Unless indicated otherwise, the following notes are recorded in my
journal in the course of my daily decree services before this local outpost of the Altar of the
Holy Grail, located in my sanctuary, a converted photographic darkroom in the back of our

| Another validation of the
importance of the
System of Multiple Life Opportunity (SMLO) ... Given the goal of accepting God's Love, and the
propensity of fallen man towards guilt in the midst of more than ordinary infractions, dogged by
the memory of those infractions, and the aura of guilt associated with them, it is impossible, for all
practical purposes, for a person to rise into that frame of mind in which the soul can actually feel
worthy of accepting God's infinite love. Therefore, the slate is wiped cleaned in terms of direct

| Feeling the comfort
associated with the idea
that you are "saved" and that you won't spend eternity in hell, is not what its all about. The fear
associated with spending eternity in hell, and the false promise that relieves you of that fear,
distracts you from achieving what God expects from you in this lifetime. God expects you to
anchor the forcefield of your divine identity, at the center of which is your full acceptance of and
realiztion of God's Infinite love for you personally. This is more than knowledge. It is the power
to overcome all worldly obstacles, not just those obstacles that present themselves to you, trying to
block your path back into the arms of God, but those obstacles that present themselves to society
as a whole, which block the forward movement of the culture into the Aquarian

| You cannot stand before the
flame of the heart
feeling like an unworthy sinner. All that is within you that rejects God's Infinite love for you
personally relegates you to outer darkness in this regard.
The secret chamber of the heart cannot be accessed as long as the soul clings to even one iota of
its sense of unworthniness before God. What is the key to entering in then? Having completely
absorbed the Reality of God's Infinite Love for you personally, you live it, breath it, understand it,
and are constantly glowing with gratitude because of it, what is there that God would deny

| In as much as it is too much
to ask for any
soul to travel the distance between the guilt associated with major capital crimes, and into the arms
of God's infinite love, the soul is better off taking the punishment that is lawful, in terms of the
death penalty, so that a new life can be scheduled at the earliest possible date, when the soul will

| I am an expression of God's
Love. I am the
focal point in time and space of a specific beam of love that I experience as me. All that I am is

| I hope you can see, that at
some point on the
path, it becomes imperative to vigorously deny that there is any difference between what is called
the "Holy Christ Self", and you.

| The soul immersed in its
carnal nature
probably looks upon this as blasphemy. After all carnality is the further thing from holiness that
there is. But it is also worth noting that the affirmation of separation is the thing that produced
carnality in the first place. But the soul that is rising into the Arms of God, for that soul,
entertainment of any idea of difference, equates to an obstacle to further

| The idea of separation is
not simply an
illusion. It is the entertainment of ideas and feelings that block the flow of divine energy from
entering into the awareness of the soul. When these blocks are removed and the energy flows,
when the reality of God is impressed upon the awareness more clearly every day, then the idea of

expands incrementally

| It is not easy to extract your
consciousness
from the revolution of patterns of resentment, frustration, etc., related to less then positive
interactions with other people, and invest that consciousness in the affirmation of God's Love, but
it must be done. In this challenge we have another glimpse of the internal corruption of thought

"To light alone I bow", this vow must be kept under even the most challenging of

In as much as God is the provider of everything, that he extends his power on a constant basis to
establish and support all facets of creation, all facets of our very own life support systems, it is
therefore lawful and reasonable to direct one's attention on a constant basis, towards the love from
which all of this creation and care flows. In other words, this constancy is really the foundation of

| When you say "Beloved I
Am that I Am" you
are invoking the forcefield of God's Love, bringing to mind the first fundamental dimension of

| The soul must acquire the
perfect balance
between that sense of personal accomplishment which is essential to self-esteem, and the
realization that no progress can be made on the path of initiation without the services of the

| The central point of
accomplishment on the
path of initiation is the development of constancy in our daily decree work. This is the foundation

| Remember that people have
diligently pursued
the fulfillment of what they consider their worldly responsibilities, including work and family, for

do with raising a

| At some point, you will have
to decide to take
control of your own mind. Where does the determination come from to implement that decision,

| I realize that thinking about
God's love is not
the same thing as experiencing God's love. But one must move from the state of non-experience
to the state of experience, and though it the mechanism by which the proper framework is
established within the consciousness to receive the experience. As you affirm God's love for you,
you find your awareness gravitating towards a deeper and deeper contemplation of the reality of

capacity to control the
mind is the fully assimilated sense of divine priority, and God's Love is at the very top of that

| Perspective is important.
The student places
his or her feet on the path in a condition of general non-assimilation. The path of initiation is all
about the day by day assimilation of that sense of divine priority; letting go of carnal priorities or

proportional to the extent to which the soul has assimilated that sense of divine

underscored to many times. Within God's Love for you personally is his desire for your victory.

But when you factor in the spiritual, it is clear, that homosexuals must overcome a rather

personal realization of God's love. In as much as that realization is linked to the soul's willingness
to change, homosexuals cut themselves off from that realization by their refusal to abandon the

God for the diminution of crime problem in America. In light of this fact, what is the proper
conclusion to reach regarding the slight downturn in crime trends across the nation? Should we
conclude that Bill Clinton should get the credit for the downturn? Or should we give the credit to
God and to those who have offered prayers for his intercession? One might even conclude with a
reasonable amount of accuracy that the climate of moral and ethical corruption fanned into a huge
dust storm blowing across the plains of America by the Clinton Whitehouse drove far more people

aspect of the victory of

the consciousness
of man, is certainly like unto a canvass upon which the artistry of God appears often in panoramic

| The end result of the
transfiguration is a mind
that is focused on the reality of God without the possibility of interruption or distraction. One of
the most important objectives of daily devotion then is the training of the mind to look in the
direction of God. All training in whatever field requires repetition. The Science of the Spoken
Word and the decree matrices given to us by the Ascended Masters are designed with this purpose
in mind. They give the student the tools he needs to properly train the mind to reflect on
fundamental aspects of divine reality, while at the same time allowing the student to perform the
required karma balancing action in calling forth the intercession of the hosts of the Lord for the
defeat of the Darkness, and the raising up of the light throughout the entire planetary body and

| And moreover Sir, the care
and concern of
the Masters (in regards to losses suffered in the Vietnam War) is entirely focused on setting people
free from their self-destructive spirals of grief, personal loss, and self-pity, and what better way to
show this concern than to let them know in very certain terms that their loved-ones are honored
heroes in heaven for their sacrifice in the cause of liberty, that there is no need for grief, but only
the celebration of their courage. There is no reason to indulge in any sympathy for their spirals of
grief, no not for a single moment, first because the grief is based on a lie, and second because you
will be too busy communicating to them the truth, the truth that will uplift their spirits to soar in the

| It is absolutely amazing to
look back and see
how far we have risen out of the mindset that confronted us upon awakening this morning ....
(Sun sign change into Scorpio) ... In hindsight, every moment was like unto mud wrestling. But
now we stand (before the altar) in a pristine mountain meadow with the clear snow cover peaks

| Theory: Those who have
problems with the
Judgment Call maintain a substantial tie of sympathy with the astral hordes at the

| Because they refused to cut
those ties, the
Masters had to cut them off, and thus they felt abandoned within the community of Light, and
they left, believing they had been robbed of something valuable. And that they now feel so

| TOP appears to be a useful
magnet that
attracts those who have become intellectually comfortable with the Ascended Masters and their
Teaching, yet who refuse to surrender their ties to the astral. These people have long represented
pockets of darkness within the community, who would not otherwise leave at all, if they did not

| Those who feel they are
receiving nothing on
this Path have by definition been cut out of the loop of initiation because of their refusal to
surrender their ties to the astral at strategic junctures. Those who remain are those who experience

this process of shaking loose those whose attachment to the organization is based solely on the

like much now, but when you compare where I am now, against the backdrop of where I came
from, assuming and thus projecting into the future a similar rate of change, then future cannot be

note of the fact
that the heart chakra is plotted on the 3/9 axis of the Cosmic Clock. The 3 o'clock line is Aries,
God-Control, and the 9 o'clock line is Libra, God-Reality. Observing that the 3 o'clock line is the
first line of the mental quadrant, affirming the proposition that the mind is the window through

| I would describe this
immersion in the fires of
peace at the conclusion of our 20.12 decree matrix, as nothing less than crystal fire mist. It is
certainly crystal, literally dripping and overflowing with the quality of clearness, and clarity. It
permeates all members of being like the morning mist envelopes the trees and plants and rocks in

| The shining friendship of
your very own
beloved God Presence. One day the skies of the mind will be perpetually clear, there will be no
more clouds, but not only that, neither will there be any more night, for the light of that friendship

about employing self-
mastery in service to the purposes of God, which requires at some point the active engagement on
the front lines in the battle between the forces of light and the forces of darkness. And therefore,

soul contemplates the infinite love that God has for the soul personally, one must
conclude that the mediatorship of the Cosmic Christ must be an ongoing constant
of eternal life. At all times, whether now, or a billions years from now, there must
be a mechanism woven into the fabric of being that protects the soul from being

November 7, 2000.
While George W. Bush is not the perfect candidate, he is the only one that offers a glimmer of
hope that judges will be appointed to the U.S. Supreme Court who will turn the abortion issue
back to the State Legislatures where it belongs (that's what overturning Roe v. Wade means).
Candidate Al Gore has promised to make sure that the judges he appoints will maintain the pro-
abortion status quo for another entire generation. The survival of America hangs in the balance on
this issue. Set all other considerations aside and vote for George W. Bush for

| Another highlight of this
decree service was an
increased ability to hold the thought form of God-Victory at the center of our awareness through
out our Michaels and Violet Flame calls, having an awareness that when it comes to choosing the
most useful thought form upon which to engage the mind, that the thought form of God-Victory is
clearly the most useful, having the experience that this awareness of utility was one factor which
supported our ability to old it there at the center of our awareness, seeing clearly that other thought
forms, as they tugged around the edges of the mind, did not rise to the level of utility associated
