears to be your best interests, i.e. "I am so tired, I need to take a break,
rest, recharge." But what an absurd idea. Recharged with what? Sitting on the couch in front of
the t.v. set draws off your light. It adds no light to you. The only place where you are actually
getting recharged is before the altar where you are getting recharged with Light, which has actual
Life in it, and the power to heal, the power to revitalize, all that you are. What an absurd joke on

| In regards to our discussion of that inner
experience relating to the barking dog problem that we
recorded on Sunday morning, March 18, 2001, I wanted to make note of an interesting addition to
our sense of divine reality. In the place where we said, "that if I do my part, my God Presence will
do his/her part," I remember that at first we typed the word "his", but that did not sound right, so
we typed the word "her" and that did not sound right, so we settled on "his/her". This is the first
time that we have ever had an inner awareness that our God Presence is not completely a "he" but
is also a "she". This is of course reflects that fact that God is both Father and Mother, but one can
confront that idea in the abstract and it has no real compelling force to it. Here, there is a
compelling force to it. Enough force to it that I am not able to write just "his" and I am not able to
write just "her". But to feel comfortable with the expression, I have to write "his/her". [c-notes

| In regards to the Linda barking episode
that we
recorded Sunday afternoon during our office work
on 3-18-2001, I just wanted to note that this represents a victory in the sense that irritation did not
have a chance to take hold, that taking this pro-active approach, the outcome was the reality of the
sacred fire for me. And as we said before, whether or not Linda's behavior patterns are changed,
it is really our behavior pattern that needs to be changed, i.e. no more irritation, instead allow your
God Presence's power of paradise to occupy your mind. [c-notes recorded in

I am happy to report the appearance of
the glow of the sacred fire of peace and freedom (intensity level 1) on the 6th repetition of our
(12x) Tubes of Light. The intensity of the sacred fire glow progressively increased to an intensity

| This is day #85 of the strength of many
mountains, and #83 of the golden portal of the heart and the many divine cities revealed therein,
and #79 of the many many fires of celebration of the glory of God, and #44 of the nourishment of
God's glory spread abroad across the entire planetary body, and #35 of the garden paradise of the
heart, the place where divine friends meet, where the word "cherish" describes every relationship,
and #14 of the personal closeness of my very own beloved God Presence, and #6 of my God
Presence as the presence of paradise. 3/19/2001

| Taking a break, and comforting the cat
who is
meowing at the back door, we entered into a mode of mind that repeated over and over, "we've
got to search out the reality of our God Presence." It seems like a very natural and reasonable
focus, looking back at it in hindsight, but I would say that it represents a substantial, though
incremental, congealing of our awareness into that geometry that takes great joy at contemplating

| We are contemplating the reality of our
God
Presence, searching, searching, as we listen to Linda barking, barking, barking, as Karla arrives
home, opens the garage door, and is making noises with what I don't know, but not excessive
noise, just the normal noise associated with bringing stuff in from the car and putting it away in the
garage refrigerator, and the clatter of empty cans going into the recyclable container. These are
the kind of noises though that freak Linda out. I am listening to this, and I registering the frantic
nature of her barking, and I am wondering if this can be turned around. Can this really be turned

| Part of me says that this barking is
absolutely
ridiculous. No one in their right mind would live with this situation for a week, or a month, let
along for 2 years. But we've been living with this for about 2 years as we have previously noted.

| But what is the solution? We talked to our
neighbors about the problem last summer. Linda belongs to Jorge, and he thinks that we are the
problem, not Linda. He will not do anything to rectify the situation. So the only human option
that remains is that which we stated previously: contact the county animal control people, go
through the judicial proceedings necessary to force Jorge to eliminate the problem, which would
mean putting Linda to sleep. That's not the only solution of course, it's just that given past
experience, when push comes to shove, Jorge will do what is easiest for him, and that is to take the
dog to the vet and have her put to sleep. End of story. Except that he would blame us for her
death. In fact, when they first moved into the house next door, which was about 6 years ago, they
had two different dogs. Those dogs never barked. I mean barking was not a problem. We would
feed them dog biscuits a few times a week, and they were generally friendly to us. But it came to
pass, that because of the small space these dogs are kept in, and because they were not taken out
and exercised on a regular basis, that they began to fight, and some of the fights got ferocious. It
was quite unnerving listening to that. On one or two occasions we notified our neighbors about
the fighting, not as a complaint, but as sort of an effort to rescue these dogs one from the other. In
other words, "Do something before they kill each other!". By and by, one dog disappeared.
Then they got Linda to replace him. But the other dog would attack Linda. So by and by that dog
disappeared leaving on Linda. Months later, when I ask what happened to the other dogs, Jorge
tells me that they were put to sleep at a cost of $600, and that we were to blame. So, its nearly a
99% probability, that if we push this through legal channels, Linda will simply be taken to the vet
and put to sleep. [expanded, probably

So this is really quite an interesting internal project, in terms of contemplating the possibility of
accessing the power of your God Presence, and trying to do that while swimming against the very
strong currents that want to pull you towards which seems most obvious from a human
perspective. i.e. "Set yourself free from this irritating problem, call the animal control people and

| And it is the more interesting to consider
this
amidst our desire to become fully absorbed into the desire for the victory of God's will. I would
have to say that regardless of what outer conditions may indicate, that the will of God in this
situation has to be for me to use this as an opportunity to learn how to access the power of my
own God Presence to solve the problem. This has to be done eventually, and if now is not the
right time, when will the right time ever come? 3/19/2001

| This morning we implemented the first
healing session for Linda (and for me). Obviously, something is broken in me if I have such a
great treasure in my own God Presence, but I am not able to access it for the solving of a problem.
What is broken in that respect must be fixed. We followed the previously stated blueprint. Linda
barked through the whole process, but she did one thing different. As I patted the head of the
other dog George, Linda got up on her hind legs, with her paws up against the fence, looking like
she wanted to get in on what George was getting, i.e. some kind attention. Normally she just
scurries back into her dog house whenever I show up, and she stays inside barking. At least she is
outside, which showed a condition of less fear. We of course repeated our Linda healing prayer:
"My Beloved God Presence, I Am That I Am,
please allow Linda to feel your precious friendship, your precious love, your precious comfort,
your precious peace, and your precious healing power. Grant unto her the gift of intelligence so
she can recognize the difference between friend and foe." 3/19/2001

| During this decree service, from our (45x)
Michaels onward, we have had within the fabric of our awareness a constant glow of sacred fire of
peace and freedom at an intensity level of 6 (on our scale of 1 to 12). But even at this level, is was
evenly suffused throughout our awareness, providing a constant backdrop of our calls, and all of
our contemplations, much of which centered on the subject of our God Presence. The intensity
level was boosted to a solid 7 during Astreas (1x), and boosted up to a solid 8 as we completed the
rest of our (3x) Series, (7.21 - Strip us of all Doubt and Fear (1x), Hail Mary (1x), 40.06 Purity
(1x), Hail Mary (1x), 10.13 - Astreas (1x), Hail Mary (1x), Cyclopeas (1x), Hail Mary (1x),
Illumination (1x), Hail Mary (1x), Great Divine Directors (1x), Hail Mary (1x), Hercules (1x),
Hail Mary (1x), 50.04 - I Seek Thees (1x), Hail Mary (1x), Healing (1x), Hail Mary (1x), I Am

Eternal God, we lift hearts full of gratitude to You on this day that You
have made, thanking You for the invitation to rejoice and be glad in it. We give thanks for the
women and men of this House of Representatives.
Make Your presence and Your purpose come alive in their deliberations
and debates today. By Your spirit, please empower their leadership and legislative process.
Through them extend Your blessing to every family and community represented here today, Your
grace to those without representation, Your equity to the poor, Your peace to the troubled, Your
light to those in despair.
Grant us all full access to the healing resources and reconciling justice
You have ordained for our Nation.

By the end of
our 15 minute Helios and Vesta calls, (20.21, The New Day, by Helios), the fabric of our
awareness is aglow with the sacred fire of peace and freedom at the intensity level of

| Over the course of our 15 minute Helios
and
Vesta calls, and 15 minute I Am Light calls, on occasion we exhibited quite a surprising level of
determination in thrusting ourself into the total focus upon the victory of God's will. We received
from each of these efforts the sensation of leaving behind and cleanly escaping the sticky groping
fingers of the morning grogginess which, when we're in its grasp it tends to pull the mind in many
directions at once, as if a gremlin has your mind in its grasp, using both hands to pull and twist it
out of shape as if it were a soft lump of clay, stretching it this way in one moment, and stretching it
in the opposite direction in the next. In other words, we had within the grasp of our awareness
four distinct quantities: 1) We had within the grasp of our awareness the qualities associated with
the morning grogginess. 2) We had within the grasp of our awareness the desire and the resulting
effort to thrust ourself into that mode of total focus on the victory of God's will. 3) We had within
the grasp of our awareness the sensation associated with leaving the one, and arriving in the other.
And 4) we had within the grasp of our awareness the sensation of satisfaction and fulfillment
associated with making the clean escape. While these determined thrusts were not long lasting, the
fact that we did achieve momentary success in the thrusting of our attention into that mode of total
focus on the victory of God's will, presented us with a glimpse into the future, presenting us with
the assurance that what we can achieve in one moment, we can learn to achieve for two moments,
three moments, four moments, etc., until such time as we can stay there continuously. And
moreover, what can be achieved at the altar in the course of our service here, can be achieved
away from the altar, building upon the strength we develop in this regard while at the altar. At this
point, total immersion in the desire for the victory of God's will on a constant basis looks to be
achievable. The increasing sense of satisfaction and fulfillment we get from making the effort and
achieving these momentary successes, is what will make expansion in this regard possible. That is
the driving force behind our effort to expand, or increase the amount of time we spend in the
mode of total focus. It is a divine satisfaction, a divine fulfillment. [expand during transcription].

the
fact that God deserves our constant and uninterrupted respect? Why would you ever want to leave

| The appearance of the reality of the God
Presence before the consciousness of man is like the appearance of light in that pitch black room
which man calls his mind. Before the advent of this light, it is accurate to say that man has not
known anything like it, for there is nothing in the pitch black darkness that resembles light, no, not
a single thing. The light is completely unlike anything man has ever experienced in this world of
pitch black darkness. But, is this light shown to man in a brilliant and blinding conflagration of
radiance? Absolutely not. The light appears in the pitch black darkness in a manner designed to
bring the greatest comfort, hope, and delight to the soul. And when you live in pitch black
darkness, even a very faint light clearly stands out, and can be clearly differentiated from the pitch
black darkness that surrounds it. Now, in this brief allegorical look into the mind of man, the pitch
black darkness equates to everything within the carnal, material, astral universe of man's thoughts
and feelings, no matter how this item or that item appears to glitter. The glitter is only another
aspect of the pitch black darkness. And it is said that the light shown in the darkness and they
comprehended it not (John 1:5). Well, now is the time for comprehension on a mass

| We are feeling a very strong desire to pick
up
on our compilation of the prayers spoken by the chaplains at the opening of each session of the
U.S. Senate, and the U.S. House of Representatives. Perhaps we can weave it into our footprints
series, perhaps placing it in a single cell stretched across the two columns, with a light yellow
background. But of course this will add to the time it takes to keep current with the footprint

| During the last 15 minutes of our 30
minute
violet flame session, we had constant, uniform glow of the sacred fire of peace and freedom in the
3rd eye chakra area, and generally suffused throughout the fabric of our awareness. On our
intensity scale from 1 to 12, it is a 7. We had good success focusing on the victory of God's will
throughout this segment. 3/20/2001 Tue. | |
| As we are doing our
transcriptions, we are registering quite a bit of excitement in regards to the prospect of resurrecting
our U.S. Senate, and U.S. House, prayer compilation work. There was a time we put a lot of
effort into that in the context of our work on the school prayer issue, primarily as a vehicle to
communicate the idea that if our elected representatives can engage in a public prayer, there is no
reason under the sun that our school children can't do the same thing. And during the compilation
process, we found these prayers to be spoken from a very useful perspective, i.e. of unifying all

| Please help me to develop the capacity to
extend the most profound respect to our Father/Mother God at all times and under all
circumstances. This is a new addition to our preamble prayers, and as I say it, we get the feedback
that tells us that God has a very distinct character as Father, and God has a very distinct character
as Mother. And this is very comforting, and wonderful, especially in respect to the feedback that
reveals or confirms the identity of God as Mother. 3/20/2001

| I think that it is fair to say that for over two
decades whenever we confronted that concept, i.e. God as Father and Mother, we received only
the feedback of a blank wall. Now it appears that for the moment a veil has been lifted, and what
we perceive is, as I said, both comforting and wonderful. The precious beauty of the Mother
shines in the distance. And this radiant shining I believe is love, a love that would draw us very
close, a love that would enfold us in its arms, and comfort us. 3/20/2001 Tue. |

| This was day #2 of our Linda Healing
Project.
At the beginning of the ritual we couldn't pull the trash barrels out because they were already out
at curbside because its trash collection day. We pulled them our very late last night. But the rest
of ritual was implemented per plan. Just like yesterday Linda barked the whole time, but she spent
more time standing on her hind legs with her front paws on the fence, perhaps with the desire to
mimic George (the male dog). 3/20/2001 Tue. |
| During the violet flame preamble, a very
blessed flush of sacred fire glow appears in our 3rd eye area generally, on the scale of sacred fire
intensity, a 7. This is the first really solid manifestation at that level of intensity so far in this
decree service. As usual, it is a great relief to have this presence reside within the fabric of our

| Over the weekend we completed perhaps
90%
of the work related to updating and cleaning out our email lists, and today, after catching up with
our footprint transcriptions, we were able to make substantial headway towards finalizing the new
layout for the footprint web pages. We are very close to arriving at that point where we can
implement those layout changes across all the footprint files for the year 2000, and 2001. I believe
we will write a macro to automate that process as much a possible. We can create one template
that represents all of the changes made, and under macro control paste in the existing footprint
text, and sweep through the resulting file making all the necessary date and filename related
changes, and changing the background colors of the pre-existing text cells to

| One more work session with the email
database, one more work session to complete the design and layout tasks, one more work session
to create the footprint web page template and file modification macro, one more work session to
actual run the file modification macro on year 2000 and 2001 footprint files, one or two more
work sessions to do read-through and revision work on the "Good News" web page, one more
work session to do read-through and revision work on the footprint background information file,
one more work session to update the Journal Table of Contents page, one more work session to
explore how to integrate congressional prayers into our footprint files, one or two or three more
work sessions to find, download, and integrate those congressional prayers into the footprint files
for at least the year 2001, one more work session to upload all files to the web server, and to test
to make sure each file will load properly and that all the links work, one more work session to draft
our email message notifying people about the availability of our new footprint web pages, and one
more work session to send off the email notification. All this while making sure that we devote
time each day as the top office work priority to keep up to date on our footprint transcription

| Hooray! Again! During the 2nd repetition
of
(3x expanded to 5x) Tubes of Light during the .30 Solar Ring calls, again, part of the 20.12
matrix, a most wonderful and beautiful presence of clarity, peace, and paradise emerges within the
fabric of our awareness. It is one of those hush producing presences, where the sound level of the
voice is compelled to drop, and the call slows down, and we proceed forward very slowly,
savoring, and relishing, and trying to soak in as much of this blessed wonder as possible.

March 21,
2001 | Rabbi Hillel Cohn, Congregation Emanu El, San Bernardino,
California, offered the following prayer:
Thousands of years ago, in setting down the fundamental requirements
for any community, the Torah charged:
``Tsedek, tsedek tirdof'':
``Justice, justice shall you pursue.''
Appreciating the importance of justice, the Founders of this Nation
envisioned an America that would guarantee ``liberty and justice for all.''
O God, strengthen the resolve of those who serve here to make the
decisions as well as the processes leading to those decisions genuinely just. Let America pursue
justice in our enforcement of laws, in our forms of punishment, in our methods of choosing our
leaders, in our allocation of precious resources, in our expectations of other nations, and in our
daily relations with one another.
Praised be the Eternal God, the Sovereign, who loves justice and expects
us to pursue justice, uncompromising and true justice. Amen. | The

| A very strong glow of the sacred fire of
peace
and freedom appeared within the fabric of our awareness, focused primarily in the crown chakra
area, and suffused throughout our awareness from there, on the 4th repetition of our (12x) Tubes
of Light. We spent repetitions 5-12 immersed in a very powerful and wonderful forcefield. On
the 10th - 12th repetitions, that burden of weight upon the spine just below the heart appeared and
stayed with us, though this does not diminish our awareness of the glow of the sacred

| I wanted to note that over the past couple
of
days, when we are away from the altar, when we can find the opportunity, we will give Hilarion's
"More Violet Fire" call ("Lovely God Presence I am in me, hear me now I do decree, bring to pass
each blessing for which I call upon the holy Christ Self of each and all, Let violet fire of freedom
roll, 'round the earth to make all whole ...", etc.), for example, during dish washing, getting
dressed, going to the bathroom, sitting in front of the computer while I am waiting for the
computer to complete a particular operation, during television commercials, i.e. just about any
point of time when our mind is not engaged in some other activity, and there appears within the
fabric of our awareness a soft glow of the sacred fire of peace and freedom. This has become a
fairly consistent manifestation, and I note it for the purpose of comparing it to the time not so long
ago when the only times we were experiencing the reality of the sacred fire glow was during our
services in the sanctuary, and perhaps on some occasions while doing our footprint transcription

| We have changed the front end of our
desire
body prayer in to include God as Mother, as follows, "O God my Beloved Father, my Beloved
Mother, I Am That I Am, please grant unto me a desire body that desires only the victory of your
will, the victory of your infinite goodness, and the victory of the nourishment of your glory spread
abroad across the entire planetary body, and that passionately" (15x), and I want to note a very
interesting dimension of wholeness comes alive as we say that, for it speaks of the interaction
between God the Father, and God the Mother, and there is a very wonderful new level of

| Before proceeding with our sword work, I
wanted to make note of the fact that throughout our divine revelation recollection affirmations, that
we have been seated amidst a most blessed and tangible forcefield of peace, freedom, and of

| And this is also a matter of setting Linda
free
to be who she really is, a very nice and playful and happy dog, which we actually saw a couple of
times over the course of our previous efforts to make friends with her. At the time that our
neighbors brought Linda home, summer of 1998 I believe, our schedule included an exercise
session out in the back yard in the afternoon. Linda would bark and bark and bark at me during
this session. To mitigate this, we bought a box full of dog biscuits at the store, and incorporated
these dog biscuits into our exercise session. In other words, we would do a set of exercises, and
stop and shake the bag of dog biscuits at Linda, and she would dive back into her dog house, and I
would walk over and put a few chunks of dog biscuit through the chain link fence, and walk back
to where I was doing my exercises and continue with those exercises while Linda found the dog
biscuit chunks and gobbled them down, and was happy for a while. I would do another set of
exercises, and then repeat the dog biscuit ritual. During a given exercise period Linda I would feed
Linda her dog biscuit chunks at least three times. Over the course of a few months it came to pass
that Linda would not bark at me at all when I went out into the back yard to do my exercises. Of
course every exercise session included the ritual of feeding dog biscuits to Linda. And there were
a few occasions, when I was engaged in my exercise routine that Linda would actually get playful,
perhaps with a ball, or a dried leaf, or some flying bug. When she was not concerned about me,
she would be able to be herself. Although the appearance of that aspect of Linda's personality
appeared infrequently, the fact that it appeared at all was enough to show me that it was there,
providing me with sort of an immaculate concept in this regard, allowing me to feel confident
today that there is a happy and playful dog inside of Linda somewhere. [expanded during

stopped at

not work out. It will have to be a dividing line down the center of the two columns, with a

the color of the line which we didn't have time to do at this point. That will have to wait.

understand that yes, it is possible to keep the blessed reality of your God Presence before your

| After our (45x) Michaels a very different
kind
of opposition came upon us, suppressing our will power, i.e. in terms of actively engaging in an
effort to focus on the victory of God's will. "Passivity Plus" I suppose you could call it, and in the
midst of it we were waiting for the decree service to end. No sense of divine freedom within it.
No peace. No delight. Sort of a large block of blah. This stayed upon us through our 15 minute
violet flame session, and over the course of the entire 20.12, I Ratify the Judgment of Helios, call
matrix, (includes 20.07 Judgment calls (5x), 20.09 Dweller calls (5x), .30 Solar Ring calls). This
block of blah only finally broke during our (3x) Series, which we had to reduce to (1x) repetitions

Aries sun cycle. It has such a peculiar tinge to it. We note that the planet Mars rules Aries. And
we note that passivity and the blahs generally is certainly a perversion of the Mars energy. Mars
energy properly qualified has the soul keenly desiring to out picture a well defined and clearly
perceived project (big or small) of a constructive, positive, and divine nature. The blah energy is
exactly the opposite of that. So it is at least plausible to conclude that this energy is associated with

| Before I got up this morning, I was feeling
kind
of warm, and I looked up and saw that the heater vent was open. Before going to bed I always
open up the window, and make sure to close the heater vent. I like it as cold as possible in the
room, so I can feel cozy warm under the blankets. The worst thing that can happen is to leave the
heater vent open which heats up the room which makes me sweat under the blankets. Still half
asleep I wondered to myself, "How in the world did that get opened?" Immediately a picture came
into my mind of me opening the heater vent during the exercise session the previous day. Oh. I
note this seemingly mundane experience because when I try to remember things, especially at this
time in the morning when we are not even conscious, it is not my experience to have a picture
appear in my mind in response to such a query. Because of the clarity and immediacy of the
image, and given the fact that my conscious mind was not really in state of operational coherence
at that point, I think that this is an example of how the effort to build a relationship with your God
Presence can pay off in a very practical and down to earth manner. [expanded during

that same modification on the front end of the prayer that we made yesterday to our Desire Body
Prayer, i.e. changing the reference to God the Father, to include both God the Father, and God the
Mother, and as I repeat it over and over here, to see how it sounds, we can see that the change is a
very useful one, as it returns our awareness to that region of which we spoke yesterday, i.e. that
regions of awareness that reported the dazzling love that exists between the Father and the Mother,
that reports the endless and infinite respect that exists between them, and the fact that their
attention is directed towards us with the greatest love, and concern, and

| This was day #4 of our Linda
Healing Project. We started to say our prayer, "My Beloved God Presence, I Am That I Am,
please allow Linda to feel your precious friendship, your precious love, your precious comfort,
your precious peace, and your precious healing power. Grant unto her the gift of intelligence so
she can recognize the difference between friend and foe," from the moment we got out of bed.
We got dressed, went outside through the garage, opening the main garage door, which set Linda
to barking, and walked over to the west gate. We rang the white milk glass hand bell, opened the
gate and pulled the trash barrel and recyclable barrel out. We then walked over to the fence, and
started to say hello to George, patting him on the head and trying to keep our prayer going as
constantly as possible. Linda was up on her hind legs with her paws against the fence almost
immediately barking right into my face practically, while I was petting George. George would get
down and playfully bite Linda on one of her hind legs and herd her back into the dog house, and
he would come back for more. We have seen this behavior, in regards to George before. He
seems to sense that the barking is offensive and he will get nose to nose with Linda in a friendly
way and herd her back into the dog house. I am starting to appreciate George who seems to have
quite a bit of intelligence. In regards to Linda, she exhibited quite a bit more of the quality of
fearlessness, standing right up there barking in my face for a longer period of time. I am not sure

| When we went into the sanctuary for our
morning decree work, Esther was out in the back yard,
and Linda started barking and barking and barking at her, and of course this is all very audible to
me since the sanctuary is on the west side of the house right next to that part of the neighbor's
property where the dogs are kept. Again we were tempted into doubting that our efforts could
ever change Linda's behavior so much that she would stop barking at other people too. There is
no doubt in my mind that we will eventually succeed in getting her to stop barking at me
personally. But in regards to other people, well that is another matter. And this gives us the
opportunity to affirm within our mind the idea that there are sufficient resources of love, wisdom,
and power within my beloved God Presence to accomplish anything. Don't limit what your God
Presence can accomplish through a willing heart and mind. I mention this here to reaffirm the
fact that this whole scenario is providing us with invaluable opportunities to affirm these truths,
and to eventually out picture them. Each time Linda barks at anything, we get to go through that
process of setting aside doubts, and affirming the value of, and the possibilities inherent in, my
own beloved God Presence. This internal process would not be occurring if it were not for

Presence, I Am That I Am, please allow Linda to feel your precious friendship, your precious love,
your precious comfort, your precious peace, and your precious healing power. Grant unto her the
gift of intelligence so she can recognize the difference between friend and foe," and anchor ourself

Karla decides to throw something away in the trash barrels. Linda simply freaks out. And we find
ourself again within that mode of mind hemmed in by the vibration of irritation that sees solution
#1 as the most obvious and necessary step, i.e. we want to do something now to eliminate

| "It is eminently lawful for you to have
complete faith and trust that God will place solid ground before you as you march forward on this
path," (15x). During the repetition of this divine revelation recollection affirmation (DRRA), there
appears a divine power within the fabric of our mind that is absolutely wonderful, as it sets my
mind free from the chaos that hs been bombarding it ever since that second barking episode. The
second Linda barking episode set my mind into a mode that was just grasping outwards for
solutions, for peace, groping for a way to instill a sense of control over outer affairs, and this mode
of mind was clashing all along with our efforts to proceed forward with our DRRA affirmations.
Another part of my mind was revolving a computer programming problem around and around
trying to figure out a solution. I couldn't let go of it. I couldn't get out of it. It was like trying to
walk in a particular direction while the ground under my feet was shifting to the right, and then to
the left, and most often backwards. But the appearance of this divine power was like the placing
of a mile thick slab of shining white marble under my feet. Absolutely solid. Absolute stationary.
It allowed me to move forward without any resistance. 3/22/2001

this reocurring blah energy, and become encased in the singular world of the victory of God's will.
It is so blessed to be there. It is so blessed just to contemplate being there, where there is nothing
else but the dynamic effort to bring forth the victory of God's will. It's like being in a large house
that is situated in the middle of a landscape that represents paradise. The house has a bay window
with a cushioned window seat. You can crawl into that window seat and have your attention is
totally absorbed into the landscape beyond. The contents of the house are left behind, they are no

Healing Project. We were getting concerned about the fact that
Linda was getting so close to us, i.e. standing up on her hind legs, paws against the fence, and
barking practically in my face, that there was a possibility that in this agitated state that she might
try to bite me, that we decided that we needed to take an additional step to guard against that. So
before we began the ritual this morning, we went into the sanctuary, knelt down before the altar
and asked the masters to hold the balance of God-Harmony for this project. We left the sanctuary,
and proceeded with the regular sequence of actions, i.e. opening the garage door, ringing the hand
bell before opening the gate, opened the gate, pulling the trash barrels out, and then going over to
greet George, who is as friendly as ever, and happy to see me, and of course we are trying to say
our prayer, "My Beloved God Presence, I Am That I Am, please allow Linda to feel your precious
friendship, your precious love, your precious comfort, your precious peace, and your precious
healing power. Grant unto her the gift of intelligence so she can recognize the difference between
friend and foe," as we are patting George on the head. Today, Linda did not stand up on her hind
legs with her paws against the fence at all. She stayed half way in, and half way out of her dog
house, and stood there and barked, and I think we noticed that she was a bit less agitated
somehow. It sounded like she really didn't have her heart into barking. That was an
improvement, at least removing the concern that she was getting too close and that she might bite.
That certainly was not the case today. So, we will include that stop off in the sanctuary as a

mountains, and #87 of the golden portal of the heart and the many divine cities revealed therein,
and #83 of the many many fires of celebration of the glory of God, and #48 of the nourishment of
God's glory spread abroad across the entire planetary body, and #39 of the garden paradise of the
heart, the place where divine friends meet, where the word "cherish" describes every relationship,
and #18 of the personal closeness of my very own beloved God Presence, and #10 of my God

| As we entered into our main preamble
affirmations (divine revelation recollection affirmations), a very heavy blanket of opposition settled
upon us, which wanted to put us to sleep. It's like someone dumped about a 1000 gallons of astral
molasses into our aura. It was so thick, and stifling, I felt like I was suffocating at times.
Struggling through these affirmations, which is normally never a struggle, and arriving at the sword
work section, we found to our surprise the emergence of the sacred fire within the fabric of our
awareness at that point where we were wielding that radiant blue lightening sword of Archangel
Michael to cut loose the Prophet children (Erin, Sean, Morya, and Tatiana) from the hordes of
darkness that have tempted them away from the church, the teachings, and the path of the
ascension. A very powerful region of absolute divine freedom appeared to us at some distance.
Before that we were teetering on the verge of leaving the sanctuary, because this was really
difficult going. Now, we are 99% free of that, and we can proceed forward within the forcefield
of delight that is always a part of the appearance of the sacred fire. [expanded during

A new dimension of the sacred fire of peace and freedom appears within our awareness during the
next set of (15) Hail Marys. And we are studying this sacred fire glow, looking into this sacred fire
glow, and we can say that this is infinitely better than watching T.V. There's no doubt about

| Looking back, we can see that we have
actually transcended two barriers. The first was a very weighty desire to take a break from our
decree work that settled upon us an hour or so before our arriving at the sanctuary. While the
desire was heavy, and causing the discomfort associate with splitting our being in two, we had to
clear a recollection of the appearance of the sacred fire from the day before, and of course what
was on our mind was our prayer that we learn to appreciate the value of the sacred fire more fully.
With that on our mind it was simply impossible to follow the lead of that part of us that wanted to
take a break. The second was that dump truck load of astral molasses (which had us thinking that
the desire to take a break was not a bad idea after all) referred to above. We are now within the
glow of the sacred fire, about a 6 on the intensity scale, and what it does the best is to expose those
two obstacles, while thoroughly convincing within their own context, as absolute frauds. [expanded

| During the whole of our (45x) Michaels,
the
glow of the sacred fire remained within the fabric of our awareness. We spent most of that time
marveling at how there is nothing within us that desires to take a break, comparing and contrasting
this condition of freedom to that lethargy driven desire that confronted us as the start of this decree
service to skip this decree service entirely. It never ceases to fascinate me, i.e. when I have both
quantities within the grasp of my awareness, how the sacred fire can so completely eradicate a
condition that appeared so powerfully, and so convincingly, within our awareness just a short time

| A very strong forcefield of opposition
came
upon us during our 15 minute violet flame session. A mixture of fear and anxiety and the feeling
of physical sickness settled heavily upon us. I think this was triggered by the simultaneous
appearance of three anxiety points, neighbor noise, a physical pain in my right side just below the
bottom edge of the rib cage, and my stomach feeling hugely bloated and fat. All of these surfaced
at once, which I think allowed a huge portion of the astral plane counterparts to flood in. Now our
consciousness has been completely pulled away from the former condition of freedom. From this
stuff I would definitely feel like running away. If that's all you had to look forward to during a
decree service, one could find no fault with you for taking that break that we dreamed about at the
beginning of this service. But, it has largely passed. The weight of it was largely wiped away with
the return of the glow of the sacred fire of peace and freedom within the fabric of our awareness
in the very last minute of the 15 minute violet flame session. 3/23/2001 Fri. | |
| That same forcefield of opposition began
to
encroach again as we transited between the violet flame and the 20.12 decree matrices. Quite
heavy as we entered into the 20.12, I Ratify the Judgment of Helios, call matrix, (includes 20.07
Judgment calls (5x), 20.09 Dweller calls (5x), .30 Solar Ring calls), clearing about 50% during the
20.07 Judgment calls, and cleared 100% during the 20.09 Dweller calls, where I started to feel
normal again. But that forcefield of opposition began to encroach again during the .30 Solar Ring
calls. Whatever it is, we can say that it is tenacious. At this point, this decree service gets an
overall rating of difficult. 3/23/2001 Fri. |

first reading of the dictation by the God and Goddess Meru, Vol. 28, No. 8. We will begin the

| During our (3x) Series we encountered a
couple of bright spots, Astreas (3x) for example, where the glow of the sacred fire came to the
forefront, but overall, a very subdued and oppressed state of being as we finish this service. Yes,
that has certainly been one of the more difficult decree services. 3/23/2001 Fri. |
