journal in the course of my daily decree services before this local outpost of the Altar of the
Holy Grail, located in my sanctuary, a converted photographic darkroom in the back of our

session today | The Chaplain, Dr. Lloyd John Ogilvie, offered
the following prayer:
Providential Lord of History, we prepare for the forthcoming Presidents'
weekend and the Senate's subsequent recess by expressing our gratitude for the way You have
raised up great Presidents to lead us in each stage of our progress as a nation. Today we remember
the faith in You that produced the greatness of Washington and Lincoln. Reverently, we recall
Washington's confession of faith, ``Providence has at all times been my only dependence,'' he said,
``for all other sources seem to have failed
us.'' And we call to mind Lincoln's declaration of dependence, ``I have been driven many times to
my knees by the overwhelming conviction that I had nowhere else to go.'' The same affirmation of
trust in You has been sounded by dynamic Presidents throughout our nation's history.
Thank You for Your hand upon President George W. Bush. Bless him
as he expresses his trust in You in these strategic days of his Presidency. We praise You for the
integrity of authentic faith expressed by the women and men of this Senate. It is with gratitude that
we will say ``one nation under God, indivisible'' when we give our allegiance to the flag this
morning. This is a nation You have blessed; we will rejoice and be glad to serve in it!

 Sacred fire glow appears in the
3rd eye area almost instantaneously as we begin our footprint transcriptions (2-7-2001).
Movement like unto a dancing flame. Movement like unto a soft breeze. A powerful force that
defies all tendencies towards uncertainty. Our mind could tend to continue on with some amount
of anxiety because of the fact that we are quite a bit late today, a fact which tends to push back the
whole schedule going forward, which presents its own problems. For example, looking forward to
the main decree service of the day and trying to foresee what can be eliminated to make up for
time lost, and experiencing the guilt or stress or both associated with the prospect of not being able
to fulfill the full program, and revolving this around and around, turning to the possibility of
cutting short our work period here, revolving this around and around, etc. The presence of this
power in the 3rd eye area says, without words, "come apart from that. Lift up your attention unto

| The aforementioned event helped us to
keep
our attention up and unentangled with the human inertia that we normally get mired in as we begin
our main decree service. On the 3rd repetition of our (12) Tubes of Light, a solid sense of
accomplishment emerges within me, on the 5th repetition a glow of sacred fire emerges at the 3rd
eye chakra area, and by the 12th repetition it is very strong. 2/15/2001

| A very intense glow of sacred fire in our
3rd
eye area during our main preamble, insert, during the affirmation of past points of divine
revelation, in particular, the golden light composed of all of the beauty of Yosemite resident within
the very core of my consciousness. 2/15/2001 Thu. |
| We are still quite enamored of that
appearance
of sacred fire at the onset of our footprint transcription work earlier today. It was quite bold, and
eminently helpful, providing a veritable bridge upon which we could pass over the tangle of human
concerns that were spreading their tentacles through our mind at that point. Quite a bit more bold
than anything heretofore manifest. And it is interesting to observe our internal reaction to that
boldness. The power of God made nearly as tangible as anything physical. It challenges that part
of me that is not yet ready to fully accept the fullness of God's reality. That part of the human
substrate of consciousness which wants us to keep God at arms length, out in left field at least,
seeming to be quite reluctant or resistance to accepting the closeness of this divine

| Sacred fire of peace and freedom appears
in
the 3rd eye area, and quite strongly, during the last 15 repetitions of our Michael decrees

| During this set of (15) Hail Marys, as we
try to
focus on the victory of God's will, we notice that up to this point we have not been making much
of an effort in that direction. We have been sort of relaxing in the even forcefield of sacred fire
glow from the beginning of the decree service, also a lot of mind energy has been directed to the
footprint transcription event referenced above. It really does take a determined act of the will to
focus all of your energy on bringing your desire body into that mode of longing for the victory of

| This 15 minute violet flame session was
characterized by the constant sacred fire glow of peace and freedom from the beginning to the
end. Even so, this does not equate to the desire for the victory of God's will. It may be, and
probably is, a manifestation of that victory, but it is not in and of itself synonymous with the desire
for the victory of God's will. This was very clear, in as much as we made a considerable effort to
focus on the victory of God's will amidst this sacred fire glow, and it still took quite a bit of effort
to make even the smallest amount of progress. We settled on this thought form: "One desire: the
victory of God's will." And we would attempt to refresh that at the 3rd eye level repeatedly as we
continued with our violet flame calls. As we began to connect with that desire, the heart center
again came to the forefront of awareness, and we note that in the midst of that desire there is
actual knowledge of God's glory. Which, when you tune into it, ignites a greater intensity of
desire for the victory of that glory. This is not a passive exercise. It takes a determined dynamic
effort, but it is well worth the effort, as it delivers its own reward in terms of a connection to the
reality of the heart, (transforming the heart from an abstraction to an actual center of power), a
connection to the reality of God's glory, and the deep fulfillment that is associated with the act of
calling forth that victory, i.e. being engaged in that stream of productive activity is thoroughly

| I am so grateful for this illuminated inner

| During our next set of (15) Hail Marys, we
tried this new thoughtform, "One desire: the victory of God's will," and we sensed that as our
desire body truly takes on the geometry of that desire, that we are actually merging with an
awareness of the larger divine creation, the heavenly octaves, and beyond. 2/15/2001 Thu. |
| During our 20.09 Dweller on the
Threshold
(5x) section of the 20.12 matrix, for an instant in time our entire awareness was framed within the
desire for the victory of God's will, a larger forcefield of desire that had the structure, the
geometry of that longing for the victory of God's will. It was a part of me, yet it framed and
supported me. During the Tube of Light section of the .30 Solar Ring call, we stopped to ponder
this, "One desire: The victory of God's will," repeating it over and over, and we see that at the
center is adoration, the soul bowing before the blessedness of God in the deepest adoration.

| It is absolutely amazing the difference a
good
grip makes when you are trying to do a pull-up. While I make note of this in the context of our
physical effort only, I cannot help but think that this principle applies equally well to the realm of
internal strength and achievement. (We do have a chin-up bar installed in the Sanctuary, attached

| We enter our Hercules calls (3x) with the
fear
that we don't have the time to do these calls. But instantly as the call goes forth we are in a little
boat of divine purpose, with a strong hull, sailing freely forward over and past the former
opposition. We are lifted up above the opposition and sealed hermetically in our personal

| As we repeat "One desire: the victory of
God's
will" before our (3x) Hail Mary, we are getting that feedback at the 3rd eye area that reports the
infinite blessedness of God, and the passion of the heart comes to the fore with an imprint or
geometry of endearment in relationship to the blessedness of God that is now spread before our
inner vision in such panoramas of vastness. 2/15/2001

| As we get close to the end of the decree
service we are starting to worry about the time. During "I Seek Thee's" (3x), the heart center
comes to the forefront of awareness, and this presence has stilled all concern, instilling the desire
pay close attention to the very end, so as to not miss anything that God would want to reveal. We
await upon the sacred interval of the heart. 2/15/2001

| One of the primary themes of this (3x)
series
of calls is the intensity we are able to enter into during each interspersed set of (3x) Hail Mary
calls. Not only is there the desire for the victory of God's will, but there is the most intense desire
to work shoulder to shoulder with Mother Mary, to bring about the greatest possible victory as the
result of these calls. Let's really got into this to maximize the effectiveness of these calls, you and
me together. This intensity comes from the heart. An objective observation. Not an

| Again, entering into our footprint
transcriptions (2-8-2001) in the state of human uncertainty and skepticism, which gives way before
the appearance of that crystal presence of the sacred fire within the fabric of our awareness in the
midst of the transcribing of the very first paragraph. Not as bold as yesterday. But bold enough to
arrest and defeat all vibrations of uncertainty, orientating the whole mind upward into the

| The blessed reassuring
appearance of the sacred fire during opening statements, allowing the mind to rise above the
morass of human anxiety associated with a huge $500 plus car repair bill. This is like sprouting
wings. We rise high over the boiling cauldrons. They can't touch us. 2/16/2001 Fri. |
| The appearance of a blessed presence of
crystal
serenity in the crown chakra area during our first set of (15) Hail Marys. 2/16/2001 Fri. | |
| As we enter into our 30.08 Covenant of
the
Magi calls (12x), we bring to mind a theme that has been at or near the forefront of our mind since
our footprint transcription work session. It is this: Looking into the future, what is it that keeps
you from pouring all of your being into the desire for the victory of God's will? What is it that
looks at this prospect with trepidation? With this in mind we brought our victory thoughtform to
the forefront: One desire - the victory of God's will, and tried to enter into it, noticing that
there is a huge difference between holding the thoughtform, and the actual engagement of the
desire body. We observe that this engagement of the desire body with the divine (which we desire
to bring about) does not just happen. It takes a supreme act of the will to bring it into an engaged
condition, and parenthetically, we are again reminded that the soul's reunion with God is not a
passive thing as many of the Christian theologians would have us believe, i.e. accept Jesus Christ
as Lord and Savior and he will lift you up into a condition of eternal divine grace at the end of this
life time. No. The desire nature is integral to our being. We have made it into what it is today,
that blob of non-alignment to the divine will, by many wrong choices over many lifetimes. The
desire body, more than anything else, represents the ultimate result of all of our free will choices.
We must undo these choices. So, as the 30.08 calls proceed, and as we are faced with this
unresponsive desire nature, and as we keep the victory thoughtform at the center of the mind, and
marvel at how we are not engaging our desires to any significant degree, there is finally a point
where we see that this is a matter of vision, and at that point the heart center came to the forefront
of awareness, and a dimension of awareness of God's beauty was added to the fabric of our mind,
and the actual desire for the victory of God's will was ignited by this awareness, and soon we were
sealed in a compartment of sacredness, sealed n the flame of this desire for the victory of God's

| Coming before the altar, the desire nature
exhibits the quality of human density. This density does not readily move in the direction of the
divine. As the calls go forth, the Master releases the Light that transmutes that density, a Light
carrying the vision of God's beauty, and thus the condition for the igniting of that desire is

This is the key principle here, i.e. human density. Each day we bring our human density to the
altar for transmutation. We have talked about burdens of oppression, of heaviness, and weight,
and all of these come under the general heading of human density. On some days the layer of
density up for transmutation is thin, and you pass through it quickly. On other days, it is very thick
and it takes much more time to pass through it. 2/16/2001

| During our next set of (15) Hail Marys, we
can
see clearly that the passion for the victory of God's will is the natural constant for all Sons and
Daughters of God who have maintained their divine estate. Their desire natures are always
engaged in that direction, primarily because their vision is clear. They can see that infinite
goodness of God at all times, therefore a strong passion for the victory of that goodness is blazing

| Very interesting insight during the next
Sanat
Kumara and Lady Master Venus prayers. You have within your grasp the key to your complete
victory and access to all regions of divine reality. It is the mastery of the desire body, and what
problem could there be but to simply desire to see the blessedness of God's glory poured out upon

| The sacred fire of peace and freedom
appears
within the fabric of our awareness beginning on the 30th repetition of our (45x) Michael

| A flush of the sacred fire of freedom in the
crown chakra at the beginning of this violet flame session at the point where we invoke the (10x)
multiplication dispensation of Beloved Omri Tas. [Dispensation announced at the Inner Retreat,
July 1984; Omri Tas will multipy by the power of ten all violet flame sessions of 15 minutes or

| We spent this entire violet flame session
(15
minutes) in the constant glow of the sacred fire of freedom. We put considerable effort into
focusing on the victory of God's will, nearly constantly, and had some success. The success is
mostly in the constancy of the effort. I can that at least 80-90% of the time was spent focusing on
that thoughtform, i.e. the victory of God's will, though we were not able to really engage the actual
desire in any great depth. But the desire to achieve the fullness of that desire for the victory of
God's will was certainly fairly constant and strong. We know where we want to go.

sacred fire of freedom in the crown chakra area during our next set of (15) Hail

| During the 20.12 Ratification of the
Judgment
of Helios decree matrix, by the 4th repetition of our 20.07 Judgment calls (5x), a very bright focus
of sacred fire glow in the 3rd eye chakra area, enfolding our entire being with the blessed updraft
of freedom. 2/16/2001 Fri. | |
| The most blessed crystal fire sacredness
comes upon us as we draw our solar rings during the .30 Solar Ring calls (at the end of the 20.12
matrix). 2/16/2001 Fri. |
| During this decree service, we have begun
the
first reading of the dictation of the Elohim Arcturus, Pearl of Wisdom, Vol. 28, No. 3, January 20,
1985. In regards to this, I just wanted to mention that as were reading a particular portion, that we
were returned to a very special mode of awareness that we have had before, but rarely, in which
the totality of creation, all of it, and I mean all of it, is before us exuding the goodness of God,
where there exists absolutely nothing less than God's goodness, which extends from every possible
point of time and space in all dimensions. This perception that everything is God Good,
makes the mindset of humanity almost silly, if so much pain and suffering were not also associated

| A crystal presence of sacred fire appeared
within the fabric of our awareness during this set of (3x) Hail Marys prior to our (3x)

| A strong glow of the sacred fire of peace
and
serenity within the crown chakra area during our 50.04 I Seek Thee calls (3x). This has put to
rest all thoughts about the shortness of time that have begun gnawing at me around the edges of
our mind. 2/16/2001 Fri. | |
| A presence that becomes even stronger
during
the next set of (3x) Hail Marys, and the (3x) Healing calls. A wonderful presence worthy of our
undivided attention. A wonderful presence that is clearly the most important point of interest, i.e.
the importance of this presence trumps all other interests. How does it do that? It is the glory of
God come so close, and it says to your soul that God is here, and everything is ok. The quality of
the presence communicates that. 2/16/2001 Fri. |
| This is essentially the presence of freedom,
which is illustrated by the fact that it was not until this very last (3x) set of Hail Marys that we
finally felt that intense desire to work shoulder to shoulder with Mother Mary to bring about the
maximum victory in the course of these calls. Its a precious desire, because it is the desire of the
heart, and because it brings you close to the Master. That is the real me. 2/16/2001 Fri. | |
| During the last set of (15) Hail Marys, we
see
that that desire is the more precious because you begin to apprehend the great needs which exist
across the entire earth which Mother Mary has before her, in which she has the deepest desire to
fulfill. 2/16/2001 Fri. |
| [backyard decree/sunshine session]
During this
session we did 15 minutes of Helios and Vestas, 15 minutes of I Am Light decrees, and 30
minutes of violet flame. Over the course of this hour we heard a loud blast of rap music from
someone's car stereo out in the street. It went off after a couple of minutes, but set my emotional
body in that state of anxiety over the emotional confrontations that always occur when I have to
aks our neighbors to turn down their stereo. They have me programmed like Pavlov's dog in that
respect. I continued on with my calls and entered into a very blessed region of peace after about
20 minutes of violet flame decrees in which we could really start focusing on the victory of God's
will, i.e. the goal of getting our desire body to align itself in that direction. Just after I had
achieved some success in this regard, our neighbors began to make noise in their back yard, just
talking, but this was enough to trigger the aforementioned anxiety pattern, as we sit on the edge of
our seat, as it were, just waiting for the music to be cranked up, which would then require me to
get up, walk over there, and ask them to turn it down, for which I receive a blast of negativity that
always accompanies that request. The music did not come on. But, the internal experience of
watching our emotional nature change in an instant from peace and preciousness associated with
the effort to align our desires to the victory of God's will, into this state of anxiety over the
imminent auditory assault, was very interesting to observe, and it produced a very interesting

| This is anxiety is fear based. We
fear
the imminent auditory assault. Whether it comes or not our desire nature is in a condition of anti-
desire. We do not desire to experience that auditory assault. This state of being is antithetical to
achieving our goal. I can see that our desire for the victory of God's will has to become so strong,
and so automatic, that nothing can trigger a fear reaction, i.e. nothing can place my desire body
into the anti-desire configuration. As we see clearly that you will only be able to achieve this in the
midst of the flow of the word, where sufficient sacred fire can be invoked to establish the
condition of divine peace. Yes, that powerful presence that does not allow fear, anxiety, or
concern to occupy any aspect of your being. Then, and only then are you free to make the effort
to master the desire body. And it is so abundantly clear that the effort must be made by the soul.
This is important. The sacred fire blazing within the fabric of your awareness only sets the stage.
The soul must then take advantage of that precious opportunity. Sort of like taming a wild horse.
The sacred fire gathers up all the horses and puts them into a holding corral. The soul then
chooses one horse at a time, and brings it into the training arena. The soul rides that horse until it
is tamed, and then trains it to follow commands. Once this is completed for one horse, the soul

| The appearance of divine
peace, a quiet internal region appears after then 10th repetition of (12) Tubes of Light. A modest
glow of sacred fire across the brow as we complete the 12th repetition. 2/17/2001 Sat. | |
| At the beginning of our first set of (15)
Hail
Marys, a flash quick insight into a region of myself which leaps with joy at another opportunity to
continue our efforts to come into alignment with the desire for the victory of God's will. By the
end of (15) repetitions a new dimension of sacred fire peace rests upon and within the fabric of

| Day #55 of the strength of many
mountains,
and #53 of the golden portal of the heart and the many divine cities revealed therein, and #49 of
the many many fires of celebration of the glory of God, and #14 of the nourishment of God's glory

| During our Michael decrees (45x), we
observe
that when we began to get some traction in holding the thoughtform of the victory of God's will,
(after the 30th repetition), that we are lifted into a region of awareness which is alive with the
dynamism of purposefulness. And it is very fullfilling for the soul to enter therein. When are
there, it clearly reveals itself to be the best place you could possibly be. No earthly activity can
compete with it. 2/17/2001 Sat. |
| A constant, uniform, glow of sacred fire
throughout the enter 15 minute violet flame session, allowing us to again make the effort to aligh
our desire body with the desire for the victory of God's will. No overt oppostion to this except for
the propensity of your mind to drift, and sometimes that drift has a considerable force behind it,
because we can see how difficult it is to reverse it and to re-establish the focus. 2/17/2001 Sat. | |
| An appearance of the glow of sacred fire
in
the 3rd eye at the end of the next set of (15) Hail Marys. 2/17/2001

| During this decree service we have
completed
the first reading of the dictation by the Elohim Arcturus, Pearls of Wisdom, Vol. 28, No. 3. We
are beginning the second reading. 2/17/2001 Sat. | |
| We entered into our 20.12 Ratification of
the
Judgment of Helios decree matrix with the firm idea that this would be the last decree set for
today, and that we should limit the section repetitions (20.07, 20.09) to (3x) instead of (5x). Upon
entering into the 20.07 Judgment call section, on the first repetition, a strong glow of sacred fire
peace and freedom emerged in the 3rd eye area. Not only did we do the normal 5 repetitions, but
we extended it to 9 repetitions because of the gratitude and delight associated with the giving of
these calls with such a bright beacom of peace ensconced at the very center of our attention. This
bright glowing beacon of peace stayed with us through 9 repetitions of our 20.09 Dweller calls as
well, and through the remainder of that decree matrix. 2/17/2001

| A most precious presence of crystal clarity,
serenity, the deepest stillness, and the deepest blessedness, descends upon us, and we are admidst
it, one with it, during the next set of (15) Hail Marys. 2/17/2001

| Early on in our Cyclopea session (50x), the
most blessed, and precious presence of sacred fire appears in the 3rd eye area, and draped all
around us, and stays with us to the end. And here is another jewel worth having in terms of
desire, and that is to desire so deeply that the call can be given so fervently, that the Master can
make the absolute maximum amount of use out of it. The deepest desire that this call can bring
about the greatest possible amount of good. And to stay absorbed into that desire throughout the

After 15 minutes of
Helios and Vestas, and 15 minutes of I Am Light
decrees, and 5 minutes into our 30 minute violet flame session, the morning grogginess is finally
gone, and the glow of sacred fire appears strongly in the 3rd eye area. 13 minutes into our violet
flame calls we have succeeded in bringing forth the desire to do our best so that the Masters can
make maximum use of these calls. The idea of working shoulder to shoulder with Mother Mary,
even during violet flame calls, is a tremendous help in anchoring that desire. Then of course, the
desire for the victory of God's will needs to be anchored in the center of that, which is not easy.
We ended the violet flame session immersed in the sacred fire of cozy

peace and freedom appears solidly in our 3rd eye area
on the 3rd repetition of (12) Tubes of Light. By the 12th repetition the glow has expanded to the

If your service before the altar represents a series of round stepping stones leading through the
swamp of the astral plane, then, on the day you miss one of those decree services, given the fact
that there was no solid stepping stone under your feed on that day, what then did you step
in? 2/18/2001 Sun. | |
| Through the entirety of the main
preamble/insert, we experienced a glow of sacred fire in the 3rd eye area. In the section of the
preamble/insert where we affirm a variety of points of divine knowledge previously revealed,
specifically the revelation within me of the many many fires of celebration of the glory of God
(repeated 15x), we experienced the most intense desiring for the victory of God's will. All of my
being became invested in that desire, and I wanted to say that this is a chord of true identity. It is
real life, unified with a purpose that spans eternity. Absolutely resonates with the core of being,
and thus absolutely fulfilling. 2/18/2001 Sun. |
| Though I must say that during our 30.08
Covenant of the Magi calls (12x), our mind drifted into thinking (and worrying) about the issue of
car repair, and that this focus totally unplugged me from the previously mentioned central channel

peace and freedom and comfort appears in our 3rd eye area as we approach the 30th repetition of
our (45x) Michael decrees. We are immersed in this fire of freedom through the 45th repetition.
We had some success focusing on the victory of God's will during the last 15

| About 4 minutes into our 15 minute violet
flame session, a bright glow of sacred fire peace and freedom appears within the fabric of our
awareness distributed evenly throughout our being, though with a point of greater brightness
focused at the 3rd eye area. Of course it is a delight to proceed forward under these conditions.
In the presence of this power nothing can persuade you that you are doing anything but the most
blessed and important work. In the midst of it, our forcefield must also be glowing with a
considerable dimension of gratitude as well. Nothing can tempt you into believing that your ought

clearly evident as the calls go forth, is the fact that it is awesome, and something that instills the

focusing on one desire - the victory of God's will, and if we can remember that by making this
effort, that we are calling forth the substrate of our greater divine identity, we can manifest a

| I think that one of the weakest points in
Christian theology is the doctrine that hold that all you have to do to earn the jewel of eternal life is
to accept Jesus Christ as your Lord and Savior, that he has paid the price for all our sins, and that
nothing more is required of us. This is weak because the integrity of the social structure in which
we live is founded on the principle of accountability, and on the principle that there are
consequences associated with every choice, whether it is a good choice or a bad choice. Thus, on
the one hand, the integrity of human society, and civilization generally, rests upon the foundation
of accountability and consequences, yet on the other hand, we are led to believe that the
foundation of eternal life, the very foundation of that divine civilization in which we will partake, is
founded on the principle that the soul can cleanly escape from all accountability, cleanly escape
from all the consequences of its actions. Does that make sense? It has to be false doctrine.

citizens
become more accountable, not less. They take more responsibility, not less. They embrace the
consequences of their choices with more enthusiasm, not less. The principle of personal
responsibility becomes increasingly elevated, applied not just to civic and family relationships, but

hallmark of a crumbling society, is not simply the decline of morals and ethics, these are symptoms
only. At the root of it all is the shirking of personal responsibility - the denial that consequences

example of that? One whose life is dedicated to dodging the consequences of his misdeeds? He
refuses to pay the price, and this drives the moral majority nuts. But, where did Bill Clinton get

breath, loudly proclaim that you can earn your way into heaven by doing nothing. All of your sins

doctrine to society at large, that the society would collapse, and disintegrate into anarchy? How
long could society survive if criminals could simply claim that somebody else had already paid the
