Unless indicated otherwise, the following notes are recorded in my
journal in the course of my daily decree services before this local outpost of the Altar of the
Holy Grail, located in my sanctuary, a converted photographic darkroom in the back of our

| We spent most of this
decree service under a
cloud of meandering concerns. This cloud did not break until our 20.00 illumination calls during
which, and all of a sudden, a point of divine power appears at the center of our awareness
sweeping away all the clutching and tugging little fingers of anxiety, and leaving only the condition
of pristine peace and equanimity as far as the eye can see. 11/1/2000 |  |
| What does it mean to believe
in Jesus Christ,
and to accept him as your Lord and Savior? 11/2/2000 |
| There are many children of
God who carry a
substantial amount of emotional baggage associated with the righteous repudiation of the false
doctrines promulgated by the adherents of organized Christianity. And not only false doctrines.
How about cruel behavior? And how about behavior that appears absolutely insane and irrational.
Perhaps we could start with the Crusades as just one example. And therefore, it comes to pass
over time, over the course of many lifetimes in fact, that these souls have a substantial amount of
difficulty separating out the honest and righteous repudiation of the falsehoods and the detestable
behavior they have personally witnessed, from the tendency to repudiate the people who
promulgate them, and ultimately the tendency to want to repudiate the Master in whose name the

| There are without a doubt,
real, and substantial
obstacles, hidden deep within the subconscious of many souls, which stand in the way of these
souls coming to terms with the reality of Jesus Christ. 11/2/2000 |
| The heavenly hierarchy
understand this, and
therefore they do not expect a soul to be able to leap the Grand Canyon in a single bound. But at
the same time they know that the obstacles must be overcome. The soul cannot make progress on
the path without coming to terms with the reality of Jesus Christ. 11/2/2000 | |
| This is one of the reasons
why the authority of
the Universal Christ has been delegated to a substantial number of qualified Sons and Daughters of
God who execute the duties of the Office of the Mediator under the auspices of Jesus Christ. This
is only fair. When the forces of darkness on earth succeed in driving a wedge of distrust and
uncertainty between various souls and the person of Jesus Christ, through the instigation of
outlandish behavior, then it must be understood that the possibility of accepting Jesus Christ as
Lord and Savior has been effectively erased for these souls, and that another path must be
provided for the soul to return to the path of initiation. The Ascended Masters are these
alternative routes around the blocks and obstacles that people carry in their electronic belts in
relationship to the person of Jesus Christ. 11/2/2000 |
| Of course, there is another
reason of some
import. The System of Redemption (the term I use to describe the physical universe, and the
various levels of the astral and etheric planes that are associated with it), is composed of billions of
planetary homes. Each planetary home has an Office of the Mediator which a Son or Daughter of
God must occupy. Even though, at any given point in time, all the offices are filled, at some point
the office holder must move on to other duties, and there must be another candidate ready and

| Therefore, opportunity must
be given to other
Sons and Daughters of God to learn the trade, so to speak, under one who has mastered the office.
And of Jesus Christ has mastered the office. Therefore, there are many who work under the
auspices of Jesus Christ, who are taught and trained by him, to execute the various duties of the
office of Mediator under his guidance, for the evolutions of the earth. In this way, these Son's and
Daughters of God are prepared for the day when they will occupy that office on this, or perhaps

| I believe it is fair to say, in
as much as the
Ascended Master St. Germain is the appointed hierarch of the Aquarian Age, that this transition is
now under way for the earth, where St. Germain will take on the torch of that office and run with
it over the next 2000 year period, while Jesus Christ goes on to perform the duties of a higher

| But nevertheless, all
obstacles that stand
between the soul and any Son and any Daughter of God must be taken down, and so it is with any
obstacle that stands between any soul and Jesus Christ. 11/2/2000 |
| When it comes to your
relationship with Jesus
Christ, there are six principles which the soul must assimilate, if the soul has any hope of ever
returning to the Heart of God. 11/2/2000 | |
| First, you must eventually
come to accept Jesus
Christ as your brother, putting your soul on a co-equal footing in terms of inheritance within the
context of God's family. 11/2/2000 |
| Second, you must
eventually come to accept
the example that the soul of Jesus Christ set in his Galilean mission some 2000 years ago, and do
likewise, which is to say, that you must become the fullness of the Christ

| Third, you must come to
accept the Office of
the Mediator, which the Universal Christ occupies visavis the totality of creation. In other words,
that an interface is required between a God of infinite power, and souls who can only manage to
contain a tiny fraction of that infinite power. God has chosen to give that interface life and identity
of a scale that mirrors the total dimensions of the Father's heart. The Universal Christ then, as the
only begotten Son, occupies the Office of the Mediator providing the necessary interface
throughout the totality of creation for all living creatures. 11/2/2000 |
| Fourth, you must come to
accept Jesus Christ
as the representative of the Universal Christ for the evolutions of this planet. 11/2/2000 | |
| Fifth, you must accept the
fact that Jesus Christ
delegates authority. In the same manner that authority has been delegated to Jesus Christ to
exercise the Office of Mediator for the evolutions of this planet, Jesus Christ in turn will delegate
various facets of the work of the Universal Christ to a wide variety of heavenly co-workers, among

| Sixth, you must accept your
duty and
obligation to work with these representatives of the Universal Christ for the saving of your own
soul, and the saving of the planet as a whole. 11/2/2000 | |
| When you think about the
Office of the
Planetary Savior, which is another way to describe the Office of the Mediator, the two terms are
synonymous, it is an office of monumental responsibility, certainly in the most obvious manner,
but in a not so obvious a manner a well. Someone must take the ultimate responsibility for the
misqualification of Light during any particular term of office, i.e. when and if the people fall so
low, as to make it impossible for them to ever carry their own burden. 11/2/2000 |
| The power of the heart is
an awesome power,
which the soul does not come into contact with until it has assimilated the capacity to receive
within itself, and hold within itself, that which is awesome. 11/2/2000 | |
| The Office of the Mediator
requires the
creation, and the operation of what amounts to a step-down transformer for every soul assigned to
the planetary home, regardless of whether the soul is in physical embodiment or not. This step-
down transformer must be perfectly fitted, and therefore be perfectly unique to the needs, and to
the geometry of each soul. The soul on the other hand, receiving the gentle inflow from on high,
uses that substance to build a scaffold of light, upon which the soul can climb, and by and by, look

| And is there any question
about it, in terms of
the actual substance out of which that scaffold is formed? The soul has a role to play of course,
but who would deny the fact that most of the building occurs beyond the veil, and that the soul
becomes aware that the scaffold is there, only when it succeeds in climbing to the top of

| Highlight of this decree
service was the
perception of the Victory of God's Will and God's purpose unfolding within me as we completed
our Violet Flame insert. 11/2/2000 |
| How does the soul establish
the geometric
patterns of light within each of the chakras that work together to raise the awareness of the soul
into the regions of Divine Reality? The answer is simple. The soul cannot do this. This is a
function of the Office of the Mediator whose servants are trained in the creation of these pathways
of light. The soul must invoke this intercession, and the light they use to build those pathways,
and that is the purpose of the Science of the Spoken Word. 11/2/2000 | |
| And how can this building
process take place if
the chakras are not cleared first of those structures that divert the attention of the soul into the
depths of the astral plane? And what of this clearance? Can the soul accomplish that by itself?
No. Again, this is the role of the Office of the Mediator, and the servants thereof. The soul must
invoke this intercession, and the light used to accomplish the clearance, and this is what the

| In as much as God is our
Best Friend, and we
seek to ascend into the light of that friendship, it behooves us to reflect our realization of that

behavior that all Ascended

| I think that the gradual
nature of making
progress on the path is essential to maintaining humility visavis those who have yet to begin, and
those who are just starting. With every step of your path fully impressed upon your memory body
by the fullness of time, it becomes impossible to believe that anyone should live up to your
expectations. Accepting people where they are becomes the only alternative, but this does not
relieve you of the duty to help someone pull one of their wheels out of a rut. 11/4/2000 | |
| In other words, when you
start making real
progress (and that only happens after a very long time on the path), you won't make the mistake of
believing that everyone should be where you are, and you won't make the mistake of thinking that
you can demand that people change into a paragon of virtue before your very

| Trust in God's Love.
Ideally, this is the only

| The consequence of every
belief will always

| We find our self in a frame
of mind and
emotion, that if it had legs, would walk out of the sanctuary. Standing against this pressure we
move forward into our opening statements, which includes a point by point recollection and
affirmation of many of the points of divine knowledge given to me thus far. Midway through
these, we observe that the pulling and tugging of the astral context has disappeared and we find
our self moving forward within a regions of absolute peace where there are no conflicting ideas or
emotions that would cast a shadow of doubt upon the work before us, a state of mind and
emotion, that if it had legs, would stand fast at the altar. But this state of mind and emotion does

| Though moving on, past the
initial point of
appreciation for this gift of freedom, we find our mind spinning off ideas and scenarios having to
do with the outer world activities of the previous day and the work day to come, until we are
startled by the realization of how far we can travel, in so short an amount of time, from that sense
of appreciation for the power of freedom bestowed upon you just a moment before.

| Clearly, we must be
re-trained to appreciate
the implications of internal transformation, and not be so quick to move past it, spinning off that
light into the creation of these little internal movies that have as their stage and actors, the elements
of out human activity only. To appreciate the implication of the internal transformation of the
forcefields of consciousness before the altar, and to keep ones awareness vibrating with the
symphony of appreciation, and the mind fully engaged and focused on the task of probing deeper
into the implications associated with the presence of divine power, this is the most immediate

| Gather up all the facilities of
consciousness and
focus them only on the reality of God-Victory. 11/15/2000 |
| A region of divine power
clearly resident
within the crown chakra, calling the soul, as it were, to rise, presenting an internal vista of divine
promise and assurance. The question is, how does one rise fully into that region of power? As it
stands now, it rests lightly upon the ceiling of awareness radiating its reality into the lower

| Clearly, the soul begins on
the path without the
capacity to contemplate to any substantial depth, or for any duration of time, the reality of God's
infinite love for the soul personally. The fruit of the path is in the growing capacity to do just

| And of course, no reunion
can take place
before the soul develops that capacity. It is very much a worthy application of thought and

| Perhaps we ought to get into
the habit of
writing a brief essay on that subject each month. I mean, to make a point to sit down once a

| I suppose one can gauge
one's distance from
the summit of being by the depth of understanding presently manifest on that particular subject,
again, "Why does the soul need to develop the capacity to contemplate and understand God's
infinite love for the soul personally, before the reunion of the soul and God and take

| There is something within
me that leaps for joy
at the idea that someday I will actually have that capacity. 11/16/2000 |
| It is the only doorway that
leads from the
human to the divine. 11/16/2000 | |
| It is the single seed of true
fusion between the
soul and its Christ identity. 11/16/2000 |
| And in this respect, the soul
does not step
through the doorway, but becomes the doorway. 11/16/2000 | |
| After our DPU's, we sat back
down, and a
wave of joy bubbles up from inside, so much so that the only thing we could do was sit there and
repeat over and over, "Praise the Lord I Am That I Am Sanat Kumara". 11/16/2000 |
| Of course, for reunion to
take place, one's
desire nature must have already been re-polarized with a passion to see God's will fulfilled, and
such a deep and thorough transformation of one's desire nature can come about only after the soul
has developed the capacity to receive, and to fully appreciated the depth of love God pours out

| An interesting idea came to
me in regards to
our thesis that all pain is transmutative, that it represents the balancing of karma, bringing the soul
closer to God, i.e. removing obstacles that separate the soul from God, and in that respect bring
the soul closer to God. It dawned on me, that this might not only be true for physical pain. It

| There is a process for
entering into the reality
of the heart. In the course of our devotions amazing things are revealed about the nature of the
heart. As we make the concerted effort to review those revelations on a daily basis we can see that
the receiving of the revelation is not the same thing as entering in. We can see this because, as we
review these revelations, we can see that we are not entering in, and we wonder, and this over an
expanse of time counted in months and in some cases years, how and when the gap between the
two will be closed. And finally, in our daily review, we begin to feel the pull emanating from the
center of a recollected memory (of a particular revelation), an attraction drawing the soul to the
very center of that revelation, where total immersion appears possible, if not

of wisdom behind

soul are fulfilled in

| Wouldn't it be wonderful
for the sunshine of
God's love to become a permanent fixture once again within the sky-scape of your

| There is definitely a desire to
be worthy of the
love that washes over you like warm sunshine, and in that desire is found the flexibility which
allows the soul to take on the shape of its divine potential more readily. 11/18/2000 |
| If there is no end to God's
love, then there is
no end to what you can learn about that love. Proceed then forthrightly out of the dark cave of

| Imagine standing in the
sunshine of God's love
forever. This is a vision into new and hopeful and completely different way of life, with a
completely different context, and a completely different range of possibilities, all on the plus side

| How does one pour the
entirety of the desire
nature into the hope and the wish for the total victory of God's Will? 11/18/2000 | |
| The
student is not
given ready access to the heavenly regions of the heart lest the student use that access to escape
those challenges that are necessary for the refinement of character. 11/19/2000 |
| Please make it so, that the
only thing I desire
is the victory of God's will. If I look over there, the only desire I want to feel is for the victory of
God's will. If I look over here, the only desire I want to feel it the victory of God's will.
Wherever circumstance draws my attention, let my desire be fore the victory of God's

| Why? Because God's will is
for every part of
life to know his love personally, and in that knowledge life is raised into the eternal realms of

| Because it is impossible to
embrace the world
in the proper context without having the personal knowledge of God's infinite love, gaining access

| And as we approach that
sphere of knowledge,
as we begin to see through the looking glass, as we begin to comprehend ho much God desires for
us to know his love, then we begin to desire, to long for his will to be victorious, and the sooner

| This is why physical life,
i.e. the opportunity
to live in a physical body, is so precious and indispensable, and why abortion is anathema in God's
sight, in as much as the soul can never come to know God's love personally, unless given the
opportunity to make the freewill decision to dismantle the obstacles that the soul has created to
block out the sunshine of that love. The general rule is, and this has to do with the rhyme and
reason for the System of Redemption itself, that the soul must be in a physical body if the process

| In the regions of hell (the
lower levels of the
astral plane), the soul is unified with its lower nature. In the regions of heaven (the uppers levels of
the etheric realm), the soul is insulated from its lower nature. Only in physical embodiment can
the soul face, in a measured manner, its lower nature, and have the freedom to reject it, in lieu of a

petals emerge from
the bud, is the rose aware of its final shape? Or is this something that God keeps to himself,

finding it is an
archetypal model for all human happiness, depending upon the anxious lows to generate the

| There is so much fear and
anxiety and gloom
associated with losing it, and the prospect of never finding it. But upon finding it, the ecstacy of

constant, an eternal
power. If you can learn to contain it, it will never let you down. Or, shall we say, if you develop

| I believe Elizabeth Clare
Prophet is bearing
the burden associated with her daughter Erin's betrayal of the Masters and the Teaching. She is
transmuting in her own body temple the death consciousness that has overtaken her daughter Erin
and perhaps even her son Sean, perhaps providing them with an opportunity to come to their

| As we review the previously
revealed point of
divine knowledge, i.e. the cosmic glory at the very center of identity, my internal world is all of
sudden filled with the sparkling fireworks of divine joy - though evenly

| All forms of human
happiness have a flip
side, and the two cannot exist without each other. All the happiness associated with human
friendship is simply the flip side of human boredom. All the happiness associated with work, is the

| There is one form of
happiness that does not
have a flip side, and that is the happiness associated with the infinite love of God for the soul

| And of course, when
friendship and work
become divine, they no longer have a flip side either, as they exist on the strength of the power of

| As we make the conscious
effort to push aside
distractions, and to hold the thought form of God Victory at the center of the third-eye chakra,
allowing it time to expand into a desire for the victory of God's Will, we can then feel the energies
of the heart expand. In this way the reality of the heart becomes tangible. (During our Michael

| When you compare the
"dimple" to all of the
other successfully punched through holes, you cannot possibly conclude that the "dimple"
represents a sign of the voter's intent. What is most reasonable to assume is that the voter was
teetering on the brink of indecision, that the stylet was inserted into the hole, but withdrawn at the
very last moment before a vote was actually registered. On a punch card that shows clearly that
the voter had no problem with the technique required to punch the chad all the way through, a

| Each day, another layer of
the electronic belt
comes up for transmutation, having the invariable effect of installing into the mechanisms of the
mind yet another conglomeration of distraction patterns, throwing the mind this way, throwing the
mind that way, throwing the mind every which way, but the right way. Like so many snakes
wriggling away from the center of being, the soul must gather them all up into the basket of
devotion, invoke the fire that will consume them, setting the soul free once again to ponder in

| If there is reasonable doubt
about the intent of
the voter when it comes to analyzing marks on the ballot, then the mark cannot be counted as vote.

| In regards to a "dimple" or
indented chad, it is
just as reasonable to believe that the indent represents indecision, as it does to believe that the voter
tried but failed to punch the chad all the way through, especially in light of the fact that the punch
card overall gives clear and convincing evidence of the fact that the voter knows how to punch all

| The human mind cannot
conceive of the true
nature of the individual God Presence. The soul can only begin to comprehend within the context
of its realization and acceptance of God's infinite love for the soul personally. Of course, it its true
that nothing about divine reality can be accurately grasped outside of that

consolidate, comb out, and uniformly arrange all of my desires into a homogenous magnet for the

circumstances under which
communism finally collapsed in the Soviet Union, we an reach the unmistakable conclusion that
China Trade add strength to the Communist System there, and does nothing at all to weaken

| Obviously, there are some
people we believe
that pouring American Cash into the Chinese economy is a good thing for China. For example,
the Chinese Communists believe that this is a great thing. And from their point of view, it IS a
great thing. Their coffers are filling up with treasure because of it. And American business
interests also believe it is a great thing, and it IS a great thing for them in terms of profits.
Their coffers are also filling up with treasure because of it. But American business interests also
contend that this river of cash flowing into the Chinese economy will foster democracy. Get real.
If the Chinese Communists know that this trade is making them stronger, ensuring their longevity
in power, and for that reason they are in favor of it, how could this possibly be good for

happiness associated
with the prospect of the victory of God's will in every atom, cell, and electron of my entire

accepting God's Love,

| The desire for the victory of
God's will is like

| We had a wonderful walk
last evening. We
merged with a new and substantial level of reality for some time. One pointed purpose in life - to
help people find the path, and to help them stay on the path. This perception an outgrowth of the
fact that the path is producing so much fruit as of late. During our Michael's, we stepped into a
sense of this reality for the first time --- "I am by God's mercy made radiant and whole" --- with
the desire for the victory of God's will as a large beautiful flower in the solar plexus

| I refuse to believe that my
Holy Christ Self is
something different than what I am or who I am. Looking past the temporary condition of

| We spent two-thirds of that
15 minute Violet
Flame session embedded in a leaden sphere. Through most of it we were able to keep the desire
for the victory of God's will at the center of our attention. In the last one-third, the leaden sphere

| We had a good decree
service today,
notwithstanding that fact that we were generally unengaged because of the election events, which

| The vibration of human
slavery bears heavily
upon us as we approach the altar. Seeing nothing of Divine Reality, wondering and anticipating
when the Reality of God will appear. We did not have to wait long. The power of divine freedom
appears during our opening statements as we invoke the full assimilation of the light released by
the Masters in those dictations for which I have been personally present, and all others that I have

highway of life that

that old self
characterized primarily by its propensity to be distracted from the Reality of God, and to step
permanently into the new, where the only worthy focus for heart and mind and soul is the Victory

| The ironic thing about this
whole Florida
recount mess, is the fact that if the original certification dead line was adhered to, the election
could have been contested at that point, the courts could have ordered the recounts, supervised
them, and they would have had plenty of time to finish them by the 12th of December. As it
stands now, there is no realistic way to resolve the issues that the Gore Team has brought before
the court by December 12. If Gore presses forward we will reach the December 12 deadline in a
state of limbo, forcing the Florida Legislature to act. 11/27/2000 |

In fact, if the
Florida Supreme Court had enforced the original certification deadline, forcing Gore in the
Contest mode on November 14, even if the District Court had ruled in the same manner in which
Judge Sauls ruled in the end, i.e. denying Gore everything he asked for, Gore could have appealed
to the Florida Supreme Court, got his victory there, i.e. ordering the recounts, and the Bush appeal
of that decision to the U.S. Supreme Court would have completely lacked the baggage of a
previously vacated decision, making it much less likely that the U.S. Supreme Court would have

consider the paradox presented by divine beings who grow
in stature and in their apparent independent capacity to perform great works on cosmic scales, who

perception of living
principle that I have actually seen within the construct of my own consciousness that corresponds
to the Tai Chi - the yin and the yang - a duality - the character of each part being distinct in and of

accept God's infinite love for you personally, and on the other hand you have the desire to see
fulfilled in every atom, cell, and electron of your entire consciousness, being and world, the
victorious fulfillment of God's will. The omega principle is in the desire to fully receive the reality

the immediate
practical sense, is that no matter how surely tempted you are to engage your mind in other thought
patterns, that it is always important and justifiable and wise to make a concerted effort to hold your
attention upon the prospect of fully realizing God's infinite love for you

no heed to the
background noise of the carnal mind, to the din of mockery, that filters through from the hordes of

background din of mockery part of their inherent personality, we can see again the importance of

mockery, consider how one feels uncomfortable when contemplating the total victory of God's
will in your life. Note that little voice that is trying to make the point that there is no room for your
will if God's will is completely triumphant. Is that you feeling uncomfortable, or is that the
denizens on the Astral Plane freaking out as a flash of pure blue light blazes through your

| By considering the
irrationality of the feelings
of uncomfortableness in regards to the total victory of God's will, you can discern its origin.
(Remember, every atom, every cell, every electron in your entire body was made by God, and is
sustained by God, even while you are using those facilities to doubt God!) At any rate, consider
this. How would you feel if a rich benefactor gave you a brand new Mercedes Benz. I can assure
you that you would not consider this an intrusion upon your independence. And you would not
consider this a deprivation of your right to drive around in an old ford pick up truck. Clearly, the
fact that you could not take one iota of credit for the manufacture, or the delivery of that fine
automobile, would not in any way diminish your enjoyment of the experience associated with
driving it around the town. God wants to give us all vehicles of consciousness that empower us,
vehicles of consciousness which enhance our sense of identity. The native substance of the soul
rejoices in this prospect. It is only the denizens of the astral plane who shudder at the thought, for
if you drive away, they lose their source of light and life. In as much as they will never bend the
knee, your departure means starvation and death for them, and for that reason, they are tugging
