That opportunity arrived with the appearance of Elian Gonzalez on the world stage, thanks to the effort made by his mother to bring him to America, an effort cut short by a sinking boat, but an effort saved by a group of fisherman who rescued Elian from the waters off the Florida coast. We thought that the Clinton Administrations's impending return of Elian Gonzalez into the hands of a totalitarian government was so important, coming as it does on the cusp of the 21st Century, and the Third Millennium, that we could not let the opportunity to speak out on this important issue pass by, so we have made the Editor's statement on the situation of Elian Gonzalez the inaugeral document of this Journal.

The Ascended Masters are the official sponsors of the Path of Initiation. The Path of Initiation is the golden brick road that leads to the emerald city --- the step by step process of self-transformation through which the soul is returned to the full glory of its Divine Estate. After the soul has passed all of its tests, only then can the Path of Initiation culminate in the ritual of the Ascension. You would think that a theory that is flaunted as the height of scientific fact before the eyes of innocent school children would have enough substance to it that it could answer a question that stares us in the face every time we sit down to eat our morning eggs, or our lunchtime chicken salad. Which came first, the chicken or the egg? The fact that Evolutionary Theory cannot answer this question, clearly places it in the same category as Marxist-Leninist Economic theory. We call that category the dustbin of history. That is the place you put things that have not simply been proven to be ineffective, but those things that have thrown a wrench in the proper order of life since the day they were introduced.

The priests of the evolutionary faith would of course try to confuse the issue by pointing out that lizards lay eggs, and lizards came before birds. Ergo, your question is irrelevant, and the fact that lizards came before birds, proves the validity of the Evolutionary Theory.

If that's not enough to convince you to wander away from the region of common sense, then how about this. Fish lay eggs, and surely fish came before lizards on the evolutionary time-line, and therefore, i.e. ergo, the question about the chicken and the egg is at least 2 times removed from the region of relevancy, and the fact that fish came before lizards, doubles the amount of the evidence in support of evolutionary theory.

You can see that the strong point of the proponents of evolutionary theory is not in the objectivity of their thinking, but in their capacity to bore us to death before the question can get answered.

No matter how deep their nested loops of denial go (that's a computer programming metaphor) all of it is a waste of our time, because at every level we are faced with the same question, and at every level, from the macro to the micro, they are equally incapable of answering it, and that fact alone tells us that there is no fundamental wisdom in the minds of those who try to sell this theory as scientific fact.

The answer, by the way, to each of the questions posed is rather simple. And we can deal with it at the macro level as easily as we could at the micro level. Either the egg layer, or the egg, i.e. one or the other had to come first, and not both. I mean this is so simple, that the answer has got to make any scientist absolutely ashamed of himself. And because the infant requires some level of nurturing by the mother if the hatchling is to survive, then the mother better be there in her full stature to provide that nurturing.

There is a very high probability that many people have been misinterpreting Christian Scripture. This is one of the most important of many realizations which are emerging from the voluminous data that is now coming to light regarding Near Death Experiences,

We are told by many Christian Theologians that if you do not accept Jesus Christ as your Lord and Savior, that you will burn in hell for eternity. It turns out that the Near Death Experiences which allow a person to visit heaven for short period of time are very similar within different, and yes, non-christian cultures. Isn't that interesting. Devout followers of Buddha, the Prophet Mohammed, the Jewish tradition, and others, report visiting a region of heavenly bliss that is remarkably similar in essential characteristics. This appears to contradict the more literal interpretation of the scriptures that many have mistakenly taken as the gospel truth.

Perhaps there is a deeper message in what Jesus Christ was trying to convey, and that many people have missed that deeper meaning. For example, perhaps the Christ is a universal spirit, and that the Children of God, can seek and achieve union with that spirit through any sincere path that honors God the Father, for this is after all the central feature of the character of Christ isn't it, that the Son honors the Father? Certainly there is something more to think about here.

Beloved Father, please help me to develope and expand my capacity to extend to your heart the level of gratitude that you so richly deserve. repeat. repeat. repeat.

Repeat this prayer until the only thing that exists in front of your eyes is the infinite glory of God, and only then will you be absolutely certain of your own deficiency when it comes to the capacity to extend to God the gratitude that he deserves, because through the cyrstal drop of gratitude you have become, the only lense through which the reality of God can be perceived, you see a veritable ocean of glory, and as the drop of gratitude expands, the ocean of glory perceived through it expands geometrically beyond, and therefore, you will forever be self-evidently aware of your deficiency in your capacity to extend to God the gratitude he deserves, because he will always deserve a billion times more gratitude than you are capable of expressing, even if you have become a veritable sun center of gratitude, and thus the prayer will go on forever, never ending, for eternity, becoming a permanent fixure in your heart and upon your lips.

No piece of black granite on the planet has been erected to honor such a nefarious purpose. No, not one. Not even the granite used to carve the many statues of Marx and Lenin found at one time or another in every town square in the old Soviet Union over the last 70 years.

The people who wail at that wall have completely lost their bearings, and therefore it is a shrine to blindess, a shrine to broken spines.

Those who died in the Vietnam War for the liberty of the South Vietnamese people, died for the most noble of principles, the greatest jewel in the treasure chest of human aspiration. The principle is liberty. These American soldiers, along with their South Vietnamese brethren are heroes in heaven. They are no less heroes than the men who gave their lives fighting for the liberty of the European Continent in World War II.

You do not see people weeping for those who gave their lives for that noble cause. Those men are honored because of their sacrafice for what is the essence of honor, which is the ultimate respect for the liberty of another person. The liberty of another person, of another nation, was more valueable to them than their own lives. Our hearts are lifted into the region of nobility as a result of their example. And so it should be.

And therefore, what does all of this wailing at the Wall amount to but the further erosion of a soul's capacity to sense what is important, and what is not? It is a shrine to the spirit of defeatism. It is a shrine, sponsored by the forces of darknesss, to commemorate their victory in destroying the sense of the value of liberty in so many Americans. It commemorates the victory of selfishness, the destruction of the idea that the liberty of another is more valueable than the gift of our own life. That is what was destroyed in Vietnam. And so they weep for the loss of those Americans, and their tears are the very acid eating away at the structure of the soul, and of the spine itself. That memorial ought to be torn down.

There are a range of subjects upon which it is impossible to reach a valid conclusion given our limited knowledge, so therefore, in these areas we are counseled to judge not.

I am wondering if the case of Isaac Stern is one of these. Just to be clear about this, I am not talking about Howard Stern the famous radio talk show host, or shock jock, as some have called him, I am talking about Isaac Stern, the person who can play the violin like an angel.

On a recent edition of Booknotes on C-Span, Brian Lamb was discussing with Mr. Stern his new autobiography. Mr. Stern includes some photographs in his book, among them, a photograph with Mr. Stern shaking the hand of President Reagan, a photograph with Mr. Stern shaking the hand of President Bush, and a photograph of Mr. Stern shaking the hand of President Bill Clinton.

Pointing to the first photograph, Brian Lamb asked Mr. Stern what his thoughts were about President Reagan and his wife Nancy. Mr. Stern coughed, you know that kind of cough that communicates one's utter contempt for the subject under consideration. Mr. Stern then went on to say how freindly the Reagans tried to be to him, and that they did a pretty good job at that.

Pointing to the second photograph, Brian Lamb asked Mr. Stern what his thoughts were about President George Bush and his wife Barbara. Mr. Stern coughed, the exact same kind of cough that communicates one's utter contempt for the subject under consideration. Mr. Stern then went on to say how freindly the Bushes tried to be to him, and that they did a pretty good job at that.

Pointing to the third photograph, Brian Lamb asked Mr. Stern what his thoughts were about President Bill Clinton. Mr. Stern did not cough. He went on to say how much he appreciated all the things President Clinton was trying to do for the country, notwithstanding his various problems, and that he wished him all the success in the world when it came to getting all the things he wanted to get done during his last year in office.

Now of course we know that the Ascended Masters have an agenda for the planet. And one of those agendas is to convince the children of God to stop legal abortion. They counsel us to do this because the karma associated with this practice will come due at some point, and when it does, there is a high probability that it will destroy civilization as we know it.

Alternatively, if the nation can find a reason in its collective heart to show mercy to the unborn, then there is a possibility that God could show some mercy to the nation that allowed so many millions to be slaughtered heretofore, having a mitigating effect upon the intensity of the karma that must at some point fall upon the heads of those who created it. Clearly, it is held in abeyance so far, only because of the hope that the American people will turn around on this issue, but not only that, that the people will place their feet back on the Path of Initiation, and thereby take up the Sword of the Spirit, i.e. the Science of the Spoken Word, by which the people can both reap their karma and transmute their karma at the same time, claiming as all true victors are authorized to do, the very crux of personal responsibility and accountability before the law.

Now President Reagan was the only President who has actually sponsored an amendment to the Constution that would secure the right to life of the unborn. Issaac Stern expressed his contempt for the memory of Ronald Reagan. And President Clinton, has done the most of any other President to make sure that legal abortion continues, opening the way for the use of RU-486 in this nation, and going so far as to veto a ban on partial birth abortions that passed in overwhelming numbers in the U.S. Congress.

Therefore, we see that the soul of Isaac Stern gravitates away from any sense of affection for the soul of a man who championed one of the Masters most important goals for America and the world, but rather, gravitates towards a sense of great affection for the soul of man who has trampled on one (actually more than one) of the Ascended Masters most important goals for America and the world. In this regard we are all well aware of Bill Clinton's support for the homosexual agenda, and we are equally aware, the Ascended Masters have told us that the practice of homosexuality, because it keeps the kundalini fire from rising upon the altar of the spine, and thus does not allow the spiritual energy centers to be properly energized, leaving the soul blind, and unable to tell what is up or what is down, when it comes to the Truth that is supposed to keep ones feet planted firmly on the homeward path, which makes homosexuality an abomination in the eyes of those heavenly legions whose only desire is to shephard the children of God safely home to God's heart.

Now many of us have had the opportunity to marvel at the amazing musical ability that Isaac Stern has in his possession. That is why Presidents are shaking his hand after all. He is a master violinist, no question about it, and one would think that such a gift would have come from the very hand of God, and that is not an unreasonable assumption. But I am wondering now if this is really true. How can one be worthy of such a gift, and at the same time be totally vacant when it comes to any perceptions that would safeguard that gift, and the worldly power and prestige that accompanies it, from expanding the perceived legitimacy of one of God's greatest enemies? I.e. the pro-abortion agenda and those who have become the knight champions of it.

In this respect Issaac Stern shows us that he has a great hardness of heart when it comes to what is most important to God. And that he has a great softness of heart when it comes to what is important to Bill Clinton.

Could it be that people who appear the smartest, and most abundantly endowed with this or that attribute of physical luminosity, whether it is physicall appearance, physical skills, intellectual skills, people skills, and even artistic skills, are in most cases those who come into this life with the greatest hardness of heart towards God, and that out of his mercy, God gives them a more than ordinary gift, so as to prime the pump of gratitude, i.e. in a last desperate attempt to save their souls? I mean, that their hearts are so hardened, that in order to feel any amount of gratitude, that God would have to turn their very bodies to pure gold before they would get the idea that someone other than themselves were responsible for that gold? I mean, this is really dense, and notwithstanding Issaac Sterns musical ability, he appears to be equally endowed with this kind of density.

Well, this is at least a working hypothesis: that no matter what level of expertise a person might exhibit in any field of human endevour, that the perceived level of expertise is absolutely no indication of the soul's alignment with God's purposes.

During a recent debate between the Republican candidates for President, Governor of Texas, George Bush, gave a litany of good reasons for not loosening the U.S. economic embargo against Castro's Communist Cuba. He forcefully declared that it was a very bad idea to allow any kind of trade with Cuba that would have the effect of strenghthening the ability of the Communists to oppress the Cuban people.

After all, good weapons cost money, and there is no point in helping the Cuban Communists earn the money necessary to buy good weapons that would then be pointed at the Cuban people to force them to bend the knee before the throne of Communism.

Another candidate, Gary Bauer's pointed out to Mr. Bush that in his answer about Communist Cuba, he had inadvertenly made the argument against trade ties with Communist China (which Bush supports).

Any reasonable person would have expected to see at that point, an epiphany equaled only by that experienced by Saul of Tarsus, as George sees the light, and admits that in the same way that trade ties with Cuba would strengthen the Communist hold on the Cuba people, that trade ties with China would also strenghthen the Communist hold on the Chinese people, which makes it less likely, and not more likely, that the Chinese people would be able to slip out of that noose of bondage.

But no. The epiphany was not to be. What we heard out of the mouth of George Bush was sort of the combined chorus of the U.S. Chamber of Commerce. "It would be very foolish" he declared, "to do anything that would weaken the rise of the entrepenerial class in China." And Mr. Bush said this with sincerity, and he said this with passion. He sounded like Moses lecturing the Israelites.

The proponents of trade with China are suffering from a very fundamental misunderstanding of the situation. This misunderstanding is sort of helped along, no doubt, by the looming prize of massive profits for American companies once the full potential of the Chinese market has been tapped.

Seeing the land illuminated by the rays of this dazzling prize, it is very likely that everything they see upon the landscape of Chinese life is reflecting some amount of this radiance.

It is very possible that when they look back at the massive demonstrations for Democracy held in Tianamen square in 1993 that they sincerely believe that all of those people gathered there as a direct result of the smell of greenbacks in the air, or as they would say, because of the thirst for freedom that was stirred in their hearts by the example of American Corporations. In their eyes, those demonstrations are evidence of the value of trade ties. And therefore, it would be foolish to stop something that is working.

But unfortunately, those demonstrations prove something else entirely. And this becomes the more evident when we realize that the rays sent forth by the dazzling sun of potential profits, are not rays of light, but fingers of darkness spreading across the land further entangling the souls of the Chinese people into a great web of materialism.

It is probably true that the hopes of the Chinese people were inflated to an unrealistic level by the presence of so much contact with the West. The power structure of the Communist Party had to move into the shadows to entice western investors to step off their boats with their sacks of cash, and this subdued demeanor of the Communist control apparatus was observed, and mistaken, by the university students, and others, for a possible change of heart on the part of the Communist leadership. But they have learned the truth from their experience.

What open trades ties with China has actually accomplished, is to bolster the resolve of the Communists to stay in power. Their treasury is bulging. This add to their power and sense of ideological and physical invincibility in three ways. First, this wealth makes them more able to provide the perks necessary to keep the Communist Party bureaucracy loyal. Second, this wealth enables them to buy the technology that will give them a fighting chance against American geo-political interests in the Asian region, especially in regards to Taiwan, the Philippines, South Korea, and Japan. Third, their bulging treasury allows them to buy the technology that will help them keep control of their people. This is a very encouraging state of affairs for them, especially when you compare it with the fate of the communist Party in the Soviet Union, and therefore because they believe more than ever that they are going to win, they are less likely than ever to give up power to any Democratic process. The longer trade ties with America are maintained, the stronger they become in each of these areas, and the more confident they will become that they will in the end prevail with their goal of the perfect Communist Society.

The Chinese Communists have succeeded in created a potemkin village syndrome on a massive scale, allowing free enterprise principles to operate on a scale that would attract western investment, that would feed their treasury, and fool those who are blinded by greed to pour in even more money. But those economic experiments are practiced only in a limited number of areas.

What is more, the demonstrators learned that army troops taken from regions of China where no openings to the West exists, nor are any openings every intended to be created there, nor are any economic reforms to be established there, will have no sympathy for the democractic leanings of the University crowds in the large cities, and when they are called in to protect the throne of Communist power, and they are ordered to shoot the people, they will follow those orders, and simply shoot, and that is of course what they did in Tiananmen square in 1993.

It is important to remember that we only have evidence of the demise of one system of communism, and that is the Soviet Union, which was forced to use what limited economic resources the Communist system produced to feed the muscles of the internal security apparatus, and of the military. Very little was left over to meet the needs of the people, or to improve the quality of life for the people on any kind of scale that mathced the results of the economies driven by free enterprise principles. This produced an atmosphere of widespread discontent throughout all stratas of society, most importantly in the military, which robbed the Communist Party of the critical mass of support it needed within the Party Apparatus itself, and within the military, to survive.

Because of the restrictions imposed by American Law, American industry was not allowed to pour in any significant amount of investment that would enable the communists to take credit for any level of economic improvement in regards to quality of life issues. There is an abundant amount of evidence that American industrialists helped the Soviets build their industrial base, but that industrial base was directed to the buildup of military power primarily. The Soviet peoples were allowed to stew in the juices produced by the Communist Command Economy. This was the key factor that produced enough opposition within the Soviet Military itself, that produced a tangible and fatal reluctance on their part to support the 1990 coup against Gorbachev, and actually enough enthusiasm for real reform, to swing the weight of the military to support Yelstin who wanted to, and succeeded, in putting the Communist Party completely out of business. The Communist Party was an unmitigated failure in the eyes of nearly everyone and that was the key factor that allowed the military to finally abandon it.

Everything we are doing visavis China goes against this experience. We are pouring the fruits of democracy into the blood stream of the Communist Beast, so it begins to believe it is wealthy and powerful, its very skin glowing with the luminous vitality that is actually derived from the sweat of American workers.

The Communist Party is taking credit for the levels of prosperity being produced by investors of American wealth. This can only have the effect of diluting the level of discontent the people feel in terms of the utility and effectiveness of Communist leadership.

Therefore, in pursuit of profits, and profits only, American business interests are shoring up the very weaknesses of the Communist system, that are key to producing that level of discontent that will allow for it to be overthrown.

American businessman are deceiving themselves, and the American people, when they assert that the process of earning profits in China will bring the day of democracy closer. That is a Lie. They are prolonging the life of the Communist Party at the very same time that they are stuffing cash in their own pockets. Because they can't help but feel good and giddy about the latter, they turn a willful blind eye to the former.

"Beloved Father, please allow the fire you have ignited within the fabric of our minds to send forth dazzling and radiant beams of light out into the world. Please let those beams of light carve pathways of hope through the thick fog of human confusion, foolishness, and despair, so that your children can find their way back onto the Path of Initiation, and thus to become once again, stalwart champions of your purpose and plan for America and the World."

To listen to Bill Clinton is to allow a subtly destructive poison to trickle into the pool of your soul. Therefore, for anyone so unfortunate to be in his physical presence, a pair of ear plugs is the first line of defense. Your feet are your second line of defense, which should carry you immediately to the nearest exit. Don't panic though. Just walk in a swift and orderly manner. If you see him on the television screen, your first option is to make a fast jab at the mute button, though you are far safer if you change the channel completely until the danger passes. This will protect you from what is known as body language. For those who are in the very unfortunate situation to have to take orders from him, only accept orders from him in writing, but don't look at the paper they are written on. Use OCR software to scan the text into a computer word processor file, and turn on the text to speech function and allow the computer to speak the words to you. That way, once this whole process is finished, you will only have to get a new computer, instead of a new soul. I can't tell you about the nightmares I have about Bill Clinton giving one of his State of the Union speeches. Therefore, I would adjure all U.S. Senators and Congressmen, Justices of the U.S. Supreme Court, etc., who normally show up for such an event to give it a wide berth this year. Instead get a transcript of the speech after the fact, and go through the computerized immunization process described above.

Democratic Presidential hopefuls, Senator Bill Bradley, and Vice President Al Gore, have both made the promise that if either is elected President, that not only would the "Don't ask, Don't tell" policy be scrapped, but that the traditional ban on homosexuals serving in the military would be abolished, paving the way for homosexuals to serve openly and proudly in the U.S. Army, in the U.S. Navy, in the U.S. Air Force, in the U.S. Marines, the U.S. Coast Guard, and all other divisions of the U.S. Military. Now, we all know what "Gay Pride" parades are like. I say this because if they are proud enough to have their gay pride parades in Simi Valley, Califnornia, a location not known for its liberal leanings, then where wouldn't they be so bold as to strutt their stuff? They are in every case, and without any exception a circus of social and cultural corruption. And therefore, the idea of homosexuals serving openly and with "pride", which always carries the message "in your face you homophobic neanderthals", there is every reason to expect that such a policy would drive the best people out of the U.S. Military, and thus leave American interests worldwide open to a level of challenge we have not known since the early 1800's.

Well, if you were already getting tired of the debate over the issue of the homosexual lifestyle in this nation, you haven't seen anything yet. Bradley and Gore have placed this issue at the center of their Presidential agenda ensuring that you will hear a lot more about it in the months ahead, so, why wait? Let's get started.

During a recent edition of C-Span's Washington Journal, a caller made it known that he had served in the military for over 20 years. Right, we all knew what was coming. He said he never had any trouble, he just did his job, and that he was [homosexual] the whole time. Now we are supposed to gather from this, and similar stories we have all heard from time to time, that this amounts to good solid sociological evidence of the fact that there would be no problem if gays could serve openly and in any numbers in the U.S. Military without any further restrictions.

As an aside, can you imagine the day when the machinery of U.S. Justice system is completely hijacked and steered into serving the homosexual agenda in terms of demanding a fair representation in the U.S. Military in terms of the numbers of homosexuals that exist in the population at large? Think about what the debate is going to be like when we are talking about affirmative action and quotas and all the rest when it comes to making sure that homosexuals get their fair share of the social and political pie.

How many of you have seen the new generation of termite commercials on television that computer animation technology has made possible? Of course, homosexuals are not termites, they are human beings who have a divine destiny just like anyone else, although that destiny is certainly on hold as long as they remain trapped in one of the most self-destructive sub-cultures known to human civilization. In this regard, they are as prisoners, unjustly confined by the hordes of hell in a lifestyle that will destroy their souls, and thus it is God's desire to have them set free, so they can walk through the gates of heaven with the rest of us. But there is no desire on the part of God for us to stand by and simply allow them to tear down our civilization. And in this respect, the action of termites upon physical structures provides a useful corollary to the effect of homosexuals on the mental and emotional structures of society.

When I thought about what the C-Span caller had to say, I thought about these animated termites. I imagined that in this new animation, i.e. the one that was playing inside of my mind, that one lone termite steps out of retirement, and comes forward now to tell us that he was eating away the foundation of our house for the last 20 years, and nobody noticed, there were no problems, and therefore he says, all restrictions to the open immigration of termites should be lifted, and that they should be allowed to serve in whatever numbers they deem appropriate. One or two termites may not bring down a house. But if you allow them to live in there in any number they choose, sooner or later the building will collapse for want of any solid structure remaining in the walls, joists, and headers.

Remember that the soul is compromised, enticed and seduced away from the Light of Truth by the planting of seeds of false sympathies (sympathies which God does not share) which corrupt the soul at the very same time that the soul is being deceived into believing that it is serving some worthy end.

Coercing people into buying into the homosexual rights agenda by holding over their heads the threat of being labeled a "homophobe", which carries the "terror" of social ostracization, is a good example. In this respect it is universally considered to be "good" to be accepted, and to be thought well of by your fellow man. On the other side of the coin, it is universally considered to be "bad" to be rejected, and to be thought of as an idiot by your fellow man. Therefore it is a worthy cause, in fact one of the highest priorities that many people have, to remain in the latter category, i.e. to be thought well of. Therefore, when the subject of the homosexual agenda comes up, many people do not speak from the perspective of what is right or wrong under the law of God, but what is right or wrong when it comes to maintaining their social standing. .

A person may not be a homosexual himself, but the mental and emotional energies that have been woven into politically correct behavior patterns when it comes to the homosexual agenda, add to the thickness of the barrier. This is because, on the one hand, God does not care whether Al Gore or Bill Clinton think you are a good person, and on the other, it is God's fervent desire for you to tell the truth that will help to set his children free, and these sympathy patterns stand as a barrier on this point of the law, which insulates a person from a realization of what God's agenda is on this issue. And of course there are many more examples that could be put forth to underscore this human propensity to add to the barrier at the same time that a person is trying to guard his or her social standing.

These false and synthetic sympathies have been built up, in ever thickening strata layers within the catch basin of the four lower bodies over the course of many life times, creating an ever thickening barrier between the soul and God through which the Light of Divine Truth cannot penetrate, except of course, the Light be commanded to penetrate, through an extraordinary intercession by the heavenly hosts, an intecessory action that causes some of the substance of the barrier to be actually consumed in the process, and that of course, is what the Path if Initiation is all about. The Path of Initiation is about consuming the barrier that we have allowed to build up between our soul and the God who created it.

There was a good documentary on The Learning Channel this month (Jan. 18) on the subject of Near Death Experiences (NDE's). About 90% of the NDE stories tell us of a region that any soul would recognize as heaven, no matter what religion they subscribe to. About 10% of the stories tell us of a region that any soul would recognize as hell, no matter what religion they subscribe to.

In regards to one of the stories about visiting hell during a near death experience, a woman recounted the fact that she was accosted by several child size creatures, very ugly and grotesque in appearance, gleefully stuffing excrement into various holes they had made in her body, and into her eyes, and mouth, and nose, and ears, any opening they could find or make, they would stuff excrement into those openings. And there was nothing that this woman could do about it. She had no way to drive them away, and she how no way to clean herself up. She simply had to lay there suspended in this region of hellish defenselessness while these small creatures fulfilled their idea of fun.

I personally believe her story, because I have been convinced for a very long time that a fixation on excrement on the part of any living person indicates a condition of demon possession or at least demon influence. One example is the common use of the word "shit" or "crap" by any person in any situation.

You would have to wonder why any person of good will would ever desire to use either of those words, or similar words, for any reason. In fact it is clear that this a not a native desire of the soul. Somehow, the servants of absolute darkness can project that desire into the desire body of man, and trick him into believing that it is his own desire, when in fact, it is not.

And of course, that is the goal of those who champion evil over good. Not only does the strengthening of this connection, which is a astral (or psychic) connection, have the most adverse consequences on the overall quality of thought and feeling that exists in one's mind and emotions, but one's affinity for the dark side of life is generally enhanced, making the transition into that region at the end of this life more likely.

Another more grotesque example of the fixation on excrement is the desire of some men to place their sexual organ into the very midst of excrement, whether they are homosexual or heterosexual, this desire originates in the influence of demons.

But of course, homosexuals go further in two respects, first in regards to the fact that this is their primary mode of sexual gratification, and secondly in regards to the practice of "fisting" in which homosexual men place their hands and arms into the excrement producing organs of other men. Again, this desire, in such intensity, originates in the influence of demons. And the connection to this region of the afterlife is reinforced every time the activity is engaged in. Again, not only does the strengthening of this connection, which is an astral (or psychic) connection, have the most adverse consequences on the overall quality of thought and feeling that exists in one's mind and emotions, leading people into much deeper depressions than would otherwise be the case, and to the ultimate fixation upon suicide itself, but one's affinity for the dark side of life is generally enhanced, making the transition into that region at the end of this life more likely.

Not to put too fine a point it, but there is very little left that is more contrary to the will of God and his purposes, than to sympathize or advocate any part of the homosexual agenda.

Do not minimize the significance of the abortion mentality when it comes to obscuring the ability of the people to understand the importance of safeguarding the opportunity of Elian Gonzalez to stay in America, the land of freedom.

If you cannot cognize the importance of allowing a child to live, how much less are you able to grasp the importance of allowing a child to live in freedom?

Now, I want you all to think about this. Where is the focus of American Support for returning Elian Gonazalez to Communist Cuba? It is in the Democrat Party, where the pro- abortion banner also flies proudly.

I just found this quote on the church's teachings web page. It has some special significance for me. Your Editor found the teachings of the Ascended Masters back in 1979, when he found Kuthumi's Book on the Human Aura in a small book store in Evergreen Colorado, a small town located in the mountains west of Denver. The bookstore was a small victorian style frame house, painted bright yellow, located on a creek that ran down from Evergreen lake. The book store was called "Odyssey" . It was some time before I got the book home, and before I had some time to sit down, and to actually read it. Before I went to sleep that night, I took out the book and read the first chapter. During that reading, an angel spoke to me, and guess what that angel said? That angel said, "UNITY". That's all, and according to what Kuthumi has said here, that certainly was enough. I heard the voice as clear as crystal inside of my head, the voice was female, and the word was not whispered, it was spoken loudly, firmly, definately, so that there would be no way that I could ever forget it, or every rationalize it away as some figment of my imagination.

This month I have certainly earned a gold star for patience. I actually sat through two campaign speeches made by vice-president Al Gore at a couple of his rallies held in Iowa. Having never been to Iowa, I have to thank C-Span for giving me this opportunity.

My impression is that Al Gore is like Bill Clinton's wind-up doll, with the spring wound too tight.

Or perhaps on the more sinister side, he might even fit the description of the sorcerers apprentice. Though he doesn't have the finesse of his master. When Al Gore speaks, you can actually feel the pain associated with the real-time disintegration of the soul fabric. Clinton, on the other hand, has learned the art of anaesthetizing his victims. Gore hasn't got that figured out yet, thank God.

Though, the less people he has to practice on the better. In this respect then, the counsel given above concerning the sorcerer, applies equally to the apprentice.

While this pointed observation is certain to offend the soft and cuddly sentimentalities associated with political correctness, let me assure you that it will survive any amount of scrutiny from the standpoint of principle. Political correctness provides no vital nourishment for the soul. Quite to the contrary, as a matter of fact. PC is the conventional means of herding souls into the corral of error and then milking them for all they are worth. And that means that while the soul is cowering inside of that corral, vitality is being lost, and not gained.

Principle on the other hand, gives the soul strength, and strength is certainly synonymous with vitality. And this one is really simple to understand. Stop listening to anything Al Gore says, and you lose nothing. Keep listening to what Al Gore says, and you will join the crowd of spineless blobs of victimization that comprise his political base.

Could there be anything more glorious than to contemplate your personal friendship with a God of infinite goodness? You hold his hand, and the glory of his infinite creation flows into your heart for endless hours of awesome contemplation. The idea, that in all of God's infinite glory, in all of his masterful implementation of all his plans for beauty and serenity in spheres of life without end, that he can be, and he is, your personal friend, and you are his, well, this most blessed ambiance of friendship awaits every soul who walks the homeward path, and who keeps the standards of that path, under the auspices of the Ascended Masters. There are standards to be kept. There are errors to jettison, and quickly too. But there are also more treasures ahead than you could ever possibly imagine.

Great and humongous hugs unto God our Father. There is nothing that feels more like home than this embrace.

When events are conjoined in time and space, they usually have a more than ordinary significance. This is definitely true when it comes to a) the advent of the 21st Century, b) the turning of the new millennium, and c) the appearance of Elian Gonzalez in the waters of the Florida straits.

And this significance is in no small manner highlighted by the fact that we now have two geo-political adversaries, on the one hand, the very Ghosts of Marx and Lenin, dressed to the gills in a single pair of starched fatigues, and on the other, Uncle Sam himself, with their elbows planted smack dab upon the waters of the Florida straits, engaged in an epic arm-wresting match over the fate of this child. But because Uncle Sam can't decide whether he is gay or straight when it comes to the principle of liberty, the Ghost of Marx and Lenin is the odds on favorite of winning this dramatic contest.

Seriously, the first event of both the new century and the new millennium which brings the citizens of America onto the streets of Miami, and the Friends of Fidel onto the streets of Havana, though on opposites sides of the issue, and from very different motivational perspectives, is worth more than a cursory look.

In fact this event brings to the shores of America, on the very cusp of the new millennium, one of the most profound messages that the people of this nation will ever receive. But do the people of America retain the capacity to comprehend such a profound message? History will prove this question to be the most important of the 3rd Millennium.

Fortunately, with the advent of the Internet, the people of America face this most awesome challenge to their cognitive abilities, with an unprecedented level of information at their fingertips. And so, there is hope.

And in this regard, the editor of the Internet publication, Homeward Bound - The Journal of Ascended Master Devotion, has outdone himself in bringing forth in sharp relief a worthy exposition of the many dimensions of this issue --- a feast of truth for the mind and soul, now available to all --- radiated over, above, and around the puny efforts of the media elite to give Fidel the victory over Elian's soul.
