Unless indicated otherwise, the following notes are recorded in my
journal in the course of my daily decree services before this local outpost of the Altar of the
Holy Grail, located in my sanctuary, a converted photographic darkroom in the back of our
garage. The Chart of the
Presence hangs over the altar area on the west wall, with the portrait of the Ascended Master
Jesus Christ to the left, and the
portrait of the Ascended Master St. Germain to

 By the end of our 15 minute period of
Helios and Vesta calls, we have achieved a strong level of determination to extend unto God the
utmost respect, and this determination appears to extend from the heart center. We began the
session trying to focus on the victory thoughtform, "God deserves my utmost respect," and after
about 5 minutes we were able to set aside most distractions to get a firm hold upon it.

| About 7 minutes into our 15 minute period
of I Am Light calls, we again gathered up the
determination to focus our attention on our victory thoughtform, "God deserves my utmost
respect", and as a support device to this end, we visualized ourself seated on planet earth, like unto
a person seated on a snowmobile, and we were riding around the Sun on this "earthmobile" at
25,000 miles per hour, which is the about the normal speed of the earth in its orbit around the sun,
and we were able to wonder at the amazing star studded galaxies that passed through our field of
vision in the distance. Amidst this exercise, the idea came to us again that it is a worthwhile
endeavor to work to raise the level of respect unto God among the people generally. This exercise
also gave rebirth to a question we have had about why the earth doesn't slow down as it travels
around the Sun. I have this idea that the laws of physics as they are understood today, would
require the earth to slow down as it orbited the Sun, primarily because of the gravitational pull of
the Sun itself, and the gravitational resistance that the other planets exert upon the earth. The fact
that the earth does not slow down must point to the existence of a yet unidentified power that
maintains the uniform speed of the earth in its orbit around the Sun. I am thinking that this
unidentified power, which the laws of physics must point to, albeit indirectly, is evidence of the

| That's interesting. What a wonderful
purpose for our life, i.e. in this idea of living for the purpose
of raising the level of respect for God among the people. We can see this clearly as we enter into
our 30 minute period of violet flame calls. 4/29/2001

| The glow of the sacred fire of peace and
freedom appears within the fabric of our awareness at a
level of (2) on the (1-12) scale of s.f. intensity, about 8 minutes into our 30 minute period of violet

| About 18 minutes into our 30 minute
period of violet flame calls we have again gathered up a
significant amount of determination in regards to holding fast to our victory thoughtform, "God
deserves my utmost respect." Over the course of the last 12 minutes, our concentration and focus
became deep and solid enough for us to expand the victory thoughtform in various ways, for
example, "God, the creator of the rose, deserves my utmost respect," and "God, the creator of the
fragrance of a rose, deserves my utmost respect," and "God, the creator and sustainer of all life,
deserves my utmost respect," and tuning into this one, we were able to enter into the region of
huge hugs unto God on three separate occasions. During the last minute we were able to focus
on this, "God, my very own Oasis, deserves my utmost respect," and as we focused on that, the
quality of respect shifted into appreciation, and the quality of appreciation shifted into love. That

The Sun is approximately at 9 degrees Taurus, and the Moon looks to be at approximately 29

This is the 42nd consecutive day of the
Linda Healing Project. Ritual
outline: We begin repeating our Linda Healing Prayer when we get out of bed, "My
Beloved God Presence, I Am That I Am, please allow Linda to feel your precious friendship, your
precious love, your precious comfort, your precious peace, and your precious healing power.
Please bestow upon Linda the intelligence that will enable her to recognize the difference between
friend and foe." After dressing we proceed directly to the kitchen, remove Eight dog biscuits from the jar, and chop them in half to yield a total of
sixteen pieces. Eight for Linda,
and eight for Max. We proceed to the sanctuary, kneel at
the altar, explain our goals, and ask for assistance. This includes a request that a squad of nature
spirits and elementals to be assigned to tutor Linda in recognizing the difference between friend
and foe, and sword work to cut Linda free from her fear and all aggressive tendencies. We depart
the sanctuary, taking the white hand bell from the altar, proceed into the garage, ring the hand bell,
open the main garage door, and walk over to the front gate.
We ring the hand bell again,
open the gate, say good morning to Linda and Max.
We
pull the two trash barrels outside of the gate, walk back inside the gate, close the gate, and walk
over to the chain link fence. We feed two biscuits to each dog and give them a pat on the head, in
this order, Max, Linda, Max, Linda. We then open the gate, pull the trash barrels back inside of
the gate, close the gate, walk back over to the fence and give each dog two more biscuits and a pat
on the head, in this order, Max, Linda, Max, Linda.
We
then open the gate, pull the two trash barrels outside of the gate again, walk back inside the gate,
close the gate, and walk over to the chain link fence. We feed two biscuits to each dog and give
them a pat on the head, in this order, Max, Linda, Max, Linda. We then open the gate, pull the
trash barrels back inside of the gate, close the gate, walk back over to the fence and give each dog
two more biscuits and a pat on the head, in this order, Max, Linda, Max, Linda.
That done, I say goodbye, close the gate, ring the hand
bell, walk into the garage and close the garage door. |
Linda started to bark as I rang the hand bell while still inside
of the garage. Her barking remained unchanged as I opened the garage door. When I got to the
gate, and rang the hand bell again, and opened the gate, and started to move the trash barrels for
the first time, the cadence of her barking increased about two-fold. When I look over the fence
both dogs were on the ground on all fours. When I came inside the gate Linda rose up on her hind
legs with her paws braced against the top of the dog house, and at that point the cadence of the
barking began to increase. She continued to bark though at a diminishing rate, as I gave the first
biscuit to Max.
Now, from the above outline you can see that we have
changed our routine from that point on. During our decree service last night we had the idea to
put more emphasis on the goal of getting Linda to stop barking at the movement of the trash
barrels. Essentially, we have doubled the movement of the trash barrels And we are interspersing
that movement with more dog biscuits. Before they were getting a total of five dog biscuit pieces
apiece. Now they are getting a total of eight. We give each of them two biscuit pieces with each
movement of the trash barrels. And with this arrangement there are four separate biscuit feeding
phases, interrupted by trash barrel movement, instead of the previous two biscuit feeding phases.
How did this work out? I think this will work out well.
Linda barked at the additional movement of the trash barrels each time, but only one or perhaps
two barks, and no more. By emphasizing the movement of the trash barrels she will eventually
associate that noise with getting dog biscuits, and that will override her need to bark at that noise.
That's the theory. Also, Max was a little bit more subdued today, which allowed me to pet Linda
longer as I was giving her each dog biscuit piece. And because there are more biscuit feeding
phases under this arrangement, this aspect of the routine will be emphasized as well, i.e. Linda will
get more head pats than before.
A couple of other points. During this ritual there was
noise being made in the neighbor's back yard, and Linda all of sudden stiffened up, went into her
guard dog stance and started to bark in the direction of that noise. Also, Jorge made some noise
putting something into their trash containers, which they keep outside the front gate, and Linda
barked in the direction of that noise too. What is that about? She isn't barking at me. She is
barking at noises being made by her owners. Is she identifying me as her owner for the time
being and identifying a noise coming from other people as a potential danger? The only
conclusion that can be drawn with any certainty, is that she is high strung, and that her barking
mechanisms are connected to a hair trigger. [c-notes recorded in office] 4/29/2001

| A loud music event at 6:15pm set us into
our regular stress/anxiety mode of mind. We could not
implement our decree plan because we had to leave for the grocery store to do the shopping. We
left the house then with a very bad frame of mind, and took it with us all the way to the store. The
quality of our consciousness improved considerably when we forced ourself to let go of that
situation, in exchange for the need to enter into our grocery store prayer routine, "Beloved Jesus
and St. Germain, please grant a tremendous gift of healing to everyone in this store." When we
arrived home after the shopping trip everything was quiet. 4/29/2001

| Question: How can you let this happen to
yourself? Well, this condition has accrued over several
years of confronting this same problem over and over. Remember, that after this problem had
gone on about a year and half, Francisco told me to never again come over to their house to ask
them to turn down the music. He simply didn't care about this issue, and he wanted me to stop
making his life miserable. The only option I had at that time was to start calling the sheriff. Talk
about stress and anxiety. We had to call the sheriff about seven or eight times before the matriarch
of the family, i.e. Dienecia, finally put her foot down, and laid down the law over there. We had
peace and quiet in terms of this loud music issue for about a year. Then Francisco came over one
day to the front door, and got me out of bed. That was when we were working nights, and had to
sleep during the day. I came to the front door in my bathrobe, still about 95% asleep, and he said
they wanted to have a birthday party, and they wanted to have their music, and he asked me to
please not call the police. I told him if the sound came through the walls of our house, I would call
the police. He said that he would try to keep the sound down, and that if it was a problem, that I
should let him know, and he would turn down the music. He was very insistent about this idea
that he would now be cooperative. Not having the presence of mind to stand my ground, I gave
in, and agreed. That has been the situation ever since. They will play their music, and if we want
it turned down, we have to ask. Which requires this whole stress/anxiety producing confrontation
to occur. I think the factor that really impregnated my psychology with this propensity to cascade
into stress and anxiety was the fact that they forced me into a position that required the calling of
the sheriff. That was an extremely tough thing to do each time it was necessary, and every time
this problem comes up again, that whole scenario is reborn. The very last thing in the world
that I want to do is call the sheriff on anyone. This police calling option is now pushed into the
background, and I think that is one thing that helps them to make an effort to keep their music
turned down to a tolerable level most of the time. Very seldom do we ever hear the loud pounding
of a bass beat coming through the walls of our house. But still, when they are playing their music
loud, I have to go over and ask them to turn it down, and by putting me in the position of having to
ask them to turn the music down, this always raises the possibility that they will refuse, and then
the only option that is left is to call the police again. And that is really stress and anxiety
producing. But, I am not justifying this reaction pattern. I am just explaining the factors that led
to the establishment of that pattern. We fully recognize that this stress/anxiety reaction pattern is
the epitome of anti-peace. We now have a program and a plan to work through this, as we have
noted previously, and ironically, for that plan to work out, they have to continue to be stubborn
about their loud music for awhile to give me a chance to implement it. [expanded during transcription] 4/29/2001 Sun. |
| We do not at all feel like doing our decree
work tonight, but if we have learned anything, we have
learned that the most important time to do our decree work is when the opposition is pressing
against us the hardest. But besides, we know that the shining reality of God exists in all of its glory
beyond this current storm of anxiety and stress. It is a surface storm only. We were really hit be
some heavy duty fears in the midst of that storm though. Almost to the point of

| The glow of the sacred fire of peace and
freedom appears within the fabric of our awareness at a
level of (4) to (5) on the (1-12) scale of s.f. intensity during opening

| There is no condition more out of
alignment with the truth of our victory thoughtform than that
condition of anxiety/stress. It obliterates all sense of divine reality. The subject of God completely

| By the end of our (12x) 30.08,
Covenant of the Magi calls, we have within the fabric of
our awareness the glow of the sacred fire of peace and freedom at a level of (6) to (7) on the (1-

| To deal with the possibility that some
portion of that stress/anxiety energy could be projected at us
by representatives of the false hierarchy on the astral plane, we will include in our plan some initial
sword work before the 33.00 Ruby Ray Judgment call. This is the outline of the plan: 1) Michael
sword work, 2) 33.00 Ruby Ray Judgment call, 3) walk over and make the face to face request to
have the level of the music turned down, 4) 20.09 Dweller calls, at least (3x) to eliminate any back

| At the end of our (12x) 30.08,
Covenant of the Magi calls, the glow of the sacred fire was present within the fabric of our
awareness, clearly and strongly, but there was a residual vibration of stress and anxiety present
beneath that, not intertwined with it, but under it, completely separate from it, within the substrate
of our awareness. At the onset of our (45x) Michael decrees, a presence of comfort appeared
which completely erased all residual vibrations of that stress/anxiety, and the glow of the sacred
fire of peace and freedom steadily increased within the fabric of our awareness at a level of (8) on
the (1-12) scale of s.f. intensity, at its highest point. 4/29/2001

| A blessed presence of the sacred fire of
peace and freedom suffuses throughout our awareness over the course of the preamble to our
violet flame calls. This blessed presence of the sacred fire of peace and freedom expands to level
(6) on the (1-12) scale of s.f. intensity, very early on, and as we contemplate our victory
thoughtform, "God deserves my utmost respect", we are thinking that God deserves considerable
respect for his/her ability to place such a blessed forcefield within the fabric of our awareness,
which is the presence of a paradise-like oasis, and that reminded me of the expanded thoughtform
that occurred to me during our a.m. decrees, i.e. "God, my very own Oasis, deserves my
utmost respect," and we could see that this thoughtform fits perfectly with the reality of the energy
forcefield that we are residing in at this time, so we held that thoughtform before us nearly
constantly, along with the paradise glow of the sacred fire, and we kept that focus, at a 98%
consistency rate over the course of the remaining 14 minutes or so of the violet flame decree
period, and of course the paradise glow of the sacred fire remained constant as well. I think that
was one of the most uniformly blessed violet flame sessions we have had thus

| A very wonderful presence of crystal
peace emerges within the fabric of our awareness from head to foot during our (3x) Tubes of
Light subsection of the .30 Solar Ring section of the 20.12 call matrix. We are sitting fully
immersed within a crystal sheet of sacred fire, we are one with it, for want of a better
word. It is like being immersed in the very center of a very thick wall of crystal clear water. We
are absorbed into its substance, but the water is the sacred fire. Nevertheless, it has structure to it.
It is very solid. Very orderly. Very uniform. Very wonderful. Very

| "God, my Oasis ..." This has such a
wonderful ring to it. God is actually being an Oasis for me, right now. I am immersed in
it. And I am very grateful, very appreciative. And what is more, I sense the beginning of a very
close friendship. I mean that the act of sending forth this oasis is a very nice thing to do for
someone. It strikes me as a very friendly thing to do. I can sense here that there is reason enough

| A constant glow of the sacred fire of
peace, freedom, and paradise throughout our (50x) Cyclopeas, allowed us to focus on "God, my
oasis, deserves my utmost respect" in a very consistent manner throughout. One instance of one
huge hug unto God occurred as we entered into an awareness, albeit briefly, of what good friends

The guest Chaplain, Rev. Richard Foth, offered the following prayer:
We stand in Your presence today, Almighty God, in awe of Your
creation. No season reflects Your heart like springtime, with its songbirds and cherry blossoms, old
memories and young love. Just outside this building, all nature shouts Your glory, Your grace, and
Your creative power.
But, we need Your grace and creativity here, too, in this Chamber. For,
in the lives of 100 Senators, we see men and women with whom we have something in common.
Though elected to govern us, many grapple as we do in balancing work with family. They have
spouses and children and grandchildren whom they love and dream for. On this spring afternoon,
we ask Your blessings on the families of these public servants. Give them perspective and patience
and protection. Where pain is real or frustration
mounts, wrap them in Your arms, we pray, and hold them with a grip like all eternity.
As for the business of this week, we ask wisdom. Debate will be intense
about money and programs. Differences will show up quickly and good thinkers will speak strong
words in strong ways. Give our chosen leaders grace to bring more light than heat to the Senate
floor in the next 4 days and, in so doing, to move us ahead as a nation.
In the springtime of 2001, let the actions of this body help us to know
one more time that we really are ``one Nation under God, indivisible, with liberty and justice for
all.''
We ask these things in that name which is above every name.

The ritual was complete per the outline
above. When I rang the hand bell while still inside of the garage, Linda did not bark. I rang the
bell a little bit extra too just to make doubly sure she can hear it. But she did not bark. Linda
started to bark when I opened the garage door. When I looked over the top of the gate Linda was
down on all fours, barking from there. She did not stand up on her hind legs when I opened the
gate. Barking increased somewhat when I pulled the trash barrels out the first time. And she
barked a little when I pulled the trash barrels back in the first time. But she did not bark at all
when I pulled the trash barrels out the second time, or when I pulled them back inside the second
time. That represents a sign of some progress. This extra emphasis on the trash barrels, with
interspersed dog biscuits is paying off faster than I would have imagined. Though, lets see if that
behavior pattern holds across several days before we start counting our victory laurels. There was
a short play period at the very end of this ritual. We could see Linda wagging her little tail. And
she looked like a happy dog. In the midst of the play period we got to pet Linda a couple of times.
Max managed to get a hold of the sleeve of my sweatshirt one time. I really had to yank it out of
his mouth to get it free. This ritual, from start to finish, is now taking about 30 minutes. [c-notes recorded in

We went out to dump the vegetable
scraps into the compost pile. This is an activity that sets Linda to barking every time we do it.
After doing the veggie dumping, we walked over to the fence and gave each dog 2 biscuits. Linda
was wagging her tail by the end of this session. 4/30/2001

| The glow of the sacred fire of peace and
freedom appears within the fabric of our awareness at the 6th repetition of (12x) Tubes of Light at
a level of (4) on the (1-12) scale of s.f. intensity. We are experiencing a very strong downward
pressure upon the spine, at or just below the level of the heart. This weight appears almost
immediately at the onset of these calls, and increases in strength through to the 12th

| The glow of the sacred fire of peace and
freedom appears within the fabric of our awareness at the 12th repetition of (15x) Hail Marys, at a
level of (6) on the (1-12) scale of s.f. intensity. One simply cannot imagine the depth of relief
associated with the presence of the sacred fire. 4/30/2001

| I have to mention this here, in as much as
we are on the very doorstep of paradise once again, and we are looking back at where we were,
having traversed through one of the thickest and darkest walls of opposition that rose up before us
the moment we completed our breakfast session and set our sights on the work ahead. It was like
walking through a twilight zone with an atmosphere filled with an acidic mist. We were a million
miles away from any direct sense that the reality of the Light was anywhere near. This was a
mode of awareness that simply could not grasp the relevance of the work ahead, a mode of
awareness that was really under a slowly turning grindstone of oppression, grinding my face and
my nose into the unforgiving ground. Obviously, we could see nothing from that
perspective. Our experience was completely within the narrow range of sensation associated with
the grinding presence of the opposition upon my soul. Yet, here we are standing out upon a
promontory of sacred fire as it were, a look out point, being able now to survey the wide and vast
expanse of hope and promise that the presence of the sacred fire brings. The difference between
what is, and what was, is amazing. We just now remembered that we had a very wonderful decree
service last night, yet the memory of it was totally lost amidst that opposition.

| One of the things we did perceive as we
slogged our way through that opposition, was the fact that if we quit now, we will not simply float
up to heaven on a puffy white cloud, but we will lose all that we have gained, forfeiting all
opportunity to make permanent that which we have been shown so far, and we will fall into a state
of utter destruction. At this point on the path, your options have narrowed even more than before.
Now you have only one option, and that is to move forward.

within the fabric of our awareness at the 3rd eye chakra area, at a level of (7) on the (1-12) scale

| On the 11th repetition of (45x) Michaels,
we find ourself imbued with a deep desire to surrender all that we are into the flame of respect
unto God. It is a very passionate mode of being. And this is because the immensity of God's
Glory is now beginning to impact upon our awareness. 4/30/2001

| After that point of attunement with reality,
we tried to focus on our victory thoughtform, "God deserves our utmost respect," and we found it
nearly impossible to do so, and to make matters worse, a heavy layer of opposition has settled
down upon us, and that layer of opposition did not lift until the very end of the Michael session,
where we can see, after having held fast simply t the principle of trust for awhile, that truly, your
level of trust, and even of faith, is proportionate to the level of respect you have for God. If you
have no respect, you have no trust, no faith. As your sense of respect increases, so too does your

of violet flame decrees, the glow of the sacred fire of peace, freedom, and comfort, appeared

soft glow at the 3rd eye chakra area as well. This sacred fire presence stayed with us through the
remaining 11 minutes, during which we were able to make substantial progress focusing on the

| A most blessed glow of the sacred fire of
peace, freedom, and paradise, emerges within the fabric of our awareness at the crown chakra area
during (15x) Hail Marys, expanded to (30x) repetitions, at a level of (6) to (7) on the (1-12) scale
of s.f. intensity. It speaks to us of a forcefield of golden light. There is definitely a power present

| There is such a wonderful liberating
quality to each vision the masters give you which communicates clearly and without doubt the fact
that God does deserve our utmost respect. I love to receive these penetrating insights. This one

added to): "Beloved Sanat Kumara and Lady Master Venus, please help me to bring my soul, and
all dimensions of my being, into alignment with the most fundamental and basic truth in the

such a revelation, that the soul is unified with all of reality, and in that moment the soul is free to
pour everything that it is into the flame of respect, but also of adoration, and love. True freedom
is the freedom to adore and to love that which is so profoundly deserving of that adoration and

which we can contemplate our reunion with God through the flame of respect. Obviously, it is
