2001 | Daily Prayers in the U.S. Senate
March 15, 2001 | The
Reverend Dr. Richard P. Camp, Jr., Executive Director of A Christian Ministry in the National
Parks and formerly Chaplain, United States Military Academy, offered the following prayer:
Let us give thanks to the Lord, for He is good, for His mercy endures
forever.
We pause a moment, Heavenly Father, before the business of this day,
to acknowledge You. Your love surrounds us, Your mercy upholds us, Your goodness blesses us.
Graciously give to the Members and all who serve in this House the
wisdom and courage to lead us in the way of righteousness and peace. May the ripple effect of
their decisions bring hope to all people for generations to come.
In Your strong name we pray. Amen. | The
PRESIDING OFFICER. Today's prayer will be offered by our guest Chaplain, Rev. Alan
Mitchell, Sligo Presbyterian Church, Republic of Ireland.
The guest Chaplain, Rev. Alan Mitchell, offered the following prayer:
O God, our Father, we acknowledge that the destiny of the nations and
peoples of this world is in Your control.
We pray for all Senators and leaders elected to represent the interests
and further the welfare of their constituents; especially we pray for the President, Mr. George W.
Bush. May the leadership he gives this Nation and the nations of the Western World, be in accord
with Your will and purpose.
We thank You for the commitment of the United States to peacemaking.
Continue to inspire this administration as it seeks to create prosperity, equality, justice, freedom,
and peace for people in this country and wherever the influence of this great Nation impacts on
every continent.
On this weekend when we celebrate St. Patrick's mission in Ireland, may
the message he proclaimed be proclaimed now with even greater fervor and passion, lighting fires
of forgiveness and reconciliation, giving joy to Irish people within their own country and around
the world.
Father, as we commence the business of this day, may Your Spirit,
through our deliberations, accomplish Your purposes for this Nation as it fulfills its obligations to
its own citizens and to people around the world who look to the United States for inspiration and
example.
We offer these prayers through Jesus Christ.

 "It's very
very important to work constantly and conscientiously
for the victory of God's will." We repeated this over and over from the moment we rose from bed
to the point we arrived in the sanctuary. As usual, the general underbrush of grogginess wants to
wants to pull our thoughts in the opposite direction. This statement is a bold challenge to that

| The glow of the sacred fire of peace and
freedom appears within the fabric of our awareness
during our (3x) Tubes of Light, and this standing in sharp contrast to the general condition of
droopy grogginess that is extent throughout the lower regions of
consciousness. 3/15/2001 Thu. |
| There was no appearance of the sacred fire
during our 15 minutes of Helios and Vesta calls. But
2 minutes into our 15 minute I Am Light calls, the glow of sacred fire appears within the
fabric of our awareness, clearly counter balancing the downward pull of the morning grogginess.
Clearly our attention is now flowing upwards, caught up within the updraft of the sacred fire. 60-
70% of our awareness is now flowing upwards, leaving 30-40% of our awareness still flowing

| The percentage or ratio of upward flow to
downward flow shifted over the course of the
remaining 13 minutes of our I Am Light calls. We moved incrementally into a condition in which
80% of our awareness was flowing upwards into the glow of the sacred fire, and 20% of our
awareness was still being pulled downward into that droopy puddle of grogginess. We stayed at
that ratio for a considerable length of time, long enough for us to be fairly certain about the ratios.
During the last minute or so, we moved into a condition in which 90-95% of our attention was
flowing upwards into what became a very bright glow in the 3rd eye chakra area, and only 5-10%
of our attention was being pulled downwards. Here we are approaching that condition of total
freedom, but not quite. 3/15/2001 Thu. |
| During the first 15 minutes of our 30
minute
violet flame session, we were able to focus
consistently on the victory of God's will, and the desire for the victory of God's will, and resided
often within the contemplation of the prospect of realizing the personal closeness of my beloved
God Presence, the friendship of my beloved God Presence, and the prospect of becoming totally
immersed in the paradise of my beloved God Presence. The glow of sacred fire within the fabric
of our awareness remained consistent, and of a moderate strength. 3/15/2001 Thu. | |
| In retrospect we could see clearly, i.e.
looking
back along the path we have walked over the last
couple of decades, viewing all the blessed revelations we have received all along the way, how all
questions are put to rest concerning why it has taken so long for us to reach the point where we
could feel good about the whole process and effort of pouring all of our awareness into the desire
for the victory of God's will. It simply took time to transmute the habit patterns of thought and
feeling that carried our attention into the horizontal world. Those habit patterns of thought and
feeling were built up over many lifetimes, and it is reasonable to expect that some amount of time
and effort would be required to dissolve them (using the violet flame). Horizontal momentums of
thought and feeling carry with them a set of priorities. The soul identifies with those priorities, and
therefore the soul's attention is easily drawn into them. That false sense of priority needs to be
transmuted too. We look back and see some grand revelations, and there arises the question
concerning the reason that those grand revelations did not completely turn your thought and
feelings around right there on the spot, i.e. forever. I would observe, that those revelations were
given at a time when our horizontal momentums were still quite strong, and therefore, they did not
result in bringing about instant success in terms of drawing all of our attention into the
vertical mode of awareness. Certainly at the time of each major revelation, our attention was
drawn into the vertical mode, but as the days passed into weeks, we were again confronted with
the day by day task of confronting and transmuting horizontal attention

| The last 15 minutes of our 30 minute
violet
flame session was spent within a constant glow of the
sacred fire of peace and freedom of a moderate strength. The intensity of our efforts to focus on
the victory of God's will was quite a bit less than it was during the first 15

A very blessed forcefield of the sacred fire
of
peace and paradise emerges within the fabric of our
awareness during our 33.00 Ruby Ray Judgment calls (about 8 minutes). 3/15/2001 Thu. |
| You revere Jesus Christ, not
because he can give you a free ride into heaven, not
because he can give you a free ride into an eternal life in paradise, but because he proven that a
man can overcome the consciousness of death and hell, and that what one man can do, all men
can do. Revere Jesus Christ for providing you with an example that can inspire you to walk the

I have to
wonder though what right the neighbors have to keep a
dog which causes a cloud of irritation to engulf the mind of each person who drives up in our
driveway. I am thinking about Karla who just came home from work. And the dog is barking
away, with a very frenzied vibration. After 20 years on the path I am just now coming to the
realization of the reality of my own God Presence as a real power that is close and accessible. For
me, it makes sense to see if this new realization of closeness and power can be applied to this
situation. But is is completely unrealistic to expect other people to be able to draw on the power of
their God Presence, not being on the path at all. But I realize that I am in that mode of irritation
and looking very lustily at the first solution, and the reasoning seems to be hermetically sealed, and
the reality of God does not factor into the equation at all at this point. 3/15/2001 Thu. |
| This is a real here and now issue, in as
much
as the dog is barking right on the other side of the
wall of the house where this sanctuary is located. 3/15/2001

|
The glow of sacred fire of peace and
freedom
appears within the fabric of our awareness on the
6th repetition of (12x) Tubes of Light, and remains at that level, which is solid but of moderate
strength through the remaining repetitions. Though juxtaposed to this sacred fire glow is the
presence of a searing anxiety vibration that is not yet consumed. Actually I think this is more like
unto a resentment, revenge and retaliation vibration, in response to the irritation engendered by
Linda's barking. The desire to react emerges out of this irritation, and this desire has a vibration of
retaliation, pushing and prodding you into some kind of precipitous action. It is definitely anti-
peace, and it strongly holds solution #1 at the center of our attention, i.e. call the county animal
control people now, and just get this problem behind us. 3/15/2001

| I want to say that as we brace ourself
against
this vibration of anti-peace, at least we find our mind
trying to probe the possibilities associated with the solution #2, i.e. the God Presence solution,
though this seems rather far away and intangible. 3/15/2001

| But as we pick up Gautama Buddha's
dictation
(Vol. 28, No. 6) to read our one page at this
juncture in our service, I remembered something that I have said often when somebody (primarily
family members) has triggered a reaction of irritation in me. I always apologize, and tell them that
"Irritation is never justified". And that applies here. Again we see Linda as a trigger for a weak
point in our character, and if it were not for her we would not know it was there. Even if in the
end we don't succeed in altering Linda's behavior, we can at least altar our own behavior, and find
the power in God to insulate us from any temptation to allow ourself to exhibit the vibration of
irritation under any circumstance. Therefore, you can see Linda as Lord Maitreya in disguise, and
it is a very good disguise. 3/15/2001 Thu. |
| This is a good example of why it is
important
to have the Masters close by. The ability to see that
point clearly in the midst of this vibration of anti-peace was an example of direct intercession, and
it was accompanied by a pushing back of that vibration of anti-peace, for moment

Ok, after reading our pearl page, and doing
our
(3x) prayers to Beloved Sanat Kumara and Lady
Master Venus: "Beloved Sanat Kumara and Lady Master Venus, please help me to become more
devoted to the victory of God's will, the victory of God's infinite goodness, and the victory of the
nourishment of God's glory spread abroad across the entire planetary body," we are highly
focused on the need to overcome this propensity to descend into a vibration of irritation whenever
that dog barks, and considering what appears to be an impossible challenge, the only possible
solution to this is to be found in anchoring and expanding my relationship with my own God
Presence. I need access to a power that can overcome this instability, that much is quite

| It is possible that just beyond the barrier of
disbelief and uncertainty, that a great victory is in the
offing? This question comes to mind as we enter into our affirmations of past divine revelations
during our main preamble/insert. 3/15/2001 Thu. | |
| It's not that we haven't an effort to solve
this
problem short of calling the county animal
control. In fact we have. I believe that during the year 1999, and into the year 2000, we made it a
daily project to go out and give Linda a dog biscuit. That was quite a ritual. We had to make a
loud noise out in the back yard to let her know that I was coming, and we had to stand in a
particular place and doing stretching exercises for a couple of minutes, and then I would hold up
the dog biscuit, at which point she would scurry back into her dog house. I would walk over, and
place the dog biscuit through the chain link fence, and walk back a few feet. She would come out
of her dog house, and get the biscuit, and enjoy it. In that way we achieved sort of a peace,
because if I made the right motions, which ended in giving her a dog biscuit, I suppose you could
that I trained her not to bark at me. This took several months. But it became clear that this was
the most shallow of victories. Linda would continue to bark at everyone else, dog biscuit or no
dog biscuit. During the summer of 2000, my sister and her daughter came over to visit, and I
asked them to make an effort to give Linda a dog biscuit so that they could use the backyard in
peace. They went over to give Linda a biscuit, but she completely freaked out, flew back into her
dog house, and just stayed there, barking and barking and barking. I went next door and asked our
neighbors to please move Linda to the other side of the yard so at least our visitors could use the
back yard in peace. That was like pulling teeth. It was after that that I stopped giving Linda dog
biscuits, primarily because it was simply not having any impact on the problem in general. She
could learn to live with me, but she continued to make life miserable for everyone else.

Responsibility to other members of the
household is an important principle, in terms of guarding
the quality of life for everyone. At some point Linda will have to stop barking. But for me, at
this time, there is only one path on which this can be approached, and that is to use the situation as
an opportunity to re-build a working relationship with our own God Presence. 3/15/2001 Thu. | |
| We had a moderately strong glow of the
sacred
fire of peace and freedom anchored in our awareness during the whole of our (45x) Michaels.
Juxtaposed to this, was a nearly constant contemplation of how we are going to proceed with this
new project, i.e. bringing the power of our God Presence to bear upon the objective of defeating
the irritation associated with Linda's barking, and at the same time heal Linda of whatever it is that
causes her to bark at nice friendly people whom she has seen a thousand

| Now, I am thinking that if we succeed in
employing this situation to rebuild even a little bit, a true and honest working relationship with our
God Presence, then I will probably regard Linda with the most profound gratitude
forevermore. 3/15/2001 Thu. | |

And I am thinking this, during our next set of (15) Hail Marys, that there is no question at all that it
is God's will for you to completely and thoroughly overcome all propensity towards irritation.
And because only the power of our God Presence can achieve that level of freedom, then it
follows, that if we try, and we try diligently, that God will respond, and therefore, we will

| As Gautama Buddha said in the dictation
that
we are reading, Vol. 28, No. 6, p. 65, "So may you rejoice as co-creators with God." Ok. I
would surely like to rejoice after a successful co-creative project. Therefore, let us work
together, my Beloved God Presence, you and me, to create a situation in which Linda can
be at peace with the normal comings and goings of the people in this household, and be at peace
with the normal range of activity on this side of the fence, and thereby allow the members of this
household to live free from the burden of irritation that this mindlesss and totally irrational barking
creates. Let's work together, you and me, to create such a situation. And not being an expert in
such affairs, I will defer to your judgment on how best to proceed. 3/15/2001 Thu. | |

our awareness stayed with us through the whole of our 15 minute violet flame session, again

| We come out of our breakfast
session and t.v. news watching session feeling the pressure to take a break. But there is absolutely
no way that we are going to give into this desire to take a break and spend the evening watching
t.v. Why? We have to keep moving up the mountain, and as we say that, we have a clear visual
sense of the white snow and ice under our feet and the deep blue of the sky that frames this
narrow ridge-like portion of the trail on this part of the mountain. [c-notes recorded in

| In regards to the March 15, 2001, entries
concerning why grand revelations do not result in total
conversion of the thought and feeling worlds, I said, "We look back and see some grand
revelations, and there arises the question concerning the reason that those grand revelations did not
completely turn your thought and feelings around right there on the spot, i.e. forever." I simply
wanted to add that the Ascended Masters can show any soul anything at anytime. There is really
no limitation in what they can do in this respect. They have the power to seal off the carnal
nature, and lift the attention of the soul into the presence of any aspect of divine reality they think
would be helpful for the soul's progress on the path. In terms of this aspect of the path, there is no
time limitation. Divine revelations can come to the soul very early on the path, and the soul should
be ready for them, should not be surprised by them, and should record them in their daily journal.
But once the soul is lifted into a perception of a particular aspect of divine reality, then the soul
will find that its attention will slowly gravitate back to the net average vibration that is associated
with its current state of progress associated with the transmutation of karma, and there the soul will

of 1 to 10, the level of opposition we face as we enter into our decree work this p.m. is about a

| Throughout our entire (12x) Tubes of
Light,
and our main preamble/insert affirmations, we were trapped under a monolithic barrier of
oppression that was clearly focused at a level just below the heart. While there was a suggestion of
the glow of sacred fire upon the ceiling of awareness, 95% of our awareness was sealed below the
heart, and unable to rise. There was zero sense of sacred fire freedom, zero sense of sacred fire
peace, zero sense of any sacred fire updraft. In fact, that was the key characteristic, a definite and
very oppressive obstacle to any upward flow. It was only during our sword work that we were
released from this sensation of oppression. 3/16/2001

| Day #82 of the strength of many
mountains,
and #80 of the golden portal of the heart, and the many divine cities revealed therein, and #76 of
the many many fires of the celebration of the glory of God, and #41 of the nourishment of God's
glory spread abroad across the entire planetary body, and #32 of the garden paradise of the heart,
the place where divine friends meet, where the word "cherish" describes every relationship, and
#11 of the personal closeness of my very own beloved God Presence, and #3 of our God Presence

| Gone are the days when any student can
imagine that the reality of the God Presence suddenly appears, and that appearance remains
permanent from that point on. That's not the way it works. The reality of the God Presence is
assimilate and integrated into the life of the soul over time. 3/16/2001

| We entered our (12x) 30.08, Covenant
of
the Magi calls, with a residual presence of that layer of oppression just below the heart. A
new level of determination took hold of us as we said to ourself, "Nothing is going to stop me from
focusing on the victory of God's will," and so it was. We garnered much strength in this regard
from contemplating the determination of the angels that work under Gautama Buddha as the hosts
of the Lord of the World, and wondered why our determination should be any less than theirs:
"You have seen, beloved, the determination of Jophiel. Understand that there are literally millions
of hosts of the Lord of the World who contain this same fiery determination." (Gautama Buddha,
Pearls of Wisdom, Vol. 28, No. 6, p. 59). By the end of the 12 repetitions, we were seated amidst
a glowing forcefield of the sacred fire of peace and freedom, the first such manifestation during

The glow of the sacred fire of peace and freedom appears within the fabric of our awareness on
the 12th repetition of (45x) Michaels, and remained fairly constant throughout the remaining 33
repetitions. The sacred fire glow is of a moderate strength, and we were successful in engaging
our determination in the effort of trying to raise up the thoughtform of the victory of God's

| About 8 minutes into our 15 minute violet
flame session, a substantial glow of sacred fire appears within the fabric of our awareness. After
that we made consistent efforts to focus on the victory of God's will, and finally we were able to
tune into that mode of awareness which actually reports back to you the value inherent in that
victory. Having a grasp upon that sense of value, the desire body actually manifests a tangible
desire to bring about the realization of that value for all life, and we again make note of the fact
that at the center of this perception of value, in regards to the victory of God's will, is the heart.
When we tune into that perception, the heart center is suddenly a part of the inner landscape of
being. Before that point it was not. After that point is was. The heart presents itself to the soul's
awareness within the context of that perception of value. To reach this perception, the level of
determination is very high, i.e. as the calls proceed forward, the soul plants its feet in a
singular stance of determination, taking on the single pointed posture that keeps just the victory of
God's will before its vision, and nothing else, and when we achieve a certain degree of
seamlessness in this regard, then the perception of the heart emerges, and the value of God's will is
before you in terms of a self-evident spiritual knowledge, i.e. an energy impacting the soul that
leaves the imprint of that reality, and then, your desire body comes into alignment, where you
actually feel the desire to bring about the victory of God's will. This takes a lot of effort.

| When you really stop and think about this,
who in their right mind would not want to reside continuously in the perception of the value of
God's will? This continuity of perception is the most reasonable and natural mode of awareness
that can exist in any sentient creature, and it is the rule, rather than the exception in heavenly

| A very blessed hush of sacred fire peace,
and
relief, emerges within the fabric of our awareness during this next set of (15x) Hail
Marys. 3/16/2001 Fri. | |
| I would like to observe that the most
obvious
place where it is the easiest to focus on the victory of God's will is in the midst of an activity that is
designed to bring about the victory of God's will, for example, in the course of giving forth our
decrees before the altar. This is really the optimum place. Here we are actually connected to the
real time implementation of God's will through the action of the millions of angels who implement
our calls. The return current of their gratitude for having the opportunity to serve flows back to us
as a sense of the value of God's will, and there is no reason that this return current cannot become
very strongly perceived by the decreer, but we must look for it in the region of the heart only, for
that is the place where divine friends meet, where the word "cherish" describes every relationship,
as we have previously observed. 3/16/2001 Fri. |
| And if you think about this, if you do not
recognize the activity of the angels, then you are cutting yourself off from your very own heart.
The law of cosmic mathematics produces this result. You cannot cut yourself off from one aspect
of the heart's reality without cutting yourself off from the total reality. 3/16/2001 Fri. | |
| We entered into our 20.12, I Ratify the
Judgment of Helios, call matrix, (includes 20.07 Judgment calls (5x), 20.09 Dweller calls (5x), .30
Solar Ring calls), with our awareness framed within this wonderful all encompassing conclusion
that total and complete immersion into the desire for the victory of God's will will fulfill every
desire of my heart. What a wonderful and glorious clarity of perception in this

| During the 20.09, I Cast out the Dweller
on the
Threshold, section, a very strong and abiding forcefield of the sacred fire of peace and freedom
and delight came alive within the fabric of our awareness. Now we are back to normal, i.e. normal
for our time before the altar. This is what life should be like always. 3/16/2001 Fri. | |
| A very bright glow of sacred fire peace,
crystal peace, speaking of pure whiteness, emerges uniformly and generally throughout our
awareness, with the most intense portion at the crown chakra area during (5x) Tubes of Light,
within the .30 Solar Ring section of the 20.12 call matrix. 3/16/2001

This blessed power stays with us through our next set of (15x) Hail Marys and even increased at
the end thereof. During these calls, at one point our whole being leap into our central focus upon
the victory of God's will, and immediately the heart center came to the forefront of awareness, and
the heart center was at the center of our being. 3/16/2001

| I am beginning to get the distinct
impression
that this desire, for the victory of God's will, for the soul's total immersion into it, is the one and
only pathway into the heart. 3/16/2001 Fri. |
| This is interesting because not only does
this
add to the intensity of our incentive to succeed in achieving this total immersion, but it also reveals
the next level of freedom. 3/16/2001 Fri. | |
| It simplifies matters considerably if the
only
thing you need to think about is the victory of God's will. And this strikes me immediately as a
very limiting concept, but it is of course the doorway into infinity, for God's will is composed of
infinite power, infinite wisdom, and infinite love. Again, the veritable eye of the needle comes into
view, through which the carnal mind cannot pass. Only the soul absorbed completely in the flame
of adoration can pass through. The carnal mind cannot see the beauty of God, and that is the
problem. But the soul can be given to see the beauty of God, and in that vision , the soul fabric
erupts into a conflagration of adoration, and to that soul, while it yet remains in the region of
divine vision, the victory of God's will is everything. 3/16/2001

"It is very very important for you to

getting out of bed, continuing as we rose from bed until the time we arrived in the sanctuary, about
12 minutes. While we repeated this before we actually got up out of bed, our mind was presented
with a stand off vision of the time frame that encompassed the present moment, up to the time we
arrive in the sanctuary. From the perspective we were able to analyze all the possibilities in regards
to how we might employ and engage our mind over that time frame, and came to the conclusion
that the only valid and useful option was to keep our mind focused on this idea: "It is very very
important to work constantly and conscientiously for the victory of God's will." This stand off
mode of awareness and analysis stood in sharp contrast to the morning grogginess, and is not
something we have experienced before, and we take it as a divine gift. In other words, the
morning grogginess did not disappear, we remained completely embedded in that sensation. But
part of our awareness resided in another compartment or region, and from there was able to
survey the scene and reach the stated conclusion. As we continue to repeat this phrase during our
bathroom chores, a flame of sacred fire leaps in our 3rd eye area to confirm that conclusion.

| During our (3x) Tubes of Light, my soul
leaps
up and gives my God Presence a big kiss on the cheek. I am so happy for the appearance of that
divine gift before we even get out of bed. The glow of sacred fire of peace and freedom appears
solidly within the fabric of our awareness on the 3rd repetition of (3x) Tubes of Light. This glow
of sacred fire clearly wipes out about 90% of the sensation of morning grogginess, allowing 90%
of our awareness to rise in the updraft of the sacred fire. 3/17/2001

freedom stays with us during the whole of our 15 minute Helios and Vesta calls. We were able to
make a good solid effort to stay focused on the victory of God's will, taking a considerable amount
of inspiration in terms of determination in this respect from the example of the hosts of the Lord of
the World, and the hosts of Archangel Jophiel. At one point we were so caught up in the flame of
gratitude that we rose up within the fabric of our awareness and gave our God Presence a big

| During our 15 minutes of I Am Light calls,
as
we continued to make the effort to focus on the victory of God's will, a counterforce appears,
which appears to rise out of the foundation of my own mind, which mocked and ridiculed me for
my subservient slavery to the will of God, tempting me to feel ashamed, tempting me to feel that I
am missing out on a whole wide world of experience by such a narrow and spineless focus. But in
response to this, I considered the fact that we are called to be obedient before the vision of God's
glory, that we are called to be obedient before the vision of God's infinite goodness, and that I
have made my choice to honor the glorious wonder that God is, and to be honorable, in the sense
that honor requires a soul to give credit where credit is due, and once you see that God deserves an
infinite amount of credit, for example, for the fact that God has given me the gift of life, then
honor demands that I kneel before this awesome creation within a conflagration of adoration of an
appropriate intensity, which in my experience is never intense enough to match the glory that I see

| At the core of obedience is the vision of
God's
glory, which includes the experience of watching your soul burst into a conflagration of adoration.
When the vision is obscured, which is more often than not at this stage on the path, it is the
memory of these vision experiences that keeps the soul faithfully seeking the victory of God's

| I think that one of the most important
things
to keep in mind when you are considering the friendship of your beloved God Presence, is that
you are not so much seeking to establish a new friendship, but that you are actually seeking to
resurrect a friendship that you once maintained over aeons of time while you yet resided in the
divine estate. In this regard you God Presence is a not only a dear friend, but a very old dear
friend, i.e. a friend of very long standing. 3/17/2001

we
were able to focus solidly, over a substantial amount of time, on the victory of God's will. A glow
of the sacred fire of peace and freedom emerged within the fabric of our awareness about 15
minutes into the session, and stayed with us throughout the last 15 minutes. Also, we achieved
quite a seamless focus on the victory of God's will during the last 15 minutes, seamless in terms of
the fact that this was the only reality, the only motivating factor that was extent within our
awareness at that time. The Word was going forth clearly and distinctly for that reason only, i.e. to

In regards to the 3-15-2001 discussion
regarding the Linda, the barking dog, I
wanted to note that
during the summer of 2000, after a long discussion with our neighbors about building a wall
between the houses, which I do not favor, because of the cost, and because it wouldn't be much
help, I did try an inexpensive experiment. We bought a large sheet of black plastic over at the local
home depot and hung it over a rope stretched along the top of the chain link fence (which stands
only about 4 « feet high) to block Linda's vision of our back yard, and that worked to stop the
barking as long as you didn't make any noise in the back yard. We can enjoy the use of our
backyard if we are as quiet as a mouse. But once a noise is made she will bark. And this actually
made her a bit more frantic in as much as she could not see who was making the noise. But high
winds came to her rescue in this respect this winter which pulled and tugged at the large expanse of
plastic causing the anchoring ropes to rip away, which in turn allowed the plastic to billow up with
every gust and blow over to the other side of the fence where Linda could get her teeth into it.
She tore down about 2/3's of the plastic as if to say, "Don't try to hide from me!". [c-notes

| Again in regards to the 3-15-2001
discussion
of the barking dog Linda, I wanted to note that
during the end of the summer last year (2000), our neighbors brought home a new puppy, a real
cute one too. After he grew a bit he was put into the same fenced in area where Linda lives. This
little puppy was friendly from the very beginning. Over the last few month we have watched the
puppy grow steadily until he is now larger than Linda. He has retained his friendliness and does
not bark at us. We can reach over the fence and pet him on the head, and he is really friendly, and
he has been known to herd the barking Linda back into the dog house. He has not taken up the
strange behavior patterns that Linda exhibits. He has no fear, friendly, and is happy to see
anyone. And he may play an important role in our project to bring about the healing of Linda, in
as much as there will be an example before her eyes of a dog that doesn't feel the need to bark at
us, and who is friendly to us. Both of these dogs are Boxers. [c-notes recorded in

Again in regards to the 3-15-2001 discussion of the barking dog Linda, it is important to keep in
mind, as a pillar of the compassionate frame of mind in this regard, that our neighbors did not
bring Linda home as a puppy. She was full grown when they got her, and she already had this
behavior pattern instilled in her, i.e. from day one. This means that she was either trained as a
junk yard dog, so to speak, to bark at anyone and anything which moves on the other side of the
fence, or that she was mistreated, or perhaps as a combination of both. And I say this because she
is a very fearful animal. The moment that she sees you coming, she darts back into her dog house
and remains there barking and barking. She is not the kind of dog that shows aggression, in terms
of coming right up to the fence and barking in your face. [c-notes recorded in

Again, in regards to the 3-15-2001 discussion of the barking dog Linda, we have a general outline
of the project. We will set aside a ten minute block of time each morning. We will begin Monday
morning, 3-19-2001. From the moment we rise, we will repeat the prayer: "My Beloved God
Presence, I Am That I Am, please allow Linda to feel your precious friendship, your precious love,
your precious comfort, your precious peace, and your precious healing power. Grant unto her the
gift of intelligence so she can recognize the difference between friend and foe." We will walk out
the western gate and ring a hand bell. We will do this as a tribute to the bells of love mentioned in
our favorite pearl by Ascended Lady Master Nada, and to give Linda an audible marker for the
beginning of the lesson. We will open the gate and pull out the trash barrels. We will pull out the
trash barrels because the sound of the hard plastic wheels of trash barrels rolling on concrete is
noise that Linda always barks at. We want her to get used to that. We will then go over to the
fence and pet the other dog on the head, and spend time there repeating our prayer, and being
friendly to the other dog to whom we have given the name "George". We might end the session
by giving George a dog biscuit, perhaps as an example to Linda of what good dogs get. Though I
am not quite sure about that at this time. Then we will pull the barrels back inside the gate, close
the gate, and ring the hand bell to signal the end of the lesson. That's the plan as of this writing,
i.e. Saturday afternoon. We have the rest of today and the whole of Sunday to consider any useful

In regards to the 3-16-2001 reference to the return current of the angels gratitude for having the
opportunity to serve as the result of the calls that we make before the altar in our daily decree
services, and making note of the fact that the place to look for this return current is the heart,
because that is the place where divine friends meet, where the word "cherish" describes every
relationship, I just wanted to observe that it is very interesting to contemplate the very high
probability that as we engage in our service that as the angels answer our calls, and send their
gratitude pouring back to us for the opportunity to bring about the victory of God's will, that if you
could look through their eyes, and perceive the lightbearers in service before the altar, that they
actually cherish us and our presence there. How's that for an idea that challenges any lingering

steadily increasing up to the 12th repetition. A slight burden appears on the spine just below the

repetitions. By the last repetition, 80% of our attention is flowing upward in the updraft of the
sacred fire, and 20% is still carried downward, or shall I say, remains trapped under the burden of

by a violet presence, and within this presence is the self-evident knowledge that there is no place

Ring calls), without any substantial appearance of the sacred fire within the fabric of our
awareness. We plowed through nevertheless and we even made some good efforts focusing
exactly and precisely on the victory of God's will throughout the violet flame session. Though this
remained a one dimensional effort, achieving no connection with any sense of divine reality.

repeated this over and over from the moment we got out of bed to the point we arrived in the
sanctuary. Today we have to deal with a very strong temptation to take a break. And during most
of the time we were repeating that phrase we observed the antithetical nature of these two forces,
one juxtaposed next to the other without any supporting sense of divine reality but faith. As we
opened the door to the office we had the idea presented to our mind that as we stand before the
altar we work for the manifestation of the greatest treasure of spiritual freedom, not just for
ourself, but for all people, and that idea was powerful enough to deflate the desire to take a break.

| About 9 minutes into our 15 minute Helios
and
Vesta calls, the glow of sacred fire begins to dawn within the fabric of our awareness. This is
analogous to the second stage of the pre-dawn glow. As the glow continues to increase we are
thinking that legions of angels are now active across the entire planet answering our calls. As glow
continues to increase, and the sun peaks over the horizon, we then have the tangible and distinct
glow of the sacred fire of peace and freedom focused in the 3rd eye area. During this whole
process of watching the glow of sacred fire increase within the fabric of our awareness, against this
dawning reality, we have juxtaposed the previous desire to take a break, and we are comparing and
contrasting one against the other, trying to see if there could be anything of value, anything of
validity, to the desire to take a break from this work that calls forth the beauty and preciousness of
God's will upon his children. In the presence of the sacred fire, I simply cannot find any value in
the desire to avoid this work, i.e. which is tantamount to the desire to avoid the sacred fire itself.
We may feel those temptations, and feel them quite strongly, even powerfully, but from the
perspective of the sacred fire itself, we can say, without any doubt whatsoever, that there isn't a
single microgram of reality, or validity, to those temptations. [expanded during

About 3 minutes into our 15 minute I Am Light calls, a new level of the glow of sacred fire of
peace, freedom, and paradise, appears in the 3rd eye chakra area. This blessed glow stays with us

| About 5 minutes into our 30 minute violet
flame decree session, we entered into a region of fairly constant attunement to the desire for the
victory of God's will, a region in which that was all there was. Proceeding forward, in a few
minutes Linda started to bark at something. I tried to ignore it and to maintain my focus, and
succeeded in this for a while. But my mind drifted into a contemplation of solution scenario #1 in
which I saw myself explaining to a county judge all the efforts I have made to make friends with
Linda, with the implication that none of those efforts paid off, but before that was actually said,
something within me said, "Wait a minute! You have a whole new resource for solving problems
now, your own God Presence!" And coincident with this realization, the former imaginary scene
vanished and there was this region of divine promise and victory just above us, and all our
attention was drawn up into that region, and our entire being was lifted up, and the violet flame
calls went forth, from that point on, within a new level of intensity, a new level of certainty. A

| As we proceed forward into our second 15
minute segment of our 30 minute violet flame calls, we feel the longing to be completely integrated
into that mode of being that takes delight only in calling forth the preciousness of God's

| And may we venture to say this, that in as
much as we just experienced a divine power lift our awareness right out of a scenario of defeat,
and up into a scenario of victory, that we can take this as a guarantee of victory, an assurance that
if I do my part, my God Presence will do his/her part. The divine power is not extended from on
high without a purpose. Why present the scenario of victory, if God is not committed to delivering
that victory? And as I contemplate this, Linda starts to bark again, and I note that the impact of
those sounds on my feeling world carry the vibration of irritation, sourness, bitterness. This should
be interesting. Those barks thrown my feeling world into an opposite polarity from that which can

| All internal and external arguments that
might
be made in regards to the above experience, that the above experience was simply a product of the
imagination are set aside by the fact that I was immersed within the operation of my imagination,
fully engaged in that imaginary court scene, with my mouth opening and talking to that judge,
when another power, which could only have a divine origin, lifted me right out of it, and placed

minute violet flame session, a glow of sacred fire of peace and freedom occupied the fabric of our
awareness in a constant, uniform, manner. The strength was not bright, but

| As we are doing our computer
work here in the office, Esther is sitting out on the patio whistling to the birds. She is able to
whistle a tune that is very close to what this flock of birds are whistling, and they are whistling
back. She is having sort of conversation with them I suppose. Even with all this additional noise
out in the back yard, this does not trigger Linda into any barking. But when Esther get up from a
patio chair, the chair makes a noise against the concrete patio, a scraping chair noise, and this
sends our neighbor's dog Linda into her barking mode. Immediately we feel that irritation
associated with her barking, but we think, this is as good a time as any to start the process of
engaging the power of our God Presence, so we push aside the irritation, and say the prayer to our
God Presence, and we have to say a few times to get it right, "My Beloved God Presence, I Am
That I Am, please allow Linda to feel you precious friendship, your precious love, your precious
comfort, your precious peace, and your precious healing power. Grant unto her the gift of
intelligence so she can recognize the difference between friend and foe," and in the process we are
greeted with a blessed glow of sacred fire of peace and freedom in our brow area, and Linda stops
barking. While you might conclude that Linda stopped barking as a matter of coincidence only,
you cannot take the glow of sacred fire as coincidence. So this really sets the pattern. Whenever
Linda barks, we will consciously push away the temptation to feel irritated and we will say that

As we
wheeled our shopping cart into the produce section with our hymn's cranked up on our walkman
to drown out the store's background music, we were more than ordinarily enthusiastic about
saying our prayers for everyone in the store, "Beloved Jesus, and St. Germain, please grant a
tremendous gift of healing to everyone in this store." We were repeating that over and over as we
selected and bagged the produce that we needed. And our focus remained fairly constant while in
the produce section. But as we left for yonder parts of the store, our enthusiasm gradually eroded
and waned, sort of like a tire with a hole in it. After about ten minutes, 15 at the most, we were
clunking around on the rim of our carnal mind, thinking only about getting the stuff into the
shopping cart, and getting out of that store. 3/18/2001

| We are finally approaching a condition of
spiritual normalcy. Five minutes into our 15 minute violet flame session we sensed that our
awareness had been shored up. All the sensations associated with being pulled down into the astral
have ceased. There is a tangible sense of support under each molecule of our awareness. Ten
minutes into our 15 minute violet flame session, the predawn glow of the sacred fire of peace and
freedom gathered in the brow area generally. 12 minutes into our 15 minute violet flame session,
the glow of the sacred fire of peace and freedom appeared within the 3rd eye chakra area in a

| Tubes of Light (2x), abbreviated preamble,
(3x) 30.08 calls, and (45x) Michaels, were all spent in a condition void of any sensation of divine
reality. When we first began this session we were soooo tired, and fully immersed in the desire to
go sit in front of the T.V. We fought that back throughout the first part of the decree service,
believing that watching the internal "t.v." which has angels actually saving lives, is better than
watching what's on the "real" t.v. As far as our determination goes, it was quite strong, stronger
than usual, having a more distinct and tangible sense that this desire to "take a break" was simply
an illusion, an illusion that we were not going to fall for again. In fact, even with this "I'm so
tired" energy pulling and tugging at us, during our (45x) Michaels, we were able to enter into quite
a state of gratitude for the opportunity to work shoulder to shoulder with Archangel Michael. But
notwithstanding this high level of determination, we were very conscious of the fact that our 3rd
eye area was completely dark, and stayed that way up to the very end of the Michael session. I
believe it is wise to strive to arrive at that place where the sacred fire is always glowing within the

During our 20.12, I Ratify the Judgment of Helios, call matrix, (includes 20.07 Judgment calls
(5x), 20.09 Dweller calls (5x), .30 Solar Ring calls), the glow of sacred fire appeared strongly
within the fabric of our awareness during the (5x) 20.07 Judgment call section, during the (5x)
20.09 Dweller call section, and the (3x) Tube of Light section of the .30 Solar Ring calls. The
substrate of our consciousness has yet to throw off the burden of opposition, but the glow of
sacred fire stands in sharp relief, in terms of the blessedness of its peace and comfort and other
qualities for which I can currently find no words to describe. 3/18/2001 Sun. | |
| A moderate glow of the sacred fire of
peace
and freedom stayed with us throughout our (50x) Cyclopeas. On a scale of brightness that runs
from 1 to 12, it was about a five (5) throughout, rising to a seven (7) at the end. A seven (7) on
this scale represents the low end of a focused 3rd eye glow. A ten (10) on this scale is a very
bright glow at the 3rd eye level. And the intensity levels of (11) and (12) represent the condition
in which the level of brightness at the 3rd eye chakra completely enfolds the full fabric of
awareness at that brightness level. Levels (1) through (6) represent the level of intensity associated
with the progression of the pre-dawn glow. 3/18/2001

As the decree service ends, that tiredness
takes
over, that strong desire to just sit down and do nothing. It has been in the background during this
whole service, and while we were able to rise above it enough to complete this service, it had a
constant subduing effect on my awareness throughout. If we were to rate this decree service on
the scale of gloriousness that runs from 1 to 10, this service would be rated about a
