Unless indicated otherwise, the following notes are recorded in my
journal in the course of my daily decree services before this local outpost of the Altar of the
Holy Grail, located in my sanctuary, a converted photographic darkroom in the back of our
garage. The Chart of the
Presence hangs over the altar area on the west wall, with the portrait of the Ascended Master
Jesus Christ to the left, and the
portrait of the Ascended Master St. Germain to

| On the threshold of the first
decree service of
2001 we carry to the altar the most horrendous and oppressive cloud of anxiety and fear. (12)
Tubes of Light did not break it. But our first set of (15) Hail Marys did. Our mind swirls in the
ethereal loveliness of divine peace. The former condition is no more. 1/1/2001 |  |

| A blessed gift of freedom
during the whole of
our 20.12 decree matrix. You are well above the valley floor, how far up upon the mountain I
know not, yet far below we can see the tar pit out of which we were just delivered. God desires
his children to be free from the sticky dissolution of their delicate souls [a product of contact with
the thick acidic sludge of the astral plane], all they need to do is make the call, and freedom is the
gift he would place in every hand. 1/1/2001 | |
| Crystal fire in the third eye
chakra during Astreas. 1/1/2001 |
| The sacred fire in the third
eye expanded into
a pool of sacred fire at, in, and around the crown chakra over the course of our final set of
decrees. This power is exactly the antithesis of fear and anxiety. In fact, I think that it is true to
say, because of the power of it, that all of the fibers of awareness are drawn upwards in honor of
this presence. In the presence of this power nothing is allowed to descend, or fall, or decelerate
into anything that corresponds to the human. 1/1/2001 | |
| We began this decree service
trapped under a
thick and heavy web of fear and anxiety. We end the decree service, like unto a light house,
glowing at the upper level with a power that spells the defeat of all fear, all anxiety, all human
ignorance and darkness. 1/1/2001 |
| Divine reality appears
during our ten Tubes of
Light. We move from that boxed in modality, wall of inertia, and swirling confusion, into an
awareness that embraces the opportunity to once again practice our merging with the desire for the
victory of God's will. 1/2/2001 | |

many mountains, and
#3 of the many many fires of celebration of the Glory of God. 1/2/2001 |
| A heavy burden of
oppression descended
upon us several times during this decree service, an especially virulent burden when we took a
break after the 20.12 decree matrix. Yet during the last stretch, Astreas, Cyclopeas, Illumination
calls, etc., the power of freedom began to appear in the third eye area, and eventually expanded to
consume all of the remaining oppression. This power is truly freedom. I truly pray that we will be
able to say more about it as we march forward on this path. 1/2/2001 | |

prayer:
Lord God, Almighty, by Your Divine Providence You have brought us
to this new day. Bless us in our gathering, form us by Your Word, guide us by Your Spirit.
The people of the United States, in order to form a more perfect union,
establish justice, ensure domestic tranquility, provide for the common defense, promote the general
welfare, and secure the blessings of liberty for themselves and posterity, have acted according to
the Constitution of this country and by lawful elections they have elected their representatives to
serve in this House as the 107th Congress.
Give this body an outpouring of Your Holy Spirit, that they may be wise
in their judgments and serve freely the best interests of all of the people of this Nation.
Broaden their personal concerns that they may seek the common good
and always be attuned to the helpless sighs of the most vulnerable in our society.
Clarify their vision, as they work together in the search for the best ideas
and strategies to meet the greatest needs of our times.
Bless all Members of this House, new and experienced. May their faith
in You, Lord God, and in the destiny of this Nation, keep them humble in Your service.
May their families remain their deepest love and lasting joy.
May all here who assist them in this Chamber, in congressional offices
and in committee responsibilities, be wise in their counsel and gracious in their service.
May this Congress, Lord God, be a sign of unity and confidence to this
Nation; good news to the poor and an instrument of peace in the world.
Lord God, in You we trust now and forever. Amen.

Let us pray:
Almighty God, Your glory fills this hallowed Senate Chamber. We exalt
You as Sovereign of our beloved Nation, and we are profoundly moved as we prepare to witness
the divine encounter between You and the Senators-elect as they are sworn in. You have destined
them for greatness as leaders of our Nation. They are here by Your choice and are accountable to
You for how they lead this Nation under Your guidance. May the awesome vows they take and
the immense responsibilities they assume bring them
to true humility and to an unprecedented openness to You. Save them from the seduction of
power, the addiction of popularity, and the aggrandizement of pride. Lord, keep their priorities
straight: You and their families first; the good of the Nation second; consensus around truth third;
party loyalties fourth; and personal success last of all.
In the 107th Senate, equally divided between Republicans and
Democrats, grant them unity and effectiveness to work together to solve problems and grasp the
opportunities for our Republic at this propitious time.
May they never forget that they are here to serve and not to be served.
Consistently replenish the reserves of their strength and their courage so often drained by pressure
and stress. Anoint their minds with Your Spirit and guide them as they seek to know and do Your
will in the crucial issues before our Nation. We believe that this can be America's finest hour
awaiting leaders imbued with Your power. God of Abraham, Isaac, and Jacob and the Lord Jesus
Christ, You are our Lord and Saviour. Amen. |

| How "free" we feel when we
our attention is
drawn into the various distraction of the morning routine. But as soon as those distractions are
complete, and we place our feet upon the path that leads to the sanctuary, a thick bramble of
human inertia looms up before us to block the way. Today we sat for an hour or more in front of
that bramble before getting up te resolve to move through it. 1/3/2001 |
| The thick bramble of
human inertia did not
budge during the first Tube of Light. All the gears of my mind continued to spin in the opposite
direction. On the second Tube of Light, the inertia was broken, and the power of divine freedom
took up its residence within the fabric of consciousness, and Lo, we can proceed knowing that the
power of God has again graced us with a wind that fills the sails and propels us forward in our
service before the altar, and that gladly. 1/3/2001 | |

peace and comfort
appears during our first set of (15) Hail Marys. 1/3/2001 |
| During our main preamble
and insert, another
dimension of divine peace appears, glowing strongly throughout all of the fabric of my mind. I
marvel at how we leap forward in our work with great relish, as compared to the dark cave of
inertia we were in just minutes before; a dark cave full of sticky webs that resisted every forward
movement towards the altar, resisted every forward movement of the speech center. Now, all
energies propel us forward with great delight. The difference is amazing. This glow is the fabric
of divine identity which takes great joy in the speaking of the Word for the purpose of calling forth

| We are glowing so brightly
and tangibly now,
we feel like we are seated on a throne of light, and that, inside a sphere of light that races forward
as if it were a veritable comet. 1/3/2001 |

and blessedness

| The glowing power of
blessedness is so strong
upon us as we begin our Michaels that we find that we must whisper the calls. 1/3/2001 | |
| We got to spend the entire
Michael session
(45x) immersed in this blessed forcefield of pure bliss. Everything is simply aglow within me, the
constant glow of delight. Within this, we found it somewhat easier to visualize rings of light
rippling away, out into the world carrying the message of the victory of God's

| I am a flame of white fire
under the loving
gaze of God. Happiness is being this flame, glowing, glowing, glowing. 1/3/2001 | |

Gracious Lord, thank You for Your hand upon our shoulders assuring
us of Your providential, palpable presence and reminding us of Your faithfulness. It is a hand of
comfort as You tell us again that You will never leave nor forsake us. It is a hand of conscription
calling us to be ``Aye ready!'' servants who receive from You the orders of the day. It is a hand of
courage that gives us daring to take action because You have taken hold of us. It is a hand of
correction alerting us to what may be
less than Your best for us or our Nation. It is a hand of confidence to press forward. Your
faithfulness fails not; it meets the problems of today with fresh guidance for each step of the way.
So we will be all the bolder; Your hand is upon our shoulders. We will not waver; You are our

| The greatest treasure that
the Path can deliver
into our hands is a desire body transformed, and totally unified towards the victory of God's will.
Only in this condition can the soul breathe freely, drawing in deeply the profound power of the
heart, which stands forth as a shining jewel in this sea of peace. (During violet flame

peace appears

| Overall, a most blessed

me aglow with such blessedness, that we are really starting to wonder what God has in store of
you. Why are you treating me so nicely? I don't see how it would be possible to be treated any

Almighty God, source of all power, we praise You that You entrust
Your power to the Senators so that they may lead and govern. Keep them mindful that they hold
power with Your permission and for Your purposes. May the power they hold be equally
measured by the humility they express. Human power can lead to pride. Praise to You, for the
privilege of power is the antidote to this pride. With power comes power struggles to determine
who is in control. These power struggles can denigrate our awareness
that You are in control. In this unprecedented time when power must be shared by the parties,
bless the Senators with an equally unprecedented measure of trust in each other and each other's
parties.
Dear Father, work in the minds and hearts of the Senators as they
consider the Senate committee organization. May this Senate exemplify to the Nation that great
leaders can work together. When You are our Lord, there is no need to lord it over others; when
we remember our accountability to You, we can be accommodating to one another. May it be so
in this Senate for Your glory and the good of our beloved Nation. You are Lord.

| I have been transformed
again. The bleak
walls of human blindness have been left behind, and we
find ourselves seated before the altar in the midst of our main preamble and insert, finding a great
joy welling up within me at the opportunity to serve before the altar yet another

looked out ahead
over the landscape of our decree service feeling a
twinge of chagrin that it must come to a close soon. 1/5/2001 | |

have significant success in holding fast to the desire for the victory of God's will, feeling at one
point that we are  one uniform
electrode in that regard. All is glowing and light throughout the entire Michael session and near
the 40th repetition a power of sacred fire appears in the third eye chakra taking the form of a
fleur-de-lis like unto what is pictured here. 1/5/2001 |

fire peace in the

| During violet flame, more
success in holding
fast to the desire of the victory of God's will, though
it clearly takes effort, but it is an effort greatly rewarded, for behind the will of God, is God's
infinite goodness, which is a joy to consider, especially when it is showered upon the entire

fire peace spread

| The most blessed sacred fire
peace with such a
profound depth of joy dawned deeply within the center my awareness as we began our 20.12
decree matrix (Ratification of the Judgment of Helios). The sacred fire peace expanded to rest
tangibly within the crown area during the entire 20.12 call matrix, through the 20.07 Judgment
calls, through the 20.09 Dweller calls, through the Solar Ring call, through the Tubes of Light, and
through to the end. There is so much of a wonderful and profound nature within that

| I think it is important to
understand that when
the consciousness merges with the Light, the soul does not experience it photonically as it were,
but rather in terms of the many divine and profound qualities that are contained within

| The justification for the
focus upon the victory
of God's will unfolds even as you affirm it, in the form of a sweeping panorama that stretches
across all 360 degrees of the compass of the infinity and majesty of God's creation and purpose.
The soul rejoices in its association with this vast infinitude of majesty. The soul is honored to be a
part of it, so deeply honored, that as the soul reviews the vastness of this majesty, the only quality
that can exist, flowing within its members, is the purest gratitude, the purest

glimpse of what is there.
And it is clear that what sets up and maintains this forcefield of revelation is the flow of the Word,

Hail Marys, we are
so aglow, and so cozily immersed in such a sacred fire glow. It is as if we are immersed in a cloud
of glowing jewels, each giving forth its own special warmth, comfort, and

| I think that one of the most
important
characteristics of this sacred fire glow is that it is so pregnant with promise, and perhaps
overwhelmingly so, though the soul is clearly at a loss to fathom the full extent of

following prayer:
Lord God, in your scriptures ``to be elected'' is ``to be among the
chosen.''
Down through the years, You have chosen people and given them
specific tasks and great responsibilities to accomplish before the world, marvelous deeds in Your
Holy Name.
Although all are equal in Your sight, at certain times, You call for
certain people. No one is ever rejected by You, but You alone know who should be called to serve
You at a particular time to achieve Your purpose, whether it is to correct, affirm, admonish or
teach.
As Your people, we are truly blessed. As a people any of us may feel
called to lead. But because of Your care for Your people at any given moment, You alone know
the ones who should serve. This Nation has come to trust in Your guidance in the unfolding of its
history. This Nation turns to You again and seeks Your Spirit that it may be true to all Your
commands, learn from its past and be a sign of promise for the future.
As this Chamber hosts the Joint Session of Congress for the counting of
the electoral votes for President and Vice President of the United States, be with us. Be with us as
before. Be with us as never before.
May those who are elected be received by the people of this Nation with
prayer that they may be open to Your power and their leadership in the years ahead. Before You

flashes forth from
the summit of the mountain depicted on the left side of the chart of the Presence as we wield the
sword to cut loose President Vladimir Putin (of Russia) from the hordes of darkness who have
heretofore swayed him in opposition to the development and deployment of a national ballistic

| During most of our Michaels
we had to bear a
heavy burden of oppression upon our spine, just below the heart. The burden lifted only at the
45th repetition when a forcefield of peace came forth centered in the brow area

| A new dimension of sacred
fire peace appears
in our third eye and crown area during the next (15) Hail Marys. I sense a conflagration of white
fire just beyond the veil. 1/6/2001 | |
| Sacred fire peace in the third
eye and generally
dispersed throughout the entire region of the mind during the entirety of our violet flame calls (15
minutes). Though at the same time, a burden rested solidly upon our spine

| Renewed ambiance of
sacred fire peace
throughout the mind during our next set of (25) Hail Marys. 1/6/2001 | |
| Heavy burden upon the spine
as we enter into
the 20.12 Ratification of the Judgment of Helios. We find ourself squirming under the pressure
which is forcing our imagination to produce various scenarios of rest away from the altar. We
carry this burden through the 20.07 Judgment calls, and finally into the 20.09 Dweller calls, where
the burden is substantially broken. And we continue forward from there in a fairly substantial
forcefield of peace. 1/6/2001 |
| We enter the next set of
Hail Marys with our
mind on the burden on the spine. When the flow of the Word stops, the burden steps forward to
forefront of awareness. I am wondering about this and about when it will be finally consumed as
we pass through the first Hail Mary. On the second repetition , my third eye area turns into a disc
of peace, and continue on in that mode. 1/6/2001 | |
| A very pronounced flame of
sacred fire peace
appears in our third eye chakra on the third cycle of Astreas. Usually we only do three. But we
did 2 more out of gratitude. Here we are approaching complete freedom from the burden on the
spine that we have carried on and off through this service. 1/6/2001 |
| The most blessedly sweet
presence rests softly
upon the fabric of our mind, glowing, glowing, glowing, upon the completion of our "I Seek

| The Light is the essence of
a charging knight.
Away from the altar, the knight walks in the squishy mist laden bog of human care and concern.
Before the altar the knight is lifted on to the strong back of a gleaming white steed which carries
him forth into battle as if he had the very wind for a friend. 1/7/2001 | |

great joy wells up within us at this opportunity to be before the altar once

| At the end of our Michaels
(45x), we find
ourselves aloft, suspended upon a wide plain of peace, having emerged from a long dark tunnel,
yet the light was with us all along the way, we nevertheless take great relief and comfort from the
wide plain of divine reality that is before us now. 1/7/2001 | |

sacred fire of peace

| First ten minutes of violet
flame session spent
under a heavy burden. Last five minutes we were held aloft suspended in the power of

Marys leaves our mind
glowing with the most blessed and profoundly wonderful aura of sacred fire peace. Like the wings

The guest Chaplain, Rev. Craig Barnes, offered the following prayer:
Lord God, as the Senators of our land begin their deliberations this day,
we would be careful to ensure that the first words we speak remind us of our complete
dependency upon You. We ask that You would bless these Senators as Your servants. They have
come with their hearts and minds filled with great agendas, but even these, our leaders, are never
more than mortals on a journey from dust to dust. So it is to you that we look for sacred visions
that are greater than party visions and certainly
greater than the visions any one of us could carry into this Chamber. By Your Holy Spirit,
accommodate Your will to our political process, that it may be used to lead this Nation to Your
own future filled with hope. And when the day is done and this Chamber is again empty,
may all who have come here to serve the Republic know that their work has not been in vain.
Encourage them in the certain conviction that they will one day hear from You: Well, done, good
and faithful servants. This we ask in the name of the Lord whose way we prepare.

| The essence of the carnal
mind is uncertainty.
Then comes fear. Fear illuminates the imagination with a false light. Scenes of defeat, dancing
shadows, populate the cave of ignorance. The essence of human action is, then, that which is
designed to forestall defeat. "Happy" is that human being who has forestalled defeat for the time
being. Sad and suffering is that human being who has not yet designed or implemented a plan to
forestall that defeat. 1/9/2001 |

| During our violet flame calls
we were finally
able to focus on the desire for the victory of God's
will. That desire is an oasis. 1/10/2001 |
| During the 20.09 Dweller
calls, we are lifted
into a uniform forcefield of sacred fire peace with a
distinct sense, in the third eye chakra, of myself as a Christmas tree with many colored
lights. 1/10/2001 | |

We have finally risen above the turmoil of this day, having been reunited with that self-evident
knowledge that there is nothing, no, not a single thing that is more important than to come before
this altar to give forth the Word. 1/10/2001 |
| There is a paradox in this,
in as much as the
only time you can be reunited with that self-evident
knowledge is before the altar, in the midst of the flow of the Word, and of course in the midst of
the sacred fire that has descended and which now fills every pore of your soul. 1/10/2001 | |
| When you are away from the
altar, you are not
in contact with that descending sacred fire, and
therefore it must always be true that you return to the altar only through an act of
faith. 1/10/2001 |
| An adept may be able to
hold the proper
geometry of being that allows the sacred fire to descend
constantly, and the core of that adeptship I believe is to hold the geometry of the desire body in
that posture of longing for the victory of God's will. 1/10/2001 | |
| But I have to say that prior to
achieving that
level of adeptship, that the only place the soul can
experience the desire body moving into that geometry is before the altar, and in the midst of the
flow of the Word. 1/10/2001 |
| This is the place of greatest
intensity, this is
the place of greater focus and concentration, and of
course this is the place where the Masters and the angels can provide the greatest assistance to the
soul, assistance that cannot be extended without the call. 1/10/2001 | |
| Clearly, the word "adept" or
"adeptship" has no
meaning to a soul that has not stood in that flow
of sacred fire at the altar, and experienced those moments of congruity with that most precious
desire. 1/10/2001 |
| One must have this
experience, feel the
preciousness of it, and observe the great difficulty inherent
in the task of holding that congruity. The soul observes how difficult it is, and thus can say to

observe this, that
if anyone wonders if they have achieved
fusion with their Holy Christ Self, one can use this principle to clear the mind of any
illusions in this regard. Clearly, one of the most fundamental conditions of being that is
synonymous with fusion is the proven capacity to hold the desire body in that configuration. I.e.
desiring only the victory of God's will. If you can hold that configuration 24 hours a day, where
nothing at all can shake you out of it, then you have achieved fusion. If you can't hold that

| If a person wonders
whether they are
approaching fusion, the same principle applies, remembering
that the core of this desire is knowledge of God's infinite love for the soul personally. The
growing knowledge of that love is what allows the desire for the victory of God's will to begin to

| As the soul increases in its
capacity to anchor a
sense of that love, the glory of it becoming eve
brighter upon the horizon of awareness, the greater the desire becomes for that love to be all

| And thus, the desire for the
victory of God's
will, has at its center at all times, the desire for the
victory of God's love, in its first and most fundamental dimension, the victory that is represented

| When considering what part
of the theology of
major organized religions of the world are true, and
what part are false, you can use the aforementioned principle as a sword to cleave the real from

| And also, you can use the
aforementioned
principle to better understand the value of the
opportunity to be in embodiment, where the soul must face a host of distractions and defeat each
and every one, becoming strong beyond words, in its resolve to hold that geometry and no other in

| For that is the prerequisite of
reunion with
God, and the soul can't achieve that reunion until it has

| Contrary to the fallacious
and false promises
of organized Christianity, to wit, that Jesus Christ will
do all the work for the soul, if only the soul will accept him as Lord and Savior, that fact is that no
higher being, no matter how powerful, no matter how masterful, can achieve this mastery for the

| Obviously the soul can't
achieve it alone. The
soul needs help. So it is important to understand
the proper division of responsibility when it comes to the responsibilities of the soul, and the

| The first responsibility of
the soul, in this great
challenge of fighting off distraction, is to exercise
its will in a determined manner to come before the altar on a daily basis to give forth the

| It is the responsibility of the
Master to answer
the calls, to extend the sacred fire for the cleansing
and the transformation of the chakras and the four lower bodies of the individual and the

| The second responsibility of
the soul is to hold
fast to those elements of the divine identity revealed

| The soul must make the
effort to weave these
jewels of divine revelation into its life expression.
The soul must consciously chose to jettison all modes of thought and feeling that obstruct this

| If the soul makes these
efforts, the Masters
will respond. But if the soul does not make these

| Each effort in this regard,
and the Masters
response to it, are the tangible building blocks of marble

| If the soul is not willing to
make these efforts,
there is nothing that Jesus, or any Master can do for
the soul, other than to continue to provide the soul with further opportunities, in this and
subsequent lives (to the extent the mercy of God will allow), to get it right, i.e. to provide an
appropriate arena in which the soul can make the choice to make the efforts just

| Remember that the cloth and
fabric of human
desire is composed of strands of weakness, in terms
of allowing the attention of the soul to be distracted from the reality of God, and that these
weaknesses were built up over many lifetimes. Each point of weakness must be undone.
Remembering that the soul fell out of its divine estate originally because of these weaknesses. The
soul cannot be returned to its divine estate until these weakness have been overcome, i.e until the

| What use would it be for
Jesus to lift a soul
into its divine estate with those weakness intact? The
soul would simply fall again on those very same points. For example, if the soul has not chosen to
reconnect itself with the direct and tangible love that God extends to the soul personally, what use
would it be to pout the soul in the Presence of God? The soul would simply wander away again,
not having access to the central point of reality that binds the soul to God via

| This points out the great
illusion inherent in the
idea that the soul wins eternal life simply by
accepting Jesus Christ as Lord and Savior. 1/10/2001 |
| Though some may counter
by saying that,
"Jesus is my strength". Admittedly, in a certain respect,
this is supposed to be true, in as much as it is Jesus Christ, and those Masters who share the
responsibilities of the Mediator, who puts the soul into contact with the treasure of its own Divine

| But as each jewel is revealed,
the soul must
make the effort to assimilate that jewel, and then each
subsequent jewel as it is revealed. This is hard work. If it were easy, it would have been
accomplished long ago. It is not easy. Old patterns of distraction take the soul prisoner at every
turn. The question is, when will the soul exercise its own will to emerge from the each of the
myriad prison cells of distraction? If the soul does not choose to emerge, there is no power in

thought from
yesterday, I wanted to say that our distractions have become ingrained habit patterns, and that we
are comfortable residing within the confines of those habit patterns, which can be called

And in this we see one of the main challenges of the Path, as it is always somewhat uncomfortable
to leave the comfortable, but leave we must, though God and the Masters do not expect that we
leave what is comfortable all at once. We depart from our habit patterns of distraction
incrementally, establishing new habit patterns of attention to God's reality in their place.

preamble, "Please
help me to develop the capacity to recognize and honor the friendship of God at all times and
under all circumstances", the power of divine freedom takes up residence within the fabric of our

| These habit patterns of
distraction, these
sinews of the synthetic identity, when taken together as an amalgamated whole, comprise the
Dweller on the Threshold. Because the identity of the Dweller is characterized essentially in its
desire to be distracted from all subjects dealing with the divine, it is rightly depicted as an ugly
beast, for that which refuses to look upon God, the source of all beauty, will by default manifest
the opposite of beauty, which is ugliness. 1/11/2001 | |
| We must understand that
there is a huge
momentum behind our distraction patterns, built up layer upon layer over many life times. Even
when the soul exercises its will power in the opposite direction, i.e. to set aside one habitual
distraction pattern, and overlay it with an effort to direct one's attention towards God, the
underlying momentum of distraction is still there, compromising the ability of the soul to focus on
God, even though the soul has set aside a block of time to do just that. To counter this problem,
the Masters have given us the 20.09 Dweller on the Threshold call, and when given on a daily
basis, will allow the Masters to remove big chunks of that past momentum of distraction, enabling
our devotional sessions to be far more fruitful than they wold otherwise be. 1/11/2001 |

flame session, we
had a good bit of success focusing on the desire for the victory of God's will. As we held our
desire body in that configuration, the heart center came to the forefront of awareness as the portal
through which the treasures of the Causal Body press with great abundance to be made manifest in

| Nevertheless, the treasure of
God's friendship is
the first thing of value that I would possess. For a truth, was not the content of the causal body
built up over aeons of time in the midst of that very friendship? Of course it

of Helios calls, specifically during the 20.07 Judgment call section, the passion of God's friendship
emanated from my heart center in a very pronounced manner, and the same manifestation of

| On the one hand, it was the
passion of God for
me to know that friendship, and on the other hand it was the passion of my soul to know that
friendship. There is nothing that has a greater power within my being than this. I am grateful that
it came to forefront, and I look forward to the day when that passion is my constant reality.
Continuing on, during the .30 Solar Ring section, we are suspended in the most blessed all
encompassing forcefield of sacred fire peace, and crystal clarity. My heart is aglow ... tangibly...

| The heart is the region of friendship, not

| And we wait upon the heart

| God's friendship is at the center of God's
love. What a treasure he desires for
each of us to have and to hold, to revel in his friendship. (This during the preamble to our
Michael decrees). Very personal, very individual, very much one on one, or perhaps nose to

| It is most definitely God's
will for you to
know his friendship. There can not be any further doubt about that. It behooves us then to
identify and root out all forcefields that have heretofore sent the soul sailing out of his arms, rather

| Our lack of ability to rise into
the constant
awareness of God's friendship has nothing to do with our level of "worth" in God's eyes. In other
words you can't say that you are kept away from God because you are not worthy to be close to
him. The truth of the matter is this: we have simply adopted modes of thought and feeling (over
many lifetimes) that do not allow the chakras to come into alignment with that ever present reality.
These old patterns control our perceptions in the present. These we must undo, having great faith
that the friendship God has already revealed never actually wavers in its

| The chakras need to contain
a certain
increment of light, all seven in a balanced manner, that will allow for the proper resonance in this
regard. Habitual patterns of distraction, lower order thoughts and feelings, draw that light out of
the containment fields, leaving them essentially dark, and unable to illuminate this most

| Such is the case then, when
we finally
experience that friendship, that some clearance, and cleaning work has already been accomplished,
but I think more importantly, that the Master place his or her chakras over ours, giving us a taste of
the reality of that friendship, using the reservoir of light, and the immutable containment fields that
exist in and around the Master's chakras. 1/12/2001 |
| Though we meet the Master
half way, in
terms of establishing a minimum level of containment through the invocation of the Word at the

| This containment principle
goes a long way
towards explaining why progress on the Path, i.e. real attainment, is built up gradually over time.
Each chakra must have a containment forcefield. The level or intensity of light contained in each
chakra cannot be any greater than the capacity of the containment forcefield to hold

| I believe the strength of the
containment
forcefield is reflected in the level of determination to do the will of God. This includes the level of
determination to find out what the will of God is, and once that illumination is anchored, the
determination to carry it out regardless of the opposition the soul faces. 1/12/2001 | |
| We all start out on the Path
with a very small
amount of determination in this regard. And we see that determination grow as the years pass by
as we are faithful to our work before the altar in our invocation of the Word. 1/12/2001 |
| The altar of the Holy Grail
(or your domestic
outpost of that altar) is the only place where the containment forcefields can be built up in
strength. All desires that keep us away from the altar represent great fractures in the geometry of
the chakras that drain away the light. Depending on how deeply these desires are ingrained into
the psychology of the soul, it takes quite a long time for them to be transmuted, filled in, repaired,
but again, that transmutation work can only occur at the altar of the Holy

| So clearly we see that the
soul requires
sponsorship to come to the Path at all. The sponsoring Master will fill in those major fractures, at
least to the extent that will allow a modicum of determination to build up so that the soul can at
least get to the altar and begin the work, and continue the work. 1/12/2001 |
| But the Master must at
some point withdraw
that support, and allow the soul to meet those fractures head on, i.e. all of sudden, the soul will
feel great resistance to the decree work, feeling that something else is now far more important.
Will the soul work to fill those fractures with new levels of determination, remaining constant in its
altar work, or will the soul be carried away from the Path? 1/12/2001 | |
| And I think that when it
comes to this
sponsorship, that the Masters can only do this in proportion to the level of service of those
lightbearers already on the Path. Those lightbearers must invoke the requisite level of light. I.e.
the light that the Masters use to temporarily shore up the fractures in the chakras of souls they
would draw to the Path must be invoked by those lightbearers who are already on the Path. Thus
our service is absolutely essential in this process of bringing additional souls onto the Path of

| As we give our time in this
great work, this is
how we balance our karma. This is one of the most substantial and important ways for us to

| The focus on the chakras is
appropriate, for each of the four lower bodies, including the desire body, is comprised of a
