Holy Grail, located in my sanctuary, a converted photographic darkroom in the back of our

in the U.S. House

April 24,
2001 | The Reverend Michael J. Cronin, student, the Catholic
University of America, Washington, D.C., and priest, Diocese of Winona, Minnesota, offered the
following prayer:
Almighty and eternal God, in Your great mercy, You have revealed
Your glory to all the nations. Let the light of Your divine wisdom direct the deliberations of
Congress and shine forth in all these proceedings and laws framed for our government. May those
who serve in this body be enabled by Your powerful protection to discharge their duties with
honesty and integrity. May they seek to preserve peace, promote national happiness, and continue
to bring us the blessings of liberty and equality.
May all people in this great land be preserved in union and peace and, after enjoying the blessings
of this life, be admitted to those which are eternal. We pray to You, who are Lord and God,
forever and ever. Amen. | The Chaplain, Dr. Lloyd John Ogilvie, offered
the following prayer:
God of all nations, Father of every tribe, color and tongue of
humankind, You have created us to live at peace with one another in Your family. You have
revealed to us Your desire that all Your children should be free to worship You. Here in America,
freedom of religion is a basic fabric of our life. Sadly, this freedom is not enjoyed in so many
places in our world. We are grieved by the shocking accounts of religious persecution. Prejudice
expressed in hostility and then in hatred and violence
exists throughout the world. As we think of the pain and suffering inflicted on Christians because
of their faith, we also are reminded of all forms of intolerance over religion in the world today. We
remember the suffering of the Jews in this century. Forgive any prejudice in our own hearts and
purge from us any vestige of imperious judgmentalism of people whose expression of faith in You
differs from our own. We pray for tolerance in the human family. And may it begin in each of us.

violet flame decrees, the glow of the sacred fire of peace and freedom has taken up residence
within the fabric of our awareness, though it has not displaced the substrate of morning grogginess
which still sits as an immovable mass upon our consciousness generally denying to us, so far, the

| This is the 37th consecutive day of the
Linda Healing Project. | Ritual
outline: We begin repeating our Linda Healing Prayer when we get out of bed, "My
Beloved God Presence, I Am That I Am, please allow Linda to feel your precious friendship, your
precious love, your precious comfort,
your precious peace, and your precious healing power. Please bestow upon Linda the intelligence
that will enable her to recognize the difference between friend and foe." After dressing we
proceed directly to the kitchen, remove five dog biscuits from the jar, and chop them in half to
yield a total of ten pieces. Five for Linda, and five for Max. We proceed to the sanctuary, kneel at
the altar, explain our goals, and ask for assistance. This includes a request that a squad of nature
spirits and elementals to be assigned to tutor Linda in recognizing the difference between friend
and foe, and sword work to cut Linda free from her fear and all aggressive tendencies. We depart
the sanctuary, taking the white hand bell from the altar, proceed into the garage, ring the hand bell,
open the main garage door, and walk over to the front gate. We ring the hand bell again, open the
gate, say good morning to Linda and Max, pull the two trash barrels outside of the gate, walk back
inside the gate and over to the chain link fence where the dogs are ready for their dog biscuits.
After feeding four biscuits to each dog, in this order, Max, Linda, Max, Linda, etc., we pull the
trash barrels back inside of the gate, and then walk back over to the fence and give each dog one
more biscuit and a pat on the head. That done, I say goodbye, close the gate, ring the hand bell,
walk into the garage and close the garage door. |
Last night when Karla came home, she
opened the gate and put her cat Maui into the backyard from there, and that sent Linda into a fit of
barking that lasted about 30 minutes. Because of this I believe, this morning's session represented
a step backwards. We've got to do something about keeping people from walking through that
gate for any reason. We need to teach Linda that the only thing that comes through that gate are
people with lots of love and dog biscuits. Allow her to get into that agitated state cannot be
helpful when it comes to achieving the goal of building confidence in her.
Linda began to bark at the ringing of the hand bell inside
of the garage. From that point until I got to the fence she was barking. Though again I must say
that when I looked over the gate before opening it, Linda's body language and movements tell me
that she's in a mode of expectation as well as her fearful guard dog mode. Sort of a mix between
the two.
During the feeding of the dog biscuits, Linda was very
reluctant. I had to extend the dog biscuit way down so she could see it, and then draw it back to
get her to stand up to get it. I had to do this each time in a very exaggerated manner as compared
to what had heretofore become normal behavior for her, where she as standing up to get the
biscuit without any coaxing at all. Today it seemed like she really didn't want to be petted, she
was drawing back somewhat, but she put up with it each time to get the dog biscuit. After all the
dog biscuits were chewed up and swallowed down she went back into her dog house and just laid
down in there. There was no play at the end of this ritual. I guess that is the most significant
aspect of this retrograde development. When I walked away she gave out a bark. When I rang the
hand bell at the gate upon leaving, she did come out of her dog house to look around.
Though another factor could be that the temperature is
getting quite warm. It must have been 80 degrees out there at 10:00am, and this may cause the
dogs to be somewhat lethargic. Though Max seemed as alert as receptive as ever. [c-notes recorded in

By the 12th repetition of our (12x)
Tubes of Light we are beginning to sense the glow of the sacred fire presence of peace and
freedom, about a (2) on the (1-12) scale of s.f. intensity. 4/24/2001

| As we begin our divine revelation
recollection affirmations (DRRA's), you would not believe the level of opposition that confronts
us, i.e. within the very fabric of our own being. I was the embodiment of a sticky tar pit. And the
stickiness had several dimensions to it. Over the course of our DRRA's we have worked ourself
out of it, ending up with a presence of the sacred fire of peace and freedom at a level of (5) on the
(1-12) scale of s.f. intensity. We have added two new points to the DRRA series from recent
experiences, viz., the revelation of the sacred presence of our Father/Mother God throughout all
space, and the revelation of God as the center of life. The latter is very powerfully present with us
now. What a glorious principle of order for all aspects of consciousness. It is very wonderful to
have this principle alive within the fabric of our awareness. It is alive beyond thought. There is a
profound and compelling power associated with it. 4/24/2001

| Because the transfer of wealth to
Communist China through "free trade" with the United States is strengthening the totalitarian
government there, which has the effect of prolonging the enslavement of the Chinese people
generally, the American people are accruing a collective karmic debt which, I am afraid, can only
be balanced through a like diminution of freedom in America. In this regard, the karmic law
cannot be dodged, and this is why free trade with Communist China is so dangerous for America's

| Flash awareness of the reality of our
Father/Mother God and the glorious truth in the proposition that God deserves our utmost respect,
as we enter into our 15 minute period of violet flame decrees, at that point where we ask St.
Germain and Jesus for their assistance in helping me to develop the capacity to extend the utmost
respect unto our Father/Mother God at all times and under all circumstances. 4/24/2001 Tue. | |
| Not withstanding this vision, when we
actually got down to the work and the effort of aligning our mind with our victory thoughtform,
"God deserves my utmost respect," we confronted only resistance for the first ten minutes of the
15 minute session. After the ten minute mark, it became easier to focus on this victory
thoughtform, though we did not succeed in our effort to enter into it very

| As you toil in the kitchen scrubbing the
black encrustations off the pots and pans, once in while the Master will give you a vision of a
perfectly clean pot. Oh. So that's what a perfectly clean pot looks like. But that vision does not
automatically transform all the dirty pots in the sink into perfectly clean pots. The vision simply
inspires the pot washer to keep on washing and scrubbing. Eventually you will arrive at the perfect

Navy-Retired, and priest, Archdioceses of Chicago, Illinois, offered the following prayer:
Bless the Lord, all works of the Lord.
Praise to You, Creator God, for singularly blessing these United States
from the creative hopes and labors of our Founding Fathers until this session of the 107th
Congress.
We, the people, bless our forefathers' memory, their vision, their passion
for freedom, their acceptance of personal responsibility, their recognition of Your grace and
providence.
Life is God's gift to us. What we do with our lives is our gift to God.
As we nourish and cherish our lives, so may we respect and nourish the
most fragile, the weakest, the most destitute among us.
Thanks be to the living God for placing a spirit of service in the hearts of
the men and women of this House. Through their work, create unity without uniformity, justice
that is blind, civility and respect without retribution or revenge. Let their voices ring with truth,
their lives echo integrity.

Things went better overall as compared to yesterday. First,
there was no barking at the ringing of the hand bell while still in the garage. Linda started to bark
at the opening of the garage door, and continued until I got to the fence. The barking was half
hearted until I started to pull the trash barrels outside of the gate, then it became a little more
intense. At that point Linda stood up on her hind legs with her front lets propped up against the
top of the dog house and continued to bark more intensely. As I approached the fence she moved
over to the fence too, and stood up against the fence to bark in my face, but as reached over the
fence to pet Max, she stopped. Linda was more receptive today. She did not go back into her dog
house to chew up and swallow down her first biscuit. With each biscuit she let me pet her on the
head and she was not as reluctant as yesterday. And there was a play session at the end of today's
ritual where Linda offered herself up to be petted a couple of times. Linda and Max were lapping
up water from the water container when I walked away. There was no barking. As I rang the
hand bell, Linda went into her usual look around mode.
I should also mention that we had to mow the back lawn
today, which means that we had to take the lawn mower out of the garage, and take it into the
back yard along the pathway that leads through the dog pen area on that side of the house. So we
had to begin that process with more dog biscuits when we started, and some more dog biscuits
when we finished. There was very little barking during this process. Linda let me pet her on the
head with each biscuit as usual, and there was some additional play time during which Linda
offered herself up to be petted. There is some competition forming between Max and Linda. Max
is trying to push her away so he can get the biscuits and the pets on the head, and that appears to
make Linda try harder, and that works out all to the good. Max has been extremely helpful in this
process in bringing forth the happy part of Linda from the very beginning. [c-notes recorded in

| In regards to the issue of Trade with
Communist China, there is one passage in scripture that goes
to the heart of the matter. It is found in St. Matthew 16:26, where the Master Jesus says, "For
what is a man profited, if he shall gain the whole world, and lose his own soul?" [c-notes recorded in

| As we transcribe the 4/24/2001 entry
about washing pots, I am thinking that the children of God
have to be weaned away from the threads of error in Christian dogma. The soul of course thirsts
for respect, for acceptance, within the holy family. And it is abundantly true that God pours out
his love upon the soul no matter how far the soul has fallen away from the divine plan. And there
is a certain amount of common sense to this, that God would reach out to the soul, to bring the
soul back into the kingdom, and the arms that God uses to reach the soul are arms of love. But
while God extends his love to the soul, and is ready to forgive the soul of all of its wrong doings,
this does not release the soul from its responsibility to do the work that is necessary that will allow
it to live within the context of divine reality. [c-notes recorded in office] 4/25/2001

Loud Music Event: 7:25pm to 7:34pm -
The next door neighbors are playing their music loud
again, this time from inside their garage with the garage door open. The music comes out of the
garage and bounces off the block walls on the other side of the street, and comes right through the
walls of our house, in this case, into our office area, and into the sanctuary. At this point I am
feeling monumental reluctance about confronting them with this issue. I suppose the word
"detest" best describes my frame of mind and emotions at this point. I really detest having to go
over there and confront them on this issue. And this is hugely powerful emotion. But, we have
our program set before us, and we will complete it. That is, we give our 33.00 Ruby Ray
Judgment calls, giving the Ruby Ray angels the authority to bind the stubbornness and insensitivity
associated with this problem, we go over there and politely ask them to turn it down, and then
return to the sanctuary to do a set of 20.09 dweller calls to bind the backlash.
Ok. We did our 33.00 Ruby Ray Judgment call, and
when we are through, we cannot hear the music anymore. Also, during the giving of this call we
experienced within us what we would call veins of sacred fire peace and freedom running through
the stress and anxiety. And that points to the real goal in this matter, and that is to overcome this
stress and anxiety reaction pattern. To establish sacred fire peace and in its place. Here we saw
hints of that actually happening.
Now, when the call was done, we could not hear the
music anymore. We went out into the garage and listened, and there was no sound of music. So,
we cannot go over there and ask them to turn it down when it is no longer playing. Later on, the
music started up again, but the level of was not loud enough to penetrate through the walls of the
sanctuary. And besides, we had the ceiling fan on, and if the music was loud enough to penetrate
through the walls of the sanctuary, we did not hear it.
And I should note, as a matter of perspective, that this is
a better situation than obtained at the onset of this problem more than five years ago when the
music was so loud it would thump over and above the sound made by the ceiling fan. At least
now there seems to exist some governor upon their desire for loud music.
Since formulating our action plan, we have not been
given the opportunity to get past the 33.00 Ruby Judgment call matrix. We have had two Loud
Music Events since formulating our action plan, and each time the level of the music was
eliminated or reduced to an acceptable level after the giving of that call, with no need for us to go

The glow of the sacred fire appears
within the fabric of our awareness on the 3rd repetition of (12x) Tubes of Light, at about a (3) on
the (1-12) scale of s.f. intensity. Even though the intensity is low, we can clearly perceive the
difference between the qualities associated with the sacred fire glow, and those associated with the
substrate of anxiety and stress generated by the latest loud music event. 4/25/2001 Wed. |

of (5) on the (1-12) scale of s.f. intensity, during the next set of (15x) Hail

| Tangible presence of the sacred fire of
peace and freedom emerges at the crown chakra area
during our sword work, at that portion where we are wielding the blue lightening sword of
Archangel Michael to cut free the children of ECP from those influences of darkness that have
taken them away from the path of the ascension. 4/25/2001

This is really an interesting event to
ponder, but first some background. We have begun making
some progress in implementing our layout/design changes across older footprint files. In the
course of this work we have found the need to use the macro we built that automatically reorders
the left/right sequences of text cells. In the course of employing this macro, we have run into a
couple of bugs associated with the manual selection of the range of text cells to reorder. Before
proceeding, we had to fix these bugs. The last bug had to do with a too narrow width definition
for those static text areas that display, in the progress dialog, the number of paragraphs being
formatted. For example, a value of 105, displayed as 10, hiding the trailing 5 digit.
To fix this, we went into the dialog editor and made the
width of these static text areas wider, and rearranged the surrounding elements accordingly.
Because this particular dialog is used in a callbackwait loop, which allows information on the
dialog to be updated as the macro runs, it cannot be loaded and displayed from the dialog editor
environment, i.e. with the normal load and display statements. The dialog needs to be converted
into discrete dialog definition statements. This is done by copying the dialog to the Windows
clipboard while inside of the dialog editor. That definition is then laid into the body of the macro
with a paste command. When the dialog definition is converted into discrete statements in this
manner, the variables that we associated, inside of the dialog editor, with static text areas, do not
find their way into the discrete statements. The discrete statement that defines the attributes of a
static text area, specifically the attribute that defines the content of that static text area, is simply
left blank. And we have to manually add the variable names.
After taking these actions, the first time we ran the
macro we ran into a new set of problems. The variables that we entered into the static text area
definitions were generating "variable unknown" errors. The immediate fix for this problem was to
declare these variables upstream, and we did that, and that solved the problem, but there was this
nagging understanding that this was not necessary before, and it shouldn't be necessary now, so
there is something fishy going on here, but we couldn't figure out what it was. The only thing that
we changed in this step was the width of the those text areas. Nothing else should have changed.
But, the macro worked with this fix. But why the fix was necessary now, and wasn't necessary
before, was a mystery.
Now, back to the decree service experience. During the
last couple of words of our (12x) 30.08, Covenant of the Magi calls, the exact reason for
this problem simply appeared inside of my mind. It appeared, and it was right to the point. Oh.
Of course, I see why that error occurred, I see why the fix was necessary, but I also see why that
same fix was not required before. We were not thinking about this subject at all at the time. We
were trying to hold our attention on our victory thoughtform, "God deserves my utmost respect."
and we were engaged in this effort, and the former point of illumination just appeared.
This is the reason why the macro would run previously
with out this fix. Before, when the dialog definition was pasted into the body of the macro, we did
not go to the trouble of specifying the appropriate variable names for those static text areas,
because it was not necessary to display the value of those variables when the dialog was first
defined and displayed. Those static text areas were simply blank when the dialog first displays.
And that was ok because at that point, we had not arrived at the functional part of the macro that
calculates the value for those variables. But once the process of text cell reformatting gets under
way, the paragraph values are calculated and then assigned into those static text areas with
"RegionSetWindowText" statements. That means, that when those variables are first encountered,
they are encountered within the context of assignment statements, where values were being
assigned to them, and in this macro language, when a value is assigned to a variable, if the variable
does not already exist, it is created at that point (that's the way it is in "C" also). But when I made
the changes outlined above, where I inserted the variable names in the static text area definition
statements, this created the situation in which those variables were first encountered in a situation
where they need to already have a value assigned to them. The macro wanted to look for that
variable, get the value of it, and display it in the static area. But the variable did not yet exist. And
that's what generated the error. That problem was solved by going to the beginning of the macro,
and assigning values to these variables (which causes the variables to be created at that point).
Then when the variables are encountered in those static text area definition statements, those
variables will exist, and a value can be retrieved and displayed, in this case "0". But we can
eliminate those up-front statements, if we remove the variable names from the static text area
definition statements, because as we have noted above, they are not needed there.
Another interesting thing to note is the number of words
required to explain this, which some people might consider an excessive detour, but it is useful to
make a point of comparison against that flash of insight at the end of the 30.08 when we were
given a complete and clear and thorough understanding of the situation in a microsecond. In other
words, the same amount of information that requires five to ten minutes to explain in human
terms, i.e. in the forgoing linear and sequential manner, can be delivered in a microsecond of

attention of Mr. Bush, that the road to hell is paved with good intentions. "Free Trade" with a

heaven he supposedly offers, and those who love Jesus because of his ability to reveal to them the
Reality of God. For those who have an interest in finding out more about God, and who allow

illustrate a variety of ways, very concrete in their substantiality, in which "free trade" with
Communist China strengthens the forces of totalitarianism. But for those who believe that "free
trade spawns freedom", these people are at a loss to explain precisely how "free trade" will
improve the people's chances of overcoming the totalitarian monolith that looms over every aspect
of their lives, a totalitarian monolith that looms larger and stronger as transfusions of American

| In fact, because market principles produce
winners and losers in economic terms, and because market principles benefit a very tiny percentage
of the overall Chinese population, producing a very small class of rich and wealthy citizens, it is
clear that this situation allows the stage to be set by the Communist regime to use this small class of
prosperous citizens to generate envy and jealously among the larger population, in order to
engineer a return to the purity of socialist principles at the appropriate time. One cannot miss the
obvious in this regard, that the presence of this lever of power has been used by "reformers" in the
Party Hierarchy, to lessen the danger associated with a turn towards market principles in the minds
of their "hardliner" compatriots. When this idea is considered at length, what comes into view
next is the possibility that "reformers" in the Chinese Communist Part only have in mind the short
term wealth acquisition benefits associated with foreign investment and free market principles, only
as much that will allow their party to survive, to hold onto power, and whenever the process of
reform starts to get out of hand, as it did in Tiananmen Square in 1989, that they will have this
lever of power at their disposal to engineer a return to the purity of the socialist ideal. [expanded during

| This over emphasis on the value of the free
enterprise system on the part of the advocates of free trade with Communist China, derives from
the fact that the people have been denied, by mainstream religious organizations, an understanding
of the path of initiation and the fruits that can be derived therefrom, which would give them the
knowledge the best argument for freedom is founded on the spiritual attainment that freedom
makes possible, and not solely on the economic prosperity that is associated with freedom in the
economic sphere. But because the Christian Church has all but buried the truth in this regard, and
thereby swept from the stage of life any tangible examples within the context of spiritual belief that
could be used to illustrate the value of freedom, indeed, proclaiming that the spiritual fruit derived
from the practice of Christianity, and the freedom of religion generally, can be harvested only after
death and not in this world, the only thing the people have recourse to, to argue the value of
freedom, which they sincerely believe in, is in the economic gains that are associated with it, and
thus, they tend to over emphasize the importance of the economic angle, a condition of imbalance
that tends to eclipse the importance of the moral consequences associated with the practice of

| The fact is that "free trade" with
Communist China actually fosters a mindset in the Chinese people that reduces the likelihood that
they will stand up and overthrow their totalitarian masters. Again, as we have noted before, by
providing the trappings of economic prosperity under the umbrella of a totalitarian government
structure, more and more people are seduced into a state of passivity in which they reason, "If we
can have prosperity under the Communist Party, why do we need to change?" This idea degrades
the development of a freedom orientated psychology, a primary characteristic of which is in its
thirst for freedom, but freedom in all of its most important dimensions, which includes both
political and religious freedom. In this way, the economic benefits derived from "free trade" tends
to short circuit this process of developing a thirst for freedom. This factor, coupled with the many
tangible ways in which "free trade" is materially strengthening the totalitarian regime, making it
more resilient in the face of mass opposition, allows U.S. sponsored "free trade" with Communist
China to deliver not just a single blow, but two solid blows against the cause of liberty in

Just a cursory look under the surface of
this idea that "free trade spawns freedom", in those cases where it might be true, reveals the reason
why it is not so in regards to Communist China. In countries that have a fledgling democracy, free
trade expands economic opportunity, allowing more people to earn a good living, which allows
greater tax revenues to be collected, which allows the government to spend more money to build
institutions that will safeguard liberty. Such institution building would include the strengthening of
the legislature and the judiciary and its administrative apparatus, a strengthening and
professionalizing the police forces, enabling them to enforce the laws in a partial and non-political
manner, and the strengthening of the military to guard the collective interests of the nation, i.e. if
the legislature determines that such a military is necessary. The same is true for Communist China,
except the tax revenues are not allocated for the strengthening of democratic institutions, for none
exist, and they are not allocated for created democratic institutions where none exist. But that
money is allocated in a myriad number of ways to build up and strengthen existing totalitarian
institutions which encompass all efforts of the Communist party to hold onto power, and keep the
people under control.
It can be effectively argued that free trade can result in
the expansion of liberty in otherwise democratic nations. But the same cannot be effectively
argued for totalitarian states. The economic benefits derived from free trade with dictatorships will

| We had "free trade" with the island nation
of Cuba during the reign of the dictator Batista. What did free trade accomplish in that instance?
Batista used that wealth created by that trade to strengthen his hold on power. But it also caused
the Cuban people to become complacent. They had a tradition of democracy in the past, yet
economic prosperity did not inspire them to reclaim that legacy. In the end the nation was hijacked
by a Communist Revolution, another dictatorship, which the people, in their state of passivity,

| We had no "free trade" with any member
of the former Soviet Empire, yet that empire disintegrated before our eyes, and the captive nations
are free today. East Germany reunited with West Germany. Hungary, Romania, Czechoslovakia,
Poland, Bulgaria, and a host of others are free nations today. A reasonable person would draw
from this experience the conclusion that in a totalitarian state, that economic hardship is a major
factor in spawning freedom. That's what experience has taught us. Real world experience. In
other words, rub the noses of the people in the mess they have made of their lives, collectively, in
their acquiescence to a totalitarian form of government, and eventually they will choose a better

Vesta session it was very difficult. There was a great distance between me and that thoughtform,
and there was this presence of a clumsy incompatibility within the substrate of our awareness
nearly to the very end of the 15 minute period of I Am Light calls, where we finally tuned into the
truth that it is right for you to focus your attention upon God. It took nearly half an hour to reach
that minimum level of attunement. For most of that time my mind wanted to go here, go there,
and go everywhere, to think about so many other things. Very interesting to contrast this condition
of mind, with the condition of mind that actually recognized the value of directing all of

This is the 39th consecutive day of the
Linda Healing Project. | Ritual
outline: We begin repeating our Linda Healing Prayer when we get out of bed, "My
Beloved God Presence, I Am That I Am, please allow Linda to feel your precious friendship, your
precious love, your precious comfort, your precious peace, and your precious healing power.
Please bestow upon Linda the intelligence that will enable her to recognize the difference between
friend and foe." After dressing we
proceed directly to the kitchen, remove five dog biscuits from the jar, and chop them in half to
yield a total of ten pieces. Five for Linda, and five for Max. We proceed to the sanctuary, kneel at
the altar, explain our goals, and ask for assistance. This includes a request that a squad of nature
spirits and elementals to be assigned to tutor Linda in recognizing the difference between friend
and foe, and sword work to cut Linda free from her fear and all aggressive tendencies. We depart
the sanctuary, taking the white hand bell from the altar, proceed into the garage, ring the hand bell,
open the main garage door, and walk over to the front gate. We ring the hand bell again, open the
gate, say good morning to Linda and Max, pull the two trash barrels outside of the gate, walk back
inside the gate and over to the chain link fence where the dogs are ready for their dog biscuits.
After feeding four biscuits to each dog, in this order, Max, Linda, Max, Linda, etc., we pull the
trash barrels back inside of the gate, and then walk back over to the fence and give each dog one
more biscuit and a pat on the head. That done, I say goodbye, close the gate, ring the hand bell,
walk into the garage and close the garage door. |
As we ring the hand bell inside of the
garage, Linda begins to bark, and she keeps barking until we arrive at the fence for the biscuit
feeding. When we look over the gate for the first time Linda is down on all fours. Her body
language suggests 95% fear. As we ring the bell and enter through the gate and begin the process
of pulling out the trash barrels, Linda is standing up on her hind legs with her front paws on the
dog house and she is barking more intensely. As I walk back inside of the gate Linda changes her
position, still standing, but her paws are up against the fence where she is at my shoulder level
barking. She continues barking as I pet Max and give him a dog biscuit, but as soon as she sees
Max chewing she stops barking, and I can get her attention with her first dog biscuit piece. Linda
does not take this dog biscuit into the dog house, but wanders over to the backyard end of the dog
pen to chew it up and swallow it down. During each of the subsequent biscuit feeds Linda is very
hesitant, and this poses a problem, in as much as Max is finished with chewing up his biscuit by
the time I entice Linda to stand up and get hers, and Max is pawing at her back tending to knock
her down. This happened three out of the five biscuit feedings. At the very end of the ritual there
was no play period. Linda walked over to the backyard end of the dog pen, and she just laid
down. I suppose this is at least part of what we are looking for, i.e. Linda is beyond comfortable,
she is bored with the whole process. Nothing about my presence there is triggering any desire in
her to be up and barking at me. As I departed out the gate and rang the bell, Linda did not stir, but
she let out one or two barks.
I would note that last night Linda was doing a lot of
barking, that there was something going on out there that was causing her to bark, but I am not
sure what it was. We had the ceiling fan on in the sanctuary which covered over all noise, i.e.
except for her barking. It appears that there is an association between a lot of agitation the night
before, and the presence of an additional obstacle of reluctance and hesitation during the biscuit
feeding the following morning. [c-notes

| As we are transcribing the 4/25/2001
entries on the issue of "free trade" with Communist China, we are thinking that another Bible
passage applies, from St. Matthew, Chapter 7, verses 15-20:
15 Before of false prophets, which come to you in sheep's
clothing, but inwardly they are ravening wolves.
16 Ye shall know them by their fruits. Do men gather grapes of thorns, or
figs of thistles?
17 Even so every good tree bringeth forth good fruit; but a corrupt tree
bringeth forth evil fruit.
18 A good tree cannot bring forth evil fruit, neither can a corrupt tree bring
forth good fruit.
19 Every tree that bringeth not forth good fruit is hewn down, and cast into
the fire.
20 Wherefore by their fruits ye shall know them.
I think it can be fairly said that the advocates of free trade
with Communist China are trying to persuade us that men can gather grapes from thorns, and figs
from thistles. These words from the Master tell us that it cannot be done, notwithstanding the
sincerity of the proponents of that misguided view. In the end, the evil fruit will be abundantly
apparent. But the objective is to persuade people, long before that day, to stop this practice of
pouring water and fertilizer on those thistles and thorns. Let not the evil fruit come forth at all.
Throw the corrupt tree into the fire now. And let us pour our nourishment into the good tree, that

We have added a extra session to our
Linda Healing Project routine. We have added a dog biscuit feeding before the decree service,
walking over to the dog pen area and the chain link fence from our back yard, instead of through
the front gate. This time I surprise Linda. I should have rung the hand bell first. She really
freaked out. Well, humans do that too when they get surprised. I apologized to her for the
oversight. She settled down, and took a biscuit and a head pat from me. We used Max's
competitive antics to our advantage. The more he tries to keep Linda away from the fence, away
from the dog biscuits, the more she wants to get close to have her head patted. Interesting
psychology lesson here. Max and Linda were in a full play mode when I left. I gave them 2 dog

| The United States maintained a policy of
free trade with apartheid South Africa. While South Africa was a democracy for white people, it
was a totalitarian form of government for the black majority. Free trade with the United States
only served to make the apartheid regime stronger. In other words, the economic resources that
South Africa raked into its treasury from its trade with the United States made the institutions of
apartheid stronger, the police forces, the military, and other arms of oppression, allowing them to
more effectively suppress the rights of the black majority. Change came only when the United
States and other nations put economic sanctions on South Africa, which brought free trade to a

| I wanted to note that because of Linda's
excessive barking over the last couple of days, especially during the evening hours, we have been
sorely tempted to despair of success. Not only that. We have been sorely tempted to entertain in
our mind the County Animal Control solution scenario. But then, I can also clearly see that we
have made zero progress in bringing forth any genuine expression of love energy in relationship to
Linda during our cradling visualizations. Because the achievement of this goal is more important
than getting Linda to stop barking, we won't give up until we have become a clear channel for the
love of God, and when that happens, and Linda is still barking, well, then, and only then, will we
consider any other plan of action. But love heals, and Linda will be made whole, i.e. a thoroughly
and completely happy dog, afraid of nothing, and friendly to everyone. [expanded during

| This has been overall a very difficult
decree service. Early on, under the burden of opposition, we thanked God for the opportunity for
accelerated transmutation that this burden bearing represents. And over the course of the entire
service we have been under a nearly constant pressure of opposition, with strategic appearances of
the sacred fire here and there to let me know that the reality of the Light is here with us. Once the
sacred fire would appear, layers of opposition would settle in again, and we would have to practice
a steely determination to press through with a positive attitude, for of a truth, we neither saw nor
experienced very little of the divine paradise during this service that we had heretofore become
